Unifii Review – Legit Trading Platform For Crypto or Scam? Find Out…

$

Welcome to my Unifii Review!

Another crypto network marketing company popped up so I decided to check it out for myself and see what it’s all about…

Maybe you were approached by someone in the company or an affiliate and now you landed here to make sure it’s something you can do.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Find out of this is legit or a huge scam…

Unifii Review – The Company

Unifii Review

Unifii is the brain child of a man named Ron Montaruli who is the CEO of the company.

In the past, he was involved with FreeLife International back in 2012 as the Director of International Sales.

After that, he served as Chief Operating Officer for 3T Networks.

And now in 2018, he is running Unifii.

To find out the rough date the company launched, I know the Unifii domain “unifii.io” as registered back in May 5th, 2018.

So I know this is a pretty new company…

Now you know a little bit about the company, let’s take a look at the products next.

Unifii Reviews – The Products

unifii products

Unifii specializes in a signal app called “Prosperity U” which costs $279.95 one-time then a $79.95 per month for on going use.

This provides investors with signals through a Telegram messaging app.

This also includes reports to different altcoins.

Only concern here is there are no disclosures of any kind of investment and signal advice.

Let’s face it, it’s very volatile…

Unifii Compensation Plan

You can get paid to sell the Prosperity U membership to both retail customers and other affiliates.

Unifii Commission Qualification

When it comes to qualifying for commissions, you must have customers or affiliates pay the $79.95 per month membership or have at least two retail customers active.

Unifii Retail Commissions

Every-time someone purchases the $279.95 product, you earn $60 commission.

When they got on the $79.95 per month monthly, you can earn $15 per month.

Sponsoring Commissions

All sponsoring commissions are paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

Unifii caps their unilevel at five levels and you are paid a percentage on people you sponsor’s Prosperity U app fee’s:

  • Level 1 (Personally sponsored affiliates) – $60
  • Level 2 – $20
  • Level 3 – $25
  • Level 4 – $35
  • Level 5 – $50

Residual Commissions

All residuals are paid through a 3×9 matrix compensation plan.

These matrix compensation plans can be filled up directly or indirectly by you.

These commissions are paid on the one going monthly fee and the amount you get will depend on your group volume:

  • 120 GV = Paid on three matrix levels
  • 300 GV = Paid on four matrix levels
  • 1000 GV = Paid on five matrix levels
  • 2000 GV = Paid on six matrix levels
  • 5000 GV = Paid on seven matrix levels
  • 10,000 GV = Paid on eight matrix levels
  • 20,000 GV = Paid on nine matrix levels

Group Volume is counted at 80% on the $79.95 per month fee.

Every sponsored member generates a monthly commissions:

  • Level 1 – 1% (63 cents per affiliate)
  • Level 2 – 3% ($1.88 per affiliate)
  • Level 3 – 5% ($3.19 per affiliate)
  • Level 4 – 7% ($4.47 per affiliate)
  • Level 5 – 9% ($5.75 per affiliate)
  • Level 6 and deeper – 10% ($6.39 per affiliate)

Matching Bonus in Unifii

You can also get a matching bonus on your unilevel team which is paid through a unilevel compensation plan.

This can be paid five levels deep depending on your rank:

  • Manager (earn $1000) and Director (earn $5000) – no Matching Bonus
  • Executive ($25,000) – 5% match on levels 1 and 2
  • Vice President (earn $150,000) – 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 and 3
  • President (earn $500,000) – 15% match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 and 4
  • Ambassador (earn $1,000,000) – 20% match on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 to 5

Cost To Join Unifii

The cost to join Unifii is $279.95 one-time then it’s a $79.95 per month.

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Unifii review…

Verdict On Unifii

Unifii offers an interesting service with their Prosperity U app, but so far I haven’t seen any proof of how they work…

Just so you know 3T Networks offered a very similar service and if it was doing so well, why did Ron Montaruli launch Unifii?

Plus they haven’t shown any real history on how well their signals do…

Right now there are just too many questions not answered and I would just hold off until they get more history…

Let’s face it, you don’t want to pay up $279.95 one-time and then $79.95 per month if the signal service is useless lol.

Anyway, hold off for now…

I hope you enjoyed my Unifii review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

Biteroi Review – Biggest Scam of 2018 or Something Legit?

$

0

Welcome to my Biteroi Review!

This is one of the latest crypto network marketing companies to pop up so I decided to check it out for myself…

Maybe you were approached by someone in the company that smooth talked you about the business opportunity and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit right?

Good news is I am going to walk you through everything so I can make the right decision.

Find out if this is legit or a scam…

Biteroi Review – The Company

Biteroi review

After exploring their website and social media, I found out that they don’t have any information on who runs the company or owns it.

I did investigate the Biteroi website domain “biteroi.com” and found out it was privately registered on March 30th, 2018…

Anyway sorry ladies and gentlemen that I couldn’t find anything else.

Let’s keep going…

Biteroi Reviews – The Products

biteroi products

If you do check out their site, all they talk about is “they deliver profits” and some crazy ROI amounts.

They don’t have any retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their membership.

Another company in this space is Unifii.

Biteroi Compensation Plan

Alright, so there are two ways you can make money with this company.

First way is through their investment opportunity where you can get a certain ROI and the second way is to sponsor new people into the company.

Biteroi Investment Opportunity

When you get started as an affiliate, you can invest funds on the promise of a 3% to 3.83% per day ROI.

  • Invest $25 to $50,000 and receive a 3% daily ROI for 60 days (180%)
  • Invest $100 to $100,000 and receive a 25% weekly ROI for 12 weeks (300%)
  • Invest $500 to $200,000 and receive a 115% monthly ROI for 4 months (460%)

Alright next, the whole sponsoring thing…

Biteroi Affiliate Program

When you sponsor new people into the company, you can get paid through their unilevel compensation plan structure.

Biteroi caps their unilevel at four levels in total and pay you a percentage on the investments:

  • Level 1 (Personally sponsored affiliates) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 10%
  • Level 3 and 4 – 1%

Cost To Join Biteroi

You can join Biteroi for free, but you can only earn referral commissions.

To make those crazy ROI’s, you must invest at least $25.

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Biteroi review…

Conclusion On Biteroi

When looking at their website, Biteroi claim they made their ROI’s through cryptocurrency trading, however, they provide no proof of this…

On top of that we don’t know who runs or owns the company which is a huge red flag to me in my opinion.

Why would you join something without knowing who runs it right?

The other huge redflag is the crazy ROI’s they are claiming.

If they could truly pull in ROI’s like that, why would they need investments from affiliates?

Think about it logically…

They could get a small bank loan and crush it.

However, what I believe is happening is newly invested funds are paying off existing members to make those ROI’s.

Once people stop sponsoring new members, the ROI’s will crash and the anonymous owner(s) will run with the cash…

That is what happens 99.9% of the time in businesses like these so don’t be a victim 🙂

I hope you enjoyed my Biteroi Review and if you have any questions, leave them in the comments below…

Velimon Review – Legit Company or Another Huge Scam? Find Out Here…

$

Welcome to my Velimon Review!

Whether you discovered this blog through social media or simply by browsing the internet looking for good MLM advice, I am glad that you are here…

It proves that you are ready to get down to business when it comes to making money while developing marketing skills.

So, what if you aren’t prepared just yet to invest? My job is to make you feel as comfortable about your options as I possibly can.

In my review, we are going to be looking at this company’s history, products and services, compensation place, cost to join, and an eventual verdict on what I think of it.

Now without further ado, let’s get started!

Velimon Review- The Company

Velimon Review

When on the website of this company, at first glance, it fails to provide information about who runs or owns the business.

The website domain has been registered as velimon.racing since the 25th of March.

As you peruse through the site, you may stumble upon a video of a man with a distinct African accent, suggesting that Velimon has some sort of ties back to Africa.

I did find out that the United States is the largest source of traffic at 30% to the Velimon website.

Wow! Not a lot to work with, eh? I guess we should just move on then!

Other companies that have more company information are Copy Profit Success Global and The Super Affiliate Network.

Velimon  Reviews – The Products

Velimon products

Velimon does not offer any retail products or services.

Instead, affiliates who join this company will simply market the affiliate membership itself to others.

The Velimon Compensation Plan

Velimon affiliates purchase $5 positions in a six-tier 4×1 matrix.

What the heck does that mean?

Well, it just means that a cycle will be “triggered” when four positions are filled, or rather four affiliates are sponsored and they begin to invest $5 into the company.

Once that happens, they move on to the next level and so on and so forth. Altogether, the company claims it should generate an ROI of $5465.

Also, a 50-cent referral commission is made when an affiliate sponsors another affiliate, however, there is a cap on the amount that affiliates are able to withdraw, which is at $1000.

Cost to Join Velimon

The cost to join Velimon is free, however the catch is that income opportunity only occurs with a minimum $5 investment in a position.

Verdict on Velimon

Before I really get into my opinion of this company, let me present to you a brief snippet of text I found on their website:

“When you buy a $5 position, you can earn $5465 in just a few days!”

Wow, that’s a lot of money to be generated in just a few days with a low price to purchase a position. However, if the company promises 109,300% ROI, why would they only sell it for $5?

They just seem to be recycling the invested amounts to pay back former investors, a classic staple to any Ponzi scheme.

Poor suckers are dragged into the business and are the primary source of income for the business itself.

If affiliate membership slows down, so does Velimon.

Major losses, no refunds, and no large revenues sales.

Sorry Velimon, you just don’t make the cut.

I hope you enjoyed my Velimon review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

Xtreme Green Review – Legit Business or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

$

Welcome to my Xtreme Green Review!

Now before we begin, I understand this company has been in a lot of hot water in the past because of…let’s just say a few of its benefits for its affiliates.

It wasn’t pretty.

But we are here to re-examine this company with a new pair of glasses and see what it stands for now versus 4 years ago when it initially came out.

So, it’s time for a second take…

Whether you heard about it through an affiliate approaching you or from your own searches on the internet, I’m glad you trust me enough to share the details of this company with you.

So, without further ado, shall we begin?

I think so!

Xtreme Green Review – The Company

xtreme green review

So, by now, we have established that this is an older MLM company, having been initially started up in 2014 by CEO Stuart Graves.

In 2018, it is being headed up by Lawrence Kahn, another noted co-founder of the company.

Looking into his corporate bio, it becomes quite apparent that he worked in marketing and automotive care prior to his MLM venture.

But that is it.

Hmmm… not much to work with, is it? Might as well move on then!

Xtreme Green Reviews – The Products

xtreme green products

This company’s products seem to focus around environmentally friendly automotive care.

