Crypto15 Review – Legit Business or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Crypto15 Review!

I have been hearing some buzz about this business for a while now so I decided to investigate what it is all about…

There are a lot of rumors out there positive and negative but I am here to put them all the rest today for you guys.

In this review, I will be walking you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision…

Remember to pay close attention to this blog post and take down some notes…

It can be the difference between making the right decision or wrong.

Alright first things first, let’s take a look at the company.

Crypto15 Review – The Company

crypto15 review

Some deep internet searching revealed that the Crypto15 website domain was registered as crypto15.com on the 4th of August.

And the genius behind it all?

Todd Hirsch.

First appearing as the admin of Cloud 2×2 cycler Ponzi back in 2012, Hirsch reemerged a year later as the co-founder of Rocket Cash Cycler which, surprise surprise, was another Ponzi scheme.

Are you seeing a trend here?

But that wasn’t the end of Rocket Cash Cycler…

He relaunched it in 2014, only for it to collapse again.

Once again, Hirsch launched a business, this time the BitCoin Cycler, which focused on combining the same cycler Ponzi model with bitcoin…

A few months later, a collapse.

For the next two years, Hirsch started and failed at two more businesses, My Ad Cubes and

Real Destinations International.

The latter company is really what got Hirsch into some hot water, resulting in his arrest in Georgia in February of this year.

He was charged with and found guilty of fleeing/attempting to elude DUI, reckless driving and six counts of terroristic threats.

To clarify, the terrorist threats stemmed from threats to harm law enforcement officers during his arrest.

He did eventually leave the rehabilitation facility he was sentenced to and failed to return and is now believed to be in Panama.

It is believed that he was found by local authorities, but ever since his subsequent return to social media in June, it is unclear what exactly happened.

Wow, a man with that colorful of a past sure does raise some eyebrows.

Crypto15 Reviews – The Products

crypto15 products

Crypto15 has no retail products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell, however affiliates can promote the affiliate membership.

Other companies in this niche include BitWorld Center and Bitsolives.

The Crypto15 Compensation Plan

The whole business runs on the idea that Crypto15 affiliates invest $50 or more worth of bitcoin for 150% ROI.

At the current time, the affiliate backoffice advises an “estimated maturity time” of 60 days.

Residual commission on Crypto15 investment is paid out through a unilevel compensation structure capped off at 15 levels.

Residual commissions are paid out as a percentage the money invested across these 15 levels as outlined below:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10%
  • Levels 2 and 3 – 5%
  • Level 4 – 3%
  • Level 5 – 2%
  • Levels 6 to 15 – 1%

Cost to Join Crypto15

The cost to join Crypto15 free.

Maximum income opportunity is based on full participation in the Crypto15 business opportunity which requires a minimum $50 investment in bitcoin.

Verdict on Crypto15

Where to start with this tornado…

Crypto15 claims to generate external ROI revenue through “professional traders, Power Node mining pools, and early participation in ICO’s”.

But let me be clear here. There is NO evidence of any external ROI activity provided.

And beyond that, it seems that a single glance at the company FAQs reveals that it treads into Ponzi scheme territory.

Don’t believe me? Look at this excerpt taken directly from their website:

“If I choose to quit using your services after I’ve made a purchase, can I get a refund?

  1. No refunds, because all revenues are already shared with all active members and commissions paid to your referring sponsor.”

Recycling new investment revenue to pay off existing affiliates makes Crypto15 a Ponzi scheme.

Yet Hirsch seems adamant in denying this, as proven with this excerpt:

“Is Crypto15 a hyip, ponzi, pyramid scheme, or illegal?

No, this is not an investment site nor is it illegal in any way, shape, or form.

We sell advertising services and digital products.

Crypto15 offers a lot of advertising services of the highest possible quality within the site and also outside of the site through our network of advertising partners.”

The SEC already addressed this in 2016… once revenue slows down because of a lack of affiliates, so will this business.

As did all of Hirsch’s previous start-ups.

I hope you enjoyed my Crypto15 review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask anytime…

ExoCoin Review – Legit Biz Op or Just Another Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my ExoCoin Review!

Chances are you have either been approached by someone in ExoCoin or you stumbled upon it on social media and now you want to make sure it’s legit…

Of course, your curiosity is what drives me to do what I do every day.

Let’s face it, no one likes to be scammed, so I am glad you are doing your research.

In this blog post, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not…

So, without further ado, let’s jump right in!

ExoCoin Review – The Company

exocoin review

My research revealed that the ExoCoin website domain was privately registered as exo-coin.io on the 15th of February.

Frankly, I failed in finding a lot of relevant information about the background of this company other than the fact that they most likely have Chinese-speaking admin.

And of course, the largest source of internet traffic seems to be coming from Nigeria…

In the meantime, let’s move on!

ExoCoin Reviews – The Products

exocoin products

ExoCoin has no retail products or services for sale or purchase, but affiliates can promote the ExoCoin affiliate membership.

Kinda reminds me of another company called Crypto15.

If you are looking for a company with retail products, check out Kyani and Activz.

The ExoCoin Compensation Plan

ExoCoin affiliates invest in EXYS points for a set ROI.

Based on what I found on the ExoCoin website, investors can buy pre-generated EXYS points at a rate of $4 each.

Affiliates must invest a minimum of $60 (which equals 15 EXYS), with 1 of the 6 investment plans as outlined below:

  • Tron 1 – Invest $60 to $1000 in EXYS points and receive a 1% daily ROI for 330 days
  • Tron 2 – Invest $1040 to $6000 in EXYS points and receive a 1% daily ROI plus 0.03% daily bonus rate for 300 days
  • Tron 3 – Invest $6200 to $12,000 in EXYS points and receive a 1% daily ROI plus 0.06% daily bonus rate for 270 days
  • Tron 4 – Invest $12,200 to $20,000 in EXYS points and receive a daily 1% ROI plus 0.09% daily bonus rate for 240 days
  • MasterTron 1 – Invest $20,200 to $40,000 in EXYS points and receive a daily 1% ROI plus 0.12% daily bonus rate for 210 days
  • MasterTron 2 – Invest $40,200 to $400,000 and receive a daily 1% ROI plus 0.15% daily bonus rate for 180 days

Affiliates who earn ROIs are paid in EXYS points, which affiliates can then convert to EXO points through the company’s internal ExoTrade exchange.

Interestingly enough (and rather suspicious), they fail to publish the current internal value of EXO points on their website.

Recruitment Commissions

ExoCoin affiliates earn commissions when they sponsor new investors.

Payment is made and tracked through a unilevel compensation structure, which is capped at 5 team levels.

Commissions are paid out as a percentage of the money that is invested within these 5 levels as outlined below:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 7%
  • Levels 2 and 3 – 1%
  • Levels 3 and 4 – 0.5%

Affiliates who have sponsored others who have invested $100,000 or more can apply to become a Representative Leader, which means they would receive 14% on level 1 unilevel team commissions.

Residual Commissions

ExoCoin pays residual commissions in EXYS points thorough a binary compensation structure.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, but there is no limit to how deep a team can grow.

Residual commissions are determined by affiliates investment in EXYS points, with the company tallying up investments from both sides of the binary team every day.

ExoCoin affiliates receive a percentage of matched funds as seen below:

  • 15 EXYS points matched = 1% residual commission rate (affiliate must personally have at least 15 EXYS points to qualify)
  • 50 EXYS points matched = 2% residual commission rate (affiliate must personally have at least 50 EXYS points to qualify)
  • 200 EXYS points matched = 3% residual commission rate (affiliate must personally have at least 200 EXYS points to qualify)
  • 500 EXYS points matched = 4% residual commission rate (affiliate must personally have at least 500 EXYS point to qualify)
  • 1000 EXYS points matched = 5% residual commission rate (affiliate must personally have at least 1000 EXYS points to qualify)

Or course, the amount of EXYS that an affiliate earns on the binary team is limited by the amount that an affiliate has invested themselves:

  • Tron 1 affiliates can earn up to 300 EXYS points a day
  • Tron 2 affiliates can earn up to 350 EXYS points a day
  • Tron 3 affiliates can earn up to 400 EXYS points a day
  • Tron 4 affiliates can earn up to 450 EXYS points a day
  • MasterTron 1 affiliates can earn up to 500 EXYS points a day
  • MasterTron 2 affiliates can earn up to 600 EXYS points a day

Cost to Join ExoCoin

The cost to join ExoCoin is free, but affiliates who choose the free membership can only earn recruitment commissions.

Maximum income opportunity comes from a minimum $60 investment in EXYS points.

Verdict on ExoCoin

Oh, where to start with this company?

Let be blunt about it… ExoCoin seems to be a two-tier ICO lending Ponzi scheme model.

But how, you may ask.

Well, let’s look at the facts.

EXYS seems to have had its ICO about 5 months ago, with EXO following suit a while later.

ExoCoin is now in the “pump” phase, as proven by a year-end target of $30.

In fact, they went as far as to post this on their website:

“EXO price will continue to increase because the supply of EXO is very limited while the interest and use of EXO to transactions in EXO ecosystem will continue to increase.

Hold your EXO as long as possible for more profit. Company target is more than $30 by December.”

And of course, they are trying their hardest to refute the claims that they are a Ponzi scheme, but their reliance on an associated non-responsive website and “Exo-Mining” is not doing them any favors. (1)

ExoMining just seems to be an excuse to put up photos of mining rigs, while failing to actually generate any external revenue whatsoever.

Even the company’s proof of revenue through trading comes down to some unreliable altcoin receipts from last month…

Basically, it seems like the ExoCoin admins are trying to allow internal trading to drive up values and profit from themselves until investments run out.

If they are able to get EXO listed on a public exchange, they’ll pick their slim winnings and withdraw quickly.

It’s the affiliates who suffer the majority loss.

After all, how much is one really expected to make in commissions with this company?

Feel free to leave me a comment or question down below if you enjoyed my ExoCoin review and you want to learn more…

Limbic Arc Review – Legit Company or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Limbic Arc Review!

There has been some buzz about this company lately, so I decided to investigate what this company was all about…

After all, my job is to ensure people like you can make better decisions.

Before you jump into any program, it is important to do your research from start to finish and PAY close attention…

So here is all the research in one simple blog post.

I am going to delve into the company, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, followed by my verdict on it.

First, let’s talk about the actual company.

Limbic Arc Review – The Company

LimbicArc review

While doing my in-depth research, I discovered that Limbic Arc operates in the health and wellness MLM niche…

And they are based out of Utah in the US.

But who is behind it all?

A man by the name of Vaughan Cook; who also owns Global Unicorn Holdings, as well as Zyto.

Now, while the first company is affiliated with this MLM business, it is important to pay attention to Zyto’s… well, colorful past.

Zyto promotes a “hand cradle” that it claims “measures the body’s galvanic skin response to each unique signature and sends the data directly to the software for analysis.”

But in 2015, Cook received a warning letter from the FDA warning him that he had not met regulatory requirements to market such devices.

After a brief failed stint in politics in 2016, he resigned from Zyto in 2017 and a year later Limbic Arc was born.

Limbic Arc Reviews – The Products

Limbicarc products

Limbic Arc has no retail products or services, leaving affiliates to only promote the Limbic Arc membership.

However, membership is bundled with a mobile app subscription, which is basically essential to earn any kind of commission.

Limbic Arc boldly state that their mobile app “delivers quantum energy to their subscribers”.

What the heck is quantum energy, you ask?

Well, according to Limbic Arc, it is the “use of energy that is put off by all things in the universe for the purpose of healing or change.”

Often described as a “mind-body medicine”.

Limbic Arc focuses on harnessing this energy and transferring it through an app in the form of InfoBoosts.

InfoBoosts featured on the Limbic Arc website include:

  • Calm
  • Focus
  • Energy
  • Sleep
  • Multi
  • Stress Relief
  • Immune
  • Pain Relief
  • Allergy
  • His
  • Hers
  • Weight
  • Vision

In order to gain access to the Limbic Arc app, it will cost $50 or $100 a month, with the $100 subscription allowing access to a higher number of InfoBoosts.

The Limbic Arc Compensation Plan

Limbic Arc pays affiliates to sponsor new affiliates directly and residually with additional rewards available.

Commission Qualification

In order to qualify for commissions, affiliates are required to consistently keep an active subscription.

Limbic Arc Affiliate Ranks

The Limbic Arc compensation plan features 5 affiliate ranks, as outlined below:

  • Star 100 – Maintain a Limbic Arc app subscription ($50 or $100) and generate at least $50 in subscription volume on both sides of your binary team
  • Star 200 – Maintain a $100 Limbic Arc app subscription and generate at least $200 in monthly subscription volume on both sides of your binary team
  • Star 300 – Maintain a $100 Limbic Arc app subscription and generate at least $300 in monthly subscription volume on both sides of your binary team
  • Star 400 – Maintain a $100 Limbic Arc app subscription and generate at least $400 in monthly subscription volume on both sides of your binary team
  • Star 500 – Maintain a $100 Limbic Arc app subscription and generate at least $500 in monthly subscription volume on both sides of your binary team

Residual Commissions

Limbic Arc pays residual commissions through a binary compensation structure.

Binary team positions are filled by direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, with no limit to how big the team can grow.

