Welcome to my Revital U Review!

There’s been a lot of buzz around this coffee-based business for a while…

And because you’re here, it seems that perhaps you have an interest in investing within.

But of course, before you take on any new project, it is absolute necessary to do all your research.

Well it’s your lucky day! My job is to make sure that you guys feel as comfortable as possible to make a decision regarding your money in the world of MLM.

Yes, there can be some scams, but there can also be some great income opportunities for you!

In fact, today, I shall delve into this company’s history, products, compensation plan, and the cost to join, as well as my verdict on it.

So, without further ado, shall we get started?

Revital U Review – The Company

revital u review

My first bit of digging revealed that the Revital U website domain was registered as revitalu.com on the 15th of July in 2016.

So… it’s been a while for this business.

On the website, a man by the name Pat Johnston is identified as the CEO/owner of the company, specifically being based out of Texas.

However, when I checked his Linkedin profile, another man by the name of Andrew McWilliams claimed that he has the CEO/owner of the company since late 2016.

What I found somewhat sketchy is the fact that McWilliams has appeared in the MLM world as the CEO of Momentis before, which we all know fell apart years ago.

And before that, he was an affiliate with ACN and LuxuriLife, which fell through and was exposed as a $3500 scheme.

Revital U Reviews – The Products

revital u products

Revital U promotes market coffee and “Smart Caps” that are “designed to energize you from within” (according to the website).

Apparently, one scoop a day of this stuff can help you with your weight, focus, and attention, activating “the best version of U!”

Now as far as I know, the coffee sells for $49.99 for a 30-day supply tub or $54.99 for a box of thirty single-serve packets.

In the meantime, Smart Caps sell for $49.99 for a thirty-day supply.

Other network marketing companies that have retail products are NewULife, Usana and Jeunesse.

However, there are discounts available to affiliates!

The Revital U Compensation Plan

The Revital U compensation plan seems to depend on the unilevel structure of team commissions with retail customers.

Like most MLMs, residual commissions are paid out based on rank in the structure initially with a generational limit added with the progression of rank.

Revital U Affiliate Ranks

There are 8 affiliate ranks within the Revital U compensation plan, as seen below:

  • Brand Influencer – Sign up as a Revital U affiliate
  • Qualified Brand Influencer – Generate and maintain 2 active retail customers and at least $99 PV a month
  • Executive Brand Influencer – Generate and maintain at least 4 active retail customers, sponsor and maintain at least 2 Qualified Brand Influencers and generate at least $198 PV a month
  • Senior Brand Influencer – Generate and maintain at least 10 active retail customers, sponsor and maintain at least 3 Executive Brand Influencers, have a total of 50 active group retail customers and generate at least $399 PV a month
  • Regional Brand Influencer – Maintain at least 10 active retail customers, have a total of 1000 active group retail customers (250 min from three recruitment legs) and maintain at least $399 PV a month
  • National Brand Influencer – Maintain at least 10 active retail customers, have 2 directly or indirectly sponsored Executive Brand Influencers and 2 Regional Brand Influencers in four unilevel legs (one in each leg), have a total of 5000 active group retail customers and maintain at least $399 PV a month
  • Global Brand Influencer – Maintain at least 10 active retail customers, have 4 directly or indirectly sponsored Regional Brand Influencers in four unilevel legs (one in each leg), have a total of 15000 active group retail customers and maintain at least $399 PV a month
  • Platinum Brand Influencer – Maintain at least 10 active retail customers, sponsor and maintain at least 6 affiliates (any rank), have a total of 50000 active group retail customers and maintain at least $399 PV a month

As I said before, the company relies on customers, who are expected to make at least one product order to be considered “active”.

The company seems to use the acronym PV to represent “Personal Volume” which is the sales volume generated by retail customers as well as the affiliate’s own personal purchases.

Retail Commissions

Revital U affiliates receive a commission when they successfully market products to retail customers…

Of course, this process is all dependent on the number of customers that they can sell to:

  • 2 to 9 retail customers = 5% retail commission rate
  • 10-14 retail customers = 10% retail commission rate
  • 15-24 retail customers = 15% retail commission rate
  • 25 or more retail customers = 25% retail commission rate

I do have to point out that the new Qualified Brand Influencer ranked affiliates do earn an additional 10% commission for their first sixty days with Revital U.

New Customer Bonus

The New Customer Bonus is given to NEW affiliates who generate sales in their first thirty days as shown below:

  • Generate 5 retail customers = $50 bonus
  • Generate 10 retail customers = $100 bonus
  • Generate 15 retail customers = $200 bonus
  • Generate 25 or more retail customers = $500 bonus

BUT listen to this! Apparently the more that the affiliate buys, the more it counts towards ‘sales generated by customers’ too!

Revital U breaks it down further below:

  • If an affiliate has less than 9 active retail customers a month, one of their product purchases can count as one retail customer order
  • If an affiliate has more than 9 active retail customers a month, two of their product purchases can count as two retail customer orders

Residual Commissions

Like any other MLM company, Revital U pay residual commissions through a unilevel compensation structure.

The basis of this type of structure is that the affiliate on level 1 sponsors more affiliates who fill out the ranks below them for however many levels are needed.

The volume of sales in each leg in the unilevel is paid through two components.

The first component would be the residual commission rate determined by rank and paid to the first affiliate in a unilevel team leg at the same or higher rank (which is still considered one generation).

From there, they then change to a generational method of commission calculation.

BUT listen to this! The generational volume is paid out only on that affiliate’s volume, not between generational affiliates.

Confused? Let me explain.

For instance, if you are a National Brand Influencer and you have two Global Brand Influencers in a unilevel leg, you would earn the generational bonus on those two Global Brand Influencers.

If they were on different level of that leg, like levels 3 and then 11, you wouldn’t earn residual commissions on lower ranked affiliates on levels 5 to 9.

Furthermore, Qualified Brand Influencer residual commission rates depend on the number of customers they have:

  • 2 to 9 active retail customers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg
  • 10 to 14 active retail customers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume
  • 15 to 24 active retail customers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first and second generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume
  • 25 or more active retail customers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first, second, third and fourth generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume

Executive Brand Influencer and higher ranked affiliates earn residual commissions like so:

  • Executive and Senior Brand Influencers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume
  • Regional Brand Influencer = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first, second and third generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume
  • National and Global Brand Influencers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume
  • Platinum Brand Influencer = 2% residual commission up until another Platinum Brand Influencer ranked affiliate is found in each unilevel team leg

Rank Achievement Bonus

Revital U affiliates are also rewarded bonuses based on their rankings like so:

  • Qualify as an Executive Brand Influencer within thirty days of signing up = $250 bonus
  • Qualify as a Senior Brand Influencer within sixty days of signing up = $500 bonus
  • Qualify as a Regional Brand Influencer within ninety days of signing up = $1000 bonus
  • Qualify as a National Brand Influencer (no limit) = $5000
  • Qualify as a Global Brand Influencer (no limit) = $10,000
  • Qualify as a Platinum Brand Influencer (no limit) = $50,000

Monthly Promotions

As I was reading through the compensation plan that this company has on their website, I noticed that there was also a section on Team Achievement Bonuses.

This just suggests that there are month to month bonuses based on new monthly retail customer volume counted from lesser ranked affiliates.

It can pay as much as an extra $50,000 each month (especially since Global Brand Influencers can generate up to $1,500,000 in new retail volume).

Cost to Join Revital U

The cost to join Revital U as an affiliate is $49.99.

Verdict on Revital U

Let’s just strip away this product to the core for a second… removing the fluff and frou-frou.

What is it?

It’s simply just caffeine pills and coffee with additives… isn’t it just a bit underwhelming?

But I’ve gotta be honest. I’ve seen a lot of MLMs in my day and this seems to actually be… interestingly new.

And refreshing.

They focus a lot on their compensation plan, specifically the commission rates which I found reasonable.

Also, the fact that affiliates can’t really earn until they’ve brought two customers to the business is also quite an effective idea, especially since personal sales can also count.

To actually receive more commission, the affiliate has to rank up by signing up a lot of customers in the process.

Bravo Revital U for doing what MLM is actually meant to do!

The one thing I would ask for clarification for would the recruitment criteria…. at the Regional Brand Influencer rank, the focus is switched to active retail customer acquisition quite quickly, with the next two ranks switching focus back to specific rank recruitment as it was before.

Why?

Also, the Platinum Brand Influencer seems to stop using rank recruitment and just requires six affiliates of any rank.

This isn’t of course harmful to the business, but wouldn’t it flow better if there wasn’t such a large shift from one rank to the next?

I believe they did this so that affiliates could learn to develop different skills within the company… like a new form of training almost.

Maybe just keep it simple by using consistency and then switching it up later on down the ranks.

Furthermore, I did quite appreciate the PV progression, which I have seen come in many different forms before.

But let’s just head back to the product itself real quick, shall we?

Isn’t it just… coffee? Can’t I just head over to Costco and buy the same thing in bulk?

And coffee capsules are quite hot in the market right now… options can start as low as $40 on Amazon.

Maybe Revital U could simply revise their pricing…

Coffee is already pretty competitive as it is, so I can’t be one to say a lot right now about which direction it’s headed in but I gotta say…

This company seems to have a strong focus on what they want, something I don’t always see often. So take heed, and maybe take a leap?

I rate this company the following:

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my Revital U and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below in the comments.

Aegea Review – Legit Company in 2018 or Huge Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Aegea Review!

Now, there’s been a lot of hype around this specific company for a while now…

After all, with its focus on the rapidly-growing industry of health and wellness, how could it not?

And maybe you have some questions about it as well…

Well, that’s what I’m here for!

I want to provide you the best, most up-to-date information possible so that you feel confident in making decisions regarding YOUR money!

In this post, I shall include this company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, as well as my own verdict on it.

So without further ado, let’s get started!

Aegea Review – The Company

Aegea review

As I said before, Aegea is considered to be a health and wellness MLM opportunity.

It seems to be running virtually out of Georgia, by co-founders John Prosser (Chairman of The Board) and Jeff Cohen (Executive).

The Aegea website even goes as far as to state John as a “prolific humanitarian, social change architect and trusted supporter of national medical issues”.

Unfortunately, despite this great praise for his skills and history in MLM, I couldn’t actually find any proof of such.

BUT, I did find Cohen’s résumé and, boy, is it PACKED!

He has held various positions at CBS, NBC, Turner Broadcasting, Kellogg’s and Coca-Cola before becoming the Chief Marketing Officer for Mona Vie in 2011.

Unfortunately, Mona Vie collapsed in 2014 and was eventually bought out by another MLM called Jeunesse in 2015.

Aegea Reviews – The Products

Aegea products

Aegea seems to be centered on selling ‘quantum resonance technology’ products. Here is what they describe it as on their website:

“Your body relies on energy, a life sustaining flow which allows it to function properly.

It is only because of the existence of this energy in our body that we can move, breathe, think, feel. and the overall condition of our health and well-being.

The body’s life-force energy becomes dysfunctional, various imbalances will result.

Any disruption of energy through the Meridian System by natural or man-made frequencies, such as disruptive electromagnetic fields, can be from stress, an injury, trauma, or unfavorable living habits and can be traced to the root of all health problems.

Aegea has developed bio-field, vibrational, natural frequencies energy solutions that are wearable technology for the body.”

The first of Aegea’s products is a “Quantum Card”, which if I am going to be honest, seems to be described with a lot of fluff words in their description:

“The QUANTUM CARD is the intelligent way to assist with harmonizing consumable water, food, beverages and also for use on non-consumable liquids like lotions and cosmetics.

Powered by AEGEA’s proprietary QUANTUM RESONANCE TECHNOLOGY (QRT), the powerful programming in this card has the ability to interface with the natural harmonic resonance of water based products.

Simply wave the QUANTUM CARD over your items to enjoy the benefits of Earth grounding energy.

Within seconds you may experience a wide array of positive effects, energy, efficiencies, and even dramatic taste.”

Even after reading over that a few times, I can only conclude that this is some sort of card that is supposed to change the ‘resonance’/energy/juju of whatever you are drinking?

It is hard to be sure of that though.

Interestingly enough, Aegea sell these carbon-fiber “imported from Earth” enigmatic Quantum Cards for $399 each.

Other products by Aegea include:

  • Nitro QuBits – “The world’s first Bio-Energy hologram for Nitric Oxide boost”, retailing at $60 for a pack of six hologram discs
  • Energetics Relief – “A unique, energy packed QuBIT delivery system designed to support circulation and energy with benefits such as severe discomfort relief, mental acuity, mood, energy, cardiovascular & circulation support”, retailing at $70 for a pack of six hologram discs
  • EMF Shield – “A corrective, harmonizing resonance technology designed to assist the body with counter-balancing these negative “vibes” from computers, phones, microwaves, monitors, and Wi-Fi devices”, retailing at $60 for a pack of two hologram discs
  • Freshness Card – “Uniquely combines quantum physics, Tesla technology and proprietary energy programming that increases the life of produce, meats, breads and other edibles”, retailing at $70 for one card

I had to check multiple forums to find out that Aegea also has a “secret” Gold Card product that is not listed in the products section of their website.

Aegea’s gold card supposedly features a sleek design made of high-quality precious metals.

In fact, there are claims that each card is minted from 1/10th gram of 0.9999 pure gold, which would be the right amount for newbies breaking into precious metal investment in the MLM world…

These gold cards are sold for $20.

Other companies that have retail products are NewULife, Xpirient and Revital U.

OH and we can’t forget the regular collector’s cards as well! (although I don’t have much to go off of that so let’s just move on, shall we?)

The Aegea Compensation Plan

Aegea seems to offer retail commissions, however there is an extreme focus on signing up as an affiliate with a monthly autoship and sponsoring others to do the same.