They haven’t changed much of their products from 2014, other than the addition of a transmission treatment.

Here is an example of the aforementioned lineup:

  • Fuel Max Plus – A “super concentrated fuel catalyst” that “helps break down large hard-to-burn fuel particles, capturing more energy from the fuel, resulting in maximum fuel economy with reduced emissions”, sells at $30 for a box of six treatments
  • Engine Life Treatment – “Effectively turns an ordinary lubricant into a super-lubricant”, sells at $40 a bottle
  • Super Duty Oil Stabilizer – A “proprietary formulation … scientifically designed to provide extra protection and enhance the performance of motor oils for vehicles with diesel engines and older gasoline engines which are burning or leaking oil, smoking, have worn seals or are running rough”, sells at $30 a bottle
  • Waterless Wash & Shine – “An environmentally friendly, citrus-based formula which saves, time, money, and the planet’s most precious resource, water!”, sells at $15 for a 6 oz. bottle and $20 for a 16 oz.
  • XPL101 – A “penetrating spray lubricant”, sells at $10 a can
  • Transmission Life Treatment – “Formulated with proprietary XPL+ technology to work with your transmission fluid to reduce heat, friction and wear in your vehicle”, sells at $40 a bottle

The website of Xtreme Green claims their products are “eco-engineered for today’s vehicles with tomorrows environment in mind”.

Xtreme Green Compensation Plan

Xtreme Green seems to focus on retail commissions and residual commissions broken down into three levels.

Affiliates who join are paid a 40% commission on single sales, but this can go up to 45% for retail “4-Pack” orders and 50% for cases.

When an affiliate of Xtreme Green purchases one of these packs, the sponsor (the affiliate who sponsored them) is paid recruitment commissions as seen below:

  • Affiliate Pack ($149.95) = $30 recruitment commission
  • Variety Pack ($300) = $60 recruitment commission
  • Affiliate Business Pack ($449.95) = $100 recruitment commission

The company also provides residual commissions on sales as shown below:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 10%
  • Level 3 – 5%

Cost to Join Xtreme Green

The cost to join basic Xtreme Green Basic is $29.95.

HOWEVER, there are additional packs available to affiliates:

  • Starter Pack – $99.95
  • Affiliate Pack – $149.95
  • Affiliate Business Pack – $449
  • Each Affiliate Pack comes with an assortment of Xtreme Green products.

Verdict on Xtreme Green

Xtreme Green had a huge mess with their compensation plan in 2014, which I can now say has drastically improved.

Goodbye autoship-centric mess!

That being said, I think it is totally possible to earn on recruitment and retail with this business as long as you purchase more of the basic affiliates packs.

The Business Pack just seems to get messy with the cost exceeding the actual possibility of consumption.

The “Monthly Convenience Plan” can be used quite efficiently to generate commissions without need for any retail sales, although retail is always still encouraged.

And of course, there are the products!

Is four years not enough time for the products to become more established amongst affiliates?

If gas prices are constantly rising, why wouldn’t we grab any opportunity like this one to relieve our financial strains?

Even right now, the e-commerce website seems to only rank in 10.8 mill, barely scraping by.

And the company’s social media? Hasn’t been touched for months.

As much as I wanted to give this company a fair fighting chance to prove themselves, it seems there really isn’t much left to prove.

This may just be another pyramid scheme for the books, folks.

I hope you enjoyed my Xtreme Green Review and if you have any questions, leave them in the comments below…

FundsFact Review – Legit Company or Just Another Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my FundsFact Review!

Whether you’re breaking into the world of MLM or already fluent in this business, there are always new opportunities popping up every day.

And that’s where I come in.

I want to make sure that you explore every possible nook and cranny of a company before you decide to put your money into it.

After all, we don’t buy stuff blindfolded now do we?

In this review, I will go over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and end it all off with my verdict on the final product.

Now without further ado, let’s get started!

FundsFact Review- The Company

FundsFact Review

Digging into FundsFact seemed to be quite the challenge at first, especially since they provide no information about who runs the actual website.

As far as I know, the company’s online domain was privately registered as fundsfact.com on the 10th of March.

I had to go as far as the company’s Facebook page to really dig below the surface, and here I found the three admins, which are Martha Hughes, Honey Arbi, and C Jacinth Samuel Raj.

Both Hughes and Abri appear to have separate dummy accounts leaving Raj as the sole owner.

In fact, his own account verifies his location in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu right outside of Chennai.

Well, that’s about all I could find on the website, so might as well keep it moving along!

FundsFact Reviews – The Products

FundsFact Products

This company does not have any products or services for retail.

Instead, affiliates can earn an income by marketing memberships to others.

However, unlike usual MLM, the investment here is packaged with advertising credits that can be used on the website to enhance sponsorship opportunities.

The FundsFact Compensation Plan

This company’s affiliates invest on the promise of advertised ROIs of up to 150%.

Available plans can be seen below:

  • Plan 1 – Invest $5 and receive a 120% ROI in 40 days
  • Plan 2 – Invest $25 and receive a 130% ROI in 37 days
  • Plan 3 – Invest $100 and receive a 140% ROI in 35 days
  • Plan 4 – Invest $250 and receive a 150% ROI in 30 days

Referral commissions are paid across three levels of unilevel sponsorship:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsorship affiliates) – 8%
  • Level 2 – 4%
  • Level 3 – 2%

Cost to Join FundsFact

The cost to join FundsFact is, in fact, free.

But don’t get tangled in that seemingly promised web.

Free affiliates can only earn referral commissions, whereas maximum income opportunity requires additional investment, starting at $5.

Verdict on FundsFact

So, I’ve provided you all the information I could find. But now what?

What is this company?

To be frank, FundsFact seems to be your typical Ponzi scheme that ties affiliates to advertised ROIs that in actuality are meant to simply pay off existing investors.

The same vicious cycle we have seen before.

But once affiliate recruitment stops, the following traffic will disappear with the revenues as well.

Sucks, right?

And then comes the collapse.

So maybe stay safe on this one and keep your money away from hungry investors. I’m sure you won’t regret it.

I hope you enjoyed my FundsFact review, and as always, feel free to leave me a question or comment down below….

Barrel Review – 7300% Yearly ROI With Oil Drilling or Scam? Find Out…

$
0
0

Welcome to my Barrel Review!

There has been some buzz about this company because of their crazy ROI claims but I decided to check it out for myself.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Just make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end…

Barrel Company Review

Barrel review

Barrel doesn’t give you any information on who runs the company or owns it.

I do know that the Barrel website domain “barrel.company” was privately registered on August 10th, 2017.

Barrel was incorporated in Arkansas October 13th, 2017 and goes by the company name American Barrel LLC.

However, the website itself sounds like it’s not from the USA.

If you look at their traffic stats, most of it’s coming from Russia and Ukraine which is odd for a US based company.

Anyway, let’s take a look at the products next inside of this Barrel review…

Barrel Products

Barrel Products

When I took a closer look, I found out Barrel doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can promote the actual affiliate membership.

Because of that, it doesn’t make our list of the top 30 mlm companies.

Alright let’s take a look at the compensation plan next inside of this Barrel review…

Barrel Compensation Plan

There are two ways you can make money inside of this company.

First way is to invest money/bitcoin on a promised ROI the second way is to sponsor new people into the company.

Barrel Investment Opportunity

Barrel affiliates put in USD or Bitcoin on a promised they will get some kind of ROI when they invest in a plan:

  • Plan 92 – Invest $10 to $1000 (0.0015 to 0.15 BTC) and receive a 140% ROI in 20 days
  • Plan 92+ – Invest $100 to $1000 (0.015 to 0.15 BTC) and receive a 140% ROI in 15 days
  • Plan 95 – Invest $1000 to $10,000 (0.15 to 1.5 BTC) and receive a 160% ROI in 20 days
  • Plan 95+ – Invest $1000 to $10,000 (0.15 to 1.5 BTC) and receive a 160% ROI in 15 days
  • Plan 98 – Invest $10,000 to $50,000 (1.5 to 8 BTC) and receive a 200% ROI in 20 days
  • Plan 98+ – Invest $10,000 to $50,000 (1.5 to 8 BTC) and receive a 200% ROI in 15 days
  • Plan Diesel – Invest $30,000 to $150,000 (5 to 25 BTC) and receive a 500% ROI in 25 days
  • Plan Diesel+ – Invest $100 to $5000 (0.015 to 1 BTC) and receive a 1000% ROI in 50 days

Barrel Referral Program

This is the second way to get paid and basically you earn commissions on people you sponsor who invest money into one of the plans above.

This is through a unilevel compensation plan and you get a percentage of the investments.

  • Level 1 (Personally sponsored affiliates) – 7%
  • Level 2 – 2%
  • Level 3 – 1%

There is one override which can earn you more commissions.

If you get someone to invest $10,000 or more, you can earn 10% level 1, 3% on Level 2.

Cost To Join Barrel

Barrel affiliate membership is free, however, you can only earn on referral commissions.

To be part of the investment opportunity, you must put in at least $10 or 0.0015 BTC.

Why The Negative Barrel Reviews?

Most bloggers out there call everything a scam and promote their own business.

Now, I do offer something, but I do NOT call everything a scam.

If a company is 100% legit, I call it how it is…

I have reviewed 100’s of companies in the past so I do offer my personal recommendation because I have tested it for myself.

I never offer anything that isn’t personally tested by me and where I know it will give my members a ton of value.

Anyway having that said, let’s get into the verdict on this Barrel review…

Verdict On Barrel

When I checked out their website, Barrel claims to be a:

company-importer of petroleum products engaged in the supply of fuel from the Middle East and Africa.

We purchase raw materials from oil companies at wholesale prices then sell it refineries and factories.

Now if this is true, why would they need your investments because apparently they are established right?

WHY DO WE NEED FUNDING FROM THE OUTSIDE:

Shale of Texas is rich in hydrocarbons and oil and gas extraction here is the best native activities.

We decided not to stop there and planned new development.

Our main problem is the lease of land for private oil production. Reformatting company in the oil – lead us to a new level in trade.

At this stage we have leased a small plot of land in the South of Texas and received permission Commission on drilling.

Also, we bought the equipment which is now under construction.

I looked into this “Shale of Texas” and found out it doesn’t exist…

Plus they operate from a P.O. Box number in Arkansas and are run by people we don’t even know (they are anonymous).

Why would a legit oil based company have a P.O. Box number and not mention any CEO?

Plus if they were legit they would register with the SEC in the US because that’s a must when you offer any kind of ROI in an investment.

Let’s just do some simple math here…

If they can pull in 500% ROI every 25 days, why would they need your investments?