To generate sales volume in the binary team, affiliates must sell app subscription, with the company tallying it up on both sides of the binary team.

Affiliates earn a percentage of the sales volume that is made on their weaker binary side, which is also based on rank, as outlined below:

  • Star 100 affiliates earn 8% of weaker binary side volume, capped at $2500 a week
  • Star 200 affiliates earn 9% of weaker binary side volume, capped at $5000 a week
  • Star 300 affiliates earn 10% of weaker binary side volume, capped at $7500 a week
  • Star 400 affiliates earn 11% of weaker binary side volume, capped at $10,000 a week
  • Star 500 affiliates earn 12% of weaker binary side volume, capped at $20,000 a week

Matching Bonus

Limbic Arc affiliates can earn a Matching Bonus on residual commissions through 3 levels of sponsorship as well.

To qualify, a Limbic Arc affiliate must have a $100/month app subscription and the following:

  • If an affiliate has active personally sponsored affiliates on both sides of the binary team and at least $100 in monthly sales volume generated on both sides, they receive a 10% match on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • If an affiliate has active personally sponsored affiliates on both sides of the binary team and at least $300 in monthly sales volume generated on both sides, they receive a 10% match on levels 1 and 2
  • If an affiliate has active personally sponsored affiliates on both sides of the binary team and at least $500 in monthly sales volume generated on both sides, they receive a 10% match on levels 1 to 3

Builder Bonus Pool

In addition, Limbic Arc takes 65% of allocated commission volume (50% of company-wide app subscription sales) and puts it into the Builder Bonus Pool, which is paid out as followed:

  • Generate $50 or more in newly sponsored affiliate app subscription volume that month = 0.5 share
  • Generate $100 or more in newly sponsored affiliate app subscription volume that month = 1 share
  • Generate $200 or more in newly sponsored affiliate app subscription volume that month = 2 shares
  • Generate $300 or more in newly sponsored affiliate app subscription volume that month = 3 shares

There is a requirement to maintain an active $100/month app subscription to qualify.

Leadership Pool

Similar to the reward above, Limbic Arc also takes 35% of allocated commission volume (50% of company-wide app subscription sales) and puts it into the Leadership Pool to be paid out as followed:

  • Generate $400 or more in newly sponsored affiliate app subscription volume that month = 1 share
  • Generate $600 or more in newly sponsored affiliate app subscription volume that month = 2 shares
  • Generate $1000 or more in newly sponsored affiliate app subscription volume that month = 3 shares

Rewards and Recognition

There isn’t much information about Rewards and Recognition to be frank.

Well, except for the header on their website.

So, I guess we can just move on…

Cost to Join Limbic Arc

The cost to join Limbic is a $50 or $100 per month app subscription.

Of course, it does not end there… the $100 subscription provides greater income potential through the Limbic Arc compensation plan.

Verdict on Limbic Arc

Where shall we start?

Oh yes, the marketing video on their website.

At about 2:24 into the video, the following message pops up:

“Limbic Arc is not intended to treat or diagnose any disease or medical condition.

It should not be used in place or regular medical care.”

Ironic because the actor in the scene is dressed up as if he was a doctor.

So does it have anything to do with medicine at all?

And look at this gem over here… Global Unicorn Holdings claims to “work with thousands of doctors and healthcare professionals”.

Since when did doctors start peddling quantum energy?

And of course, surprise surprise, no names revealed.

And while I’m on a roll, I’m going back to the Zyto disaster real quick.

On July 5th, Zyto published an article titled “ZYTO: Safe, Accurate, FDA-Cleared Technology“.

This is an excerpt from the article.

“ZYTO has always had a collaborative relationship with the FDA and continues to work closely with them to make sure all our products and marketing materials are 100% compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

This means that you can always be assured that our hardware and software are both completely safe to use and effective, and that any claims we make do not exceed the scope of FDA regulations.

The ZYTO Hand Cradle remains the only wellness scanner of its kind to gain official 510(k) clearance from the FDA, and we can confidently say that its safety and accuracy is the best in the industry.”

But, what is 510(k) clearance from the FDA?

Well, according to the FDA it is “a premarket submission made to FDA to demonstrate that the device to be marketed is at least as safe and effective, that is, substantially equivalent, to a legally marketed device.”

So this so-called hand cradle is compared to a galvanic skin response device marketed by Global Ent and the FDA accepted it?

The clearance is virtually useless if it even exists.

They further go on to describe the product as this:

“GSR, otherwise known as “electrodermal activity“, is measured electronic resistance of the skin, which is theorized to change depending on the state of sweat glands.

If the sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system is highly aroused, then sweat gland activity also increases, which in turn increases skin conductance.

In this way, skin conductance can be a measure of emotional and sympathetic responses.”

But it is nothing more than an EDA meter.

What is that?

Well it is “a device that displays the change electrical conductance between two points over time. The two current paths are along the surface of the skin and through the body.”

And I can say quite confidently that I don’t think the FDA has gotten tangled in this mess.

Never mind other scientists or working professionals in the industry.

But where does Limbic Arc come in?

Well, if the CEO has such a shady past, doesn’t it raise questions about whatever science is behind this company?

Just to refresh, Limbic Arc provides access to an app that runs user-set “InfoBoosts”.

These are pre-set for an 8-day duration within the app but you can adjust the length of the InfoBoost to meet your needs and desired results.

Once you look past the fancy-looking display provided by the app, it becomes quite apparent that all these large buzz words are baseless…

But that’s the point I want to make.

The Limbic Arc website provides a “complete InfoBoost Library” outlined below:

  • Acerola

So you pay a couple hundred a month, get an app, and suddenly receive all the vitamins that you’ve been lacking through “quantum energy”?

I don’t think so.

The best Limbic Arc and its affiliates can provide is claims riding off of personal anecdotes.

This is what I found on their website:

How will I know if the Limbic Arc is working?

When you select a new InfoBoost within the Limbic Arc app, you will be asked to score your current situation.

For example, if you select the Calm InfoBoost, you will rate your current situation in terms of anxiety, stress, and irritability.  At the end of your InfoBoost (which cycles over an eight-day period) you will be asked to rate your current situation again on those same items.

This allows you to compare your initial scores to the follow-up scores.

You pay quite the pretty penny for what seems to just be another placebo effect.

What are the associated costs with becoming an ARChitect distributor?

Choose your monthly subscription level of $50 or $100, and you will have unlimited access to ALL the features available at that subscription level!

There are not any other fees associated with becoming an ARChitect distributor.

Well, there you have your pyramid recruitment where commission is completely sourced from existing affiliates.

And the cycle just continues to do the same.

So, my recommendation here is to proceed with caution…as I wouldn’t bet on great returns.

Thanks for reading my Limbic Arc review and feel free to leave a question or concern down below if you have one!

I feel like there is a new business opportunity popping up daily and it can be hard to determine which ones are scams and which ones are legit…

And of course, we all want to make informed decisions.

In this blog post, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not…

And of course, my own opinion about it!

Let’s get into the review!

Edu Swarm Review – The Company

edu swarm review

After doing a bit of research, I found out that the Edu Swarm website domain was registered as eduswarm.com on the 27th of April.

And who is the magician behind the curtain?

A man by the name of Bobby Cannata.

Honestly, the most I can find about this man is that he was a Market America affiliate.

And he apparently celebrated 25 years with the company in July of 2017.

I would warn those who want to join this company that whenever there is very little information about the company, chances are there is something fishy happening.

Edu Swarm Reviews – The Products

edu swarm products

Edu Swarm has no products or services available for retail, so affiliates are only able to promote the membership.

BUT, there is a perk of Edu Swarm affiliate membership, which is access to a video and audio library.

Of what? I’m not too sure.

The Edu Swarm Compensation Plan

It seems that affiliates of this company must buy into a five-tier 2×2 matrix cycler.

How it works is that usually there is an affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them, essentially generating double the positions at each level.

In Edu Swarm’s case, the matrix houses six positions and cycle commissions are generated when they all become full.

Positions in the matrix are filled through purchasing positions by new and/or existing Edu Swarm affiliates.

Of course, when affiliates can buy in for 0.005 or 0.03 BTC the following occurs:

  • A 0.005 BTC position generates a new position in tier 1 of the cycler.
  • A 0.03 BTC position purchase generates new positions in tiers 1 and 2 of the cycler

The initial commission payments across five of the cycler tiers are outlined below:

  • Tier 1 (positions cost 0.005 BTC) – 0.02 BTC cycle commission, generates a new Tier 1 position and cycles into Tier 2
  • Tier 2 (positions cost 0.03 BTC) – 0.01 BTC cycle commission, generates a new Tier 2 position and cycles into Tier 3
  • Tier 3 – 0.02 BTC cycle commission, generates a new Tier 3 position and cycles into Tier 4
  • Tier 4 – 0.04 BTC cycle commission, generates a new Tier 4 position and cycles into Tier 5
  • Tier 5 – 0.4 BTC cycle commission and generates a new Tier 5 position

And once a new position is made on the same tier (after a tier has been cycled out), there is an increase in the rate of commission payments:

  • Tier 1 – 0.02 BTC
  • Tier 2 – 0.4 BTC
  • Tier 3 – 0.1 BTC
  • Tier 4 – 0.2 BTC
  • Tier 5 – 0.4 BTC (no change)

All of these rates are paid out on following cycles after the first cycle on any given tier.

But to qualify for actual commissions, each affiliate must sponsor up to two more affiliates who choose to buy into one of the cycle positions.

And then to remain qualified, they must keep sponsoring new affiliates to buy in within a time frame of 120 days.

Cost to Join Edu Swarm

The cost to join Edu Swarm is free.

The catch, however, is that in order to make commissions the affiliate must buy a 0.005 BTC or 0.03 BTC cycle position.

Verdict on Edu Swarm

What can I say about this company…

Well, for starters, let’s talk about this marketing campaign.

Making a logo and throwing together a few online videos does not mean anything if the point made is still vague and confusing.

But that’s exactly what Edu Swarm has done.

It’s just a vicious cycle with most Ponzi cyclers unfortunately.

Even their content is only sort-of complying to claims of fraudulent investments.

And then there are the commissions payments.

New affiliates buy into the company for 0.005 or 0.03 BTC, that much we already know.

But when you look at the big picture, isn’t every tier then just a fixed investment?

Because ROI is paid once investments are made.

And the whole reason why they have so many positions is because they are simply shifting funds from the investments to existing investors.

And the man at the top of the food chain…

Bobby Cannata!

… The admin who will earn the most of the invested bitcoin.

And that’s the trend with most cyclers unfortunately, especially since the majority of the big money goes to the people at the top.

Honestly, I see this company dying down fairly quickly once investments stop.

And of course, since it is a cycler, eventually it will take longer and longer to complete a cycle.

Payments end, Cannata grabs his money and dashes, investors lose money.

It’s super sad, but very common as well.

Save your money folks.

And as always, if you have any questions or concerns, leave a comment down below…

PosMiners Review – Legit Company or Just Another Scam?

$

Welcome to my PosMiners Review!

Whether someone has already told you about this company in person or it was some random stranger on Facebook advertising it…

You’re here for a reason.

And that reason is what sets you apart from all those other MLMers out there… you’re curious and I’m glad!

My job now is to make sure that you are informed enough to make decisions about what to do with your money.

So today, we’re going to be diving into this company’s origins, products, compensation plan, and cost to join.

And of course, my own verdict.

So, without waiting anymore, let’s just get started!

PosMiners Review – The Company

Posminers review

When doing my research, I discovered that the PosMiners website was privately registered as posminers.com on the 10th of December last year.

Most of the traffic on the site seems to be from Armenia, so chances are admin could also be Armenian.

But that is it.

Wow, not a lot of information to go on…

Might as well move on then!

PosMiners Reviews – The Products

posminers products

PosMiners does not have any retail products or services, so that means that affiliates only really promote the affiliate membership itself.

The PosMiners Compensation Plan

Affiliates will invest bitcoin/gold poker on the premise of marketed ROI as outlined below:

Bitcoin

  • Starter – Invest 0.01 to 0.05 BTC and receive a 133% to 135% ROI after 45 days
  • Basic – Invest 0.051 to 0.2 BTC and receive a 140% to 143% ROI after 45 days
  • Regular – Invest 0.21 to 1 BTC and receive a 147% to 150% ROI after 45 days
  • Premium – Invest 1.01 to 50 BTC and receive a 151% to 154% ROI after 45 days

Gold Poker

  • Starter – Invest 500 to 2000 GPKR and receive a 142% to 145% ROI after 45 days
  • Basic – Invest 2001 to 5000 GPKR and receive a 147% to 150% ROI after 45 days
  • Regular – Invest 5001 to 10,000 GPKR and receive a 151% to 154% ROI after 45 days
  • Premium – Invest 10,001 to 30,000 and receive a 155% to 157% ROI after 45 days

Referral Commissions

PosMiners affiliates are paid referral commissions through a unilevel compensation structure, capped off at 8 levels.

Commissions will be paid as a percentage of invested money across these levels as outlined below:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 5%
  • Level 2 – 3%
  • Levels 3 and 4 – 1%
  • Levels 5 to 8 – 0.5%

Cost to Join PosMiners

The cost to join PosMiners is free, but that comes with the stipulation that free affiliates can only earn referral commissions as income opportunity.