Aegea Affiliate Ranks

There are 9 affiliate ranks within the Aegea compensation plan as seen:

  • Affiliate – Sign up as an Aegea affiliate
  • Bronze – Maintain 40 BV a month autoship and sponsor 2 affiliates
  • Bronze Elite – Maintain 40 BV a month autoship and sponsor 4 affiliates
  • Silver – Maintain 40 BV a month autoship and sponsor 6 affiliates
  • Silver Elite – Maintain 40 BV a month autoship and sponsor 8 affiliates
  • Gold – Maintain 40 BV a month autoship and sponsor 10 affiliates
  • Gold Elite – Maintain 40 BV a month autoship and sponsor 12 affiliates
  • Platinum – Maintain 40 BV a month autoship and sponsor 16 affiliates
  • Platinum Elite – Maintain 40 BV a month autoship and sponsor 20 affiliates

Retail Commissions

Aegea affiliates earn retail commission when they sell products to customers who are NOT already affiliated with the company.

These commissions are based on the difference between the wholesale and retail price of products ordered…

Furthermore, Aegea pays a sponsorship commission to each newly sponsored affiliate when they sign up for one of the four “Starter Packages”:

  • Starter Pack – $99
  • Freshness Pack – $199
  • Executive Pack – $399
  • Quantum Builder Pack – $999

And like usual, these are paid out using a unilevel structure…

There is a cap after seven unilevel team levels though:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 60%
  • Levels 2 and 3 – 10%
  • Levels 4 to 7 – 5%

How many unilevel team levels an Aegea affiliate earns commissions on is based on rank:

  • Bronze, Bronze Elite and Silver affiliates earn recruitment commissions on levels 1 to 3
  • Silver Elite and Gold affiliates earn on levels 1 to 4
  • Gold Elite affiliates earn on levels 1 to 5
  • Platinum affiliates earn on levels 1 to 6
  • Platinum Elite affiliates earn recruitment commissions on all seven payable levels

Residual Commissions

Aegea pays residual commissions through a binary compensation structure, which just means that each affiliate sponsors up to two more affiliates as they progress, doubling at each level.

Positions in the binary team are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates but unlike a unilevel structure, there is no limit to how much it will grow.

At the end of each week, Aegea calculates new sales volume on both sides of the binary team, including retail sales and purchases by affiliates in the binary team.

A residual commission of “up to 20%” is paid on sales volume generated in the weaker binary side.

  • Bronze affiliates can earn up to $1000 a week
  • Bronze Elite affiliates can earn up to $2000 a week
  • Silver affiliates can earn up to $4000 a week
  • Silver Elite affiliates can earn up to $8000 a week
  • Gold affiliates can earn up to $10,000 a week
  • Gold Elite affiliates can earn up to $15,000 a week
  • Platinum affiliates can earn up to $20,000 a week
  • Platinum Elite affiliates can earn up to $25,000 a week

Residual Matching Bonus

Bronze Elite and higher ranked affiliates earn a Matching Bonus on residual commissions earned, as follows:

  • Bronze Elite and Silver affiliates earn a 20% residual commission match on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Silver Elite and Gold affiliates earn a 20% residual commission match on level 1 and 10% on level 2
  • Gold Elite and Platinum affiliates earn a 20% residual commission match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on level 3
  • Platinum Elite affiliates earn a 20% residual commission match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 and 4

BUT, this is only for the unilevel team affiliates.

Check Match Bonus

The Check Match Bonus pays an additional 10% match on residual commissions, based on a generational structure within the unilevel team.

Now I’ve mentioned this before, but some companies will classify certain rankings as a “Generation” in a unilevel leg.

Aegea defines a generation in a unilevel leg when a Silver or higher ranked affiliate is sponsored.

The 10% Check Match Bonus is paid on up to five Silver or higher ranked affiliates in each unilevel leg.

Rank Achievement Bonus

Aegea pays a one-time Rank Achievement Bonus from the Bronze Elite rank onward:

  • Qualify as a Bronze Elite and receive $100
  • Qualify as a Silver Elite and receive $200
  • Qualify as a Gold Elite and receive $400
  • Qualify as a Platinum and receive $600
  • Qualify as a Platinum Elite and receive $1000

Global Bonus

Aegea takes 2% of company’s volume and places it in the Global Bonus, which Platinum Elite ranked affiliates earn a share on each month.

Lifestyle Bonus

The Lifestyle Bonus rewards Platinum Elite Aegea affiliates for sponsoring ranked affiliates:

  • Personally sponsor and maintain 2 Silver Elites and receive $500 a month
  • Personally sponsor and maintain 4 Silver Elites and receive $750 a month
  • Personally sponsor and maintain 6 Silver Elites and receive $1000 a month

Cost to Join Aegea

The cost to join Aegea is linked to purchasing various packages:

  • Starter Pack – $99
  • Freshness Pack – $199
  • Executive Pack – $399
  • Quantum Builder Pack – $999

The primary difference between the above packs is bundled products.

Based on affiliate marketing, Aegea appears to also have private Gold Card affiliate signup options as such:

  • $99 (includes 5 – 0.1 gram Gold Cards)
  • $499 (includes 25 – 0.1 gram Gold Cards + Gold Rank)
  • $999 (includes 50 – 0.1 gram Gold Cards + Platinum Rank)

But please note! To actually earn commissions, an affiliate must maintain a monthly 40 PV autoship order.

Currently, their catalog suggests that 40 PV comes around to $60 a month on average…

In other terms, keep the people rolling in and the income opportunity high.

Verdict on Aegea

I understand that there may be some confusion around this product… just as I had when I was researching it for you…

What is it?

$399 for a carbon fiber credit card with “infinite energy” printed on it.

Where shall I even start?

I mean, other than the fact that the company relies on outside sources to review their product highly, I doubt you’ll get anything better than stuff like this:

“I found a raised spot on my skin. It was red, rough and an abnormal shape…

I began treating it with the AEGEA QUANTUM CARD directly on the area every day in the shower with water and at night and in 30 days it has improved.

I am in awe with how it has cleared it up. Thank you AEGEA!”

The came from an ‘Anna M’, so frankly, couldn’t it be just about anyone on the internet?

I also noted some concerns over Aegea’s claims of ‘freshness’ since this “Award Winning Quantum Technology Keeps Everything From Foods To Flowers Fresher, Longer!”

I mean, folks, they claimed that their Nitro QuBits product has won a Nobel Prize.

It just seems a bit… ridiculous and far-fetched to me…

I couldn’t find any proof of what they said be credible sources online, so all we have to go off of are a few grainy reviews and questionable claims.

On top of that, their compensation plan just seems a bit forced.

After all, affiliates MUST buy the product when signing up, followed by a mandatory autoship each month.

And then the commissions are tied to maintaining this autoship order and sponsorship of others!

For being such a ‘product-based company’, I am surprised that they don’t push the RETAIL aspect of it more often…

It just all seems to be baloney.

As we know, this ‘health and wellness’ sector of MLM has included both Herbalife and Vemma in the past, both of which flopped quite badly.

And it seems Aegea wants to follow their steps down that path…

Why does it seem as if they are hiding more about their company, products, etc.?

Like, what are these gold cards?

I’m sorry Aegea, but anecdotes from random customers aren’t gonna save you from this sinking ship.

Maybe test your products BEFORE they hit the market.

Otherwise, you’re just selling a strip of carbon fiber that magically interacts beneficially with anything that contains water…

Anyway everyone, I hope you enjoyed my Aegea review and if you have any questions or comments leave them below…

AxeMediaTV Review – Legit Biz Op or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

$

Welcome to my AxeMediaTV Review!

I’m sure you’re here because you’ve heard the buzz surrounding this up and coming company.

After all, hearing about a streaming service in the MLM world isn’t as common as other companies.

I’m glad you’ve decided to take the time to look into the aspects of this company before you make your decisions…

That’s like Business 101!

In this review, I will be looking at AxeMediaTV’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and end it off with my verdict.

Shall we get started?

AxeMediaTV Review – The Company

AxeMediaTV Review

I had to do some serious digging to find out that AxeMediaTV website domain was registered as axemedia.tv on the 3rd of May this year.

It seems that it is operating out of the state of Nevada, closer to Vegas, at a virtual office address…

Also, a man named Anthony Oxley cites himself as the CEO on his LinkedIn profile, as well as the CEO of Vicinity Ascent…

He describes Vicinity Ascent as a “modern, responsive real estate IDX & web solutions provider.”

There really isn’t much to work with here folks… I could barely find information about AxeMediaTV as it was…

So let’s just move it along!

AxeMediaTV Reviews – The Products

axemediatv products

AxeMedisTV does not have any retail products or services for affiliates.

The affiliate membership program seems to subscribe anyone to the service once they enroll themselves…

And so each subscriber becomes an affiliate for only $39.

The perks of this service seem to revolve around providing access to 24/7 movies and shows and over 5k HD channels in over 50 countries around the world.

Very Netflix-ish, no?

BUT WAIT! The company does not disclose any broadcast agreements with copyright holders on their website…

So then I started looking deeper into the signup process and I ran into a company called MyWifi TV.

MyWifi TV advertises a $20 a monthly IPTV subscription, like a reseller program…

This associated company appears to be your average pirate stream provider that just showed up this year.

So now that we know where they’re getting their products from… is it still worth the price?

If you are looking for some legit companies, check our Aegea, Revital U and Jeunesse.

AxeMediaTV Compensation Plan

AxeMediaTV affiliates pay $39 a month to begin marketing the affiliate membership to others.

The company pays commissions down three levels of sponsorship (unilevel):

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – $10
  • Level 2 – 2%
  • Level 3 – 3%

Cost to Join AxeMediaTV

The cost to join AxeMediaTV is $39 a month.

Verdict on AxeMediaTV

Maybe this company could have had potential to be quite successful, however pirate stream companies rarely last that long…

Oh yeah, and there’s one more problem.

We barely know anything about this company!

This business model seems to simply be the bones of it all.

Typically, an MLM company offering deals to stolen content will charge a few hundred for a stream box, but AxeMediaTV chooses to instead offer a software “video player”.

But it’s literally the same as all those other companies.

You get join, sponsor others, and get paid when their fees come in.

AxeMediaTV seems to combine copyright infringement with pyramid recruitment, which means that it’ll probably end up dying in one of two ways…

Either recruitment will die or the company will collapse once streams stop working…

Or the content creators sue for copyright infringement (which is probably scarier than the first option)

At the end of the day, it’s your choice but just know that the road does not look so bright for this MLM opportunity.

I hope you enjoyed my AxeMediaTV review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

Welcome to my Luvv Review!

By now you may have heard the hype around this up-and-coming business in the MLM world…

After all, we all luvv an innovative idea….

Sorry I couldn’t help it.

Anyway, the fact that you are here reading what I have to offer just proves that you are ready to take the first steps into entering the MLM world to start making money.

And my job is to help you along the way.

In this review, I shall break down this company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and my own verdict.

So, let’s get started!

Luvv Review – The Company

Luvv review

After doing some thorough research and watching a marketing video on the Luvv website, I discovered that a man named Jeff Long credits himself as the sole creator and co-founder of the company.

Interestingly enough, he is also known for being the founder of AutoXTen, a failed MLM opp that launched in 2011.

Afterwards, he tried to start up SMS Dailies…turns out that didn’t last as long as he hoped.

He came back with Get Paid Social in 2015… and the pattern of failure continued.

Yet he persisted! Long launched 1 Online Business in mid 2017.

Guess what happened?

Surprise, surprise. It failed…

Luvv ended up being launched in April of 2018.

Luvv Reviews – The Products

This company doesn’t seem to have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

Luvv Compensation Plan

This company seems to work with 3 affiliate membership tiers, with commissions paid on the two that cost money.

The affiliates who join for free only generate commissions when they sponsor paid affiliates.

That makes income opportunity slightly harder than usual.

The only two paid options are Luvv Supporter ($25 fee) and Luvv Abundant Giving System ($100 annual fee).

Essentially commissions are based off of how much an affiliate pays in fees for the period of time they are in the business.

Free Affiliates

Free Luvv Affiliates earn:

  • $5 on personally sponsored Luvv Supporters
  • $10 a year on personally sponsored Luvv Abundant Giving System affiliates (as long as $100 a year fees continue to be paid)

Luvv Supporters

Luvv Supporter affiliates earn:

  • $5 on sponsorship of Luvv Supporters, paid down two levels of sponsorship
  • $10 per year per Luvv Abundant Giving System affiliate sponsored down two levels of sponsorship (as long as $100 a year fees continue to be paid)

Luvv Abundant Giving System

Luvv Abundant Giving System affiliates earn $5 on the sponsorship of Luvv Supporters, but only paid down two levels.

Commissions on recruitment of Luvv Abundant Giving System affiliates are paid out through a unilevel compensation structure.

This company caps off payable unilevel team levels at five, with affiliates earning $10 per Luvv Abundant Giving System affiliate sponsored across these five levels.

As long as the $100 fees are paid, the Luvv Abundant Giving System affiliate recruitment commissions continue to be paid out.

Cost to Join Luvv

The cost to join Luvv depends on whether you choose free or paid affiliate membership.

  • Free membership – no cost
  • Luvv Supporter – $25
  • Luvv Abundant Giving System – $100 a year

The primary difference between Luvv’s affiliate membership options is income potential through the Luvv compensation plan.

Verdict on Luvv

At first glance, Jeff Long seems to have this I-want-to-save-the-world kind of look to him that he really emphasizes in his marketing videos.

But this company just seems to follow the same pattern as all the businesses that came before it.

All of the commissions detailed in Luvv’s compensation plan are tied directly to the sponsorship of paid affiliates.

And of course, what are they selling? We don’t know!

Luvv fails to provide any RELEVANT information about the product they are trying to sell to their audience.