I am sorry to say but this is straight up a ponzi scheme and I don’t want you to get screwed over.

Maybe you already kind of seen that coming, but hey there are people out there who are new and don’t know any better.

Anyway, because of that I rate this company the following:

I hope you enjoyed my Barrel review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below anytime.

Welcome to Planet Ether Review!

This is one of the latest crypto based network marketing companies to pop up so I decided to see what it was all about.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Just make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end…

Planet Ether Company Review

Planet Ether Review

When I took a look at Planet Ether, that didn’t have any information on who runs or owns it.

I do know that the Planet Ether website domain “planet-ether.com” was privately registered on June 15th, 2018.

Another thing that didn’t talk about is their location…

After checking some internet traffic stats, I noticed that most of their traffic is coming from South Korea, Croatia and Russia.

Planet Ether might actually operate in one of those countries…

Alright let’s take a look at the products inside of this Planet Ether review…

Planet Ether Products

Planet Ether Products

Planet Ether doesn’t offer any retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

Alright let’s take a look at the compensation plan next…

Companies with actual products you can check out Xtreme Green and Jeunesse.

Planet Ether Compensation Plan

This is where one place Planet Ether had a ton of information lol.

Planet Ether members purchase positions in their 3 tier 2×2 matrix cycler.

Once you fill all the positions in a tier, you cycle out to the next and generate a commission.

This is what it looks like:

  • Matrix 1, Level 1 (Positions cost 0.03 ETH, 2 positions to fill) – no cycle commission, unlocks Matrix 1, level 2
  • Matrix 1, Level 2 (4 Positions to fill) – 0.06 ETH cycle commission, unlocks Matrix 1, level 3
  • Matrix 1, Level 3 (8 Positions to fill) – 0.064 ETH cycle commission, unlocks Matrix 2, level 1
  • Matrix 2, Level 1 (2 Positions to fill) – no cycle commission, unlocks Matrix 2,  Level 2
  • Matrix 2, Level 2 (4 Positions to fill) – 1 ETH cycle commission, unlocks Matrix 2, Level 3
  • Matrix 2, Level 3 (8 Positions to fill) – 9 ETH cycle commission, unlocks Matrix 3, Level 1
  • Matrix 3, Level 1 (2 Positions to fill) – no cycle commission, unlocks Matrix 3, Level 2
  • Matrix 3, Level 2 (4 Positions to fill) – 35 ETH cycle commission, unlocks Matrix 3, Level 3
  • Matrix 3, Level 3 (8 Positions to fill) – 260 ETH cycle commission

Cost To Join Planet Ether

Planet Ether will run you 0.03 ETH for a position in their matrix…

Why Negative Planet Ether Reviews?

There is probably TWO reasons for why there are negative Planet Ether reviews out there.

One could be the fact the actual person has an agenda and calls everything a scam to promote their opportunity.

Second could be the fact it’s actually is a scam.

Now I am all for promoting something, but don’t lie about it.

If something is legit, call it as it is…

That’s what I do…

I offer something, but again it’s because I have reviewed hundreds of companies and I have personally tested it out for a long period of time.

I never offer anything if it doesn’t provide value to my members.

Anyway, back to this Planet Ether review…

Verdict On Planet Ether

Remember, I call things as it is…

Right now we have no idea who runs or owns the company…

Planet Ether doesn’t offer any retail products or services for the money you put in it…

All you do in this company is purchase matrix positions so others can do the same…

The major problem with this is simple…

It makes it a ponzi scheme.

And you don’t want to be part of one trust me…

They don’t last long lol.

Anyway because of that, I rate this this the following:

I hope you enjoyed my Planet Ether review and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask below…

Ranking the Top 30 MLM companies of 2018 That Are Trending…

$
0
0

It can be tough to see what Top MLM companies are actually doing well these days…

After almost a year launching the Marketing Xtreme blog, I decided to do the top 30 companies based on trends and your ability to make money in 2018.

Please note this list can change anytime, so come back often to see 🙂

Top 30 MLM Companies Of 2018

Below you will find my top 30 mlm companies of 2018 that were trending high this year and have great products and compensation plan so you can actually making a great income if you decide to take action of course.

You can’t make money anywhere if you don’t put in the time and effort.

What I need you to do next is pay close attention and read this list to the end to see where your network marketing company falls or if you are looking for one which one you should choose.

Now before we get started…

This is my #1 Recommendation click here.

30# Nspire Network

Nspire Network is pretty new, but has exploded this year due to the fact they have a very unique product that cater towards women, pads…

But not any pads, they got some crazy healthy stuff going.  They also have erotic products and testosterone boosters for men as well.

29# MOBE (My Online Business Education)

This is a top tier program with a multi-level marketing payout that has been growing strong since 2011.  It isn’t as popular as it was, but MOBE is going strong after 6 years and still dominates the top tier space with a large margin.  I do believe that Digital Altitude edges over it slightly due to the fact it’s fresh and new.

As of June 6th, 2018 MOBE is being investigated by the FTC.

28# MLSP (My Lead System Pro)

This is not a true network marketing company, but more of an affiliate program.  However, a lot of top leaders in the digital space have sprung from MLSP and have dominated other mlm companies because of the powerful tools, and leadership training you get inside of MLSP.

27# StemTech

StemTech is the only mlm in the stem cell niche.  In the last 6 months alone, this company has gained 122% in popularity and have been expanding very rapidly all around the world.  It just shows you that being unique pays off big time instead of trying to compete with thousands of network marketing companies in the same niche.

26# Valentus

Valentus is another coffee based mlm company like Organo Gold, but much newer.  They actually have been doing really well and had gained 80% in the last 6 months due to their great products and compensation plan.

25# Empower Network

This was basically the first digital network marketing company that took the world by storm.  Launched back in 2011 by co-founders David Wood and David Sharpe, this company lost it’s momentum once Sharpe left the company.

Sadly, most of the top leaders except for a few have stuck around, but don’t underestimate David Wood because he is still bringing the value to this date.

#24 World Ventures

This is a travel based network marketing company that targets millennials with sleek campaign that shows people posting travel pictures with “You Should Be Here” signs.

No other MLM comes close to nailing the young crowd accept Wake Up Now and Vemma, but they took a crap in 2015.

Because of that World Ventures reigns supreme in this space.

#23 Wealthy Affiliate

If you ever tell a Wealthy Affiliate member that they joined an MLM, they would get pissed off at you and call you a scam…

Even though Wealthy Affiliate isn’t really an MLM, but apparently a solution to “MLM”.

They claim they have a higher success rate, but the real studies show no matter if it’s network marketing or affiliate marketing, the failure rate is the exact same.

They compare their companies to companies like Digital Altitude, Tecademics, MOBE, MLSP and Empower Network.

#22 Nerium

Nerium could have been huge, but due to a nasty lawsuit that divides this company, they took the 22nd spot overall in the network marketing arena.

They do still have one of the best skin care products in this industry and have badges to prove their worth:  Inc. 500, DSA membership and some good sponsorships.

#21 Usana

Usana did $918 million in revenue in 2015 which lands them in the 21st spot.

They might not be as popular as they were before, but they are still going strong and very consistent.

On top of their crazy revenue, they have been voted the “50 Best Places To Work” and partnered up with Dr. Oz.

#20 Mary Kay Cosmetics

After being in the beauty network marketing business for 50 years, May Kay is still going strong as of today.

They have done over $4 billion in sales in 2014 and crossed the 3.5 million mark for distributors.

After 50 years, they are still one of the biggest direct sales companies in the skin care and cosmetics niche.

#19 Nu Skin

Nu Skin is another billion dollar club company along side Amway and Mary Kay.  With over $2 billion in yearly sales, you can see why they made this list.

Their popularity has gone down and not sure if they will make this list 5 years from now.

They do a lot of great things like donating to charity, but they are not all roses and peaches either.

Nu Skin has their fair share of scandals and affairs in the past as well.

#18 Avon

Avon did over $6 billion in revenue in 2015 and probably is the only company that truly rivals Amway in fame, fortune and size.

The bad news is their sales are dropping every year specially in North America.  Revenue dropped by 19% in 2013 and 7% in Mexico.  Now when you skip forward to July of 2015, Avon sales are still spiraling downwards with a 17% drop (1).

Problem with Avon is they haven’t really changed must since they first launched and that’s a big no no…

#17 Arbonne

Arbonne has been selling Skin Care products for over 30 years and will soon match Mary Kay in the near future.

To this day, they are still hitting $500+ million yearly, but according to Google Trends they are really past their glory days.

That doesn’t they are going anywhere because they are constantly creating new products with science to back it up.

#16 Herbalife

Herbalife has got a lot of negative press in the past, but I do admire how they bounce right out of it.

In spite of the negativity, Herbalife is massive and is probably in the top 3 in sheer size in the network marketing industry.

The good news is the FTC decided to settle with Herbalife in the recent lawsuits so they can continue doing business.

#15 Beachbody

Beachbody has launched great products like P90X and Insanity workout DVD’s.

They are one of the few companies actually provide great products and continue to make a killing every year.

Now we are half where there in the top mlm companies so keep reading…

#14 Scentsy

Scentsy has been dominating the scented candles niche for a long time.  That’s because their products are innovative and have cool flameless candles.

In other words, their customers just love Scentsy products.

They have been doing $537 million in sales annually and competes directly with doTERRA for the most word of mouth marketing award.

I can see this company go another 15 years without breaking a sweat as long as they keep innovating.

#13 Pampered Chef

Pampered Chef has been selling high end kitchen gadgets for a long time and still continue to put huge numbers on the board in revenue.

They are not as popular as they once were, but people are still doing those home parties where you invite people over and show them the cool products.

Only downside is I see a lot of their products selling for huge discounts on eBay and Amazon which undercut the actual distributors.

#12 Forever Living

Forever Living has been going strong since 1978 and have made the Forves 400, the Inc 500 and blew past the $2.6 billion in revenue.

They have been specializing in one thing…Aloe Vera and to this day a very hot topic.

Not to mention all the great health benefits you get from Aloe Vera and you see why Forever Living is crushing it over 30 years later.

#11 Isagenix

Looks like Advocare and Isagenix is neck and neck in Google trends and causing a lot of buzz lately.

To this day, they are still one of the hottest network marketing companies, but not sure what really makes them different compared to the thousands of nutri-MLM’s in this field.

The good news is they have a TON of positive product reviews on Amazon, great compensation plan and strong revenue to make this list.

#10 Amway

There isn’t much to say about Amway other than they are probably the biggest network marketing company out there (Or could be second to Avon).