For maximum opportunity, there should be a minimum investment of 0.01 BTC and/or 500 GPKR.

Verdict on PosMiners

PosMiners runs on the basis of algorithms generating ROI.

They say that it is what ‘makes [their] company sustainable, and the ROI 100% guaranteed‘.

But here are two things to specifically note:

  1. PosMiners provide no evidence whatsoever of algorithms being used to generate external ROI revenue.
  2. Anybody in possession of an algorithm that generated a 100% guaranteed ROI would keep it to themselves.

So what’s the only source of revenue that we can guarantee for sure?

New investments.

And using that to pay existing investors means that this company slowly becomes… a Ponzi scheme.

45 day ROI payments from new money… it’s an age-old tale.

And the mysterious people behind the company also have their eyes on Gold Poker for a reason.

So let’s look a little closer at Gold Poker…

It began being publicly traded on or around August 17th.

Back then it was valued at $2.83, however with the traditional altcoin path, it is currently $2.43.

It’s happened before, and it’ll happen again.

Invest, make minimal money, it slows down, collapse.

So maybe think twice before joining this one…

Thanks for reading my PosMiners review and feel free to leave a question or concern down below if you have one!

Elite Stream TV Review – Legit Company Or Huge Scam?

Welcome to my Elite Stream TV Review!

There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to check it out for myself and see what it was all about.

Chances are you were approached about the business opportunity or their streaming services and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Find out of this is legit or a huge scam…

Elite Stream TV Review – The Company

elite stream tv review

When you visit the Elite Stream TV website, you will notice there is no information on who runs or owns the company.

I checked out the Elite Stream TV domain registration information on “elitestreamtv.com” and found out it was registered by Caujuan Mayo…

A marketing video did show Caujuan Mayo’s name which was uploaded on his YouTube channel.

Other companies he has promoted are Royaltie, Finish Line Network, Trade Coin Club, Tecademics, Financial Education Services and Traffic Authority.

That’s all I got on the company…

Let’s take a look at the products next!

Elite Stream TV Reviews – The Products

elite stream tv products

Elite Stream TV doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

Attached to the affiliate membership is access to third-party streamed content (think the Kodi boxes…).

Elite Stream TV Compensation Plan

Elite Stream TV members pay $30 per month and can earn commissions on people who do the same when they sponsor them.

Elite Stream TV pays their members through a two tier unilevel compensation plan structure.

So when a new affiliate joins and pays their $30 per month fee:

  1. Affiliate who sponsored them gets $10 and
  2. their upline (the affiliate who sponsored them them) gets $5

Cost To Join Elite Stream TV

Elite Stream TV will run you $30 per month…

Now the moment you have been waiting for inside of this Elite Stream TV review…

Verdict On Elite Stream TV

The major issue I see with this company is that they provide no copyright agreements with any of their providers who have access to the content.

When you do subscribe and login, you will see an interesting domain name “Kstreams.tk”.

KStreams is another streaming coming that sells their services for $10 per month, but they don’t have any licensing agreements with any of the copyright holders to broadcast…

What could be happening is Elite Stream TV is reselling Kstream services for an extra $25 per month for the comp plan and the other $5 goes to Elite Stream TV.

Also there isn’t any refunds of any kind…

Personally, I don’t recommend any kind of pirating content companies which just come and go…

I hope you enjoyed my Elite Stream TV review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below…

Holiday Coin Club Review – Legit Business Opportunity or Big Scam In 2018?

$
0
0

Welcome to my Holiday Coin Club Review!

Whether you are an amateur or a veteran in the MLM world, making decisions about which business venture to join can be a bit scary….

But that’s completely normal!

The idea is to make smart decisions after doing some research to back up your initial intuition.

And at the end of the day, my goal is to make sure that we know just a bit more about what you are getting into.

So today, I’m going to be diving into this company’s origins, products, compensation plan, and cost to join.

So, let’s get into it!

Holiday Coin Club Review – The Company

Holiday Coin Club review

At first glance at the Holiday Coin Club website, one thing becomes quite apparent.

Having been registered as holidaycoinclub.com in 2017, it becomes quite apparent that the company itself does minimal work to increase growth in retail sales.

Having to be referred by an affiliate to even get in, this MLM seems to be incredibly selective about who they let into their club.

Of course, when I try to click the company information button on the website, I am simply redirected to a new page with a shell company address in the Marshall Islands.

But what is Marshall Islands?

Well, any MLMer knows that it is considered to be a ‘tax-haven’… and of course, no MLM company would be caught dead with that address if they were who they said they were.

The last time the website is said to have been updated is on the 24th of April, probably when new owners took control of it.

Honestly, I could barely find any information at all, but I would say that there is an assumption that since the compensation plan is paid in euros, it’s probable that the company is based out of Europe.

Holiday Coin Club Reviews – The Products

Holiday Coin Club products

Holiday Coin Club don’t appear to have any products or services, meaning that affiliates can only really promote the membership.

But this exclusive membership does provide a link to a travel-booking engine, where discount vouchers are often available.

The Holiday Coin Club Compensation Plan

Affiliates of the Holiday Coin Club purchase positions in a seven-tier matrix cycler, however the company does not reveal the matrix size used in their cycler.

Let me give you a quick breakdown of a cycler…

Buy a position, other affiliates buy similar positions, once cycle is complete, BOOM… you have won a prize!

Straightforward, isn’t it?

And what’s the prize?

Travel vouchers… to be used with the search engine they already have access to… I break this down further below:

  • Yellow (positions cost €125 EUR) – €250 EUR travel voucher or generate a new orange tier position
  • Orange (positions cost €250 EUR) – €500 EUR travel voucher or generate a new red tier position
  • Red (positions cost €500 EUR) – €1000 EUR travel voucher or generate a new pink tier position
  • Pink (positions cost €1000 EUR) – €2000 EUR travel voucher or generate a new purple tier position
  • Purple (positions cost €2000 EUR) – €4000 EUR travel voucher or generate a new blue tier position
  • Blue (positions cost €4000 EUR) – €8000 EUR travel voucher or generate a new green tier position
  • Green (positions cost €8000 EUR) – €16,000 EUR travel voucher or generate two new green tier positions

When a position is cycled out of any color tier, there is also another discount provided to affiliates to purchase another position for half the price.

So, if the yellow positions cycled, then you could buy into the tier again for €62.50!

But pay attention folks, buying a discount does not have an effect on the travel voucher you receive.

And you will only earn these rewards when you are active in the company, meaning you have to buy a “pass” membership with additional fees.

So, for example, the yellow positions cost €1 EUR a month to keep active.

As for other colours, I’m in the dark as much as you are.

Free Holiday Challenge

When an affiliate of the company sponsors their first initial 5 affiliates who then go on to buy cycler positions, the sponsor receives a yellow position.

Ambassador Loyalty Program

Once a yellow position is attained by an affiliate, they only have to pay a €99 EUR fee to become an Ambassador.

The perks of being an Ambassador include receiving more free cycler positions and larger discounts on new positions purchased once existing positions cycle, thus leaving a discount of 50% on positions.

Cost to Join Holiday Coin Club

The cost to join Holiday Coin Club is free, but maximum income opportunity requires buying a package as outlined below:

  • Weekend Pack – €137 (includes one yellow position and 13 months of fees)
  • Sunshine Pack – €947 (includes a yellow, orange and red position and 15 months of fees)
  • Luxury Lifestyle Pack – €16,174 (includes a yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, blue and green position and 18 months of fees)

Verdict on Holiday Coin Club

Just imagine the pleasure of having “permanent holidays forever” … appealing, no?

Well, that’s exactly the angle that Holiday Coin Club tries to sell to affiliates.

However, that doesn’t make up for the reality behind the company trying to pass off discounted travel vouchers to affiliates that are in no way redeemable for money.

The only thing that makes up for it, making them different from other scams, is the possibility of actually travelling.

For me, the greatest concern would be the lack of information about the background of this company… where it came from and general lack of disclosure.

It doesn’t matter how solid the business model looks.

If you have a search engine, you should know the sources running it from behind the scenes.

After all, what’s the point of spending thousands of euros if you’re not happy with the results?

And even the travelling aspect isn’t that significant… outside of a little trip every once in a while, which may even be for marketing campaigns, every MLMer knows that the travel MLM niche is quite the disguise for pyramid recruitment.

But Holiday Coin Club lacks any cash commissions, instead offering discounted trips.

And this means that this company doesn’t seem to fit into the category of your average travel MLM niche.

Where does it fit in then?

Unfortunately, it may not live much longer… interest dropped and so have sales.

Thanks for reading my Holiday Coin Club review and feel free to leave a comment or question down below if you have one…

NuMedia Review – Legit Stream Biz Op or Huge Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my NuMedia Review!

This is one of the latest companies to launch in the streaming mlm niche and I decided to check it out…

Some people say it’s legit while others call it a scam…

So what is truth then right?

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and company so you can make the right decision…

All you have to do is PAY CLOSE ATTENTION and read this to the end if you don’t want to get scammed by a turd…

Before we begin, I have a special announcement.

For the first time ever, I am helping affiliate marketers, network marketers, CPA marketers or any kind of marketing to help business their businesses through a step by step process with my exact funnels.

Crazy right?

Go get the training here (you will thank me)

Now I got my pitch out of the way let’s keep going…

NuMedia Review – The Company.

Numedia review

NuMedia was launched around June of 2018 of this year according do the domain registration…

Immediately after, it was bought out by a company called TVizion.

Just so you know, there isn’t anything great about TVizion…

In fact, they were sued by a company called Dish Network for pirating their content…

The owner, Ferras Jim Pshehalouk ignored the lawsuit…

Interesting…

Anyway, there is no information on the NuMedia website on who runs the show…

Company claims it’s a Nevis corporation, but it doesn’ thave any physical address.

It looks like because TVizion is in crap by another company, they put together NuMedia…

Well then…

Not a great way to start off…

But let’s keep going anyway…

NuMedia Reviews – The Products

numedia products

NuMedia streams shows and movies for $49.95 per month.

Their website does have a tone of copyright holder logos showing you that it has permission to provide access to that copyrighted content.

BUT….yes…. big BUT….

NuMedia doesn’t disclose any of the agreements with those third-party companies…

Hmmmm….

Another company I reviews in this niche is called Elite Stream TV.

Anyway, let’s get into the compensation plan next inside of this NuMedia review…

NuMedia Compensation Plan

All good network marketing companies pay you when you sell to retail customers and sponsor new business partners.

There has to be a balance of more customers to reps to keep it from being a pyramid scheme.

NuMedia members get paid to sell their streaming services ($49.95 per month).

Direct Commission Payout

NuMedia members get $10 per month for everyone that buys the $49.95 per month subscription.

Sponsoring Commission Payout

When you sponsor a new affiliate that gets the $259 or $1249 Director Package, you can earn $100 or $350 commission.

Residual Commission Payout

Sooo….

When you sponsor a new rep or customer and continue with their subscription month after month, you can earn residuals on it.

NuMedia pays their members through a unilevel compensation plan.

They do it a little different than the typical unilevel.

First six affiliates are sponsored into the unilevel comp plan, two of them are coded to the person who sponsored them.

Once this happens, you can get paid through four tiers of spill overs:

  • 1 Star – Sponsor two affiliates
  • 2 Star – Maintain two recruited affiliates and have a total downline of at least 100 affiliates
  • 3 Star – Maintain two recruited affiliates and have a total downline of at least 300 affiliates
  • 4 Star – Maintain two recruited affiliates and have a total downline of at least 500 affiliates

Once you hit Star rank and your downline members do the same, they are coded for that tier.

Commissions on volume is paid like this:

  • Monthly $49.95 subscription generates $25 in CV
  • $259 Director Package fees paid by a recruited affiliate generates $100 in CV
  • $1249 Director Package fees paid by a recruited affiliate generates $500 in CV

CV stands for commissionable volume.

CV percentages are paid out as residuals as well and look like this:

  • 1 Star – 10%
  • 2 Star – 20%
  • 3 Star – 30%
  • 4 Star – 40%

Matching Bonus

You can get a 100% matching bonus on your direct commissions in the first 30 days.

Cost To Join NuMedia

NuMedia affiliate membership will run you the following:

  •  $49.95 monthly content subscription
  • $259 Director 1 Star Package or
  • $1249 Director 2 Star Package

Now the moment you have been waiting for inside of this NuMedia review…

Verdict On NuMedia

So does the NuMedia scam exist?

Let’s just look at some of the facts…

First we don’t officially know who runs or owns the company which is very important when joining a MLM in my humble opinion.

Second, NuMedia claims they have permission for streaming the third-party content, but have no proof of it…

Third, no real incentive for retail sales…

Personally, I do not recommend NuMedia to anyone…

But hey if you want to join it at your own risk go a head.

For me, if the streaming isn’t even legal, why bother with something that won’t last that long.

Or if another lawsuit opens up like the previous companies like this…

You don’t want to be involved with that.

Having that said…

Just don’t join…lol.

Because I care…

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my NuMedia review and if you have any questions feel free to ask anytime…

Dominant Finance Review – Legit Business or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

$

Welcome to my Dominant Finance Review!

Chances are you’ve heard the buzz around this company and you’ve taken it upon yourself to check it out personally.