In the marketing video, Long can’t help himself as he goes on to talk about “love cards”, glorified postcards that affiliates shall sign.

Each paid affiliate receives 100 love cards and access to social media tools allowing them to send out pre-written messages to others.

Oh, and don’t forget about “love wear”, which is just apparel with love themed prints…

All this other stuff about “positivity” and “love” … well, it’s just fluff, isn’t it?

As Jeff Long puts it:

“The main objective of each (postcards and apparel) is to bring people to an awareness of our movement and invite them to participate in it.”

Frankly, if there are no affiliates, then there is no profit, and all this talk of participation is flushed down the toilet.

I don’t think I particularly LOVE this company… maybe I’ll just take a pass.

I hope you enjoyed my Luvv review and if you have any questions or comments leave them below…

Activz Review – Legit Business or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Activz Review!

Now, before I dive head first into this company, it is important to note that there is a non-MLM company out there with the name “Activz Complete” that also markets nutritional supplements.

As far as I know, there is no link between the business we are discussing today and that one.

Alrighty, now that that’s out of the way, let’s get started!

The health and wellness side of MLM has always led to some raised eyebrows by the people involved…

After all it can be pretty hard to accomplish successfully.

So today, I will break down this company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, before ending it all off with my verdict.

I want to ensure you make the best decision possible for YOU!

Let’s jump right in then!

Activz Review – The Company

Activz review

Activz does seem to have a website… however, a photo of the “management” does not seem to be as descriptive as one would hope…

I had to look deeply to find out that the CEO and Chairman of Activz is a man named David Brown, who has MLM experience dating back to 1996.

Quite an expert! Take a look at his resume:

  • President, Natural Balance (1996 – 2000)
  • President/CEO, Metabolife International (2000 – 2003)
  • President/CEO, LifeVantage (2008 – 2013)
  • CEO, Yevo (2014 – 2016)

Brown’s last company, Yevo, launched with the aim of marketing dehydrated meals… unfortunately it didn’t last too long.

Activz Reviews – The Products

Activz focuses on marketing nutritional supplements and personal care products, such as:

  • Linq – Marketed as “cellular jet fuel” that benefits metabolism, brain function, gut function, immune system and skin
  • Emora – The Emora range includes a purifying mud, essence toner and rejuvenating serum

The retail pricing for these products is not available on the Activz website.

activz linq

activz emora

Overall it didn’t hit our top network marketing companies list.

The Activz Compensation Plan

Activz’s compensation plan pays residual unilevel commissions based on generated sales volume (or GV).

Additional performance-based bonuses are also available.

Activz Affiliate Ranks

There are 16 affiliate ranks within the Activz compensation plan, as listed below:

  • A – Generate and maintain 50 PV a month
  • A1 – Maintain 50 PV a month, sponsor and maintain one affiliate and generate and maintain 500 GV a month
  • A2 – Maintain 50 PV a month, maintain at least one personally sponsored affiliate and generate and maintain 1000 GV a month
  • A3 – Maintain 50 PV a month, sponsor and maintain at least two affiliates and generate and maintain 2500 GV a month (max 2000 GV from any one leg and min 125 GV in smallest leg)
  • A4 – Maintain 50 PV a month, maintain at least two personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 5000 GV a month (max 4000 GV from any one leg and min 250 GV in smallest leg)
  • A5 – Maintain 50 PV a month, sponsor and maintain at least three affiliates and generate and maintain 7500 GV a month (max 6000 GV from any one leg and min 375 GV in smallest leg)
  • A6 – Generate and maintain 100 PV a month, maintain at least three personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 10,000 GV a month (max 7000 GV from any one leg and min 500 GV in smallest leg)
  • A7 – Maintain 100 PV a month, sponsor and maintain at least four affiliates and generate and maintain 15,000 GV a month (max 10,500 GV from any one leg and min 700 GV in smallest leg)
  • A8 – Generate and maintain 150 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 20,000 GV a month (max 14,000 GV from any one leg and min 1000 GV in smallest leg)
  • A9 – Maintain 150 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 30,000 GV a month (max 21,000 GV from any one leg and min 1500 GV in smallest leg)
  • A10 – Generate and maintain 200 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 50,000 GV a month (max 30,000 GV from any one leg and min 2500 GV in smallest leg)
  • A11 – Maintain 200 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 75,000 GV a month (max 45,000 GV from any one leg and min 3750 GV in smallest leg)
  • A12 – Maintain 200 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 100,000 GV a month (max 50,000 GV from any one leg and min 5000 GV in smallest leg)
  • A13 – Maintain 200 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 200,000 GV a month (max 100,000 GV from any one leg and min 10,000 GV in smallest leg)
  • A14 – Maintain 200 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 350,000 GV a month (max 140,000 GV from any one leg and min 17,500 GV in smallest leg)
  • A15 – Maintain 200 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 500,000 GV a month (max 200,000 GV from any one leg and min 25,000 GV in smallest leg)
  • A16 – Maintain 200 PV a month, maintain at least four personally sponsored affiliates and generate and maintain 1,000,000 GV a month (max 400,000 GV from any one leg and min 50,000 GV in smallest leg)

The PV stands for “Personal Volume” and includes sales volume generated by retail sales AND an affiliate’s personal orders.

GV stands for “Group Volume” and is PV generated by an affiliate’s entire downline.

Additional Compensation Positions

Activz rewards affiliates at the A6, A8 and A10 ranks up to four additional compensation positions.

Additionally, the Activz compensation plan states that “PV applies towards Business Centers”, which just means that in order for additional positions, the PV rank qualification only has to be met once.

Unfortunately, Activz does not specify the placement of the additional compensation positions.

My assumption is that each additional position is placed within the unilevel team if anything, but I’ll keep an eye out for more info.

Fast Start Bonus

The Fast Start Bonus is simply an additional percentage bonus on sales volume generated within a new downline affiliate’s first month.

Activz pays the Fast Start Bonus through a unilevel compensation structure that is capped at five levels as seen below:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 20%
  • Level 2 – 4%
  • Level 3 – 8%
  • Level 4 – 6%
  • Level 5 – 4%

Residual Commissions

Activz pays residual commissions through the same unilevel team structure used to pay the Fast Start Bonus.

  • A-ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • A1 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1 and 4% on level 2
  • A3 and A4 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 4% on level 2 and 8% on level 3
  • A5 and A6 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 8% on level 3 and 6% on level 4
  • A7 and A8 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 8% on level 3, 6% on level 4 and 4% on level 5
  • A9 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 8% on level 3, 6% on level 4 and 4% on levels 5 and 6
  • A10 ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 8% on level 3, 6% on level 4 and 4% on levels 5 to 7
  • A11 and higher ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 8% on level 3, 6% on level 4, 4% on levels 5 to 7 and 1% on level 8

Note that residual commissions are compressed which means that inactive affiliates across the first eight levels will be replaced by those in deeper legs if needed.

PC Royalty Bonus

The PC Royalty Bonus is a percentage bonus paid on up to five unilevel team levels:

  • A-ranked affiliates earn 20% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • A1 and A2 ranked affiliates earn 20% on level 1 and 4% on level 2
  • A3 and A4 ranked affiliates earn 20% on level 1, 4% on level 2 and 8% on level 3
  • A5 and A6 ranked affiliates earn 20% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 8% on level 3 and 6% on level 4
  • A7 and higher ranked affiliates earn 20% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 8% on level 3, 6% on level 4 and 4% on level 5

Honestly, this bonus is the same as the standard residual commissions other than the compression factor and the number of levels paid out.

Rank Achievement Bonus

Activz affiliates who qualify at specific ranks are rewarded with the following Rank Achievement Bonuses:

  • Qualify at A2 and receive 100 PV product credit
  • Qualify at A4 and receive $250
  • Qualify at A6 and receive $500
  • Qualify at A8 and receive $1000
  • Qualify at A10 and receive $2500

Global Bonus Pool

This company seems to take out 8% of monthly company-wide GV and place it into a Global Bonus Pool, which is then split into 10 smaller pools for the affiliates to earn a share:

  • A6 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A7 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A8 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A9 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A10 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A11 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A12 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A13 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A14 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%
  • A15 to A16 pool – 10% of 8%

Based on rank, Activz affiliates are able to earn from multiple Global Bonus Pools.

BUT WAIT! If you are an A15 and A16 ranked affiliate, you could potentially earn from all ten available Global Bonus Pools!

Legacy Bonus

Activz also takes 1% of monthly company-wide sales volume and place it into the Legacy Bonus pool.

It seems that only A11 to A16 ranked Activz affiliates receive an equal share in the Legacy Bonus pool on a monthly basis.

Legend Bonus

Even more specifically, Activz take 1% of monthly company-wide sales volume and places it into the Legend Bonus pool.

A16 ranked affiliates receive an equal share in the Legend Bonus pool each month.

It seems that A16 seems to get all the perks!

Special Promotions

Activz does not provide a lot of details about their special promotions, however I did find this on their website:

“ACTIVZ offers an array of special promotions that allow our distributors and customers an opportunity to earn more. Rewards such as CREDITS, PRIZES, INCENTIVE TRIPS, TRAINING, BONUSES, and MUCH MORE will be rewarded to those that qualify.”

Cost to Join Activz

Activz lacks relevant information about membership costs based on rankings.

BUT, I did find that Activz affiliate membership seems to be linked to the purchase of an “Activz Starter Kit”.

The prices are only provided in Mexican currency but I did the conversions for you in USD to make it easier as listed below:

  • Basic Starter Kit – $2702 MXN ($145 USD)
  • Advanced Starter Kit – $5923 MXN ($319 USD)
  • Premium Starter Kit – $9140 MXN ($492 USD)
  • Premium Starter Kit (more products?) – $11,296 MXN ($608 USD)

*Figures are not exact, but rather an approximation.

The Activz Distributor Policies document states that purchase of the Activz Starter Kit is optional in North Dakota, Massachusetts and Wyoming…

There also seems to be a vaguer affiliate membership option that is considered to be “bare-bones” …

After the first year, renewal of Activz affiliate membership is $25 USD annually (but this can be waived off if an affiliate maintains twelve months of autoship).

Verdict on Activz

I’m going to be honest and upfront right here and say that this company seems to have some glaring issues…

As a business, Activz seems to lack information about their retail products as well as management… two big no-no’s in the MLM world.

This begs the question of how focused this company is on affiliate autoship recruitment…

There are multiple areas where Activz fails to focus on whether it is the general PV requirement (no retail volume requirements), rewarding affiliates on autoship with annual fee waiving and/or product credit bonuses that reward an affiliate’s own orders beyond that of customers.

Also, there’s the fact that the most an Activz affiliate can earn in credit on a retail order is 50 PV.

That’s it.

Conversely, an affiliate earns a:

  • 20% product credit if they place an order for 1 to 3 consecutive months
  • 25% product credit if they place an order for 4 to 9 consecutive months or a
  • 35% product credit if they place an order for 10 or more consecutive months

It seems they want to focus soooooooo much on autoship recruitment that they fail to recognize

the potential of product credit on repeat retail orders?

But I can’t just keep pointing out all the flaws I see with this business… I’ve never seen a minimum volume requirement for unilevel legs.

I do wish it was better explained in the compensation plan though.

It seems like a great way to get affiliates with larger downlines to focus on all of their unilevel legs, as opposed to just building a few and leaving the rest behind.

As an Activz affiliate, the goal is to find out is how much retail PV your upline is generating on a monthly basis versus their own monthly spend.

What you want to see is minimum 50% retail volume counting toward their PV.

Just keep in mind… commissions made on personal orders are a red flag that the company is not circulating any real profit as they might try to market out right…

As great of an idea as this seems, I don’t think Activz has as huge of a retail customer base as they try to pass off.

I guess I’ll round off my review with a quick briefing on what I think about the product’s marketing strategies.

Activz appears to have launched in Mexico last year, where it was promoted as the “cure-all for cancer, leukemia, arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes and ‘other advanced diseases’”.

As far as I know, there is no medical proof to back these claims up other the word of a few strangers on the internet.

None of Activz’s products are registered with the FDA.

Maybe be careful about investing your money in a health and wellness based MLM opp if it’s gonna be spouting out unsubstantiated facts like these…

All I can say, approach with caution.

I hope you enjoyed my Activz review and if you have any questions or comments leave them below…

Magellan International Alliances Review – Legit Company or Scam?

Welcome to my Magellan International Alliances Review!

Now whether you are here because you’ve heard the buzz around this company or simply because it fell in your lap doesn’t matter.

At least you are here and that is what matters.

No matter what your educational background is, the MLM world always provides great ways to start building skills that can be used anywhere.

And today, we shall get cracking with a prime opportunity right here, right now!

We are going to be talking about this company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, as well as ending off with my own verdict.

So, what are we waiting for?

Let’s get started!

Magellan International Alliances Review – The Company

Magellan International Alliances review

Magellan International Alliances (What a mouthful!) seems to operate on the cryptocurrency side of MLM.

Magellan has connections to an address in Ireland, supposedly under the control of Company Formations International.

But where are the physical operations running from?

Do they even exist?

After some heavy research, I found out that Jef Welch was assigned as the CEO in August to the company…

He is said to be based out of Georgia, but what about Magellan International Alliances?

On the corporate website, Welch revealed:

“I have served in the Direct Sales industry for approximately 40 years in management, establishing international teams, and traveling to almost 70 countries, with respect of the many various cultures around the world.

I chose to align my name and reputation with Magellan, due to the integrity and vision expounded by the Strategic Partnership Alliance.”

Wanna hear something else interesting?

It turns out that Welch was recently tied to CGI Limited, where he was apparently laundering funds tied to investment in unregistered securities.

A CGI Limited review reveals that the company was an elaborate crypto gambling service in the US associated with the BetChip altcoin and Coin-sinos casino.