They have crossed $9.5 billion (2) and 3 million distributors worldwide.  Not to mention they have naming rights to an NBA arena.

That’s pretty cool if you ask me.

#9 Wor(l)d Global Network

WGN has been dominating the wearable trends and cashing in hard!

I am not sure if they will be here in another 5 years, but they are crushing it right now.

Their latest product release has been very successful called HELO which is a health-tracking and disease-monitoring wristband.  Not to mention they did $157 million in revenue and they are just getting started.

#8 Ambit Energy

Ambit Energy is pretty much like ACN, but even better.

They have hit Inc 5000 for 3 years in a row (3), and they keep trending even to this day.

Unlike many other companies, they promise lower, fixed prices for natural gas and electric services which really appeal to the masses.

Not everyone takes health supplements, but everyone in North America has to pay their energy bills.

#7 Young Living

Young Living is the first Essential Oils company to pop up (yes before doTERRA) and is still red hot to this day.

Essential oils are used for wellness, beauty and clearning, and not to mention it’s all natural with a few side effects if any.

Gary Young the founder really set the quality standard for the entire essential oils industry and will be hard to beat.

#6 Advocare

Advocare would have ranked higher in this network marketing ranking, but they have had some bad PR lately.

There was a ESPN report (4) that covered mostly the negative side to network marketing which led the readers really to draw their own negative conclusions.

Personally I think they went a little overboard because let’s face it… news is all about negativity and there is negative things about everything.

#5 Tecademics

Tecademics falls into the educational digital network marketing arena and is new to this marketplace.

The owner Chris Record has launched very successful companies and products before and makes this no different.

To be honest, I haven’t seen one crap product come out of him so that’s always a good thing.

#4 Legendary Marketer

Legendary Marketer was founded by Dave Sharpe who has done really well online in his past ventures.

So he decided to go route and opened up an education platform for people who want to be coached to either build a business from scratch or help them with an existing business which could be online or offline.

This isn’t really a MLM, and just a educational platform but I just had to mention it because this is going to be the future…

#3 Younique

Big moves happened for Younique in 2017 where 60% of the company was sold to Coty for a massive $600 million (5).

This makes Younique a billion dollar company.

The good news is Younique is going stronger than ever all thanks to Derek Maxfield and the leadership.

Younique is a Utah based company that really took off int he last few years that market cosmetic home parties for women who want empowerment.

#2 Jeunesse

Jeunesse probably has the most popular video where they showed lived how their Instantly Ageless cream gets rid of wrinkles in minutes:

I personally haven’t seen anything like it and this is why Instantly Ageless cream continues to make HUGE waves.

Back in 2015, they were the fastest growing Direct Selling Association company on Inc 500 and took Alex Morton’s Vemma spot months before it went under.

It’s actually rare when the company is trending and the product works great in network marketing.

#1 doTERRA

This has been a tough one because Young Living is the original Essential oils network marketing company out there, but due to doTERRA’s huge growth and great products it has take the number 1 spot hands down.

Launching in 2008, they have already a $60 million dollar headquarters in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

The crazy part is they started way after Young Living (2008), however they managed to grow and trend at a massive rate.

Because they have been trending up this entire time, doTERRA takes the top spot as of right now making it the #1 MLM pick of 2017.

Honorable Mention, but not really a MLM…

The Super Affiliate Network

The Super Affiliate Network is a top tier program which costs a lot less and pays up to 70% commissions which is the highest I ever seen.

Because it pays TWO tiers, it’s not really a network marketing company, but more of an affiliate business model.

This is going to be a VERY strong contender in 2018 and years to come…

Summary On My Top MLM Companies

Network marketing companies have done a great job of giving people alternatives to jobs and regular traditional businesses that cost a ton of money to get going.

The only down side to all the companies I mentioned above?  MLM has worked for money, but hasn’t for most.

Network marketing companies mostly have good intentions, but like any industry really it’s flawed.

Let me explain

CONS

1) Low cost to entry in mlm companies

The Multi-level marketing model is chosen because MLM companies are cheaper to start and run.

They do this by transferring that job to a distributor and save on average of $1,200 annually per person.

Heck, that’s just for the training.

The problem is people get started thinking it’s cheap and they will get rich fast and realize like any other traditional business work is involved.

In addition, the low entry costs bring out the least qualified people to start a business of their own…

2) Rigged Supply and demand with top mlm companies

Not all network marketing companies operate this way, but many have and the FTC is starting to crack down on them.

Instead of focusing on product sales, these companies focus on recruiting new reps which is a big no no in the FTC’s eyes.

Just take a look at what happened to Vemma and Herbalife…

You wonder why so many MLM companies re-launch or re-brand over the years?  It’s because they want to get new sign-ups.

Pros

1) Products and Marketing In MLM Companies

You think I was going to just bash these network marketing companies?  Think again!

I am 100% PRO network marketing and this is why…

You can start a home business where you don’t have to create your own products or marketing yourself.

In other words, you can piggy back off the network marketing company and focus on just generating sales.

Think of this for a moment…

How much will it cost for you to create your own product, create the marketing behind it, create a store location for it?

TONS of money…

2) You can make a lot of money with top mlm companies

I know there is a high failure rate, but that’s not just for network marketing companies alone…

If you look at internet marketing, affiliate marketing, small businesses, the failure rate is the exact same and you know why?

People don’t want to work on themselves to become a better business person…

I know there are some leaders in the industry that make it sound like network marketing is very easy and anyone can do it…

The truth is, anyone CAN do it, however, people don’t want to learn the necessary skills to become successful…

The REAL Number 1 when it comes to getting started and how fast you can be profiting:

Closing Thoughts On My Top 30 MLM Companies

Over the years network marketing companies have been bringing out better and better products and I believe is a great way to get into the entrepreneur realm without forking out a ton of cash.

What I do recommend you doing is honing your skills so you can become a better business person and will actually succeed in one of these mlm companies about.

Trust me, there is no competitive because 97% of the people fail due to the fact they don’t want it bad enough.

THAT my friends is the truth!

I hope you enjoyed this top mlm companies blog post and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

Mize Network Review – Legit Opportunity in 2018 or Huge Scam?

$
0
0

Welcome to my Mize Network Review!

Chances are someone approached you about the business and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Just remember to pay close attention and read this to the end…

Mize Network Company Review

Mize Network Review

Mize Network for some reason doesn’t have any info on who runs or owns the company.

I do know that the Mize Network website domain “mize.network” was privately registered on October 26th, 2017.

With more digging I found out that Adrian Jacuzzi is the owner and CEO of Mize Network.

In the past, Adrian Jacuzzi has been involved with EmGoldex, Global InterGold, Pool Miners and Infinitum Flame.

I guess after all those companies, he decided to do his own thing…

Or it could be that Infinitum Flame took a crap lol.

Anyway, let’s take a look at the products next inside of this Mize Network review…

Mize Network Products

Mize Network products

After doing some digging, I realized they don’t have any products or services at the retail level, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

But once you become an affiliate, you can access their products which are called:

  • Mize Academy
  • LearnChain
  • CryptoGrowth
  • The App

Only thing is you can’t just go on their website and buy as a customer, you have to become a member…

That’s all I am saying…

Anyway, let’s take a look at the compensation plan next.

Mize Network Compensation Plan

Mize Network compensation plan rewards members to sponsor new members into the company who invest.

Mize Network Sponsoring Commissions

Mize Network leverages a unilevel compensation plan to pay their affiliates through five levels.

You get paid a percentage of the investments made by your downline members.

This is what it all looks like:

  • Level 1 (Personally sponsored members) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 0.5%
  • Level 3 – 1%
  • Level 4 – 1.5%
  • Level 5 – 2%

You can also get extra bonuses if you hit a certain amount of volume in your first 48 hours of getting started.

  • Generate €2500 EUR in sponsored downline investment volume and receive a €250 EUR bonus
  • Generate €5000 EUR in sponsored downline investment volume and receive a €450 EUR bonus
  • Generate €10,000 EUR in sponsored downline investment volume and receive an €800 EUR bonus
  • Generate €25,000 EUR in sponsored downline investment volume and receive a €1750 EUR bonus

Residual Commissions

All residuals are paid through a binary compensation plan…

This just means you have two legs, left and a right.

End of each day, Mize Network adds up all the volume on both legs and pays you on the weaker leg as a percentage.

The amount you can get will depends on what you invested…

  • Invest with a Light package and receive 5%
  • Invest with a Beginner or Starter package and receive 8%
  • Invest in a Standard or higher package and receive 10%

Any left over volume is carried over to the next day.

Matching Bonus

You can get a 5% matching bonus on the binary which pays five levels deep through a unilevel compensation plan.

The amount of levels you get will depend on how much your members invest:

  • People invest €25,000 EUR and qualify for the Matching Bonus on level 1 (Personally sponsored members)
  • People invest €100,000 EUR and qualify for the Matching Bonus on levels 1 and 2
  • People invest €350,000 EUR and qualify for the Matching Bonus on levels 1 to 3
  • People invest €750,000 EUR and qualify for the Matching Bonus on levels 1 to 4
  • People to invest €1,500,000 EUR and qualify for the Matching Bonus on levels 1 to 5

Mize Network SuperPool

Apparently Mize Network takes 50% of the invested funds every month to pay affiliates.

No further details have been given.

Crypto Assets Fund

Mize Network apparently generate revenue through crypto asset fund.

15% of the revenue generated is paid to affiliates.

Rank Achievement

Mize Network will give you bonuses depending on how much your members invest:

  • Bronze (Get others to invest €25,000 EUR) – Paid trip to a “leadership training event”
  • Silver (Get others to invest €100,000 EUR) – MacBook Pro, iPhone X and Apple watch
  • Gold (Get others to invest €350,000 EUR) –Dream trip to a “luxury destination”
  • Platinum (Get others to invest €750,000 EUR) – No details
  • Diamond (Get others to invest €1,500,000 EUR) – No details

Cost To Join Mize Network

Mize Network will run you anywhere between €50 to €25,000 EUR.

  • Light – €50 EUR
  • Beginner – €250 EUR
  • Starter – €500 EUR
  • Standard – €1000 EUR
  • Extended – €2500 EUR
  • Business – €5000 EUR
  • Premium – €10,000 EUR
  • Ultimate – €25,000 EUR

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Mize Network review…

Verdict On Mize Network

Unlike a lot of Mize Network reviews out there, I am going to call this how it is…

I call legit companies legit and I call out scams period.

I am not one of those people who calls everything a scam lol.