It doesn’t matter if someone personally told you about this opportunity or you just stumbled upon a random Facebook ad one day and decided to find out more.

Either way, this review will help break down this company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join… and of course my own verdict.

So first, let’s talk about the company!

Dominant Finance Review – The Company

Dominant Finance Review

From what I’ve seen online, Dominant Finance seems to operate inside the finance niche of MLM and is under the control of President Thomas Eklundh.

Eklundh seems to be based out of Gothenberg, Sweden, but I couldn’t really find any info on him outside of this.

And this is where the first red flag goes up, and makes me question the existence of a man by the name of Eklundh…

His Facebook profile was only created on the 30th of April of this year.

A few miscellaneous marketing promotions later, he’s already promoting the heck out of Dominant Finance by the 7th of June.

But this guy has no internet history at all before that… no twitter, no [real] Facebook posts, no Instagram, no education, social, or personal background.

So, does he even exist?

I did find another Facebook page with the same name, but it was not linked to Dominant Finance and seemed to be someone based out of Chicago.

As far as the legality of it, I did find some incorporation certificates from Belize, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, America, and Russia.

Considering that some of these locations have worthless jurisdictions does not help their situation.

On top of that, the Hong Kong certification that I found was simply one-page under the name Dominant Holdings Limited.

But let’s come back to the US and examine its licensing in Florida… where there is also a gun range at the same address.

And another mysterious name that showed up in April of 2018… Dmitri Garusov.

And he seems to be Russian as well.

I would advise you all that if you can’t find the source of a business at first glance, there may be something sketchier occurring behind the scenes.

Dominant Finance Reviews – The Products

Dominant Finance products

Dominant Finance has no products or services available to retail customers, but affiliates are able to promote membership itself to others.

If you are looking for something with retail products, check out Direct Cellars, Kyani and Usana.

The Dominant Finance Compensation Plan

The affiliates of Dominant Finance put funds into the company on the basis of a promoted ROI.

Dominant Finance does take quite a few cryptocurrencies, as well as USD and EUR, but I’m going to stick to USD for simplicity.

The details of Dominant Finance’s four investment plans are outlined below:

  • Crypton – Invest at least $100 and receive a daily variable ROI
  • AltPool – Invest $50 to $10,000 and receive a daily 0.3% to 0.53% ROI for 400 days
  • Dominant – Invest $100 to $15,000 and receive a daily 0.33% to 0.6% ROI for 400 days
  • Mastodon – Invest $30,000 and receive a 0.37% to 0.67% daily ROI for 400 days

Referral Commissions

Dominant Finance pay referral commissions through a unilevel compensation structure, without any cap limit on the number of unilevel team levels.

They are paid as a percentage of funds invested in the unilevel team, with the amounts being invested as cumulative, as outlined below:

  • Partner (sign up as a Dominant Finance affiliate) – 4% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Trainee (invest $50 and convince others to invest at least $2500) – 5% on level 1 and 1% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Junior Agent (invest $500 and convince others to invest at least $10,000) – 6% on level 1 and 1% to 2% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Agent (invest $1000 and convince others to invest at least $25,000) – 7% on level 1 and 1% to 3% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Senior Agent (invest $2500 and convince others to invest at least $75,000) – 8% on level 1 and 1% to 4% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Manager – invest $5000 and convince others to invest at least $150,000) – 9% on level 1 and 1% to 5% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Sapphire (invest $10,000 and convince others to invest at least $350,000) – 10% on level 1 and 1% to 6% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Ruby (invest $20,000 and convince others to invest at least $700,000) – 11% on level 1 and 1% to 7% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Emerald (invest $40,000 and convince others to invest at least $1,500,000) – 12% on level 1 and 1% to 8% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Diamond (invest $60,000 and convince others to invest at least $3,000,000) – 13% on level 1 and 1% to 9% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Diamond 1 Carat (invest $80,000 and convince others to invest at least $5,000,000) – 14% on level 1 and 1% to 10% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Diamond 2 Carats (invest $100,000 and convince others to invest at least $7,000,000) – 14.5% on level 1 and 0.5% to 10.5% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Diamond 3 Carats (invest $150,000 and convince others to invest $10,000,000) – 15% on level 1 and 1% to 11% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Diamond 4 Carats (invest $200,000 and convince others to invest $15,000,000) – 15.5% on level 1 and 0.5% to 11.5% on levels 2 and deeper
  • Diamond 5 Carats (invest $300,000 and convince others to invest at least $20,000,000) – 16% on level 1 and 1% to 12% on levels 2 and deeper

Monthly quotas are contributed the most through downline investments as outlined below:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 100% of invested funds
  • Level 2 – 50% of invested funds
  • Level 3 – 40% of invested funds
  • Level 4 – 35% of invested funds
  • Level 5 – 30% of invested funds
  • Level 6 – 25% of invested funds
  • Level 7 – 20% of invested funds
  • Level 8 – 15% of invested funds
  • Level 9 – 10% of invested funds
  • Level 10 and deeper – 5% of invested funds

But how does it work?

Well, when the percentage range is provided, what is paid out is simply a fraction of the sum of the affiliate’s rank percentage subtracted from that of the qualifying affiliate.

It can be a bit confusing but think of it like this…

You are a Sapphire affiliate with a percentage range of 6%, but also making money on a downline Senior Agent as level 3 standing at 4%… the residual commission would be the two figures subtracted.

The commission made would be 2%.

Matching Bonus

Dominant Finance also provides a Matching Bonus on referral commissions that are made through the unilevel team affiliates:

  • Junior Agents are paid a 5% match on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Agents are paid a 6% match on level 1 and 5% on level 2
  • Senior Agents are paid a 7% match on level 1, 6% on level 2 and 5% on level 3
  • Managers are paid an 8% match on level 1, 7% on level 2, 6% on level 3 and 5% on level 4
  • Sapphires are paid a 9% match on level 1, 8% on level 2, 7% on level 3, 6% on level 4 and 5% on level 5
  • Rubies are paid a 10% match on level 1, 9% on level 2, 8% on level 3, 7% on level 4 and 6% on level 5
  • Emeralds are paid an 11% match on level 1, 10% on level 2, 9% on level 3, 8% on level 4 and 7% on level 5
  • Diamonds are paid a 12% match on level 1, 11% on level 2, 10% on level 3, 9% on level 4 and 8% on level 5
  • Diamond 1 Carats are paid a 13% match on level 1, 12% on level 2, 11% on level 3, 10% on level 4 and 9% on level 5
  • Diamond 2 Carats are paid a 14% match on level 1, 13% on level 2, 12% on level 3, 11% on level 4 and 10% on level 5
  • Diamond 3 Carats are paid a 15% match on level 1, 14% on level 2, 13% on level 3, 12% on level 4 and 11% on level 5
  • Diamond 4 Carats are paid a 16% match on level 1, 15% on level 2, 14% on level 3, 13% on level 4 and 12% on level 5
  • Diamond 5 Carats are paid a 17% match on level 1, 16% on level 2, 15% on level 3, 14% on level 4 and 13% on level 5

Rank Achievement Bonus

  • Agent with two personally sponsored Junior Agents or higher = $500
  • Senior Agent with two personally sponsored Agents or higher = $1000
  • Manager with two personally sponsored Senior Agents or higher = $1500 plus Antminer S9 (or $1000)

  • Diamond 1 Carat with two personally sponsored Diamonds or higher = Mercedes-Benz GLX SUV or $100,000
  • Diamond 2 Carat with two personally sponsored Diamond 1 Carats or higher = Mercedes-Benz Maybach S 560 car or $150,000
  • Diamond 3 Carat with two personally sponsored Diamond 2 Carats or higher = Bentley Bentayga SUV or $300,000

  • Diamond 5 Carats with two personally sponsored Diamond 4 Carats or higher = Rolls Royce Phantom V12 or $1,000,000

Cost to Join Dominant Finance

The cost to join Dominant Finance is free, but that comes with the understanding that free affiliates are only able to make single-level referral commissions.

In order for maximum income opportunity, affiliates must make an investment of at least $50.

Verdict on Dominant Finance

Due to the lack of actual background information about this company, most people would have to make the educated guess that this company is based out of Russia.

Yet, it’s still hard to believe their claim of changing their game when they still fail to provide us real logistics about the company.

But what they do have is Twitch!

Are your ears perked yet?

All they really have on their stream is a monitor set up with a chat and some hardware that is meant to be related to mining.

This company continues to just spiral with more questions…

Apparently, they claim to not be an investment fund company, however continue to scroll and you’ll be hit up with statements that look quite suspicious and awfully close to what an investment fund is…

And THAT folks, is what we call a pseudo-fail compliance.

What they are really trying to do is get investments under the guise of making external ROI by bitcoin mining.

But I couldn’t find any proof of affiliates being paid through this system.

And what else do they have to offer? A few pictures and banners trying to prove their legitimacy?

Of course, I am glad that there is no replacement for auditing accounting, which Dominant Finance must legally continue to do as long as there is no breach in securities law in any country they operate out of.

As of right now, the only real source of revenue being made is from new investments to pay ROI to affiliates.

And guess where that brings it?

Ponzi scheme territory.

And commissions based on sponsorship with no retail adds to this.

The cycle will be the same as before – once investment stops, the company will slowly start to collapse.

There is a maturity period of 400-days that provides the higher-ups in the company to quietly exit.

And just like the ones before, they will provide lame excuses as to why they died down…

“changed market conditions”, “securities regulation they weren’t aware of”, etc.…

Maybe this new kid on the block isn’t one you should talk to…

Welcome to my Finish Line Network Review!

So maybe you’re here because someone approached you about this opportunity or you heard about it online and now you decided to search the internet in hopes of finding more information, correct?

It’s totally normal if you have questions like:

  • Is this company legit?
  • Can a newbie do this?
  • Can I make money with this?
  • How do I even start?

My job is to answer these questions and get you started on your way to become an MLM expert!

In my blog, you will learn about the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

So, let’s see if this is the right business for you!

If for some reason you are in FLN, but struggling to promote it, check out this video to help you.

Finish Line Network Review – The Company

Finish line network review

At first glance, Finish Line Network does not seem to be anything but an email capture screen (probably because it’s in prelaunch).

I found this out when doing my own research, along with learning that the domain lockinyourprofits was registered on the 14th of May.

All a visitor on the site really gets to see is a usual information subscription/info bar to introduce yourself.

When I tried signing up, all I got was an email from team(at)finishlinenetwork.com stating that I was being redirected to Traffic Authority. (1)

Now here’s the juicy stuff.

Traffic Authority was a reboot of Infinite Leverage System owned by Greg Chambers, Doug Wellens, and Chad Stalvey, that did well for some time, but fizzled off eventually…

I personally know Chad and he is a great person and website coder…

Finish Line Network Reviews – The Products

Finish line network products

Finish Line Network has digital products or services to sell…(2)

This exclusive membership does lead to access of four products:

  • Silver package – Lead management platform and sales conversion app ($47 a month)
  • Gold package – A monthly “virtual live event” and access to a digital marketing content library ($130 a month or $2997 for a three-year subscription)
  • Email Profits on Demand – Email marketing digital course ($1997)
  • High-ticket live event – Access to a “Digital Domination” webinar ($997)

If you want to check out the best of the best, read this top mlm companies post.

Finish Line Network Compensation Plan

Affiliates of this company must pay a $20 monthly fee.

There is also a combination of paying monthly product and upfront payments.

Affiliates can earn commission when they sponsor other affiliates who pay the upfront and residual product subscription payments.

Commission Qualification

Commission requirements at each of the four tiers stated above include having to buy the product themselves or selling six of each.

Finish Line Network Affiliate Ranks

There are four ranks in the compensation plan, as outlined below:

  • Rising Star – Sign up as a Finish Line Network affiliate for $20 and continue to pay $20 a month
  • 1 Star – Sell six Silver packages
  • 2 Star – Sell six Gold packages
  • 3 Star – Sell six digital products
  • 4 Star – Sell six event tickets

Every rank also doubles as a commission tier, paid when sponsored downline affiliates buy the Silver/Gold package, digital products, or event tickets.

The initial affiliate also has a shared ratio of 50% that they make from the affiliate they sponsored at any level.

Once the six products have been sold, the ratio may even change to become 80%/20%, with the initial sponsor making more money.

Of course, it is important to note that you can only really qualify in order of the ranks.

Direct and Residual Commissions

As detailed above, there are particular commissions for each of the company’s product tiers, as outlined below:

  • Silver package – $20 a month
  • Gold package – $52 a month
  • Gold package (3-year subscription) – $1000 every three years
  • Email Profits on Demand – $800 one-time
  • High-ticket live event – $320

And of course, the 80/20 or 50/50 rule continues to be applied.

Furthermore, commissions are tracked through a unilevel compensation structure where anything earned by unqualified affiliates at the four tiers is given to a qualifying individual.

And because of this, affiliates are actually able to earn beyond just the first tier on the ranking scale above.