They even went as far as to claim that their BetChip was accepted “by a number of casinos” all across the US…

Let me just clarify something…

THIS IS ILLEGAL!

Especially in the US as per the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.

And then back in April they rebranded themselves as CGI Global and abandoned Coinsinos

And now Magellan International Alliances is simply their new driver.

If you want to look into companies that are not so illegal, check out Activz, Usana and Kyani.

Magellan International Alliances Reviews – The Products

Magellan International Alliances doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

But anyone wanting to sign up as an affiliate with Magellan International Alliances can market the company affiliate membership.

This exclusive membership provides access to BetChip altcoin investment.

What is BetChip, you ask?

BetChip, previously tied to illegal gambling, has been reinvented as an e-commerce platform currency, used in selected stores and services online.

It’s meant to bring shopping to your fingertips, just as services like Amazon and Shopify do.

I found this on their website:

“Our community of members can experience discounts and savings from many of the leading brands around the world.”

The Magellan International Alliances Compensation Plan

Magellan International Alliances affiliates are expected to invest in BetChips, as shown in the rankings below:

  • Bronze – Invest $100 and receive $100 in BetChips
  • Bronze Elite – Invest $500 and receive $500 in BetChips
  • Silver – Invest $1000 and receive $1000 in BetChips
  • Silver Elite – Invest $5000 and receive $5000 in BetChips
  • Gold – Invest $10,000 and receive $10,000 in BetChips
  • Gold Elite – Invest $25,000 and receive $25,000 in BetChips
  • Platinum – Invest $50,000 and receive $50,000 in BetChips

Commissions are paid when affiliates sponsor others to do the same.

Daily ROI

Each Magellan International Alliances affiliate package is linked to a “Power 365” daily ROI payout for eight months, beginning 60 days after the date of investment:

  • Bronze – 0.33 cents a day rounded to $10 a month, total annual ROI = $100)
  • Bronze Elite – 82 cents a day rounded to $25 a month, total annual ROI = $250
  • Silver – $1.64 a day rounded to $50 a month, total annual ROI = $500
  • Silver Elite – $3.27 a day rounded to $100 a month, total annual ROI = $1000
  • Gold – $16.39 a day rounded to $1000 a month, total annual ROI = $10,000
  • Gold Elite – $81.97 a day rounded to $2500 a month, total annual ROI = $25,000
  • Platinum – $163.93 a day rounded to $5000 a month, total annual ROI = $50,000

Recruitment Commissions

Magellan International Alliances pay recruitment commissions through a unilevel compensation structure.

You should note that each Magellan International affiliate investment package is tied to a lesser amount of sales volume.

  • Bronze – 50 BV
  • Bronze Elite – 250 BV
  • Silver – 500 BV
  • Silver Elite – 2500 BV
  • Gold – 5000 BV
  • Gold Elite – 12,500 BV
  • Platinum – 25,000 BV

Magellan International Alliances caps payable unilevel levels at five, with commissions paid out as a percentage of funds invested:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 8%
  • Level 3 – 6%
  • Level 4 – 4%
  • Level 5 – 2%

Residual Commissions

Magellan International Alliances pays residual commissions through a binary compensation structure.

Each level will have every individual affiliate sponsoring up to two more affiliates, doubling up each time.

Sponsorship can be both direct and indirect, with no limit on how many affiliates can join.

Residual commissions are calculated using the same BV values used to calculate recruitment commissions as seen above.

At the end of each day, the company will add up the new investment volume on both sides of the binary team.

Just as always, the BV generated on the weaker binary side will reflect affiliates being paid 10% of invested funds across their team.

Leftover volume on the stronger side will simply carry over.

Matching Bonus

Magellan International Alliances also seems to provide a 5% Matching Bonus on residual commissions earned by personally sponsored affiliates.

This Bonus is paid on up to six generations within a unilevel leg.

This company defines a generation in a unilevel leg when a Navigator or higher ranked affiliate is found in that leg, capping off the first generation and carrying onwards.

Using this generational structure, Magellan International Alliances pays a Matching Bonus as follows:

  • Navigators earn a 15% match on one generation
  • Navigator 1 Stars earn a 15% match on the first generation and 20%on the second
  • Navigator 2 Stars earn a 15% match on the first generation and 20% on the second and third
  • Navigator 3 Stars earn a 15% match on the first generation, 20% on the second and third and 10% on the fourth
  • Navigator 4 Stars earn a 15% match on the first generation, 20% on the second and third, 10% on the fourth and 5% on the fifth
  • Navigator 5 Stars earn a 15% match on the first generation, 20% on the second and third, 10% on the fourth, 5% on the fifth and 2% on the sixth

Unfortunately, I was unable to find affiliate ranking criteria on the corporate website to provide you the information.

Cost to Join Magellan International Alliances

Magellan International Alliances affiliate membership is tied to investment in BetChips:

  • Bronze – $100
  • Bronze Elite – $500
  • Silver – $1000
  • Silver Elite – $5000
  • Gold – $10,000
  • Gold Elite – $25,000
  • Platinum $50,000

Verdict on Magellan International Alliances

Now, for my favorite part of blogging – the final judgement.

And cue the dramatic music.

Honestly, after the whole Coin-sinos mess, it just seems to me that BetChips is their new hope to kick start this whole thing again.

There are too many strings attached to their corporate structure for starters.

When MLMs do not have a physical business stated on their website, it kinda puts up a red flag to be wary of.

But regardless of what type of crypto is being offered, investment in altcoin with the expectation of a passive ROI is a securities offering.

However, none of the execs of this company are registered to SEC.

Which means Magellan International Alliances is offering illegal unregistered securities in the US.

There is simply no proof that this company is registered in any jurisdiction of the world.

In my research, I could only find concrete evidence of revenue coming from new investments rather than other forms of income.

So, remember those daily “Power 365” ROI payouts? They may simply be newly invested funds used to pay existing investors.

If that is the case, then this company joins the dime a dozen companies that fall under the Ponzi scheme category of MLM.

After all, the information about BetChips is so limited…

In fact, CGI Global appear to be holding these pre-generated coins and giving them to naïve affiliates at a fixed $1 internal value.

But they are worthless outside of the company…

A collapse is bound to be just around the corner as new investors get a whiff of the fishiness surrounding Magellan International Alliance.

I hope you enjoyed my Magellan International Alliances review and if you have any questions or comments leave them below…

Welcome to my Evolution Travel Review!

Whether you heard about this company on a Facebook post or someone told you about it…

Whether you are a veteran in the MLM world or just a newbie trying out something new…

I have the information you need!

I want to make sure you feel comfortable making decisions about what you want to do with your money.

In this review, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not…

Let’s take a look at the company first!

Evolution Travel Review – The Company

Evolution Travel review

Evolution Travel operates in the exclusive travel niche of MLM, specifically from an address in Las Vegas as stated on their website.

This address is actually virtual and seems to belong to Regus, however there is a CEO!

His name is David McCovy and he has quite an established resume as I have outlined below:

“[He] founded a clothing store, a restaurant, the largest independent concert company in Las Vegas, and has also invested in a Hollywood film.

Persistence from his mother along with time freedom that his traditional businesses didn’t allow him are the things that got David involved in network marketing.

He quickly ascended to the top of the companies that he was involved with.

His passion to help people and to give the average person a platform to succeed is what drove David to found Evolution Travel.”

Apparently, David McCovy first found success in 5Linx as Senior Vice President in 2014.

After 5Linx’s collapse, he joined the Paycation pyramid scheme, which he ended up ditching just in time in 2015.

Evolution Travel Reviews – The Products

evolution travel products

The Evolution Travel website states the company is ‘an affiliate of Archer Travel Service, Inc.

After doing my usual research, I found out that Archer Travel Group is a third-party company that acts as a search engine for access to a discount flights, hotels, cars, cruises and vacations.

Evolution Travel have probably white-labeled Archer Travel Group’s booking engine, allowing for their affiliates and retail customers to book discounted travel through this company.

Another company I reviews was The Super Affiliate Network and iMarketsLive.

The Evolution Travel Compensation Plan

Evolution Travel affiliates are paid when travel is booked by both customers and affiliates alike through this company.

They are also paid to sponsor new Evolution Travel affiliates.

Evolution Travel Affiliate Ranks

There are 14 affiliate ranks with specific criterion within the Evolution Travel compensation plan as detailed below:

  • Consultant – Sign up as an Evolution Travel affiliate
  • Executive Consultant – Sponsor 3 affiliates
  • Bronze Consultant – Sponsor 6 affiliates
  • Silver Consultant – Sponsor 9 affiliates
  • Gold Consultant – Sponsor 15 affiliates, at least three of which are Silver Consultant or higher
  • Platinum Consultant – Have a total downline of at least 300 sponsored affiliates
  • 1 Star Platinum – Have a total downline of at least 500 sponsored affiliates
  • 2 Star Platinum – Have a total downline of at least 1500 sponsored affiliates
  • 3 Star Platinum – Have a total downline of at least 3000 sponsored affiliates
  • 4 Star Platinum – Have a total downline of at least 9000 sponsored affiliates
  • 5 Star Platinum – Have a total downline of at least 15 000 sponsored affiliates
  • 6 Star Platinum – Have a total downline of at least 30 000 sponsored affiliates
  • 7 Star Platinum – Have a total downline of at least 50 000 sponsored affiliates
  • 8 Star Platinum – Have a total downline of at least 100 000 sponsored affiliates

There can be no more than a third of sponsored affiliates from the Platinum rank from a single sponsorship leg.

Travel Commissions

Evolution Travel share 90% of the travel commissions they receive from Archer Travel Group with their affiliates.

That means that the affiliate/retail customer who made the booking receives 80%.

The affiliate who sponsored them receives a 10% residual commission.

Residual Pool Commissions

Evolution Travel takes an unspecified percentage of monthly company-wide revenue and puts it in the Residual Pool where it is shared with Executive and higher ranked affiliates as seen below:

  • Executive ranked affiliates receive an equal share of 13% of the Residual Pool
  • Bronze ranked affiliates receive an equal share of 14% of the Residual Pool
  • Silver ranked affiliates receive an equal share of 20% of the Residual Pool
  • Gold ranked affiliates receive an equal share of 12% of the Residual Pool
  • Platinum, 1 Star Platinum and 2 Star Platinum ranked affiliates receive an equal share of 30% of the Residual Pool
  • 3 Star Platinum and higher ranked affiliates receive an equal share of 11% of the Residual Pool

Leadership Bonus

Gold and higher ranked Evolution Travel affiliates receive a monthly Leadership Bonus:

  • Gold = $750
  • Platinum = $1750
  • 1 Star Platinum = $2500
  • 2 Star Platinum = $5000
  • 3 Star Platinum = $10,000
  • 4 Star Platinum = $15,000
  • 5 Star Platinum = $25,000
  • 6 Star Platinum = $50,000
  • 7 Star Platinum = $75,000
  • 8 Star Platinum = $100,000

Company Shares

I found this tidbit of information when I was reading up about Company Shares on their website:

“Consultants receive 20,000 shares at the Gold Consultant level. Consultants receive an additional 20,000 shares at the Platinum Consultant level.”

What are these shares they speak of? How are they divided or even earned?

Frankly, the website seems to skip over these details.

Scholarship Awards

If an Evolution Travel affiliate signs up for $99 once, the company puts $1 into a Scholarship Awards fund, which goes to one affiliate every six months based on the following criteria:

  • Consultants, at the time of selection, must have been active for at least 6 consecutive months  with no lapse in monthly agency fee
  • Must have themselves or immediate family member that will be gifted the scholarship actively enrolled in high school or college
  • Consultants must have at one point reached the level of Executive Consultant

Cost to Join Evolution Travel

The cost to join Evolution Travel is $299, but it does seem to have been discounted to $30 for a while now.

In addition to that, each Evolution Travel affiliate is required to pay $69.99 a month to remain qualified for commissions.

Verdict on Evolution Travel

The judge has taken his seat is now ready to issue a final judgement about Evolution Travel.

And frankly, it seems like a mess.

Evolution Travel is essentially David McCovy’s Paycation sequel of sorts.

Both companies pay travel commissions, but there is strict emphasis on affiliate sponsorship.

Also, this claim that an Evolution Travel affiliate receives 80% of travel commissions generated through Archer Travel Group bookings seems to be glossier than it actually is.

In reality, travel commissions are quite thin.

The 80% is NOT the price paid for travel.

It’s probably the tiniest amount that Archer gives them as commission, and then the residual 10% may just be pennies in comparison.

The bulk of the revenue comes from the $69.99 a month that affiliates pay.

And so this is where Evolution Travel begins to fall into pyramid scheme territory.

This is further proven by Evolution Travel’s sponsorship-based affiliate rank qualification criteria.

If this was a legit company, then where is the minimum amount of retail travel bookings required each month?

Eventually revenue will slow down once those paying the $69.99 begin to figure out what is happening and stop.

All that may be left is loss, loss, and loss.

I hope you enjoyed my Evolution Travel review and if you have any questions or comments leave them below…

Welcome to my iBull Trade Review!

There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to take a look and see what it was all about.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit right?

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end…

Now if you want to grow your business in anyway or don’t have one yet, watch this free webinar training.

I go through my exact methods on how I was able to build a successful business online…

It works for MLM, affiliate marketing and eCom just so you know…

Anyway, back to the review…

iBull Trade Review – The Company

iBull Trade review

The iBull Trade website recognizes Salvatore Tagliavia, Giuseppe Mancino and Stefano Soldi as co-founders of the business

Of the 3 iBull Trade co-founders, Tagliavia seems running the show.

Tagliavia is based from Bulgaria, which is presumably where iBull Trade is operated from.

The iBull Trade site states the business below:

began in 2009 when with some entrepreneurs and who were investing in cryptocurrencies.

After a while, they found a way in which they could to create a more stable management of income lasting over time but always very profitable.