Anyway, let’s see how Mize Network did…

After looking at Adrian’s past history, he didn’t really promote any legit companies…

They ended up being some kind of MLM cryptocurrency scam…

Which is said…

It looks like Mize Network isn’t legal in the US because they are not registered with the SEC.

They promise ROI’s and when I looked at their traffic stats, 44% of their traffic comes from the USA.

I believe you are going to have different USA states rolling out cease and desists on Mize Network like every other crypto MLM company in the USA.

Anyway because of that, I give this the following rating:

I hope you enjoyed my Mize Network review and if you have any questions feel free to ask below…

Triple Penny Crypto Review – Legit Business or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Triple Penny Crypto Review!

I have been hearing a lot of buzz about this company lately, so it’s time for another review!

My top piece of advice for my readers and future MLM-ers is to always, always research any company you are considering joining…

The only way to know exactly what you are getting into is to learn absolutely everything you can BEFORE jumping in.

In my review, I will share the company’s history, the products and services they offer, and the compensation plan you can expect.

So, let’s get to it!

Triple Penny Crypto Company Review

Triple Penny Crypto Review

When you check out the Triple Penny Crypto website, you will see that there isn’t any information on in regards to who owns or operates the company.

I did discover that the Triple Penny Crypto website domain was registered privately as “triplepennycrypto.com” on the 25th of January, 2018.

There is a bit of confusion as to when the company actually launched…

According to sources, the website was only registered 6 months ago, but the company itself claims that they have been running the business since 2010.

Hmm…a few conflicting statements here…but let’s move on in this Triple Penny Crypto review…

Triple Penny Crypto Products

Triple Penny Crypto Products

Triple Penny Crypto does not have any retail products or services for affiliates or customers.

Affiliates who do sign up with this company can market the affiliate membership to others.

Triple Penny Crypto Compensation Plan

Affiliates who want to take advantage of the Triple Penny Crypto compensation plan must invest with the company for a monthly ROI, as follows:

  • Bitcoin Plain – Invest $5000 to $19,999.99 and receive a 20% monthly ROI
  • Bitcoin Classic – Invest $20,000 to $99,999.99 and receive a 30% monthly ROI

Referral Commissions

Referral commissions earned with Triple Penny Crypto are tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, after which each personally sponsored affiliate is put right underneath on level 1.

When a level 1 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and level creation continues like this down as many levels as are needed.

Payable unilevel team levels are capped by Triple Penny Crypto at 10.

Commissions that are earned are paid out as a percentage of the investments that are made across these 10 levels:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 8%
  • Level 2 – 4%
  • Level 3 – 2.5%
  • Level 4 – 1.5%
  • Level 5 – 1%
  • Level 6 – 0.6%
  • Level 7 – 0.35%
  • Level 8 – 0.2%
  • Level 9 – 0.1%
  • Level 10 – 0.05%

The amount of unilevel team levels that an affiliate earns referral commissions on depends on meeting the following qualification criteria:

  • Level 1 – Have a total downline of at least 30 affiliates
  • Level 2 – Have a total downline of at least 60 affiliates
  • Level 3 – Have a total downline of at least 120 affiliates
  • Level 4 – Have a total downline of at least 240 affiliates
  • Level 5 – Have a total downline of at least 480 affiliates
  • Level 6 – Have a total downline of at least 960 affiliates
  • Level 7 – Have a total down of at least 1920 affiliates
  • Level 8 – Have a total downline of at least 3840 affiliates
  • Level 9 – Have a total downline of at least 4840 affiliates
  • Level 10 – Have a total downline of at least 5840 affiliates

Rewards

Affiliates can earn rewards based on the level they qualify for in unilevel team referral commissions:

  • Qualify for level 3 = “Global Event ticket”
  • Qualify for level 4 = iPad
  • Qualify for level 5 = MacBook Pro
  • Qualify for level 6 = “Hublot”
  • Qualify for level 7 = “AEP trip to Sapporo, Japan or Colombia”
  • Qualify for level 8 = “Gold Rolex” watch
  • Qualify for level 9 = 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE coupe
  • Qualify for level 10 = Lamborghini Urus

Cost to Join Triple Penny Crypto

The cost to join Triple Penny Crypto as an affiliate is a minimum investment of $1000.

Alright next unlike all the other Triple Penny Crypto reviews out there, I am going to tell it how it is…

Pay close attention now…

Verdict on Triple Penny Crypto

You made it to the end!

And now I will share my final thoughts on Triple Penny Crypto…

And I have to say, I don’t think this company is 100% legit, and here’s why…

This company claims they are generating external ROI through cloud mining…

They say they are involved in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Dash Cloud, but where is the evidence of this?

I sure couldn’t find any.

They also claim that they have been consistently generating 40% monthly ROI…

If that’s true, then why on earth would they need to solicit investments from complete strangers on the internet?

Keep that gold nugget for yourself and get rich!

The truth is, they need new investment to meet their ROI promises made to existing affiliates…

And as most of us in the business know, when new investment is used to pay off old investors…well that’s the definition of a Ponzi scam…(1)

My advice? Think twice before investing your hard-earned dollars with this company…

Because of that, I rate this the following:

I hope you enjoyed my Triple Penny Crypto review and if you have any questions or comments, please leave them in the comments below.

Welcome to my DGold Review!

Whether you have already heard about this company before or this is the first time you have seen their name, I am glad that you are here…

Choosing whether or not to join a new MLM venture is a big decision and one that shouldn’t be made without doing your due diligence.

By reading this blog, you are ensuring that you make an informed decision when it comes to investing and making money online.

In my review of this company, I will share details about their history, products and services, compensation plan, and more.

Let’s dig right in!

DGold Review – The Company

DGold Review

DGold lists 3 Directors on their company website: Miroslav Kiš (General Director), Nikola Aleksić (Executive Director) and Dragan Davidovac (Director of Marketing).

Beyond their names, there is no more information offered about any of the directors.

DGold registered their website domain as “dgoldcurrency.com” on the 19th of February, 2018.

Accompanied by an incomplete Serbian address, DGold has “Sungazing Organization” (Sungejzing Organization) listed as its owner.

I also found that the DGold website lists Kiš as President of the Sungazing Organization.

Each of DGold’s Directors seem to be based out of Serbia, which makes sense as Serbia is also the main source of traffic to the DGold website.

The DGold website says that the company was:

made by top experts and supported by over 1700 co-founders around the world.

Behind it standing many unprofitable freelance, anti-globalization organizations, with over 200 academics, scientists and researchers from Serbia, from whole Balkan, partly of Western Europe, America, Russia, the United Emirates, China, Japan, India and the rest of the world.

I could not find any supporting evidence of these claims.

DGold Reviews – The Products

DGold Products

DGold does not have any retail products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

Those affiliates who choose to join this company can market the affiliate membership to others.

The DGold Compensation Plan

In order to take part in the company compensation plan, DGold affiliates are required to invest in DGold Coin points based on promises of future riches.

In order to develop our projects, DGold by the end of this year it can reach 25$ to 30$!

In 2019 it is very easy to reach 100$ per piece! By 2020 we expect it to reach 500$ and more!

Referral commissions earned by company affiliates are paid and tracked through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that then places each personally sponsored affiliate immediately under them on level 1.

When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues down as many levels as are needed.

Payable referral commissions are capped by the company at 5 unilevel team levels.

When affiliates earn referral commissions they are paid as a ratio of DGold Coin points that have been invested across these 5 levels:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10 coins
  • Level 2 – 5 coins
  • Level 3 – 3 coins
  • Level 4 – 2 coins
  • Level 5 – 1 coin

Cost to Join DGold

The cost to join DGold as an affiliate is free, but these free affiliates can only earn referral commissions.

In order to fully participate in the DGold compensation plan and income opportunity, affiliates must invest in DGold Coin points.

Verdict on DGold

Alright, so we have gotten to the end of my review and now I will give you my final verdict…

And what we have here ladies and gentleman is another version of an altcoin pump and dump…

DGold touts their altcoin as the next big thing in hopes that people will give them real money in exchange for completely worthless coins…

They have no value outside of the company, and the value only increases internally as long as people continue being conned into buying into it…

It’s a game of chicken…where the only people who win are the ones who get out first…

Leaving everyone else with a bunch of completely worthless points and a huge loss in their bank account…

My advice here is to think twice before investing in yet another ICO scheme…

That’s why I give this the following rating:

I hope you enjoyed my DGold review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

ZBlackCard Review – Legit Company or Huge Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my ZBlackCard Review!

Whether you’ve been on this website before and use it as your trusty navigation guide through the world of MLM or this is your first visit, I’m glad that you’ve decided to pause at our pit stop on your journey to making money.

And trust me, in MLM, when you’ve done your research, the returns can be big…

So, are you ready for the ride?

In my review, I’ll cover vital information about the company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and a final verdict with my opinion of ZBlackCard.

Without further ado, let’s get started!

ZBlackCard Review – The Company

ZBlackCards Review

A little digging revealed that ZBlackCard is run by Troy Mason out of Texas.

Interestingly enough, Mason first appeared on the MLM radar in 2013 as the CEO and President of Gas Club of America, which combined gas cards with penny auctions.

Trust me, you’re not the only one confused at the concept of this company… apparently it all fell apart only a few months later.

But Mason came back better than ever apparently as he reemerged in 2015 with Zlicense.

Zlicense focused on promoting medical sleeves that linked to a website that provided personal medical information.

The site still seems to be up and running and Mason doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon.

He came out with another branded offering known as the “Ztegrity” recently as part of his big MLM showing.

ZBlackCard Reviews – The Products

ZBlackCard products

Unlike other MLM opportunities, ZBlackCard markets a type of debit card that is “elite”, “prepaid” and for the “masses”.

Hmm, as if we haven’t heard that one before…

More specifically, in his pitch for the card, he states that he wanted to provide the same experience as a deluxe credit card without the “ridiculous fees”.

I found this snippet on their website where he specifically points out the advantages to the ZBlackCard:

  • Improves your credit score and finances
  • Let’s you drive your dream card
  • Less fees than other cards
  • Impress your associates and
  • “Boss toss it on tables”

But when I read into it in even more, I found an interesting aspect in the fine print.

Pricing upfront ranges from $60 to $500, but follows up with $60 to a potential $840 a year afterwards.

A bit steep, no?

No further information was provided about retail pricing on the website.

The ZBlackCard Compensation Plan

The ZBlackCard compensation plan pays affiliates for selling these branded deluxe cards to customers and sponsored affiliates through a 3×10 matrix.

An affiliate of ZBlackCard is placed at the very top with three positions directly under them, forming the first level.

After that, each position splits off into another three positions each and so on and so forth to create the second, third, fourth levels, and so on.