Bonus Pool

Finish Line Network seems to also take 20% of all the revenue earned and put it in a pool where affiliates can earn shares by completing various tasks, such as:

  • Selling a new Silver & Gold package (1 share)
  • Selling a “high ticket” digital product (1 share)
  • Selling a 3-year Gold package subscription (1 share)
  • Having a downline affiliate “upgrade” to an “all-in” monthly subscription (1 share)
  • Selling a 3-year Gold subscription package, Digital Domination event ticket and Email Profits on Demand course (3 shares)
  • Qualifying at 1 Star (1 share)
  • Qualifying at 2 Star (2 shares)
  • Qualifying at 3 Star (3 shares)
  • Qualifying at 4 Star (4 shares)

And of course, that comes with the assumption that they cannot earn 100% of their share allocation.

The percentage of a share that an affiliate could receive is determined by the ranking system I mentioned beforehand:

  • Rising Stars receive 60% of each share value
  • 1 Stars receive 70% of each share value
  • 2 Stars receive 80% of each share value
  • 3 Stars receive 90% of each share value
  • 4 Stars receive 100% of each share value

The company takes 50% of the unpaid share worth of a Rising Star rank up to the 3 Star ranking and gives it specifically to 4 Star affiliates in a different pool.

While this pool happens to be monthly, the shares will expire each following month after the bonus calculation and payment is made to the respective individual.

Cost to Join Finish Line Network

The cost to join Finish Line Network is $20 a month. In order to qualify for a product tier, there are additional fees:

  1. $3171 and then $177 a month separately (monthly Gold subscription)
  2. $6038, $47 a month and $2997 every three years (three-year Gold subscription)
  3. Paying an undisclosed amount for “all-in” membership

Strangely, they mention an all-in-one membership, but the cost is never mentioned on their website…

Verdict on Finish Line Network

So does the Finish Line Network scam exist?

Well of course not…

Previously Traffic Authority we very successful and did well for many years…

FLN looks like a huge improvement over it and actually provide really well products and services.

The biggest challenge I see is people getting it off the ground and I will give you the solution for that in “My #1 Recommendation”…

And no it’s not a business opportunity, it’s actual training to help build ANY business online including FLN.

Another thing I recommend is join someone who actually gives a shit about you and wants you to succeed…

Don’t just join someone that is successful but won’t even message you…

You get what I am saying?

ANYWAY, I hope you enjoyed my Finish Line Network review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask…

Now for my recommendation if you are struggling in any kind of business…

Green Life Review – Legit Biz Op or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Green Life Review!

Whether this is the first time you have heard about this company, or someone has already approached you about joining, you are here for one reason…

To learn more about this company BEFORE you invest any of your heard earned money into it!

In my blog, I will give you info about the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make an informed decision of whether or not you should invest.

So, let’s dig right in!

Green Life Review – The Company

Green Life Review

So, the first thing I noticed is that the company website does not give any information on who the owner or operator of the business is.

I did manage to dig up info about the Green Life website domain, which was registered as “thegreenlifecompany.com” on the 4th of September, 2017.

The domain owner is simply listed as “GREEN LIFE company”, and while there is no address given, France is provided as the owner’s country of residence.

Another thing that stuck out was the fact that the Green Life website is in French.

However, I did notice that there is also marketing directed specifically toward Africa.

There are 2 affiliate packs within the company that are called “RP1-Europe” and “RP1-Africa”.

Seeing as there are some African countries that have French as their national language, I think it’s safe to assume that whoever is running this business is either based out of France or a French-speaking African country.

It should be noted that the company uses the euro as a form of payment, which makes me lean more towards Europe as a home base.

Green Life Reviews – The Products

Green Life Products

The Green Life website has quite a few personal care and nutritional supplement products.

There are three categories, and although they are in French, translated they are face, skin, and body. Here are the products:

Face Products:

  • Fontaine De Jouvence
  • Cristal S5
  • Legend
  • Purete
  • Gentleman
  • Venus
  • Gold S1
  • Seductive Eye
  • Or Liquide

Skin Products:

  • Or Liquide
  • Extr’Argan Soin
  • Repar’Argan
  • Vital’Argan Soin
  • Revital’Argan
  • Argan’Hair M7
  • Liss’Argan
  • Argan’Hair S10
  • Shampoing Keratine

Body Products:

  • Body Line
  • Care L2
  • Care L4
  • Lait Argan Corporel
  • Care L6
  • Serinity
  • Sensual Note

I also found something known as “Wincard”, which seems to be associated with some kind of gambling group.

Retail pricing is provided for the products, which is anywhere between 11.9 and 30 Euros, but it seems like you can’t actually buy any of these products on their own.

It looks like they are only available to company affiliates, who can buy them when they sign up and purchase an affiliate pack.

If you want to check out a company with actual products, look at Finish Line Network and MyEcon.

The Green Life Compensation Plan

In order to take part in the company compensation plan, affiliates must sign up, purchase an affiliate pack, and then sponsor other affiliates who do the same.

Commission qualification is dependant on which affiliate pack is purchased and are priced like so:

  • Premium Pack – €100 EUR (6 months)
  • Discovery Pack – €100 EUR (5 months)
  • 1-Booster Pack – €200 EUR (5 months)
  • Africa Bronze Pack – €200 EUR (6 months)
  • RP1-Europe Pack – €200 EUR (10 months)
  • RP1-Africa Pack – €200 EUR (7 months)
  • Bronze Pack – €300 EUR (6 months)
  • RP2-Africa Pack – €500 EUR (7 months)
  • RP2-Europe Pack – €500 EUR (10 months)
  • Silver Pack – €500 EUR (10 months)
  • 2-Booster Pack – €500 EUR (5 months)
  • Gold Pack – €1000 EUR (10 months)

Every affiliate pack comes with either a wide array of Green Life products or Wincards.

Recruitment Commissions

When a newly sponsored affiliate buys a pack, the affiliate who sponsored them receives a commission.

The amount of commission earned depends on which pack the newly sponsored affiliate buys:

  • Premium, Discovery and Africa Bronze Packs = €10 EUR
  • Bronze Pack = €15 EUR
  • RP1 Europe and RP1 Africa = €20 EUR
  • RP2-Europe and RP2-Africa = €40 EUR
  • Silver Pack = €65 EUR
  • 1-Booster Pack = €70 EUR
  • 2-Booster Pack = €150 EUR
  • Gold Pack = €1000 EUR

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are paid out through a binary compensation structure.

This type of structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team, which then splits into a left and right side.

Level 1 of the binary team holds 2 positions and level 2 is made by dividing these first 2 positions into another 2 positions each, for a total of 4 positions.

Additional levels in the binary team are made as needed, with every new level holding two times as many positions as the level before it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates.

It should be noted that there is no limit as to how far a binary team can grow.

Every Green Life affiliate package produces an established number of commissionable volume within a binary team:

  • Premium Pack – 20 CV
  • Discovery Pack – 20 CV
  • 1-Booster Pack – 30 C
  • Africa Bronze Pack – 60 CV
  • RP1-Europe Pack – 40 CV
  • RP1-Africa Pack – 40 CV
  • Bronze Pack – 60 CV
  • RP2-Africa Pack – 100 CV
  • RP2-Europe Pack – 100 CV
  • Silver Pack – 100 CV
  • 2-Booster Pack – 70 CV
  • Gold Pack – 200 CV

Green Life counts of new CV on each side of the binary team at the end of every day.

Affiliates earn 10% of matched volume, which is capped based on which package they bought for themselves:

  • Premium Pack affiliates can earn up to €3 EUR a day
  • Discovery Pack affiliates can earn up to €3 EUR a day
  • 1-Booster Pack affiliates can earn up to €1.25 EUR a day
  • Africa Bronze Pack affiliates can earn up to €3 EUR a day
  • RP1-Europe Pack affiliates can earn up to €1.25 EUR a day
  • RP1-Africa Pack affiliates can earn up to €1.25 EUR a day
  • Bronze Pack affiliates can earn up to €3 EUR a day
  • RP2-Africa Pack affiliates can earn up to €3 EUR a day
  • RP2-Europe Pack affiliates can earn up to €3 EUR a day
  • Silver Pack affiliates can earn up to €3 EUR a day
  • 2-Booster Pack affiliates can earn up to €3 EUR a day
  • Gold Pack affiliates can earn up to €7 EUR a day

Cost to Join Green Life

The cost to join Green Life as an affiliate is the cost of one or more packs:

  • Premium Pack – €100 EUR
  • Discovery Pack – €100 EUR
  • 1-Booster Pack – €200 EUR
  • Africa Bronze Pack – €200 EUR
  • RP1-Europe Pack – €200 EUR
  • RP1-Africa Pack – €200 EUR
  • Bronze Pack – €300 EUR
  • RP2-Africa Pack – €500 EUR
  • RP2-Europe Pack – €500 EUR
  • Silver Pack – €500 EUR
  • 2-Booster Pack – €500 EUR
  • Gold Pack – €1000 EUR

Each pack comes with a certain number of products.

The pack that is purchased also determines how long the affiliate will be commission qualified.

Verdict on Green Life

The first and most important thing to note here is that although this company does have actual products…you can’t even buy them unless you’re an affiliate!

So, there is absolutely NO retail side to this business.

The only way to get any of these products is to sign up and buy an affiliate pack…

So, what we have here is a classic pyramid scheme…

You have affiliates recruiting new affiliates in order to get commission…

And as we have seen, this model is not sustainable…

As soon as recruitment dies down, so will the money coming in…and there goes any commissions…since there is no retail sales to non-affiliates…

So, maybe think twice before joining this one…

I hope you enjoyed my Green Life review and if you have any questions or comments, please leave them below…

Anyway, let’s get back to this review…

Trinity Mining Review – The Company

Trinity Mining review

When I was digging on their website, I noticed that Trinity Mining has no information on who runs the show…

No indication of any management or CEO, CFO etc…

I did check out the Trinity Mining domain info on “trinitymining.tech” and found out it was privately registered on February 15th, 2018.

There is an corporate address in Panama, but it’s a virtual address…

Alright… so they don’t want to reveal themselves…

Next place I went was on social media to see if they had any kind of Facebook groups etc.

However, I couldn’t find anything…

Damn it!

Ah well, let’s take a look at the products next!

Pay close attention and keep reading.

According to Trinity Mining, they provide cloud mining as  a service and leverage renewable energy to power their equipment.

We will maintain all our mining machines and source all the required energy from our solar wind turbines preserved in Portugal.

We believe in the future of a purely sustainable technology through an innovative integration between blockchain and renewable energy.

Why are we pursuing a renewable energy source for our machines and equipment?

Now that sounds great on paper, but there is no evidence of that happening…

Which is a bummer if you ask me…

Plus, they don’t have any retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their membership.

Now where I do have a ton of information on is the compensation plan so keep reading this Trinity Mining review…

Trinity Mining Compensation Plan

There are two MAIN ways to make money with this company.

First way to invest into their investment opportunity and earn some kind of ROI.

The second way is to sponsor other affiliates in the company who invest.

Investment Trinity Mining Opportunity

When you become an affiliate and invest funds into one of their packages, you can get some kind of ROI.

The ROI amount will depend on which of the packages you invested with below:

  • Bronze – invest $500 to $1000 and receive a 230% annual ROI
  • Silver – invest $2500 or more and receive a 250% annual ROI
  • Gold – invest $5000 or more and receive a 275% annual ROI
  • Platinum – invest $10,000 or more and receive a 325% annual ROI

You can get credited daily in the back office for the ROI’s.

If you withdraw your money early, you will get hit by the following fee’s:

  • daily withdrawal – 10% fee
  • weekly withdrawal – 8% fee
  • monthly withdrawal – 5% fee
  • 3 month withdrawal – 4% fee
  • 6 month withdrawal – 2% fee
  • 9 month withdrawal – 1% fee

Referral Commission Payout

When you sponsor a new person into the company, you can earn a referral commission on the investment amount through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

Trinity Mining caps their unilevel to six levels in total.

Remember, the referral commission is a percentage of the investment amount:

  • Standard – 30% mining credit or 20% commission on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates), 10% on level 2 and 5% on level 3
  • Get others to invest $250,000 – 30% on level 1, 15% on level 2, 10% on level 3 and 5% on level 4
  • Get others to invest $500,000 – 30% on level 1, 20% on level 2, 10% on level 3, 5% on level 4 and 2.5% on level 5
  • Get others to invest $1,000,000 – 35% on level 1, 25% on level 2, 15% on level 3, 10% on level 4, 5% on level 5 and 2.5% on level 6

What I am not sure about is if the referral commissions are paid out or credited…

I know that “Standard” is credited.

Cost To Join Trinity Mining

Trinity Mining membership is actually free, but you can only earn referral commissions as a free member.

To be part of their investment opportunity where you get paid ROI’s, you have to invest at least $500.

Now the moment you have been waiting for inside of this Trinity Mining review…

Verdict On Trinity Mining

So does the Trinity Mining Scam exist?

On paper, it sounds great on their website…

They are apparently using solar and wind turbines to power their mining rigs in Portugal.

That is great, but the problem is this…

They are not showing any proof of it…

And I can’t verify it…

Now if this was the only crypto MLM in existence, I would have gave it the benefit of the doubt.

The issue is that ALL of them say the same thing and 99.9% of them go under because recruitment slows down.

The ROI’s are generally made by newly invested funds paying off existing members which makes it a ponzi scheme. (1)

Plus any company that are not open about who is running it is a HUGE red flag.