So a few years later, precisely in 2011, with the contribution of the European Community and the Norwegian Government that financed the project, we started work on the construction of our first Mining Farm near Oslo.

Since 2013, the project has been merged under the direct and exclusive guidance of EcoTrade13.

To be clear, iBull Trade itself didn’t exist till late 2017.

On his social media profiles Salvatore Tagliavia (best) cites himself as the sole founder and owner of EcoTrade13.

EcoTrade13 doesn’t appear to have a web presence, calling into question iBull Trade’s backstory.

For what it’s worth Tagliavia’s LinkedIn profile recommends EcoTrade13 released on or around 2013.

In 2014 Tagliavia was promoting Olympic Concept, which he declares he is also the creator of on Twitter.

Olympic Concept is a marketing tool MLM opportunity that appears to have actually rebranded as Our Global Concept eventually.

Alexa traffic approximates for the Our Global Idea website recommend nothing much is occurring for the business beyond Greece (99.5% of total website traffic).

Whether Tagliavia is still involved with the company is uncertain.

Keep reading for a full evaluation of the iBull Trade MLM opportunity.

iBull Trade Reviews – The Products

iBull Trade has no retailable products or services, with affiliates just able to market iBull Trade affiliate subscription itself.

If you want to take a look at companies with products, check out Aegea, Revital U and Evolution Travel.

iBull Trade Compensation Plan

iBull Trade affiliates invest funds on the promise of a marketed twelve month ROI

  • Fundamental– Invest EUR1000 to EUR4999 EUR and receive a 132% ROI
  • Standard– Invest EUR5000 to EUR9999 EUR and receive a 192% ROI
  • VIP– Invest EUR10,000 to EUR20,000 EUR and get a 240% ROI.

iBull Trade Referral Commissions

iBull Trade pay recommendation commissions on brand-new investment down two levels of recruitment (unilevel):.

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)– 10%.
  • Level 2– 5%.

iBullTrade Rank Bonuses

Based on rank credentials criteria, iBull Trade affiliates have the ability to make a bonus portion on the first two levels of their unilevel team.

Junior Supervisor– personally recruit fifteen or more affiliates who together invest a minimum of EUR500,000 EUR and receive a bonus 1% rate.
Senior Supervisor– personally recruit thirty or more affiliates who together invest a minimum of EUR750,000 EUR and get a bonus offer 1.25% rate.
Top Manager– personally recruit fifty or more affiliates who together invest at least EUR1,000,000 EUR and get a reward 1.5% rate.
Once they reach the exact same rank as the qualifying affiliate, note that the Rank Reward isn’t paid on personally hired affiliates (and level 2).

E.g. If you are a Senior Supervisor and a personally hired affiliate likewise certifies as a Senior Manager, you will not receive the 1.25% bonus on that affiliate and level 2 listed below them.

The 1.25% bonus on the remaining personally hired affiliates (and level 2 below them) stays the same.

Cost To Join iBull Trade

iBull Trade affiliate membership is connected to a minimum EUR1000 EUR investment.

Conclusion On iBull Trade

In spite of the name, iBull Trade has nothing to do with trading. Rather the company declares to produce external ROI profits through cryptocurrency mining.

We are located not far from Oslo, Norway, chosen location to take advantage of the huge advantage of large and frequent wind currents, which feed our wind power plants.

iBull Trade claims to mine 38 altcoins, nevertheless no evidence of mining is offered.

This ties into the presented story of EcoTrade13, of which there is suspiciously no info readily available.

Based on marketing copy presented on the iBull Trade site, it certainly doesn’t sound as if crypto mining if funding affiliate ROI payments.

Your investments are always guaranteed. You will be paid directly in Euro currency.

The truth of the matter is if Salvatore Tagliavia had the ability to legitimately and consistently produce an annual 240% ROI through EcoTrade13, why would he be getting investment from random peeps over the internet?

And keep in mind, Tagliavia claims to have actually been running EcoTrade13 given that at least 2013.

As it stands the only verifiable source of earnings getting in iBull Trade is brand-new affiliate financial investment, the use of which to pay existing affiliates a ROI makes iBull Trade a Ponzi plan.

When affiliate recruitment dies down so too will new investment, starving iBull Trade of ROI income.

When whatever is invested goes out (perhaps balanced out by a token quantity of speculative mining), iBull Trade collapses.

Owing to the twelve month maturity period of iBull Trade’s financial investment plans, Tagliavia has lots of time to manage an exit-scam.

Which unfortunately none of his financiers are most likely to see coming up until it’s too late.

Not holding up against the math behind Ponzi plans assurances that the majority of investors lose money.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my iBull Trade review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

AI Trade Review – Legit Business Opportunity or Just Another Scam?

Welcome to my AI Trade Review!

Someone once told me that in order to make the right decision, you have to explore all your options…

Well… what if you didn’t know all your options?

That’s where I come in!

I want to make sure that you can understand the MLM world and this business enough to decide whether to invest your money or not.

In this review, I will break down this company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and my final verdict!

Shall we begin?

Let’s do it!

AI Trade Review – The Company

AI Trade review

A quick internet search revealed that the AI Trade website domain was privately registered as aitrades.org on the 9th of May.

On their website, they provide a marketing video featuring Mark Davis…

On his personal website, Davis identifies himself as an author and speaker promoting crypto…

But his official role in AI Trade? I don’t actually know.

Other than the video, there is enough proof to suggest that this company is operating out of Kiev, Ukraine however I could not confirm this for sure.

Seriously, there is nothing but bare bones with this company…

Let’s just move on then…

AI Trade Reviews – The Products

AI Trade products

AI Trade has no retail products or services, with affiliates just able to market AI Trade affiliate subscription itself.

If you are looking for companies with retail products, check out NewULifeXpirient and Kyani.

The AI Trade Compensation Plan

The AI Trade compensation plan, just like the company’s history, is bare bones for potential investors.

Trading Returns

After doing a bit of deep research, I found out that AI Trade affiliates invest bitcoin on the promise of an unspecified ROI.

Recruitment Commissions

AI Trade affiliates are paid an unspecified amount in commissions when they sponsor new affiliates who invest.

Residual Commissions

AI Trade offers both matrix and binary residual commissions.

Honestly, I barely found anything about this stuff except for that I am like 99% sure that one of these is used to pay a residual on downline investment….

I believe the other is a residual on downline ROI payments.

Cost to Join AI Trade

The cost to join AI Trade is free…

However, affiliates need to invest bitcoin to benefit from the income opportunity.

From what I have read, each bitcoin investment generates an additional $149.99 fee.

Verdict on AI Trade

AI Trade… you’d think that a company that has AI in the title would… I don’t know… mention AI products/technology/innovation?!?!

Instead, AI Trade focuses on taking 55% of invested funds and using it to generate an ROI…

Through AI robot training… but with no details about what that is.

Seems to trek towards Ponzi territory…

Apparently there are some videos of an AI Trade office on YouTube, wherein trading supposedly takes place.

But c’mon… that is not a substitute for audited accounting by a third-party.

And as a company, AI Trade is obligated to release that vital information to investors.

So… aren’t they just operating illegally at some point?

After all, no documentation of AI Trade has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission or any other state of federal governmental agency.

And why sell it to private individual investors on the internet when this potentially revolutionary idea could be sold to big companies?

Questions begin to be raised.

AI Trade is just following the tradition of every other AI MLM in history… and I would not be surprised if it ended up with the same fate.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my AI Trade review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

RamTrex Review – Legit Company or Huge Scam? Find Out Here…

$

0

Welcome to my RamTrex Review!

Whether you are a newbie to the world of MLM or a veteran returning as part of your research, I have the information for you!

My job is to make sure you receive the most up-to-date information as possible before you invest your money into a new company.

In today’s blog, I will walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision…

And in the end, I’ll throw in my own opinion based on my experiences within this fast-paced industry.

So, let’s get on with the review!

RamTrex Review – The Company

RamTrex review

It seems that the history of RamTrex starts long before the company was even created… back in 2017 with a company called Mass Cryp.

There were three co-founders spearheading the business: Pijush Sarkar (CEO), Saurabh Singh (CFO) and Shashank Mishra (COO).

Honestly, I could barely find anything about this company other than it involved something about blockchain digital advertising free money.

Oohh fancy words that don’t mean anything? We’ve seen that before.

Attached to this company was a pointless MASS altcoin which crashed shortly after launch.

Again, no surprise there.

In June of this year, Mass Cryp announced it would be dividing its MASS altcoin to create ADMC.

This fell flat as desperate investors began to run to drain Mass Cryp’s ROI reserves.

This is what I found on their website today,

Due to the current price crash, unfortunately, the number of coins needed to pay at this price exceeds the hard cap limit initially set for ADMC.

We have temporarily installed a $0.05 withdrawal coin price on withdrawals going forward.”

It seems that launching another non-publicly tradeable altcoin, ADMC didn’t do them that much good… Mass Cryp clearly does not have enough investors.

So they set ADMC at a 5 cent artificial value.

Once ADMC collapse, RamTrex was born.

RamTrex Reviews – The Products

RamTrex products

RamTrex offers a RAM token mining package investment opportunity as outlined below:

  • Invest $100 and receive a $120 ROI (up to 3% daily)
  • Invest $200 and receive a $250 ROI (up to 4% daily)

Affiliates of the company are also able to invest in the above plans.

It seems that upon maturity, RamTrex investors must reinvest either $100 or $200 again and the leftover can be withdrawn.

Companies with actual retail products, check out:  Kyani, Jeunesse and Usana.

The RamTrex Compensation Plan

RamTrex affiliates invest funds based on the promise of advertised ROI.

Commissions are paid when affiliates sell mining packages to retail customers and/or sponsor potential affiliates who also invest.

RamTrex Affiliate Ranks

There are 10 affiliate ranks within the RamTrex compensation plan as seen below:

  • Star – Sell at least 4 mining packages, generate 50 downline package sales and have earned at least $500
  • Star Elite – Sell at least 10 mining packages, generate 200 downline package sales and have earned at least $1000
  • Visionary – Sell at least 15 mining packages, generate 500 downline package sales and have earned at least $2500
  • Visionary Elite – Sell at least 20 mining packages, generate 1000 downline package sales and have earned at least $5000
  • Premier – Generate 2000 downline package sales and have earned at least $10,000
  • Premier Elite – Generate 4000 downline package sales and have earned at least $20,000
  • Crypto Diamond – Generate 5000 downline package sales and have earned at least $25,000
  • Crypto Legend – Generate 20,000 downline package sales and have earned at least $100,000
  • Crypto Elite – Generate 50,000 downline package sales and have earned at least $300,000
  • Crypto Icon – Generate 100,000 downline package sales and have earned at least $1,000,000

Residual Commissions

RamTrex pay residual commissions through a unilevel compensation structure, capped off at 20 levels.

Commissions are paid out as a percentage of funds invested across these levels as seen:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 20%
  • Level 2 – 5%
  • Levels 3 to 5 – 3%
  • Levels 6 to 8 – 2%
  • Levels 9 to 11 – 1%
  • Levels 12 and 12 – 0.5%
  • Levels 14 and 15 – 3%
  • Levels 16 – 2%
  • Levels 17 and 18 – 1%
  • Levels 19 and 20 – 0.5%

Fast Start Bonus

RamTrex provide a wonderful opportunity to affiliates who qualify at the Star to Crypto Diamond ranks within a certain number of days.

  • Qualify as a Star within 30 days and earn a $150 Fast Start Bonus ($75 if within 60 days)
  • Qualify as a Star Elite within 60 days and earn a $200 Fast Start Bonus ($125 if within 90 days)
  • Qualify as a Visionary within 90 days and earn a $300 Fast Start Bonus ($175 if within 120 days)
  • Qualify as a Visionary Elite within 120 days and receive a $500 Fast Start Bonus ($250 if within 150 days)
  • Qualify as a Premier within 180 days and earn a $1200 Fast Start Bonus ($600 if within 210 days)
  • Qualify as a Premier Elite within 240 days and earn a $1500 Fast Start Bonus ($800 if within 270 days)
  • Qualify as a Crypto Diamond within 300 days and earn a $1500 Fast Start Bonus ($1000 if within 300 days)

Monthly Pools

Crypto Legend, Crypto Elite and Crypto Icon affiliates each earn a share of three rank-based Monthly Pools.

  • Crypto Legends receive a share in a 2% Monthly Pool
  • Crypto Elites receive a share in a 3% Monthly Pool
  • Crypto Icons receive a share in a 5% Monthly Pool

*These numbers are a percentage of RamTrex’s monthly company-wide investment on a monthly basis.

Cost to Join RamTrex

The cost to join RamTrex includes affiliate membership which is $30 plus investment in at least one $100 or $200 mining package.

There is an additional annual fee of $30.

In order to receive these figures, affiliates are required to remain active in at least one mining package investment.

Verdict on RamTrex

It doesn’t take a genius to set up an altcoin script and internal exchange.

But somehow, the people behind the scenes of Mass Cryp and ADMC seemed to mess up both their chances and forgot the consequences.

Let’s look at the facts here…

Mass Cryp has collapsed twice now and RamTrex is a third attempt to entice even more investors out of even more money.

But the company itself is probably as valueless as the two before it.

And the commissions as well… they are simply paid in RAM tokens only.

RamTrex assign whatever value to RAM tokens they wish, through their internal Livecrypto Exchange.

And same procedure when withdrawing…

That just gives the company wayyyyyy too much power over the value of their currency.

Which means they are essentially playing god.

It’s the poor investors who are sucked dry and left behind in the wake of this potential disaster.

The early investors, including the founders, will receive the real money for points that mean nothing.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me three times… well, maybe I just won’t invest.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my RamTrex review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

2 Dollar Matrix Review – Legit Opportunity or Huge Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my 2 Dollar Matrix Review!