Each position in the matrix pays:

  • $1 anytime a new ZBlackCard is sold (one-time)
  • 1% on a custom card order
  • 50% on card design, card style and/or elite upgrade
  • Auto Rewards
  • Auto and Combo ZBlackCard affiliates qualify for Auto Rewards.

Of course, ZBlackCard pays Auto Rewards based on a 5×4 matrix.

These rewards then pay $1-$6 upon sponsorship of various affiliates, with the potential to even increase depending on the position in the matrix (higher could mean more money!).

A 5×4 matrix has five positions on the first level, splitting off into another five positions down a maximum of four levels:

  • Level 1 (5 positions) – $1 per position filled per month
  • Level 2 (25 positions) – $4 per position filled per month
  • Level 3 (125 positions) – $5 per position filled per month
  • Level 4 (625 positions) – $6 per position filled per month

VIP Rewards

VIP and Combo ZBlackCard affiliates receive VIP Rewards when they spend more, which seems to be the same as auto Rewards except through a 5×5 matrix at a rate of $1 paid per position to the affiliate doing the sponsoring.

Lifestyle Bonus

When affiliates are personally sponsored, they have the chance at the Lifestyle Bonus, which seems to be almost the exact same as the Auto Rewards.

It has no qualifications, especially during the first 60 days of the affiliate’s sponsorship within the company.

After that period, an affiliate MUST sponsor and keep at least 5 potential affiliates for their first 60 days…

Affiliate Rewards

ZBlackCard reward affiliates who sponsor and build teams of affiliates with 10 tiers of rewards:

  • Level 1 (sponsor and maintain at least 3 affiliates and have a total downline of 25 affiliates) – $50 movie night voucher
  • Level 2 (sponsor and maintain at least 5 affiliates and have a total downline of 50 affiliates) – $100 gas card
  • Level 3 (sponsor and maintain at least 7 affiliates and have a total downline of 100 affiliates) – “dinner for 2 at the 5-star restaurant of your choice” up to $250
  • Level 4 (sponsor and maintain at least 10 affiliates and have a total downline of 250 affiliates) – “NFL or NBA game of your choice” up to $500
  • Level 5 (sponsor and maintain at least 15 affiliates and have a total downline of 500 affiliates) – weekend in Las Vegas for two including airfare ($1000 value)
  • Level 6 (sponsor and maintain at least 20 affiliates and have a total downline of 1000 affiliates) – Carnival cruise for two including airfare ($2500 value)
  • Level 7 (sponsor and maintain at least 25 affiliates and have a total downline of 2500 affiliates) – $5000 shopping spree
  • Level 8 (sponsor and maintain at least 30 affiliates and have a total downline of 5000 affiliates) – $10,000 Rolex watch
  • Level 9 (sponsor and maintain at least 35 affiliates and have a total downline of 12,500 hundred affiliates) – all expenses paid vacation to Paris with spending money ($25,000 value)
  • Level 10 (sponsor and maintain at least 50 affiliates and have a total downline of 35,000 affiliates) – luxury car of your choice ($75,000 value)

Cost to Join ZBlackCard

The cost to join ZBlackCard is categorized into three price-points:

  • VIP Affiliate – $20 a month
  • Auto Affiliate – $50 a month
  • Combo Affiliate – $70 a month

The real difference in income potential comes in with the compensation plan, especially since only Combo affiliates are able to earn the big bucks at the end of the day with all their commissions.

Verdict on ZBlackCard

What we have here is a classic case of MLM fever – too much focus on the sponsorships and not enough on the retail products.

Now trust me, I appreciate any innovative idea that avoids the fees that are attached to credit cards, however I gotta admit this seems a bit too sketchy for me.

I mean, a retail customer purchases a ZBlackCard but any following fees are not tied to the compensation plan… In fact, they are considered to be “outside” of them.

They are literally running on only time and the monthly affiliate fees until this whole idea blows up.

When examining the $1 a month for VIP Rewards, $1 to $6 a month for Auto Rewards and then whatever the Lifestyle Bonus is, it becomes really obvious that this company needs more people purchasing the actual card than affiliates.

Otherwise, retail activity is nothing but smoke.

My advice is to ask your sponsor about the number of actual card holders…this is a good indicator of what their true focus is.

And let’s just go back to this “deluxe” card again for a sec…

Sure, it can be nice to have a card in your wallet that makes you feel like the big boss you are promised to be, but how many people really get that urge on a day-to-day basis?

Ever felt the need to throw down your card in any situation?

Nah I don’t think so.

Oh, and did I mention they used Noble 7 Crowdfunding’s logo on their custom card example?

To those who don’t know, Noble 7 was a Ponzi scheme in 2017 that saw the light of day for a very short period of time.

Sorry ZBlackCard, you just don’t seem to make the cut for me personally and I advise you guys to make sure you personally look into this company before investing any money into it.

For that reason, I rate this the following:

I hope you enjoyed my ZBlackCard review and if you have any questions feel free to ask below…

PowerNodes Review – Legit Biz Op or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my PowerNodes Review!

Now before I even begin, I know well enough that PowerNodes is tied to Mize Network, an MLM business that I have previously reviewed.

So, I definitely recommend reading up on that before getting into the nitty gritty that is PowerNodes.

Now, whether you just stumbled upon my little corner of the internet or you have come here with a purpose, there is plenty to be exposed to within the world of marketing and business.

And lucky for you, it is my job to do just that.

In my review today, I will break down this company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and end off with my perspective of PowerNodes.

Let’s just get into, shall we?!

PowerNodes Review – The Company

PowerNodes Review

After looking through multiple websites, I discovered that PowerNodes has a verrrryyyyy close association with the Mize Network… the same one that I reviewed a few days ago.

But I’m getting a bit ahead of myself here.

To start, the PowerNodes website domain has been registered as powernodes.io since the 30th of May.

When I looked into the source code of the PowerNodes domain, I found the keyword stuffing of Mize Network.

Not only that, but its logo is splattered all over the company’s information as Mize seems to be promoting PowerNodes as its “first product”.

Now, why would anyone ever want to do that? Why would I be reviewing a product of an MLM company that I’ve already looked into?

Could it be because of a certain CEO known as Adrian Jacuzzi and his intent of creating a “business within a business”?

Bingo!

Unfortunately, that is all I was really able to find out about this company so let’s just move along shall we?

PowerNodes Reviews – The Products

PowerNodes products

PowerNodes doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

But anyone wanting to sign up as an affiliate with PowerNodes can market the company affiliate membership.

The PowerNodes Compensation Plan

Just as I expected, PowerNodes can be invested into by Mize Network affiliates with the reward of “daily payments”.

What exactly that means, well I’m not too sure…

Recruitment Commissions

The affiliates of PowerNodes earn a 5% commission on the funds that are invested by the affiliates they sponsor.

These are known as residual recruitment commissions and these can be reinvested into the company and tracked through a unilevel compensation structure.

The first level of the structure is made up of the first sponsored affiliates, who are then followed by those who are sponsored by each individual affiliate after that.

HOWEVER, there is a catch…

The company caps off the commissions at nine levels.

Commissions are paid out in percentage terms across the nine levels as followed:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 3%
  • Levels 2 and 3 – 3%
  • Levels 4 to 6 – 2%
  • Levels 7 to 9 – 1%

Residual Commissions

PowerNodes pays residual commissions through a binary compensation structure, which just means that each affiliate is expected to sponsor up to 2 new affiliates in each new level of the structure.

Positions in the binary team can be filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, but unlike the residual recruitment commissions, there is no limit to the number of levels.

At the end of each day, the concentration of new investments must be calculated at a rate of 70% of funds invested that day, and affiliates then earn 10% of matched funds on the weaker side of the binary structure.

Leftover funds on the stronger side are carried over and used the very next day.

Matching Bonus

PowerNodes affiliates can earn a 5% Matching Bonus on residual commissions, paid out using the same unilevel compensation structure as above, but capping off at 5 levels.

Cost to Join PowerNodes

The cost to join PowerNodes is not revealed on their website, nor is their investment possibilities.

What a shame, however for the sake of having straws to grasp, let’s just assume that the Mize Network membership is a requirement.

That means that one would have to pay €50 to €25,000 EUR, followed by the purchasing of PowerNodes investments after that.

Verdict on PowerNodes

PowerNodes is as secretive and mysterious as its name…. despite having written an entire article on it, it fails to truly disclose its vision and purpose for its affiliates.

A quick trip to the website also shows us that they have nothing corporate revealed on it, making it seem as if it not associated with Mize Network.

But we know better than that of course.

PowerNodes’ sister, Mize Networks, just seems to be another scam waiting to go belly up, and so this could be the ‘contingency’ or rather ‘back-up’ plan for the affiliates.

I mean, listen to the sketchiness that seems to be Adrian Jacuzzi (CEO of Mize Networks). Prior to his company, he was heavily marketing Pool Miners, but when it collapsed, the affiliates were juggled around until they ended up at Infinitum Flame.

But he’s a smart fellow. All he needs is the introduction of another product (whether it be through PowerNodes or not) for him to keep the interest of all affiliates high.

And keep the money rolling in even if affiliates are not getting it.

But going back to PowerNodes really quick, all I really got from their claims is the idea that they are mining some ERC-20 token that they have created. But there are no other details provided about said token.

But hey, at least we know there are approximately 170 million of them.

But this token could also be providing Mize Network the power to be potentially be eroding ROI liability at will. I mean as long as the image stays as hopeful and prosperous as they make it seem, why would they not do so?

The tokens could just double as ‘income opportunity’ eventually.

It’s just personalized cryptocurrency at its best – A Bitcoin wannabe in the MLM world.

Its promise to “increase in value” just further adds to Jacuzzi’s lack of credibility, especially since he could potentially be operating illegally on a global standard.

After all, he is not registered to offer securities to anyone. (1)

This company just seems to move closer and closer to the pyramid fraud territory at every step and it shouldn’t be too long until we see “evidence” that tries to convince us otherwise. (2)

Don’t be fooled folks.

We’ve seen the promising words of MLM crypto cloud mining and I advise you all to steer clear unless you know without a doubt that it will bring returns.

Otherwise you’re essentially just flushing your money down a toilet.

For that reason, I rate this the following:

I hope you enjoyed my PowerNodes review and if you have any questions feel free to ask below….

Welcome to my Ma Vie international Club Review!

Breaking into the world of MLM can be daunting if you don’t know the works and behind-the-scene details.

But trust me, it can also be the very thing that thrusts you into the business world and forces you to face challenges that you never thought you would…

That is where I come in.