I can never join something without knowing who is behind it…

Basically…

You probably will get screwed over if you join this company.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my Trinity Mining review and if you have questions leave them in the comments below…

Alright back to the review…

Inexx Networking Review – The Company

Inexx Networking review

Renzo Telles JR is the CEO of the company, however, this information can’t be found on their website.

I just happened to stumble across a marketing video that happened to have him on it.

In addition, I couldn’t find any information on his past history in the MLM space.

As of right now, their main demographic seems to be Africa (Kenya, Cameroon, Tanzania, Nigeria and Ghana).

That’s all the info I have on the company, let’s take a look at the products…

Inexx Networking Reviews – The Products

Inexx Networking products

Most legit network marketing companies have retail products or services for sale for customers.

However, Inexx Networking doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

Let’s look into the compensation plan next…

Show me the money right?

Alright pay attention now…

Inexx Networking Compensation Plan

There are TWO ways to get paid here…

One way is through their investment opportunity where you put money in a package and earn a ROI.

Second way is to refer people to the business and earn a commission on them when they invest in one of the packages.

Investment Opportunity Inexx Networking

Inexx Networking members invest money into a package to earn some kind of weekly ROI:

  • Fast – Invest €75 EUR and receive up to €11.25 a week
  • Prime – Invest €175 EUR and receive up to €7.81 a week
  • Master – Invest €525 EUR and receive up to €22.02 a week
  • VIP – Invest €1575 EUR and receive up to €70.31 a week
  • Inexx – Invest €3500 EUR and receive up to €165.20 a week
  • Inexx Plus – Invest €7000 EUR and receive up to €1050 a week

Inexx Networking cap total ROI payments on each investment at 300%.

Apparently, this is done through mining and trading…

The ROI part…

Inexx Networking Affiliate Program

Alright this is where you earn money when you sponsor new people into the company who invest in one of those packages I spoke about earlier.

Inexx Networking Ranks

Overall this company has seven ranks inside of their compensation.

Below I broke it all down so you will know what you need to do to hit them:

  • Gold – Generate 5000 points of investment volume on the weaker side of your binary team
  • Ruby – Generate 10,000 points of investment volume on the weaker side of your binary team and recruit at least three affiliates who each have generated 3000 points of binary investment volume
  • Emerald – Generate 50,000 points of investment volume on the weaker side of your binary team and recruit and maintain at least three Ruby ranked affiliates
  • Diamond – Generate 100,000 points of investment volume on the weaker side of your binary team and recruit and maintain at least three Emerald ranked affiliates
  • Blue Diamond – Generate 500,000 points of investment volume on the weaker side of your binary team and recruit and maintain at least three Diamond ranked affiliates

Residual In Binary Compensation Plan

Binary compensation plans have a left and a right leg directly under you.

They can be filled directly or indirectly by your upline or downline members.

Again, you are paid a percentage of the invested funds and each package comes with a set number of points:

  • Fast – 10 points
  • Prime – 30 points
  • Master – 60 points
  • VIP – 200 points
  • Inexx – 500 points
  • Inexx Plus – 1000 points

At the end of the day, these points are added up and you are paid on the lesser leg.

The amount you get will be the following:

  • Prime affiliates get a 40% residual commission rate
  • Master affiliates get a 50% residual commission rate
  • VIP affiliates get a 60% residual commission rate
  • Inexx and Inexx Plus affiliates get a 70% residual commission rate

Blue Diamond and higher ranked members have their residuals capped:

  • Blue Diamonds can earn up to €4000 EUR a day

  • Master – €525 EUR
  • VIP – €1575 EUR
  • Inexx – €3500 EUR
  • Inexx Plus – €7000 EUR

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Inexx Networking review…

Verdict On Inexx Networking

So does the Inexx Networking scam exist?

Well let’s take a look at the facts first…

Inexx Networking claims their ROI’s are made from AI trading and bitcoin cloud mining.

Now the problem with this statement is simple…

They show NO PROOF of it.

So many companies in this niche say the same, but none of them prove it.

And honestly…

Any company that can produce 300% ROI’s don’t need investments from affiliates…

Because of that…

What most likely is happening is newly invested funds are paying off existing members making it a ponzi scheme. (1)

So because of that, I am out…

I personally do NOT recommend this company.

I hope you enjoyed my Inexx Networking review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

myEcon Review – Legit Business Opportunity In 2018 Or Scam? Find Out…

Welcome to my myEcon Review!

If you have found this blog post, you have likely been introduced to myEcon by someone you know or are interested in learning more about different MLM opportunities.

Reading reviews about MLM’s before investing is definitely a step in the right direction!

So what is myEcon all about? What products does it offer and what about its compensation plan?

Read on to learn more about the company and what is has to offer!

Before I get started, if you want to learn how to promote MyEcon or any business online, check out this training here.

Alright now I got that out of the way, make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end…

myEcon Review – The Company

myecon review

Based out of Atlanta, myEcon considers themselves to be the “personal financial success company”.

Spearheaded by CEO Larry Gates, myEcon was founded in 2005.

According to his myEcon corporate bio, Gates has

20 years of experience in communications, marketing and business operations.

Mr. Gates also has great people skills having spent several years in the financial services industry.

A little more digging and I was able to find a 2009 blog post by Michael J Smith that identifies Ivey Stokes and Alvin Curry as the original founders of myEcon.

As per his LinkedIn profile, Alvin Curry lists himself as the Owner and President of myEcon, with Ivey Stokes as Executive Vice-President.

Something I did notice was that neither Curry nor Stokes are listed or credited by name on the myEcon website.

myEcon, Inc. is a privately held, debt free company based in Gwinnett County, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. The company was founded by a small group of entrepreneurs in 2005.

One possibility for this is that before launching myEcon, Ivey Stokes and Alvin Curry were Chairman and CEO of Maxxis Group; an MLM company that was launched in 1998 and filed for bankruptcy in 2003.

In 2006, Curry and Stokes were listed as defendants in litigation brought by the appointed Chapter 7 trustee in Maxxis bankruptcy hearings.

Apparently, based on the court document, the trustee sued Stokes, Curry and others for breaching their fiduciary duty, for corporate waste and deepening the insolvency of Maxxis.

In other words, they didn’t act in the best interests of the company.

Larry Gates was on the Board of Directors of the Maxxis Group and also owned shares in the company.

In October of 2016, myEcon and a company called Novae merged together to offer more products to its members.

Now that you know a little bit about the company, keeping reading for a complete review of myEcon.

myEcon Reviews – The Products

myEcon’s Financial Success Membership includes a Cashflow Manager Software, Identity Theft Protection, Free & Discounted Legal Services, Tax Advice Service & Preparation, and Identity Theft Prevention.

Novae will add Novae Perks, Novae Library, and Novae Travel to this membership and at no additional cost to current myEcon and Novae IBOs

Most of Novae’s products are bundled with “Lifestyle Package” subscriptions, however you can find individual retail pricing on the myEcon website.

  • ID Defender – $7.99 a month
  • Road Assure roadside assistance – $7.99 a month
  • Cash Flow Manager – $10.95 a month
  • Credit Restoration – $99.95 to set up and then $99.95 every three months
  • Family Shield 360 – starts at $13.95 a month
  • Cashback Mall (third-party cashback affiliate network) – no cost
  • Travel Portal – no cost, redirects to Priceline travel portal
  • Daily Ultimate (“liquid multi-vitamin mineral supplement”) – $36.95 a bottle
  • Aloe Gano Black Coffee – $16.49 a box
  • Aloe Gano Green Tea – $16.99 a box
  • Aloe Gano Rooibos Tea – $16.99 a box
  • Body One MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane (sulfur) supplement) – $19.95 a bottle
  • MSM Lotion (organic sulfur skin lotion) – $24.95 for two 10 fl oz bottles (295 ml)

You can also find Novae’s Sprayology products in the myEcon product list.

myEcon Compensation Plan

I discovered that myEcon does not provide a copy of their compensation plan on their website.

I was able to find a myEcon compensation plan document from March, 2016 and the following is what I read:

myEcon Affiliate Ranks

The myEcon compensation plan consists of six ranks.

I have included each rank and their qualification criteria, which as are follows:

Sales Associate (no MLM Commissions)

  • $80 one time and then $10 a month thereafter

Marketing Director

  • $179.95 one time and then $34.95 a month thereafter or
  • Upgrade from Sales Associate for a one time fee of $99.95 and then $34.95 a month thereafter or
  • Sign up as a Sales Associate and generate 100 PV a month in sales

Executive Vice President

  • Sign up as a Marketing Director and recruit two Managing Director affiliates or
  • Sign up as a Marketing Director and generate at least 200 PV

Executive Vice President Gold

  • Sponsor 30 fee-paying affiliates in your baseshop down-line  (no more than 12 counted in any one generation leg)

Executive Vice President Platinum

  • Sponsor 200 fee-paying affiliates in your baseshop down-line (no more than 50 counted in any one generation leg)

Executive Vice President Infinity

  • Sponsor 800 fee-paying affiliates in your baseshop down-line (no more than 160 counted in any one generation leg)

What is a baseshop you ask?

It’s a myEcon affiliate’s front-line affiliates.

Each sponsored non-Executive Vice President is placed in a baseshop.

Once that  newly sponsored affiliate brings in two new affiliates (which are placed in the original affiliate’s up-line’s baseshop), he/she will qualify as an Executive Vice President and are removed from his/her up-line’s baseshop.

Commission Qualification Requirements

Executive Vice President affiliates need to have 2 personally sponsored affiliates who are paying monthly fees in order to qualify for commissions.

Recruitment Commission Payout

Marketing Director affiliates are paid $25 for each affiliate they bring into myEcon.

Any commissions that are generated by an affiliate’s first two sponsored affiliates are passed up to their up-line.

Executive Vice President affiliates earn $50 per affiliate they bring in.

The affiliate who sponsored them earns a $25 override commission and can also earn 50% of recruitment commissions earned by personally recruited affiliates.

After an affiliate has brought in two affiliates, they will then be removed from the “baseshop” of the affiliate who sponsored them.

Once they qualify as an Executive Vice President and are removed from their up-line’s baseshop, any affiliates they sponsor generate a $5 to $30 commission for their up-line:

  • Executive Vice President affiliates earn $5
  • Executive Vice President Gold affiliates earn $15
  • Executive Vice President Platinum affiliates earn $25
  • Executive Vice President Infinity affiliates earn $30

Also, each time a myEcon affiliate’s down-line expands by seven people, they are paid a $1000 bonus, which is subject to affiliate retention rates.

Residual Recruitment Commissions

  • Executive Vice Presidents earn $1 per month per affiliate down four Executive Vice President generations
  • Executive Vice President Golds earn $3 per month per affiliate down five Executive Vice President generations
  • Executive Vice President Platinums earn $5 per month per affiliate down five Executive Vice President generations
  • Executive Vice President Infinitys earn $8 per month per affiliate down an infinite number of Executive Vice President generations

Direct Commissions Payout

Sales Associate and Marketing Director earn 15%

Executive Vice President earn 25% direct, 10% of sales generated by their SA and MD affiliates

Cost To Join myEcon

A myEcon affiliate membership is associated with the purchase of an affiliate package:

  • Sales Associate – $80 one time and then $10 a month (no cashflow manager)
  • Marketing Director – $179.95 one time and then $34.95 a month

The main difference between these two memberships is the income potential through the myEcon compensation plan.

MyEcon Review – The Verdict

Overall MyEcon is not really a scam, it has legit products and services and a decision compensation plan to pay you.

Only thing you should look into is how competitive is the pricing in this company compared to the marketplace…

Now you can do a quick google search or if you want to compare their health products, check out sites like Amazon and eBay…

From there see if you can sell around the average price and still make a profit…

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my MyEcon Review and if you have any questions, leave them in the comments below…

AuLives Review – Legit Biz Op or Another Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my AuLives Review!

There has been some buzz about this up and coming company in the MLM world, so I decided to investigate what it was all about…

Perhaps you found out about it because someone approached you in person, or maybe it was someone on Facebook…

Well, you came to the right place because in this blog post I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

There are so many opportunities out there and sometimes it can be tough to see which ones actually work.

Let’s get started!

AuLives Review – The Company

AuLives Review

A bit of digging revealed that the AuLives website domain was registered as aulives.com on the 29th of May.

And guess where? Dubai.

Of course, there are multiple other businesses also running out of the same address, so it could be a simple virtual office.

The biggest source of information that I found was the AuLives YouTube channel where they have the majority of their marketing videos.

They go on to reveal the names of the men behind this business, Parwiz Daud and Mansour Tawafi.

Neither of these men seem to have any real MLM experience, so they actually aren’t even the CEOs of their company…

No, that title goes to the one and only Frank Ricketts…

Rickett’s portfolio includes names like Unaico and SiteTalk…

He did start a business called The Opportunity Network with his investors being sold off in 2016 to investors of OneCoin.

Now I can’t confirm 100% what he received in return but rumor has it, he was given a OneCoin Black Diamond investment position…

I can’t verify this, however people seem to believe that he has left the company once again and now Daud and Tawafi, who reside in the UK, are promoting their company heavily.

OneCoin seemed to be on the brink of collapse back in 2017 due to ROI payments with many arguing that the only thing that kept them afloat was their commissions on sponsorship.

Eventually, relying on affiliate sponsorship was not enough for this flailing business and this ended up collapsing in quite a harsh way.