There has been some buzz about this company, so I decided to check it out for myself and see what it was all about…

Some people call it legit while others call it a scam.

So what is the truth?

Well, I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Before I do, if you want to build any business online (MLM, affiliate marketing, ecom etc), check out this webinar.

I show you where you can get BUYER traffic that wants your products or join your business…

Anyway, let’s get back to this review…

2 Dollar Matrix Review – The Company

2 dollar matrix review

2 Dollar Matrix offers no info on their website about who runs the business or owns.

The 2 Dollar Matrix website domain (” 2dollarmatrix. com”) was privately signed up on July 18th, 2018.

As constantly, if an MLM business is not transparent about who is running or owns it, think long and hard about signing up with and/or handing over any money.

2 Dollar Matrix Reviews – The Products

2 dollar matrix products

2 Dollar Matrix has no retail products or services, with affiliates can only promote 2 Dollar Matrix affiliate subscription itself.

2 Dollar Matrix affiliate subscription provides access to “4 informative and very valuable ebooks”.

If you are looking for companies with actual products, check out Digital Marketing Academy, Kyani and Usana.

2 Dollar Matrix Compensation Plan

2 Dollar Matrix affiliates purchase positions in a 9 × 9 matrix.

When consequently recruited 2 Dollar Matrix affiliates do the same, commissions are paid.

A 9 × 9 matrix places a 2 Dollar Matrix affiliate at the top of a matrix, with 9 positions straight under them.

These nine positions form the very first level of the matrix. The second level of the matrix is created by splitting these first 9 positions into another 9 positions each (81 positions).

Levels three to 9 of the matrix are created in the same manner, with each new level of the matrix real estate nine times as numerous positions as the previous level.

Positions in the matrix are filled by means of direct and indirect recruitment of new $2 Dollar Matrix affiliates.

Each position completed the matrix generates a 15 cent commission.

A full 9 × 9 matrix at 15 cents a pop produces over $65 million in commissions.

Signing Up With 2 Dollar Matrix

2 Dollar Matrix affiliate subscription is tied to the purchase of a $2 matrix position.

Verdict

So does the 2 Dollar Matrix scam exist?

Alright pay close attention to what I am going to say next…

2 Dollar Matrix is pretty much a pyramid scheme.

You register, pay a $2 cost then get sponsored when directly and indirectly sponsored affiliates pay their $2 cost.

There’s absolutely nothing sold or marketed to retail consumers, with 100% of commissions paid in 2 Dollar Matrix tied to sponsorship.

With a basic sufficient service model $65 million plus in possible earnings, it’s worth mentioning that’s a crazy amount…

Generally matrix rip-offs use smaller sized matrices.

In fact I cannot even remember the last time I saw a 9 × 9 matrix anything.

Reason being is, yeah you can make $65 million plus.

However you’re going to need to fill your matrix with over 400 million peeps.

Good luck with that.

Just like all pyramid schemes, as soon as sponsorship slows down so do the commissions.

Those who have not recuperated their buy-in will constantly be the largest group of individuals in a pyramid scheme.

Indicating that when one undoubtedly collapses, most of individuals are ensured to lose money…

Welcome to my Monetriza Review!

So there is a new kid on the block that has it’s own altcoin and I decided to check it out for myself.

Chances are someone probably approached you about the investment opportunity here and now you landed on this post to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Before we get started, if you want to learn to grow any business online (MLM, affiliate marketing, eCom, Local etc.), Check out this free training here.

It will blow you away 🙂

Anyway, back to the review…

Monetriza Review – The Company

monetriza review

For some reason, Monetriza doesn’t give you any information on who runs the company or owns it.

I do know that the Monetriza domain “monetriza.com” was privately registered on October 12th, 2017.

However, that’s the only information I got on this company…

I didn’t even find anything on social media.

Alright, let’s look into the products next…

Monetriza Reviews – The Products

monetriza products

Monetriza has no retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership…

You can also be part of their altcoin investment opportunity which I will go next in the compensation plan.

Monetriza Compensation Plan

Monetriza has members invest $300 to $1500 and get the current value of an Altcoin crypto currency.

  • $300 package = $300 worth of altcoins
  • $500 package = $500 worth of altcoins
  • $1500 package = $1500 worth of altcoins

I did noticed that Monetriza doesn’t talk about how many altcoins they will get, but apparently you get 20 different set(s) of coins.

Direct Sponsoring Commissions

When you sponsor someone yourself, you can get the following commissions per member:

  • Regular affiliates earn $20 per affiliate sponsored
  • Franchisee affiliates earn $25 per affiliate sponsored

Residual Commissions

Monetriza pays their residual commissions through a 2×24 matrix compensation plan.

Positions in the matrix can be filled by your upline, you and your downline.

This is what the pay out looks like across all 24 levels:

  • Level 1 – $20 commission per position filled (2 positions)
  • Level 2 – $16 commission per position filled (4 positions)
  • Level 3 – $12.80 commission per position filled (8 positions)
  • Level 4 – $10.24 commission per position filled (16 positions)
  • Level 5 – $8.19 commission per position filled (32 positions)
  • Level 6 – $6.55 commission per position filled (64 positions)
  • Level 7 – $5.24 commission per position filled (128 positions)
  • Level 8 – $4.19 commission per position filled (256 positions)
  • Level 9 – $3.36 commission per position filled (512 positions)
  • Level 10 – $2.68 commission per position filled (1024 positions)
  • Level 11 – $2.15 commission per position filled (2048 positions)
  • Level 12 – $1.72 commission per position filled (4096 positions)
  • Level 13 – $1.37 commission per position filled (8192 positions)
  • Level 14 – $1.10 commission per position filled (16,384 positions)
  • Level 15 – $0.88 commission per position filled (32,768 positions)
  • Level 16 – $0.70 commission per position filled (65,536 positions)
  • Level 17 – $0.56 commission per position filled (131,072 positions)
  • Level 18 – $0.045 commission per position filled (262,144 positions)
  • Level 19 – $0.36 commission per position filled (524,288 positions)
  • Level 20 – $0.29 commission per position filled (1,048,576 positions)
  • Level 21 – $0.23 commission per position filled (2,097,152 positions)
  • Level 22 – $0.18 commission per position filled (4,194,304 positions)
  • Level 23 – $0.15 commission per position filled (8,388,608 positions)
  • Level 24 – $0.12 commission per position filled (16,777,216 positions)

Just so you know that these direct and residual commissions are annual.

That means you will have to keep paying to get commissions.

There is a “Leadership Bonus” for anyone that has put one hundren members into the matrix.

But there are no details on it.

Cost To Join Monetriza

Basic Monetriza membership is $150 per year.

Franchisee membership will run you $3,000 and you need to have an office in your country to qualify.

Only difference between the two is how much commissions you can make.

Once one of those memberships are chosen, then you have to select a $300 to $1500 investment.

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Monetriza review…

Verdict On Monetriza

Does the Monetriza scam exist?

Well let’s look at the information we have right now and see how it stands.

First, we don’t know who runs the company or owns it….

I personally wouldn’t join if I didn’t know who was behind the company.

Second, these Altcoins are pretty useless…

If you check CoinMarketCap, they have 1818 altcoins and most are crap…

Most of these coins drop in value…

So you are investing $150 or $3000 just to get started and then another $300 to $1500 investment in useless altcoins.

Personally, I would just trade the popular ones yourself…

Also there are no products or services, so you are investing in a pyramid scheme which will eventually just fail.

And the anonymous owner will run with the money.

Anyway, I do not recommend this company at all…

I hope you enjoyed my Monetriza review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below…

Financial Education Services Review – Legit Company or Big Scam?

$
0
0

Welcome to my Financial Education Services Review!

This company seems to be popping up in more places than I could count recently, so I thought it would be the perfect time to get cracking on another investigation.

Maybe someone already approached you about this company in person or maybe you heard about it on Facebook.

And now you have some unanswered questions and just want to ultimately know if this company will be profitable for you.

Well, you came to the right place because in this review, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not…

Let’s take a look at the company first!

Financial Education Services Review- The Company

financial education services review

From the name itself, it becomes pretty obvious that this business operates in the financial niche of MLM, and does so out of Michigan.

But who are the masterminds behind this company? That would be co-founders Parimal Naik (CEO) and Mike Toloff (President).

While this company seems to be quite young, my research revealed that it was in fact initially launched as VR Tech back in 2004.

So, quite the veteran it seems to be.

I don’t know whether this is Naik and Toloff’s first venture in MLM, but there really isn’t much to go off of here so I guess we can just move on now!

Financial Education Services Reviews – The Products

Financial Education Services products

Financial Education Services seems to market their primary product as the FES Protection Plan, of which credit repair is the main service.

They claim that, unlike other financial services in the market, they plan to cover all aspects of your financial portfolio.

Services within the Protection Plan include:

  • Credit Education
  • Credit Builder
  • Credit Attorney
  • Smart Credit
  • FES Debt Zero
  • Lifelock
  • Financial Lockbox
  • Life Insurance
  • FES Travel
  • MyCare Plan
  • Discount Shopping
  • FRL Family Mint
  • RX Discount Card

The life insurance seems to be linked to Symetra Insurance Company, but no further information is provided about this.

Now this is where things get kind of fuzzy…

Financial Education Services charge $188 and then $89 a month for the Protection Plan.

HOWEVER, the Financial Education Services compensation plan states the plan costs $499 (as of April 2018).

But more about that in the next section…

Other services advertised on the Financial Education Services website include:

  • MyCare Plan – Will and trust planning package, retails at $499
  • LifeLock – Identity theft protection, retail cost not provided
  • Secure Card – A “Platinum MasterCard with a credit line based on a security deposit rather than on a credit score”, $49 annual fee
  • Smart Credit – Credit report with money manager, retails at $14.95 a month
  • Merchant Services – Credit and debit card payment services, retail cost not provided
  • Ultra Score – Credit potential guide, retails at $149
  • Rent Reporting – Offers to build credit score through rent payments, upfront retail costs are $25 to $145 and then $6.95 a month

Most of these services are associated with third-party companies, so it makes Financial Education Services more of a middleman than anything else.

The Financial Education Services Compensation Plan

The Financial Education Services compensation plan provides commissions on the sale of specifically promoted third-party services.

Financial Education Services Affiliate Ranks

There are 9 affiliate ranks within the Financial Education Services compensation plan as outlined below:

  • Agent – Sign up as a Financial Education Services affiliate and maintain a personal protection plan subscription
  • Field Trainer – Generate $1600 GV a month
  • Senior Field Trainer – Generate $5000 GV a month
  • Sales Director – Generate $10,000 GV a month
  • Regional Sales Director – Qualification criteria not provided
  • Executive Sales Director – Qualification criteria not provided
  • Ambassador – Qualification criteria not provided
  • Regional Ambassador – Qualification criteria not provided
  • Executive Ambassador – Qualification criteria not provided

*GV stands for group volume… meaning that it is the sales volume generated by an affiliate’s downline.

Commission Qualification

To qualify for commissions, each Financial Education Services affiliate must purchase a Protection Plan subscription.

Direct Commission

Financial Education Services affiliates are paid a commission of $165 for every $499 service sold.

But there is the catch that the affiliate’s first sale must be made within their first 30 days.

Customer Acquisition Bonus

If a Financial Education Services affiliate sponsors a new affiliate who goes on to generate $399 within their first 70 days, the initial affiliate receives a Customer Acquisition Bonus, which is based on rank:

  • Agent – $100
  • Field Trainer – $160
  • Senior Field Trainer – $240
  • Sales Director – $380
  • Regional Sales Director – $430
  • Executive Sales Director – $480
  • Ambassador – $510
  • Regional Ambassador – $530
  • Executive Ambassador – $550

A residual Customer Acquisition Bonus is paid through a unilevel compensation structure.

The residual component of the Customer Acquisition Bonus is paid through a coded rate.

How does that work, you ask? Glad to tell you…

Well, when an affiliate in the unilevel team makes a sale, they are paid their Customer Acquisition Bonus rate based on their rank like I stated above.

If that affiliate is not an Executive Ambassador, the system will look upline (higher up the unilevel team) for a higher ranked affiliate.

They will then receive the difference paid between their rank and that of the affiliate who made the same.

Of course, if the affiliate that is found is not an Executive Ambassador, the system will continue to search higher.

The difference paid at each rank continues to be paid out until an Executive Ambassador is found and/or the entire $550 per sale is paid out.

An example of that would be when a downline Sales Director makes a sale… they receive their $380, leaving $170 to be paid out….

The system looks up the uplines, finds an Ambassador ($510 rate), pays them $130 ($510 minus $380 already paid out), and continues to search farther up for either a Regional Ambassador or an Executive Ambassador.

If a Regional Ambassador is found first ($530 rate), they are paid $20 ($530 minus the $510 already paid out).

The system then searches higher for an Executive Ambassador, who receives the final $20 of the total $550 Customer Acquisition Bonus.

If an Executive Ambassador is found first ($550 rate), they are paid $40 ($550 minus the $510 already paid out) and the system stops uplining.

So essentially, it’s paying the difference to upper-ranked affiliates.

R&R Club

Financial Education Services affiliates who have sponsored at least 500 affiliates with active protection plans qualify for the R&R Club bonuses as outlined below:

  • A monthly Audi car payment
  • One-time cash bonuses
  • Upgraded monthly Audi car payment
  • A monthly house payment
  • A monthly retirement bonus
  • Additional cash bonuses

Cost to Join Financial Education Services

The cost to join Financial Education Services is either $249 altogether or $199 initially and then $89 a month for the Protection Plan.

Technically, the Protection Plan subscription is required to qualify for commissions, so why there’s a $249 affiliate membership option… I have no clue.

Verdict on Financial Education Services

Well… we sure got a tornado of information, didn’t?