I like to consider myself the guide to your MLM experience and the teacher that hones your business saavy, so that eventually you can make smarter decisions on what to do with your money.

In my review, we will be going over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and then follow it up with a final verdict with my opinion.

My #1 Recommendation Click Here

So, let’s get started!

Ma Vie International Club Review – The Company

ma vie international club review

Before we begin, I would like to point out that Ma Vie International Club and MaVie and separate companies.

Now, with that said, a bit of research revealed to me that this company’s website domain was registered as mavieint.com on the 13th of April.

But it gets fishy from there, mostly because the address itself is located within Mauritius, and is suspiciously the same as multiple other businesses.

So that brings up the question, are they even physically in Mauritius?

And the cherry on top of all of this is definitely the fact that at the time that this blog is going up, Ma Vie International Club is not taking any affiliates from outside of South Africa.

Doesn’t it just seem as if they are operating out of South Africa?

Ma Vie International Club does have a notable connection to Black Marlin, especially since its website advertises the company as a “premium savings plan”.

However, don’t take this lightly! The Black Marlin Group exists under many names and the Mauritius Services Commission (FSC) has issued warnings against most of them for fraudulence of regulation…

In fact, they were taken off the Register of Companies list in 2015.

Yikes, right?

Alright, let’s keep it moving…

Ma Vie International Club Reviews – The Products

Ma Vie International Club doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

But anyone wanting to sign up as an affiliate with the company are encouraged to market affiliate membership to others.

The Ma Vie International Club Compensation Plan

Ma Vie International Club affiliates invest funds based on the aspect of a variable monthly ROI categorized like so:

  • Category 1 – Invest $100 to $1000 and receive a variable daily ROI for 12 months
  • Category 2 – Invest $1001 to $5000 and receive a variable daily ROI for 10 months plus 0.1% daily bonus rate
  • Category 3 – Invest $5001 to $10,000 and receive a variable daily ROI for 8 months plus 0.2% daily bonus rate
  • Category 4 – Invest $10,001 to $20,000 and receive a variable daily ROI for 6 months plus 0.25% daily bonus rate
  • Category 5 – Invest $20,001 to $40,000 and receive a variable daily ROI for 4 months plus 0.3% daily bonus rate
  • Category 6 – Invest $40,001 or more and receive a variable daily ROI for 4 months plus 0.35% daily bonus rate

Ma Vie International Club pay referral commissions on invested funds down three levels of unilevel sponsorship:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored members) – 4.5%
  • Level 2 – 3%
  • Level 3 – 2%

Referral commissions are paid out over three months from the date of investment.

Cost to Join Ma Vie International Club

The cost to join Ma Vie International Club is free, but it should be noted that free affiliates can only earn referral commissions.

Full income opportunity requires a minimum $100 investment from the incoming affiliate.

Verdict on Ma Vie International Club

Ma Vie International Club is an interesting MLM opportunity – they try to pass themselves as this exclusive investment club that is basically a gateway for products with buckets of returns and benefits.

Surprise, surprise. There is no evidence to prove this as so.

On their website they have provided the following snippet of information for potential affiliates to work with:

“Our service providers do not deal with the public and do not have the capacity to deal with queries and inquiries.”

Even the compensation plan seems to mirror an ICO lending Ponzi scheme, despite not having a current functioning ICO token to offer.

It wouldn’t be a shock if they did soon though.

It’s your basic MLM model that they’re offering… affiliates invest with the intent of ROI for as many days as they, or rather the company, provides.

But really, they’re only making money from new affiliate investment to pay off existing members. (1)

I wouldn’t be too shocked to see this fall through within a couple months, especially if they continue in the same direction towards Ponzi schemes that they are doing right now.

That is why I rate this the following:

Bitsolives Review – Legit Company or Just Another Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Bitsolives Review!

We all know that trying out new business opportunities can be a bit scary and nerve-wracking…

But do not worry! I’m here to help you wade through all the rip-off scams that litter the MLM world in order to find the gems to invest your money in.

After all, good decisions are made with good research and effort.

In this review, I will cover information regarding this company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and a final verdict with my opinion of Bitsolives.

So, let’s get started!

Bitsolives Review – The Company

Bitsolives Review

I had to do some deep digging into the origins of Bitsolives to get the information for you guys, which seems to already be somewhat worrisome.

The website domain was registered as bitsolives.com on the 10th of March, listing Mohsin Jameel as the CEO of the company.

But it seems that Mohsin may have landed himself in some hot water…

According to the Tribune India, he has a long history of being involved in scams.

To sum it all up, Mohsin was the CEO of a company that was accused of duping investors of about 10,000 crores ($1.5 billion) in India, along with continually floating up to seven companies, including Crown Coin.

The Enforcement Directorate and Punjab Police became involved soon enough when it became apparent that not all the operations were being…well operated legally.

He has already been caught red-handed in fraudulent activities, specifically the Zuflo Ponzi Scheme, but maybe he just hasn’t learned his lesson yet.

He still can’t be located, remains a fugitive, and continues to be hunted down by Indian authorities.

Yikes, Mohsin. You really did mess up there.

Other than that, I wasn’t able to find any further information about the company itself…so let’s move on…

Bitsolives Reviews – The Products

bitsolives products

Bitsolives doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

But anyone wanting to sign up as an affiliate with Bitsolives can market the company affiliate membership.

Anyway, here is a video I did on the best ways to make money online.

The Bitsolives Compensation Plan

Bitsolives affiliates can invest from €200 to €10,000 with a return of ROI over the course of 20 months:

  • Silver – Invest €200 EUR and receive a €320 EUR ROI
  • Gold – Invest €1000 EUR and receive a €2000 EUR ROI
  • Platinum – Invest €5000 EUR and receive a €12,000 EUR ROI
  • Diamond – Invest €10,000 EUR and receive a €30,000 EUR ROI

We should note that all ROI/commissions payments are paid with bitcoin and buxcoin points at a 30/70 ratio.

Buxcoin, which are held by Bitsolives for 180 days, are returned to affiliates with a 25% point bonus through a 4:1 ratio.

It just means that for every $1 made, an affiliate will also make 4 buxcoins.

Recruitment Commissions

Bitsolives provides affiliates the chance to sponsor new affiliates with commissions being paid on the amount each new affiliate invests into the company as seen below:

  • Silver affiliates receive a 6% recruitment commission
  • Gold affiliates receive an 8% recruitment commission
  • Platinum and Diamond affiliates receive a 10% recruitment commission

Residual Commissions

Bitsolives pay residual commissions through a binary compensation structure, where an affiliate is placed at the top and splits off into two sides (meaning they can sponsor up to two new affiliates in each subsequent level).

So for instance, the second level would have two positions that could branch off into four positions in the third level.

Affiliates are then paid based on the concentration of new investments generated on the weaker side of the binary.

How much of a percentage is paid out is determined again by how much a Bitsolives affiliate has invested:

  • Silver affiliates are paid 6%, capped at €5000 EUR a week
  • Gold affiliates are paid 8%, capped at €10,000 EUR a week
  • Platinum affiliates are paid 10%, capped at €15,000 EUR a week
  • Diamond affiliates are paid 12%, capped at €25,000 a week

There is also a Super Diamond rate that supposedly exists, but I couldn’t really find anything about it.

Matching Bonus

Like other crypto MLMs, Bitsolives provides a Matching Bonus through a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places every personally sponsored affiliate immediately under them on level 1.

When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues down as many levels as are allowed.

Bitsolives caps the unilevel system at seven levels.

The Matching Bonus is paid out on residual commissions as shown below:

  • Silver affiliates earn a 10% match on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Gold affiliates earn a 10% match on levels 1 to 3
  • Platinum affiliates earn a 10% match on levels 1 to 3 and 5% on levels 4 and 5
  • Diamond affiliates earn a 10% match on levels 1 to 3 and 5% on levels 4 to 7

Cost to Join Bitsolives

Bitsolives affiliate membership costs anywhere between €200-€10,000, like so:

  • Silver – €200 EUR
  • Gold – €1000 EUR
  • Platinum – €5000 EUR
  • Diamond – €10,000 EUR

The difference with each affiliate membership has to do with how much income can be earned through the compensation plan.

Verdict on Bitsolives

Bitsolives seems to prize itself as a marketing partner of Buxcoin, in the most “pain-free experience and fastest transaction” as possible.

I smell something fishier occurring over here.

Buxcoin may have just been set up by Mohsin Jameel himself, as it is a non-publicly traded alternative coin that has latched onto Bitsolives at the arm.

I couldn’t even find any external information about Buxcoin, except on Cashfinex with a very vague tagline.

Needless to say, I’d even go as far as to say that Cashfinex seems to be set up only for Buxcoin, all operating within the same playing field to trap affiliates in.

I mean, at the end of the day, all it really serves as is an ROI withdrawal platform to take money from those who have invested into them.

While the company does claim to generate ROI through crypto trading, it begs the question…

Where is the proof?!

For all we know, Bitsolives could just be taking new investments and just paying off existing investors, making it more like a Ponzi scheme.

And when you count in the sketchy past of the CEO, who has been tangled in scams as far back as 2010 with Capital Consultant, it just seems that he is trying to grasp onto new ways to scam people.

Sign up, invest, wait, take money.

And once the volume of affiliates investing dies down, Mohsin packs up and moves on.

For all we know, he could be controlling the value of Buxcoin on Cashfinex, keeping it as low as $0, which means that the investors could be making nothing in commissions.

So, maybe keep your money safe folks and don’t invest your time or effort into this long-winded scam.

That is why I rate it the following:

I hope you enjoyed my Bitsolives review and if you have any questions feel free to ask below….

AirBit Club Review – Legit Business in 2018 or Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my AirBit Club Review!

There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to find out what it was all about…

Maybe someone approached you about the business opportunity or you were spammed on social media…

Whatever the case may be, you are here because you want to make sure this company is actually legit right?

There are so many people jump into business opportunities without doing their research…

Then they get BURNED big time.

So don’t get burned and actually read this blog post all the way through…

I will be going over the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not…

AirBit Club Review

AirBit Club Review – The Company

The company was founded late 2015…

The founders of the company are Renato Rodriquez and Gutemberg dot Santos who have been involved with similar business opportunities before…

Both of them were involved with wcm777 and ViziNova that have been red flagged to be Ponzi schemes…

I know not a good start so far, but maybe they turned it around right?

That’s all the information on the company history…

Next, let’s take a look at the products inside of this Airbit Club review…

AirBit Club Reviews – The Products

AirBit Club gives you the opportunity to buy BitCoins and other cypto currencies and trade them in the marketplace.