So, it seems as if this is a second chance for OneCoin under the new name of AuLives.

AuLives Reviews – The Products

Aulives products

AuLives has no products or services for retail customers, but affiliates can promote the membership.

The AuLives Compensation Plan

Affiliates of AuLives have the opportunity to invest Euros and be rewarded with promotional token as outlined below:

  • Beginner – Invest €100 EUR and receive 50 tokens
  • Access – Invest €500 EUR and receive 250 tokens
  • Intermediate – Invest €1000 EUR and receive 510 tokens
  • Advanced – Invest €5000 EUR and receive 2625 tokens
  • Professional – Invest €15,000 EUR and receive 8025 tokens
  • Exclusive – Invest €50,000 EUR and receive 27,500 tokens

Once the exchange has been made, affiliates can convert their tokens to Secured Gold Coin (SGC), an advertised altcoin with pre-generated points…

However, it does not exist outside the AuLives business.

Recruitment Commissions

All affiliates of the company are paid 10% of investment funds from affiliates they personally sponsor.

Residual Commissions

AuLives pay residual commissions through a limitless binary compensation structure.

Positions in this team are filled by direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates.

AuLives will tally up their new investment volume every week and affiliates will be rewarded with 10% of new investment from the weaker side of the binary.

The leftover volume is simply just applied next week.

Matching Bonus

AuLives pays a Matching Bonus through a unilevel compensation structure capped off at 4 unilevel team levels.

The Matching Bonus is paid out on residual commissions earned by unilevel team members as outlined below:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10% match
  • Level 2 – 10% match
  • Level 3 – 20% match
  • Level 4 – 25% match

Leadership Rewards

AuLives offers leadership rewards based on the following qualifying criteria:

  • Trainer – Generate 7000 GV (minimum 1650 GV on your weaker binary team side) and sponsor two investing affiliates – a pin
  • Executive – Generate 40,000 GV (minimum 10,000 GV on your weaker binary team side) and sponsor and maintain at least two Trainers (one on either side of the binary team) – €600 EUR
  • Team Leader – Generate 80,000 GV (minimum 40,000 GV on your weaker binary team side) and sponsor and maintain at least three Executives (at least one on the weaker side of the binary team) – €800 EUR
  • Regional Director – Generate 200,000 GV (minimum 80,000 GV on your weaker binary team side) and sponsor and maintain at least three Team Leaders (at least one on the weaker side of the binary team) – €2500 EUR
  • Chairman – Generate 500,000 GV (minimum 200,000 GV on your weaker binary team side) and sponsor and maintain at least four Regional Directors (two on either side of the binary team) – Rolex watch
  • Vice President – Generate 1,500,000 GV (minimum 500,000 GV on your weaker binary team side) and sponsor and maintain at least five Chairmen (at least two on the weaker side of the binary team) – €15,000 EUR
  • President – Generate 8,000,000 GV (minimum 1,500,000 GV on your weaker binary team side) and sponsor and maintain at least six Vice Presidents (three on either side of the binary team) – €60,000 EUR

Cost to Join AuLives

The cost to join AuLives is €35 EUR with an additional €100-€50,000 investment for maximum income opportunity.

Verdict on AuLives

My, my, my… these guys really have a plan in action to swindle their investors out of potential millions …

Previously, both Daud and Tawafi were tied to the OneCoin Ponzi scheme, in which they allegedly stole $400,000 from OneCoin affiliates…

I mean why settle for as little $400,000 when they could go all the way?

This spinoff of OneCoin mimics its predecessor more than it should, down to its bundled education packages and the same bogus promise of big returns.

Similar to DagCoin, they try to clutch onto worthless claims backed by their promise of gold.

They even go as far as to state that more than half of their investments have gold attached to it (60%)…

I’m gonna go out on a limb and call that out.

That’s where the SGC points come in…but just like everything else, they fail to prove any sort of gold standard on their funds.

And their claims that you can use it as a line of credit with Mastercard??

If this seems confusing, don’t worry about it… I’m going to break down this real quick.

Mastercard can’t be backed by gold…. They don’t even run such credit cards.

Also, if all this gold is the valued for AuLives affiliates, what is its individual internal value alone?

Obviously affiliates have to cash their payments out somewhere, but is there even a somewhere to do it?

What’s the point of SGC if it doesn’t have any standalone worth?

It’s all just made-up numbers for the sake of promotion with very little evidence backing it up.

And then comes my favorite part… the business model.

It seems to mimic a pyramid scheme with recycled funds from affiliates’ investments.

Just like its parent, OneCoin, they’re reverting back to what they simply know.

This whole thing is going to fall on its face once sponsorship stops and there is no more new money entering the system.

Solidus Global Review – Legit Company or Another Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Solidus Global Review!

I have been hearing a lot about this company lately, so it’s time for another review…

Maybe you found this company in your internet searches or maybe someone has already talked to you about it, but either way, you want to know more!

Well, you are in the right place, in this blog post I will go over the company, the products and compensation plan, so you can decide for yourself if this is the right opportunity for you or not.

Let’s get right to it!

Solidus Global Review – The Company

Solidus Global review

To start, I couldn’t find anything on the company website about who owns or operates the business.

But I did manage to dig up info about the Solidus Global website domain, which was registered on the 27th of May, 2018 as solidusglobal.com.

The owner of the domain is listed as Chris Principe, who lists what is most likely a virtual address in Saint Lucia.

We first came across Principe when he was involved with OneCoin.

In 2016, Principe was promoting OneCoin through his Financial IT publication.

In that same year Principe was also promoting Skyway Capital.

Aside from Financial IT, Principe also frequently spoke at OneCoin events.

Collapsing in early 2017, Principe and others began distancing themselves from OneCoin throughout that year.

Another individual who was involved with OneCoin was Juha Parhiala, who is now involved with Solidus Global.

Parhiala was widely seen as one of the top MLM earner in the world, at one time bringing in $24 million annually.

Parhiala was pretty quiet through 2018, but this September he posted on Facebook saying “Are you ready? This is my last project ever!

With Solidus Global we will did it one more time! With this opportunity are you willing to walk along with me one last time!?”

Juha Parhiala | Independent Coach

There was a letter that was included with the post in which Parhiala confirms Chris Principe as the founder of Solidus Global. I also found some marketing material that corroborates Principe as CEO of the company.

The official Solidus Global Facebook account lauds Parhiala as the company’s “Grand Ambassador”.

Solidus Global Reviews – The Products

Solidus Global products

Solidus Global does not have any products or services for retail customers, but affiliates can promote the membership.

The Solidus Global Compensation Plan

To participate in the Solidus Global compensation plan, affiliates must invest in “gold mining contracts” for a promised ROI.

When affiliates sponsor others who also invest, commissions are earned.

Recruitment Commissions

Solidus Global affiliates earn 10% of the money that is invested by personally sponsored affiliates.

Affiliates are paid residual recruitment commissions down 3 levels of sponsorship in a unilevel structure:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 5%
  • Level 2 – 4%
  • Level 3 – 3%

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are paid and tracked through a binary compensation structure.

This type of structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that is divided into a left and right side.

Level one of the binary team holds 2 positions and level two is created by dividing these first 2 positions into another 2 positions each, for a total of 4 positions.

Additional levels of the binary team are made as needed, with every new level holding two times as many positions as the level before it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates. There is currently no limit as to how deep the team can grow.

Commissionable volume is created through investment across the binary team.

The company counts up new investment on each side of the team at the end of every week.

Affiliates earn 10% of commissionable volume that is made on the weaker side of their team.

Any volume left over on the stronger side is carried over.

Matching Bonus

Solidus Global pays a Matching Bonus on the residual binary earnings in the downline.

The Bonus is paid down 3 levels of sponsorship:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) pay a 10% match
  • Level 2 pays 3%
  • Level 3 pays 2%

Rank Rewards

Affiliates earn Rank Rewards when they get others invest:

  • Citizen (sponsor and maintain two investing affiliates (1:1) and generate at least 3500 GV a month in downline investment volume) – receive a certificate
  • Soldier (maintain two personally sponsor affiliates (1:1) and personally generate at least 7000 GV a month in downline investment volume) – another certificate plus “Solidus brand package”
  • Noble (sponsor and maintain at least two Soldier ranked affiliates (1:1) and generate at least 16,000 GV a month in downline investment volume) – receive the value of an 11.66g 18k gold bar in USD
  • Governor (sponsor and maintain at least three Noble ranked affiliates (2:1) and generate at least 75,000 GV a month in downline investment volume) – receive the value of a 50g 18k gold bar in USD
  • Consul (sponsor and maintain at least four Governor ranked affiliates (2:2) and generate at least 300,000 GV a month in downline investment) – receive the value of a 117g 18k gold bar in USD
  • Senator (sponsor and maintain at least five Consul ranked affiliates (3:2) and generate at least 1,100,000 GV a month in downline investment volume – receive the value of a 468g 18k gold bar in USD
  • Emperor (sponsor and maintain at least six Senator ranked affiliates (3:3) and generate at least 3,500,000 GV a month in downline investment volume – receive the value of a 1kg 18k gold bar in USD
  • Caesar (sponsor and maintain at least seven Emperor ranked affiliates (4:3) and generate at least 15,750,000 GV a month in downline investment volume – receive the value of a 2kg 18k gold bar in USD

The above ratios are the minimum number of affiliates (whether they are ranked or not) that are required on each side of the binary team.

It doesn’t matter which number is on the left or right, as long as the opposite side has the associated ratio number of affiliates.

Cost to Join Solidus Global

The cost to join Solidus Global as an affiliate is $30.

However, to fully take advantage of the income opportunity, an additional $100 to $10,000 investment is required.

Verdict on Solidus Global

Alright, where to start?

Well, the first thing to notice is the fact that Solidus Global doesn’t have any real products or services to market or buy…

Well, if that’s true then how are they generating ROI?

The company claims it is through gold-mining in Africa…

Okay, so where’s the proof?

That’s the problem, there isn’t any…

The truth is the only real revenue coming in is the investments from new affiliates…

Yes, we’ve heard this before…many times…

So, the company then takes this new investment and uses it to pay owed commissions to older affiliates…

And that is the very definition of a Ponzi scheme…

So, my advice here is to be careful, folks…

Thanks for reading my Solidus Global review and if you have any questions or comments, feel free to leave them down below…

Touch Life Global Review – Legit Company or Huge Scam?

Welcome to my Touch Life Global Review!

Breaking into the world of MLM can be daunting if you don’t know how it all works…

But trust me, it can also be the very thing that forces you to succeed in the face of challenges that you never thought you would…

That is where I come in.

I like to consider myself the guide to your MLM experience so that you can make smarter decisions on what to do with your money.

In my review, we will be going over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and then follow it up with a final verdict of my opinion.

So, let’s get started!

Touch Life Global Review – The Company

Touch Life Global review

Right from the get-go, Touch Life Global states that they are a non-governmental registered business from Nigeria.

And beyond that, nothing else…

As far as the website goes, it was registered as touchlifeglobal.org on the 28th of July…

And the primary source of traffic comes from Ghana.

But the real mystery of this whole institution is that when I typed in the Nigerian address to find this company, I was redirected to a page with obvious marketing from Alliance in Motion.

It seems like the owner/operator of Touch Life Global might be an affiliate of Alliance in Motion…

If only we could find this mystery person…

Touch Life Global Reviews – The Products

Touch life global products

Touch Life Global has no products or services for retail customers, but affiliates can market the membership.

The Touch Life Global Compensation Plan

Just my luck that the day I was on the website doing my research, the Nigerian compensation plan button seemed to be broken.

So instead I have provided you all with the South African version.

The only difference could be the currency conversion but other than that, no worries about drastic differences.

So please remember that the dollar amounts down below are actually in the South African Rand (ZAR).

Affiliates of Touch Life Global must buy $21 positions in a seven-tier matrix cycler, sized at 2×2 and 2×3.

The 2×2 matrix places an initial affiliate at the top of a matrix, with two positions directly under them with each following affiliate able to sponsor up to two additional people who will continue to sponsor two onwards…

Positions at each cycler tier are filled through sponsorship of new Touch Life Global affiliates.

The commissions for each “cycle” are paid when a matrix is filled, which also ends up pushing the cycle onto a higher tier.

The payments for Touch Life Global’s seven-tier cycler are outlined below:

  • Beginner (positions cost $21) – $10 cycle commission and cycles into Stage 1
  • Stage 1 – $290 cycle commission and cycles into Stage 2
  • Stage 2 – $700 cycle commission and cycles into Stage 3
  • Stage 3 – $4200 cycle commission and cycles into Stage 4
  • Stage 4 – $7000 cycle commission, $25,000 “food stuff worth” and cycles into Stage 5
  • Stage 5 – $9800 cycle commission, $40,000 “food stuff worth” and cycles into Stage 6
  • Stage 6 – $20,000 cycle commission and re-entry into a new Stage 6 matrix

Each Stage from 1 to 6 also has many goods considered to be “commission”, including a water dispenser/ standing fan/ blender for Stage 1, “Hyundai car” for Stage 4 etc.…

I really don’t understand how these can be rewarded to affiliates, but take from that what you will.