Not gonna lie, there seems to be some sort of disconnect in my opinion between the Financial Education Services compensation plan and offered services.

It’s almost as if two separate people wrote it without conferring with one another.

The compensation plan is focused on the specific $499 service sales, which seems to only be the My Care will and trust planning package.

It also references a credit restoration service, which contradicts the My Financial Education Services’ claim of $188.

And yes, before you guys ask… I did consider maybe credit repair was bundled with My Care but there are not enough details on the website to confirm this to me.

So like I said… Financial Education Services seems to literally be a middleman connecting affiliates to third-party services.

Retail is possible, however with affiliates forced to buy a service subscription to qualify for commissions, I’m pretty sure that is not their main concern.

It’s not like the Financial Education Services’ Income Disclosure Statement for 2017 is super convincing.

According to the IDS, a (not) shocking 95.6% of all affiliates are at the Agent rank… and only 26.6% are qualified to earn commissions.

Why sign up if you aren’t receiving commissions? Or rather where are the commissions?

It probably comes down to pricing.

The compensation plan seems to solely geared towards making $499 sales.

Once they are made, the compensation plan pays $165 upfront and then up to $550 residually.

It seems to be that they might be passing along some of the commission they receive…

Is that why the majority of Financial Education Services affiliates aren’t paying for services?

And if your own affiliates aren’t paying, why would retail customers?

I would not want to buy something if I knew that my money was going directly into someone else’s pocket…

So let me simplify it more… this company does not make any sense from a retail perspective.

And they really don’t do their name any justice when it comes to educating potential affiliates about the finer financial aspects.

Maybe disclosing more details would solve that.

But maybe don’t hold your breath on this one.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my Financial Education Services review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

Kaching Fund Review – Legit Business or Huge Scam? Find Out Here…

$

Welcome to my Kaching Fund Review!

In my little corner of the internet, I like to research new MLM companies for you, my readers!

Sure, it can be scary to venture into something big and new…

But hopefully, with my help, you can be confident with your wallet and in all of your investments.

Today, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not…

So, let’s go!

Kaching Fund Review – The Company

Kaching Fund Review

Some research revealed that the man behind Kaching Fund is James Brown…

Quite the conventional businessman look he has on.

So conventional that if you google hexperson.png, you’ll get the same picture he has on his website.

And no additional information backs up my theory of his real identity.

So with nothing to work off of revolving around the company’s history, let’s just move it along shall we?

Kaching Fund Reviews – The Products

kaching fund products

Kaching Fund has no retail products or services, with affiliates just able to market affiliate subscription itself.

The Kaching Fund Compensation Plan

Kaching Fund affiliates invest in packages with the hope of marketed ROI as outlined below:

  • Silver Package – Invest $100 to $9999 and receive a 1.5% daily ROI for 200 days (300%)
  • Gold Package – Invest $10,000 to $49,999 and receive a 1.75% daily ROI for 200 days (350%)
  • Platinum Package – Invest $50,000 or more and receive a 2% daily ROI for 200 days (400%)

A 10% direct referral commission is paid on funds invested by personally sponsored affiliates.

Residual Commissions

Kaching Fund pay residual commissions through a binary compensation structure, doubling each affiliate at each level.

Positions in the binary team are filled by direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates and of course, there is no limit to how many affiliates may join.

At the end of each day, Kaching Fund counts up new investment volume on either side of the binary team.

Affiliates are paid 10% of funds matched on both sides, limited at:

  • $2500 a day for Silver Package affiliates
  • $5000 a day for Gold Package affiliates and
  • $10,000 a day for Platinum Package affiliates

Cost to Join Kaching Fund

The cost to join Kaching Fund is free, however free affiliates only earn direct referral commissions.

That means that in order to receive maximum income opportunity, an affiliate must invest a minimum of $100.

Verdict on Kaching Fund

I am going to be completely unbiased for a moment and state simple facts.

These are claims directly from the Kaching Fund website:

  • More than 100,000,000 investors around the globe and
  • 20 trillion dollar market size of investment instruments.

Now, if you asked me if I think this is true… I might have to solemnly shake my head.

With their combination use of stock photos, bogus names and marketing copy on the Kaching Fund website, it’s pretty obvious all is not what it seems.

They claim to generate external ROI revenue through ‘blockchain & cryptocurrency based index fund services marketplace driven by artificial intelligence‘.

A bunch of long words that simplify to… well, nothing.

It’s just crypto words that are baseless.

It’s way more likely that the only real source of revenue entering this company is newly invested funds, used to pay off existing investors with daily ROI.

And this is where the company starts to trek towards Ponzi scheme territory.

Referral and residual commissions paid out of invested funds is just the cherry on top to support my theory.

Just like how Ponzi schemes end, this one will likely end up collapsing once new investments stop.

And let’s follow all of this up with a cringe-worthy official Kaching Fund “NYC street interview” marketing video that they posted on their website.

Details in the title screen reveal that not only was this video produced by Everton Media, but it also includes actors.

Everton Media is run by Harold Everton, who provides marketing services on Fivver…

One of his services includes a $995 “NYC Street Interview“.

This is a snippet of his description:

“Interview up to 8 random people on the streets of New York City on a Sunday and use the best 5 for your project.

(HD Video, HQ Audio, Custom Music, Titling all come standard!!!).

WE CHOOSE the location/time depending on availability (Sundays only).”

Hey, maybe this is all real. Maybe, I’m simply the one spouting off facts. After all, what do I know?

Some guy just told me about it.

But that doesn’t mean I want to invest my money into it.

Well, I hope you enjoyed my Kaching review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below.

My Paying Tree Review: Legit Opportunity or Huge Scam? Find Out…

Welcome to My Paying Tree Review!

There has been a lot of buzz about this company so I decided to check it out and see what the fuss was about…

Chances are someone approached you about their business opportunity and now you want to make sure it’s something you want to do…

More importantly…

If it’s actually legit…

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Find out if it’s something you want to do…

My Paying Tree Review – The Company

My Paying Tree Review

My Paying Tree has no information on who runs the company or owns it.

However, I do know the My Paying Tree domain information on “mypayingtree.com” and found out it was privately registered on May 3rd, 2017.

I looked on social media to see if there was more information and couldn’t find anything else.

Let’s take a look at the products next…

My Paying Tree Reviews – The Products

my paying tree products

My Paying Tree doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

Once you become an affiliate, you can invest in “adpacks” which are bundled with ad credits.

Ad Credits can be used to advertise on their website.

My Paying Tree Compensation Plan

My Paying Tree Affiliates pretty much invest in “Adpacks” to get some kind of ROI:

  • Seed 1 – Invest $1 and receive a 110% ROI (1.5% to 4.2% daily)
  • Seed 2 – Invest $2 and receive a 115% ROI (1.5% to 3.5% daily)
  • Plant 1 – Invest $5 and receive a 120% ROI (1.25% to 3.3% daily)
  • Plant 2 – Invest $10 and receive a 120% ROI (1.25% to 3% daily)
  • Tree 1 – Invest $25 and receive a 125% ROI (1% to 2.7% daily)
  • Tree 2 – Invest $50 and receive a 125% ROI (1% to 2.4% daily)

Here are the rules that affiliates much follow:

  • 25% mandatory reinvestment on Seed 1 and Seed 2 ROI payouts
  • 30% mandatory reinvestment on Plant 1 and Plant 2 ROI payouts
  • 35% mandatory reinvestment on Tree 1 and Tree 2 ROI payouts

My Paying Tree affiliates also have to meet certain investment requirements before going into the next tier:

  • Seed 1 – 15 adpack investments required before unlocking Seed 2
  • Seed 2 – 50 adpack investments required before unlocking Plant 1
  • Plant 1 – 75 adpack investments required before unlocking Plant 2
  • Plant 2 – 125 adpack investments required before unlocking Tree 1
  • Tree 1 – 175 adpack investments required before unlocking Tree 2

You must also pay their membership fee to stay active which they don’t talk about…

My Paying Tree Referral Commissions

Referral commissions are paid two levels deep through a unilevel compensation plan.

You are paid on the percentage of the invested funds by your downline members:

  • Level 1 (Personally sponsored members) – 6%
  • Level 2 – 2%

Cost To Join My Paying Tree

The cost to join My Paying Tree will run you at least $1…

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this My Paying Tree review…

Verdict On My Paying Tree

Company states it’s not a scam and claims it’s:

not an investment / HYIP / Get-Rich Quick Program / MLM / Matrix / Cycler / Currency Exchange / Securities site.

We are an online advertising program. We sell advertising services.

However, the SEC says adpacks makes it an investment opportunity and say they are most likely ponzi schemes. (1)

The ROI’s are generated by having newly invested funds paying off existing members making it a ponzi scheme.

When people stop sponsoring new members that invest, the ROI’s will be gone…

And most likely the company will disappear with everything because the owner(s) kept themselves anonymous.

Because of that, I personally don’t recommend this company…

I hope you enjoyed My Paying Tree review and if you have any questions, leave them in the comments below…

Akypoh apparently is a technology investment company from Cyprus.

Prior to AladinCoin, he promoted a company called Lyoness…

As of right now, it the website says it’s holding some kind of grand opening in Combodia on September 15th, 2018.

Anyway, that’s all I have on the company, let’s take a look at the products next…

However, they were in Vietnamese and I don’t know that language lol.

Cost To Join Akyoh

Affiliate membership in Akyoh will run you $180 at least…

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Akyoh review…

Verdict On Akyoh

What do you guys think?

Akyoh Scam exist?

Well let’s just look at the facts first…

Avana Coin isn’t publicly traded which means it’s useless out side of the company.

So basically you are investing in something that is useless…

Plus, the ROI created doesn’t seem like it’s from any external income sources…

Meaning that new invested funds are paying off existing members which makes this a ponzi scheme.

Yeah they do talk about an AI Bot, but there is no proof of this trading happening…

Plus AladinCoin was very similar to this and that company went under…

Because of those reasons, I personally don’t recommend you putting your money here…

I hope you enjoyed my Akyoh review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make an informative decision.

Find out if this is legit or a huge scam…

Seven Stars Group Review – The Company

seven stars group review

Seven Stars doesn’t have the proper information their website on who runs or owns it…

I did check out the Seven Stars Group domain information “sevenstars.group” and found out it was privately registered on June 15th, 2018…

Even though the company has only been with us for a few months, apparently it was founded back in 2010 by Mario Rossi…

Now I couldn’t find ANY background information on this person…

Also, I notice it has a UK incorporation for Seven Stars Group LTD…

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s take a look at the products next…

Seven Stars Group Reviews – The Products

steven stars group products

Seven Stars Group has no retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership…

Now they claim they have the following benefits:

  • Immediate processing of financial transactions
  • 24/7 technical support
  • The best investment offers
  • The best trading tools
  • Balance protection program

Also, I found this marketing video as well:

If you are looking for a company in the FOREX niche, check out iMarktetsLive.

That’s all I got so far, let’s take a look at the compensation plan next…

Seven Stars Group Compensation Plan

Seven Stars Group has members invest money into the company for a promise of an ROI:

  • Octans – Invest $10 or more and receive a 126% ROI after 20 days
  • Centaurus – Invest $1000 or more and receive a 180% ROI after 40 days
  • Pegasus – Invest $5000 or more and receive a 268% ROI after 60 days
  • Eridanus – Invest $20,000 or more and receive a 412% ROI after 80 days

  • Have others to invest $500,000 and receive a $20,000 bonus
  • Have others to invest $1,000,000 and receive a $50,000 bonus

Cost To Join Seven Stars Group

Seven Stars Group membership is free, but if you want to be part of the investment opportunity, you must put in $10…

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Seven Stars Group review…

Verdict On Seven Stars Group

Seven Stars Group apparently generate their ROI’s through forex trading, but I couldn’t find any proof of this…

Also the founder of the company Mario Rossi doesn’t exist either…

And the company didn’t exist 10 years ago lol.

Only thing I can see happening here is newly invested funds are paying off existing members which makes this a ponzi…

Once recruitment slows down, the company will no longer pay ROI’s…

This will make the company go under and you will never hear from them again…

Anyway,  I do not recommend this company…

I hope you enjoyed my Seven Stars Group review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask anytime…

VIP Mining Review – Finally A legit Crypto MLM or Scam? Find Out Here…

$

Welcome back to my blog and I appreciate you checking out my VIP Mining Review.

There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to dig deeper to find out what it was all about.

Maybe you were approached about their investing opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Just make sure you pay close attention and read it to the end…

VIP Mining Review – The Company

VIP Mining Review

VIP Mining is the latest company to launch in the cryptocurrency mlm space and is founded by a man named Luis Ortega.

In the past, Luis Ortega was about of a company called Now Mining that was apparently partnered up with Genesis Mining.

However, looks like Now Mining took a dump…

Looks like people that were suppose to get their ROI in 280 days lost their money.

Luis seemed to relaunch a similar company with a different name…

Maybe this time it will be legit?

VIP Mining Reviews – The Products

VIP Mining products

VIP Mining promotes their mining contracts that pay a daily ROI and this is what that look like:

  • 1/8 contract = $625
  • 1/4 contract = $1250
  • 1/2 contract = $2500
  • 1 contract = $5000

There are larger contracts from $50,000 to $500,000 but are offered case by case.

ROI amounts are not specified…

VIP Mining Compensation Plan

VIP Mining compensation plan has members get new customers to buy their contracts or sponsor new affiliates.

Retail Commissions in VIP Mining Global

VIP Mining pays their members 5.5% commission every time they sell a contract to a retail customer.

(This is a first in the crypto mlm space to be honest).

Sponsoring Commissions in VIP Mining Global

VIP Mining pays their members when they sponsor a new affiliate through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

They have their unilevel capped at five levels deep.