Referral Commissions

Affiliates have the opportunity to earn a referral commission for the Beginner cycler tier when they sponsor affiliates as outlined below:

  • Sponsor two affiliates and receive a $15 bonus
  • Sponsor six affiliates (i.e. fill up your Beginner matrix yourself) and receive a $45 bonus

Matching Bonus

Affiliates an also be rewarded a 10% Matching Bonus when personally sponsored affiliates cycle out of Stages 2 to 6.

If the affiliate is able to cycle out of Stage 4, they themselves have their Matching Bonus increase to 20%.

Yearly Global Bonus

Once the sixth Stage 6 cycle has been completed, affiliates qualify for the Yearly Global Bonus.

What is that? I wish I knew…

Cost to Join Touch Life Global

The cost to join is Touch Life Global associated with purchase of a $21 matrix cycler position.

Verdict on Touch Life Global

Like any other matrix cycle, Touch Life Global is recycling the same old functions we’ve seen a thousand times before as they commit to “improving the lives and standard of living of all its members”.

Let me take you step-by-step.

You buy into the cycle, sponsor others, and eventually get paid to do just that again and again. Most of the money is funneled into the higher cycles.

So maybe don’t get too excited about getting that Hyundai car… chances are it’s extremely hard to even get that far.

The admin, whom we still have yet to meet, could be withdrawing most of the money for all we know.

Once sponsorship dies down, so will the cycles, slowing down until a collapse altogether.

And what else did I notice? The admin also seems to like to keep a lot of their funds attached to uncycled positions.

So, the majority of the people? They lose this large game of snakes and ladders at the end…

TrafficAdBlast Review – Legit Business or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my TrafficAdBlast Review!

Whether this is the first MLM company you have thought about joining or this is your hundredth, the main goal remains the same…

You want to maximize your investment and get the highest return you can…

So, how can you be sure this is the company that will get you the most bang for your buck?

Research!

Find out as much as you possibly can about any company BEFORE joining it!

In my review, I will tell you all about this company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and then follow it up my final thoughts.

So, let’s get the ball rolling!

TrafficAdBlast Review – The Company

TrafficAdBlast Review

As is quite obvious from the company name, TrafficAdBlast operates within the advertising MLM niche and is seemingly based in Brazil.

The company website identifies Cleiton Maronni as “Head of Staff Team”.

Maronni’s Twitter profile lists himself as the founder of TrafficAdBlast and reveals his location to be Rio de Janeiro.

Some more digging revealed that TrafficAdBlast was first started as a 1 cent a click opportunity in 2017.

It was just a few short months ago that Maronni relaunched TrafficAdBlast as a Ripple (XRP) revenue-sharing opportunity.

Aside from launching and relaunching TrafficAdBlast, Maronni has also previously promoted MMM Global (Brazil) and FutureNet.

TrafficAdBlast Reviews – The Products

TrafficAdBlast does not have any retail products or services to offer affiliates or retail customers, however affiliates can market the affiliate membership.

Affiliates must invest funds in order to received an ROI.

Each investment comes with adcredits, which affiliates can be use to buy advertising space to market themselves to other TrafficAdBlast affiliates.

The TrafficAdBlast Compensation Plan

Company affiliates invest the Ripple cryptocurrency (XRP) for a promised ROI of 120% ROI, which is up to 3% a day:

  • Mini-Adpacks – 5 XRP
  • AdPack Plan 1 – 10 XRP
  • AdPack Plan 2 – 25 XRP
  • AdPack Plan 3 – 50 XRP

For affiliates to qualify for these daily ROIs, they are required to watch ads displayed by other affiliates.

It should be noted that affiliates are only allowed to invest in each adpack tier up to 100 times.

Also important to note is that 40% of these ROI payouts are required to be reinvested into new adpacks.

Referral Commissions

Any affiliate who pays a 30 XRP fee is what is known as a “Premium” affiliate.

TrafficAdBlast affiliates who are at the Premium level earn their referral commissions on funds through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team and places each personally sponsored affiliate immediately underneath them on level 1.

When a level 1 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues down as many levels as are needed.

Payable unilevel levels are capped by the company at 5, with referral commissions being paid out as a percentage of these funds across those 5 levels.

The company does not reveal the paid referral commission rates on the TrafficAdBlast website.

Recruitment Commissions

Free affiliates earn +1 XRP for every sponsored affiliate who also invests.

Premium affiliates earn 2 XRP for every sponsored affiliate who also invests.

Cost to Join TrafficAdBlast

To cost to join TrafficAdBlast as an affiliate is either free or 30 XRP for Premium.

Affiliates must invest in the Premium membership in order to take part in the MLM opportunity.

Premium affiliates can withdraw up to 100 XRP per day, while free affiliates can only withdraw up to 30 XRP per day.

Verdict on TrafficAdBlast

So, the first thing we should look at is how TrafficAdBlast claims to generate revenue…

They try to look legitimate by having a “product” to purchase, which are their adpacks…

But this is just a smokescreen for what is really going on…

All these adcredits do is allow existing affiliates to advertise to other affiliates…

So, it’s just a money cycle…

New investment is used to pay old investors…

And as I’m sure you have probably guessed…this is what a Ponzi scheme is…

And once recruitment slows down so will the new money coming into the company…

Which will cause the company to eventually collapse…

So, my advice here is to maybe think twice before investing in this one

Crypto 300 Club Review – Legit Company or Just Another Scam? Find Out…

Welcome to my Crypto 300 Club Review!

Maybe you have already heard about this company, or maybe this is the first time you are seeing the name…

But either way, you are here because you are interested in learning more about it, right?

So, how can you ensure you are making the right decision in regards to your investment?

Research!

Find out everything can about any company before you sign up.

In this blog, I will give you all the info you need about this company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join.

Let’s go!

Crypto 300 Club Review – The Company

Crypto 300 Club review

So, the first thing I noticed was that the company website doesn’t tell us who owns or operates Crypto 300 Club.

I did manage to find out that the Crypto 300 Club website domain was registered privately as “crypto300club.com” on the 15th of July, 2018.

The company website states that Crypto 300 Club is “a licensed clone of Ad Click Xpress.”

So, what is AdClick Xpress?

It’s a $10 adpack biz op, supposedly headed up by Frederick Mann, known associate of JSS Tripler, Profit Clicking, and JustBeenPaid.

Online traffic estimates that traffic to the AdClick Xpress site has been steadily declining in 2018.

As we know, a steady decline in traffic is indicative of an imminent collapse.

It seems like Crypto 300 Club was launched in a last ditch effort to keep AdClick Xpress running.

Crypto 300 Club Reviews – The Products

crypto 300 club products

Crypto 300 Club does not have any retail products or services to offer affiliates or retail customers, but affiliates can market the affiliate membership.

The Crypto 300 Club Compensation Plan

To take part in the compensation plan, affiliates are required to invest $10 in “crypto packs” for a 1% perpetual daily ROI.

Referral commissions are paid on the funds that are invested down 3 levels of sponsorship:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 5%
  • Level 3 – 2%

Cost to Join Crypto 300 Club

The cost to join Crypto 300 Club as an affiliate is free, but free affiliates can only earn referral commissions.

To fully participate in the Crypto 300 Club MLM income opportunity, affiliates must invest a minimum $10.

Verdict on Crypto 300 Club

So, Crypto 300 Club is claiming that they generate revenue through cryptocurrency trading…

They say they are using the investments from affiliates to conduct these trades that are generating real outside revenue…

But if we look at this logically, why would anyone who can make “considerable money” by making these trades share this money-making secret with strangers online?

The answer?

They wouldn’t…

It’s quite simple…the only real revenue coming into the company is from new investment…

And the only way affiliates are paid is by convincing new people to join and pay for these crypto packs as well…

But as always, once recruitment slows down so will the new investments coming into the company…

Which will bring about a collapse…

So, my advice here is to be cautious before joining this one

Cellis Review – Legit Business or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

$
0
0

Welcome to my Cellis Review!

Entering the world of MLM can be daunting if you don’t know its inner workings and how to navigate them.

That is where I come in.

I like to consider myself the guide to your MLM experience and the mentor that helps to hone your business skills so that you can make the best decisions on what to do with your money.

In my review, we will be going over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and then follow it up with a final verdict with my opinion.

So, let’s get started!

Cellis Review – The Company

Cellis review

Cellis exists within the niche of nutritional supplements in the MLM world…

Operating out of Texas, the company is headed up by a man by the name Korey Johnson, the CEO and founder.

Considering the fact that Johnson himself lives in North Carolina, I’m guessing that is where the actual business is based.

But who is he?

According to his bio, he has experience in the industry, specifically 29 years in leadership earning up to six figures in two MLM companies; specifically, in Waiora (in 2010) and Valentus (in 2017).

Johnson left Valentus in late 2017 or early 2018, but I wasn’t able to find out why.

Cellis Reviews – The Products

Cellis Products

Cellis sells coffee, as well as weight loss and insulin-based nutritional supplements.

Their main product ‘Joe+’ is literally marketed as “the most delicious “Healthy Coffee” on the planet and is [their] proprietary blend of the finest coffee beans from Colombia, Garcinia Cambogia at 70% which active ingredient is HCA or Hydroxycitric Acid, L-Theanine an amino acid, and [their] proprietary ingredient Bio3C (Dihydroberberine).

But weight loss isn’t the only thing they are trying to tackle! The company also claims that these products may help with glucose tolerance, appetite, energy levels, and stimulation of the mind.

From what is listed on their website, the product comes as a box of fifteen serve sticks which are sold for $67 a month in twin packs.

And of course, then they have Fuse, a supplement to add to your Joe+ coffee.

Apparently, “when you combine a cup of delicious CELLiS Joe + with CELLiS FUSE you will accelerate your weight loss to a whole new level!

Bio3C (Dihydroberberine) when blended with nature’s finest weight loss and energy creating ingredients like Vitamins B12 and B6, Caralluma Fimbriata, Chromium Polynicotinate, and Phenylethylamine losing weight has never been easier!”

Fuse comes as thirty tablets sold in a $37 box.

And together with Joe+, you can buy both for $104 a month.

Whilst reading the above description, one thing did stand out to me…

And that was “Bio3C”

It’s a single supplement with a “proprietary formulation” made of cinnamon and chromium polynicotinate meant to “boost the effectiveness of insulin, which helps keep your blood sugar at optimal levels and promotes overall wellness.”

That alone comes in a bottle of 60 tablets that is sold for $87.

The Cellis Compensation Plan

Just like most MLMs, Cellis requires a fee that affiliates must pay for membership, with commissions being paid when they sponsor others to do the same.

Sponsorship Commissions

Cellis pay sponsorship commissions through a unilevel compensation structure capped at three levels.

Affiliates can earn commission when they purchase either the $536 Lifestyle Package or $1036 VIP Lifestyle Package.

  • Sponsorship of a new $536 Lifestyle Package affiliate pays $150 on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) and $37.50 on levels 2 and 3
  • Sponsorship of a new $1036 VIP Lifestyle Package affiliate pays $300 on level 1 and $75 on levels 2 and 3

Visionary Bonus

And additional Visionary Bonus is paid for every 5 sponsored Cellis affiliates as a sponsorship-based bonus.

The actual amount of the bonus depends on the package they purchased from above.

Matching Bonus

When affiliates qualify for the Visionary Bonus, they can also qualify for a Matching Bonus for 120 days.

I was unable to find any further details about this on their website.

Cost to Join Cellis

The cost to join Cellis depends on the package you purchase upon sponsorship and membership (either $536 for a Lifestyle Pack or $1036 for a VIP Lifestyle Pack)

The biggest difference between the two packages is simply the bundled products and income opportunity for each, as stated in the compensation plan.

Verdict on Cellis

I know what you guys are thinking…. Jeez…. the compensation plan is a bit… short?

Yes, it is.

And with that little amount of revenue coming from all over, one begins to wonder…

So, basically most of their compensation plan is just a bunch of nonsense since the real income opportunity comes from people paying for membership.

Also, we can’t ignore the likeness between Cellis and Valentus.

Both were coffee-based companies with a focus on sponsorship over retail sales.

But for being so retail-based, Cellis fails to even provide an inch of detail in their compensation plan.

I do find it ironic that Valentus was considered “thriving” in September 2017.

I mean, take a look at this fluff piece:

“Florida couple Korey and Renae Johnson love attending their children’s basketballgames, playing an active role in their church and traveling — and they do all of it while maintaining a thriving Valentus business.”

Florida, huh? So apparently Johnson was originally based there before moving to North Carolina?

But I’m just glad I didn’t get roped into that whole thing while it was “thriving”.

And who makes Cellis products, you ask?

A company called LacoreLabs.

They claim to be a manufacturing facility in Texas (aaahhh so that’s where the Texan address comes from).

Here’s a snippet I found on the internet from Terry Lacore, the owner, himself:

“We do not have a marketing department, we are a contract manufacturer… bring your own formula or work with our experts to design the right formula to suit your audience and budget.”

Doesn’t that sound a bit conflicting?

Are these products actually being produced or just being bought from somewhere else, we may never know…

But my job today isn’t to break down Lacore’s credibility. If anything, they are simply a third-party here.

But why quit Valentus if it was so successful? Why open the same type of company named Cellis?

It just all seems a bit too good to be true…so maybe think twice before joining this one…