You get paid a percentage of the invested funds in the mining contract:

  • Level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 5.5%
  • Level 2 – 2.5%
  • Level 3 – 1%
  • Level 4 and 5 – 0.5%

VIP Mining Residual Commissions

Residual commissions inside of VIP Mining is paid through the same unilevel as the sponsoring commissions.

Only difference is its paid on the daily ROI as a percentage:

  • Level 1 (personally recruited affiliates and retail customers) – 8%
  • Level 2 – 3%
  • Level 3 and 4 – 2%
  • Level 5 – 1%

Bonus Pool Payout

VIP Mining takes 3.5% of every new mining contract investment and puts it into a bonus pool which is further broken into five smaller ones:

  • VIP Manager (Get others to invest at least $200,000) – 1% pool
  • Director (Get others to invest at least $500,000) – 0.5% pool
  • VIP Director (Get others to invest at least $1,000,000) – 0.5% pool
  • Vice President (Get others to invest at least $2,000,000) – 0.5% pool
  • President (Get others to invest at least $3,000,000) – 0.5% pool

25% of the volume can be counted in one unilevel leg…

Residual Pool Payout

Here VIP Mining takes 3% of the ROI revenue every month and puts it into this Residual Pool.

This is than split into smaller pools which looks like this:

  • VIP Directors receive a share in a 1% Residual Pool
  • Vice Presidents receive a share in a 1% Residual Pool
  • Presidents receive a share in a 1% Residual Pool

Cost To Join VIP Mining Global

Cost to join VIP Mining will run you at least $50…

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Vip Mining Global review…

Verdict

VIP Mining looks great on paper because it has retail customers and affiliate which I haven’t seen in this space.

VIP Mining claims they make their ROI’s through mining hardware.

However, I haven’t seen proof of this yet…

There is no third party audit to show where the external income is coming from.

As it stands without proof, I do not recommend the company because it could end up being a ponzi scheme…

However, if they do provide proof, that would be the first time ever in this niche.

Just remember that the last company, Now Mining, only lasted a few months before it went under.

Maybe you should hold off for now and see how long it will lasts and more importantly if they have real mining hardware…

I hope you enjoyed my VIP Mining review and if you have any questions feel free to ask anytime…

Emane Trade Review – Legit Bitcoin Business or Big Scam?

Welcome to my Emane Trade Review!

There has been some buzz about this latest bitcoin business opportunity so I decided to check it out to see what it was all about.

Maybe someone approached you about their investment opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Find out if this is legit or a huge scam…

Emane Trade Review – The Company

Emane Trade Review

Emane Trade has no information on who runs the company or owns it…

I did check out the Emane Trade website domain “emanetrade.com” and found out it was privately registered on January 31st, 2018.

After digging on Facebook, I found out that Emane Trade is owned by CEO and President Carlos Barbosa.

Company seems to be operating from Brazil and looks like that’s their primary target.

Alexa shows that 100% of the traffic is coming from Brazil…

I know Alexa isn’t the most accurate site, but gives you a good indication.

I couldn’t find any MLM history behind Barbosa…

Anyway, let’s keep digging.

Emane Trade Reviews – The Products

emane trade products

Emane Trade has no retail products or services, but you can promote their affiliate membership.

Emane Trade Compensation Plan

Emane Trade members invest Brazilian Real on a promise of a 40% monthly ROI:

  • Basic Plan – R$500
  • Silver Plan – R$1000
  • Gold Plan – R$3000
  • Diamond Plan – R$5000
  • Prime Plan – R$10,000

All of the plans are capped at 200% and you will have to reinvest…

Residual Commissions Emane Trade

All residual commissions are paid through a binary compensation plan.

This just means you have a left leg and a right leg which can be filled directly or indirectly.

At the end of every day Emane Trade sums up all the investment volume on both sides of the binary team:

  • New Basic Plan investment generates 50 points within the binary team
  • New Silver Plan investment generates 100 points within the binary team
  • New Gold Plan investment generates 300 points within the binary team
  • New Diamond Plan investment generates 1000 points within the binary team
  • New Prime Plan investment generates 3000 points within the binary team

Members are paid 50% of the funds matched on both sides of the binary team (1 point = R$1).

Residuals are capped depending on which plan you went with:

  • Basic Plan affiliates can earn up to R$500 a day
  • Silver Plan affiliates can earn up to R$1000 a day
  • Gold Plan affiliates can earn up to R$3000 a day
  • Diamond Plan affiliates can earn up to R$5000 a day
  • Prime Plan affiliates can earn up to R$10,000 a day

Cost To Join Emane Trade

Cost to join Emane Trade will run you the following:

  • Basic Plan – R$500
  • Silver Plan – R$1000
  • Gold Plan – R$3000
  • Diamond Plan – R$5000
  • Prime Plan – R$10,000

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Emane Trade review…

Verdict

Emane Trade mainly talks about how you can earn a 40% ROI monthly…

They talk about how their external income sources come from mining, trading and arbitration of bitcoin.

However, there is no proof of any of this…

Which means only one thing is truly happening…

Newly invested funds are paying off existing members that generate those ROI’s.

Once recruitment slows down so will the ROI’s.

But let’s get serious here…

If you knew how to make 40% monthly ROI, why would you need investments from affiliates?

That just doesn’t make any sense…

Anyway, I do not recommend this company…

I hope you enjoyed my Emane Trade review and if you have any questions feel free to ask below…

Bitworld Center Review – Legit Company or Another Scam? Find Out Here.

Welcome to my Bitworld Center Review!

When a new MLM company pops up on the scene, how can we tell if it is worth our time, money and commitment?

Research, it’s as simple as that my friends, and it will take you to new levels of understanding and make committing to your hustle so much easier because you will have confidence in your choice!

I want you to read and learn as much as you possibly can about a company, before diving in head first.

My blog review will help you do just that by giving you the info you need about the company’s history, their products and their compensation plan.

Let’s get started reviewing your next possible investment!

Bitworld Center Review – The Company

BitWorld Center Review

When you take a look at the company website, you will see that there is no info posted online about the owners or operators of the company.

After a little digging on the company, I was able to find that the Bitworld Center website domain was registered privately as “bitworldcenter.company” on the 2nd of April in 2018.

After some more research, I was also able to find that this company has affiliates saying it is operated by Macio Silver and that it is a “Brazilian company”.

Bitworld Center Reviews – The Products

Bitworld Center products

Bitworld Center doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

But anyone wanting to sign up as an affiliate with Bitworld Center can market the company affiliate membership.

The company also offers its affiliates access to several e-books about cryptocurrency.

Bitworld Center Compensation Plan

Affiliates looking to take part in the company compensation plan are required to sign up and invest into the company.

Company affiliates must invest Bitcoin with the agreement of a promoted ROI rate of 300%:

  • Partner – $25
  • Basic – $50
  • Bronze – $99
  • Silver – $249
  • Gold – $499
  • Premium – $999
  • Black – $1999
  • Black II – $6400
  • Black III – $12,800

The ROI payments from the company are completed at a daily rate of 2.2%.

Referral Commissions

The company uses a unilevel compensation model to pay out referral commissions to its affiliates.

The unilevel compensation model puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places any personally sponsored affiliate on level 1 right underneath the original affiliate.

When a level 1 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are then put onto level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are then placed onto level 3, and levels continue to be created like this down as many levels as are needed.

Payable unilevel levels are capped at Level 8, where commissions that are paid out will be done so as a percentage of capital (funds) invested among those 8 levels:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 15%
  • Level 2 – 5%
  • Levels 3 to 8 – 1.25%

ROI Commissions

The company allows affiliates to earn a percentage match on their ROI payments, which are given to unilevel team affiliates of the company.

Payable unilevel levels for ROI commissions are capped at Level 8, and use the same unilevel compensation model as referral commissions, as mentioned above:

  • Level 1 – 50%
  • Levels 2 and 3 – 5%
  • Level 4 – 6%
  • Level 5 – 7%
  • Level 6 – 8%
  • Level 7 – 9%
  • Level 8 – 10%

Residual Commissions

The company uses a binary compensation model to pay residual commissions through to its affiliates.

The binary compensation model puts an affiliate onto the top of a binary team, where the next level is divided into a left and right side.

The 1st level of a binary team will hold two positions and the 2nd level is made by dividing the first two positions into a further two positions each, creating 4 positions in total on level 2.

Any future levels of the binary team are made as needed, and each new level will hold twice as many positions as the level before it.

The binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of new affiliates.

NOTE:  The company does not limit the growth of how deep a binary team may grow to.

The affiliate investment packages all match up with a set point value:

  • Partner – 5 points
  • Basic – 10 points
  • Bronze – 20 points
  • Silver – 50 points
  • Gold – 100 points
  • Premium – 200 points
  • Black – 400 points
  • Black II – 1000 points
  • Black III – 1000 points

The ending of every day brings about a tally of the new points for the binary team on the left and right side.

Affiliates will earn 50% of the points achieved on the weaker side of the binary team.

The company will carry over any leftover volume from the strong side of the binary team and the volume earned by affiliates will be wiped from the left and right side of the binary model.

Monthly Fee Commissions

There is a monthly fee from the company that each affiliate must pay.

The company will use the monthly fee to pay those affiliates the commissions they have earned by implementing the same unilevel team model as the referral commissions mentioned earlier.

The Monthly fee commission will be paid to those affiliates in the unilevel team up to level 6.

The amount of commissions earned by an affiliate is determined by the newly sponsored affiliate’s investment and their placement into the unilevel team:

  • Partner affiliates – 6 cents on all 6 levels of unilevel team
  • Basic affiliates – 12 cents on levels 1 to 5 and 15 cents on level 6
  • Bronze affiliates – 24 cents on levels 1 to 5 and 30 cents on level 6
  • Silver affiliates – 60 cents on levels 1 to 5 and 75 cents on level 6
  • Gold affiliates – $1.20 on levels 1 to 5 and $1.50 on level 6
  • Premium affiliates – $2 on levels 1 to 5 and $2.50 on level 6
  • Black affiliates – $4 on levels 1 to 5 and $5 on level 6
  • Black II affiliates – $16 on levels 1 to 5 and $20 on level 6
  • Black III affiliates – $32 on levels 1 to 5 and $36 on level 6

Rank Achievement Bonus

There are incentives in place to reward affiliates once he or she sponsors new investors, as follows:

  • Accumulate 10,000 points on your weaker binary side and receive a Montblanc or Invicta watch
  • Accumulate 20,000 points on your weaker binary side and receive an Apple iPhone 7 and iWatch
  • Accumulate 40,000 points on your weaker binary side and receive a Yahama Factor 125 motorcycle
  • Accumulate 100,000 points on your weaker binary side and receive a 4 day trip to Europe, tickets to a Barcelona or Real Madrid football match and luxury car rental
  • Accumulate 250,000 points on your weaker binary side and receive a Hyundai HB20 car and “cruise trip”
  • Accumulate 500,000 points on your weaker binary side and receive a Toyota Corolla or Honda Civic and trip to Cancun
  • Accumulate 750,000 points on your weaker binary side and receive a Mercedes Benz C180 and trip to Hawaii
  • Accumulate 1,000,000 points on your weaker binary side and receive a Porsche Carrera

Cost To Join Bitworld Center

The cost to join Bitworld Center as an affiliate will include an investment with a package listed (more than one package can be purchased):

  • Partner – Invest $25 and pay an ongoing 75 cents monthly fee
  • Basic – Invest $50 and pay an ongoing $1.50 cents monthly fee
  • Bronze – Invest $99 and pay an ongoing $2.97 cents monthly fee
  • Silver – Invest $249 and pay an ongoing $7.47 cents monthly fee
  • Gold – Invest $499 and pay an ongoing $14.97 cents monthly fee
  • Premium – Invest $999 and pay an ongoing $24.98 cents monthly fee
  • Black – Invest $1999 and pay an ongoing $49.98 cents monthly fee
  • Black II – Invest $6400 and pay an ongoing $100.50 cents monthly fee
  • Black III – Invest $12,800 and pay an ongoing $321.50 cents monthly fee

NOTE: The payments that are paid out to affiliates or received by the company from affiliates will be made in bitcoin.

Verdict of Bitworld Center

Fantastic, you’ve made it to the end of my review, and here is where I’ll share my last thoughts on the company, and why I do not think they are 100% legit…

The company says that they have an external revenue stream for their ROI payouts by “24/7 trading and mining.”

But there is no proof that the company is trading or mining with cryptocurrency.

This leaves only the investments made by new affiliates as the only real source of any type of revenue coming into the company.

If the company uses newly invested money to pay prior members their 2.2% ROI earned daily, this would make this company a 100% Ponzi scam.

And with any MLM Ponzi scam, when the sponsorship of new affiliates slows down, so will new revenue or any revenue entering the company.

Finally, my last thought is something worth mentioning…

I also found this in the Terms and Conditions of the company:

“The object of the present is the provision by BITWORLD CENTER of sales promotion and direct marketing services, it markets in the TRADING market in Cryptomoedas and in the retail sector of sale of products and services through digital business platform tools and advantages for clients by through a virtual currency called AFRICACOIN to facilitate the sale of trader services and products offered, as well as a Virtual Account Management system with receipt of bonus in AFRICACOIN currency.

By registering at BITWORLD, the USER must choose one of the following membership titles with their respective advantages and credits in AFRICACOIN.”

So by simply choosing to be an affiliate with this company, you and your money may be pumping up AfricaCoin.

What exactly is AfricaCoin?

Well, it is a ERC20 token, which basically has no real value as well.

And when we examine it, it too is basically your typical Ponzi scam as well, and Bitworld Center seem to have a deal with an altcoin pump and dump going on behind the scenes.

My advice? Be careful with this company as you are likely to lose your investment…

Because of that, I rate the company the following:

I hope you enjoyed my Bitworld Center review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…