So you buy them low and sell them high is the name of the game here…

AirBits Club gives you the tools to trade this effectively…

Affiliates can also market this membership to earn commissions on…

Other companies I reviewed are MyEcon, Jeunesse and Kyani.

Next…

Let’s take a look at the compensation plan inside of this Airbit Club review…

Airbit Club Compensation Plan

Like all network marketing companies, you get paid commissions to refer people in the business…

There are three levels you can get into Airbit Club…

Half of this fee goes to paying affiliates, the other for actual bitcoin mining.

  • Executive – $250
  • Corporate – $500
  • Pro – $1000

You get 20% commissions and you recruit someone in the business.

There are also ROI’s for investments up to 300 times.

Depending on the level you came in, you can get an ROI within 150 to 300 days.

Also, the AirBit Compensation plan says between 0.2% and 1.2% of funds invested are paid out daily.

Every 75 day ROI, there is a renewal fee which is charged at the rate of 35%.

Commissions are paid through both a binary and 3×18 comp plan.

In the 3×18 compensation plan, there are 581 million positions.

You get paid $10 commission one time when a position is filled.

When you come in the Executive level ($250) you are capped at 3 levels in the matrix.

Corporate ($500) members are capped at seven levels and the PRO ($1000) can earn on all eighteen levels.

Now in the binary plan, you get two legs…

And you get paid on points, once you collect 200 points on both legs, you get $20 commission.

  • Executive ($250) – 200 points – Capped at $500 per day
  • Corporate ($500) – 400 points – Capped at $1000 per day
  • Pro ($1000) – 900 points – Capped at $10,000 per day

Cost To Join AirBit Club

The affiliate membership is $50 per month plus one of the packages below:

  • Executive – $250
  • Corporate – $500
  • Pro – $1000

Only difference between these packages really is the income potential that’s about it…

AirBit Club Review – The Verdict

The biggest issue I personally have is the fact they give you ROI when you invest with them…

This means they are required to register with a securities regulator…

The website doesn’t indicate they are either…

Just for the heads up, these guys are not affiliated with airBITZ bitcoin wallet…

Also there is a possibility that while bitcoin mining is taking place, they are reusing newly invested funds to payout existing investors.

This would make this a ponzi scheme.

Well maybe I am wrong right?

This is a very similar to Renato Rodriguez ViziNova which collasped…

Anyway everyone, I hope you enjoyed my AirBit Club review and if you have any questions or comments leave them below and I would love to see them…

And what do you guys think?

Is this Legit or a scam by the information you read so far?

Overall I rate this the following:

Welcome to my Elevacity Review!

There has been some buzz about this company recently so I decided to investigate…

I noticed a lot of up then and down… then kind of up again in Google Trends below:

It looks like it peaked in October of 2014 then took a huge dump until July 2015…

Then took another nose dive until February 2016…

Anyway, chances are you were approached by someone in personal or in social media and now you want to know what this company is all about right?

Trust me, you made the right choice of actually doing your research so you don’t get burned…

I am not saying this company will burn you, but there a lot of people out there that have been burned…

Let’s dive in shall we so you don’t get burned… lol.

elevacity review

Elevacity Review – The Company

The CEO and founder of Elevacity is a man named Robert Oblon which is located in the State of Taxes, USA.

It looks like the company launched in 2014 and prior to this, Oblon  was the president of World Ventures where he held a 5% ownership stake.

World Ventures is another travel based MLM company that has been out for a while…

I think the only one that has lasted more than 5 years.

In 2011, it looks like World Ventures file a lawsuit against Oblon and Travopoly (another company).

It looks like the lawsuit didn’t stick and Oblon left World Ventures.

In 2015, FourOceans Global was born and is offered through Elevacity…

Also, Travopoly is also offered on their site…

Alright, now let’s get into the products inside of this Elevacity review…

Elevacity Reviews – The Product

Elevacity provides access to a vacation portal which is attached to Travopoly.

From there, both affiliates and customers can book travel vacations a ta discount.

Also, they talk about a revolutionary product called Meridium…

Thought leading doctors and scientists have come together to create one-of-a-kind products to elevate your health.

Available exclusively through our network of Partners dedicated to changing the way you feel! Join the movement today.

By getting rid of the free radicals, users are able to maintain a beautiful and ageless skin surface for years to come.

Timeless

Timeless is an all-natural and safe skincare solution that tightens the skin for effective anti-aging. The formula has outstanding firming effects and with regular use, it leads to greater elasticity and skin strength.

The technology in this formula is not only proven to work, but it has been praised by its users to work well. In particular, users love the water-based gel solution that is lightweight and easy on the skin.

Pure

Pure is a mineral-based detoxifying solution that comes in liquid form. The product is infused with volcanic minerals that enhance, strengthen, and cleanse the body from harmful substance that may detract from one’s overall health. Further, the formula is gentle on the body, unlike other solutions on the market.

Elevate Tub

Elevate, which comes in both Tub and Stick form, is a formula that truly is a comprehensive solution to higher energy, weight loss, and better health. This is a dark-roasted Columbian coffee bland with nutritional supplements to enhance one’s cognitive function and mood throughout the day.

With each of these outstanding products, many are able to get the health support that they need to lead a better quality of life. These solutions work well and effective on a daily basis and when used as directed.

Other product based companies are The Super Affiliate Network, Kyani and Jeunesse.

Interestingly, I found some of their product on Amazon.

So if you want to try them out without getting involved just yet…

Check Out Elevacity Products On Amazon Here

Alright, let’s get into the compensation plan next inside of this Elevacity review…

Elevacity Compensation Plan

Your probably thinking…

Show me the money right?

There are lots of bits and pieces to their compensation plan, so I found a video that gives a good overview…

Now this video is done by an affiliate and will be biased.

It’s for educational purposes only…

Elevacity Comp Plan Video

Cost To Join Elevacity

There is a one time free of $49.97 and if you want to be paid commissions, there is another $25 per month fee.

Elevacity Review – The Verdict

Overall, the company seems to be legit…

Only thing that concerns me is the Google Trends and why it has been very inconsistent…

Now this is one of the better travel mlm companies specially compared to the one I reviewed called Thanda Travel

Again, if you feel it’s for you then give it shot…

But then again, they have now added health products that could be promising.

The best thing to do is try out the products yourself and see how they make you feel.

Overall, rate this company the following:

Hodl Game Review – Legit Opportunity or Crypto Ponzi Scam? Find Out…

Welcome to my Hodl Game Review!

There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to take a look to see what it was all about…

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Find out if this is legit or another crypto ponzi scam…

Before we dive in, check out this free ebook that will help you build any business online (limited copies).

Hodl Game Company Review

Hodl game review

Hodl Game is a brand new company and I noticed there isn’t any information on who runs the company.

I do know that the Hodl Game website domain “hodlgame.net” was privately registered on July 13th, 2018.

Other than that, there isn’t any information…

Heck, I even checked out social media as well.

Not sure why they aren’t open about themselves…

Anyway, let’s take a look at the products next inside of this Hodl Game review…

Hodl Game Products

hodl game products

Hodl Game doesn’t have any retail products or services, but I did notice a few things.

When you join, you can get display ad products:

You will receive 300 laser targeted ad displays for your initial purchase and receive more as our automated system upgrades you to higher payouts and matching bonuses..(1)

Another thing they say is their website does all the telling and selling:

Modern, crisp, clean, website and video do all of the sifting, sorting, telling and selling for you.  Just place your affiliate site in front of as many eye-balls as you can.  We do the rest.

What is HODL GAME?

According to their website, Hodl Game is an advertising platform where you can use Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin.

Members are compensated by sharing this concept and platform to others (through their ad sales).

All of the earnings are paid directly to the member’s wallet of choice.

However, there are no refunds.

Let’s check out the compensation plan next inside of this HODL Game review…

Hodl Game Compensation Plan

Hodl game pays you commissions through a 9 tier 1×4 matrix cycler plan.

Every time you sponsor 4 members, you cycle out of the tier to the next and earn a commission.

This is what it all looks like across all 9 tiers below:

  • Level 1 (Positions cost $10) – $10 commission and cycles into level 2
  • Level 2 – $20 commission and cycles into level 3
  • Level 3 – $50 commission, generates a new level 1 position and cycles into level 4
  • Level 4 – $50 commission and cycles into level 5
  • Level 5 – $125 commission and cycles into level 6
  • Level 6 – $150 commission, generates a new level 4 position and cycles into level 7
  • Level 7 – $200 commission and cycles into level 8
  • Level 8 – $500 commission and cycles into level 9
  • Level 9 – $1100 commission and generates a new level 7 position

You can also get a 100% cycle matching bonus on your personally sponsored members.

Cost To Join Hodl Game

HODL GAME membership will run you at least $10 for a cycler position.

All payments are in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin.

Why Negative HODL Game Reviews?

There could be two reasons why you see negative Hodl Game reviews out there.

One could be the fact the person is trying to sell their opportunity and call everything a scam (I am sure you ran into these type of people).

Two, it could really be a scam and the writer wants to warn you.

Now, I have nothing against selling your own product to members, but don’t call things a scam if it’s not.

Call it how it is…

You have more credibility this way 🙂

Anyway, back to this Hodl Game review…

Verdict On Hodl Game Review

After doing a thorough investigation on Hodl Game, it looks like this is another one of those ponzi cyclers.

They don’t have real retail products or services and no refunds either.

Basically you purchase positions in the matrix and get other people to do the same (ponzi scheme). (2)

The problem with this is once recruitment slows down, there goes the compensation plan lol.

So far I haven’t noticed any legit MLM companies in the cryptocurrency space…

Someone really needs to step up…

Because of that, I rate this the following:

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my Hodl Game Review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below in the comments.

Welcome to my Xpirient Review!

It’s possible that you could have heard about this company because of the hype currently around it, or perhaps you just stumbled upon it and now you want to know more.

Well, that’s the very reason for this blog!

I want to make sure that each of you feels confident in making a good investment decision without any hesitation…

In today’s review, I will be breaking down Xpirient’s company history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, as well as my verdict on it.

Let’s get started!

Xpirient Review – The Company

xpirient review

Xpirient provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

Xpirient was created by a man named Chris Kent, as extensive research revealed….

Interestingly enough, I had to dig into his Facebook profile to discover that he identifies himself as the founder and owner of Xpirient…

But for some reason, this information is not disclosed on the website domain, which was registered as xpirient.com on the 12th of September last year.

Apparently, before he founded this company, he was the International Marketing Director of WorldVentures.

I had to go even further to find out that the residential area of Xpirient is claimed to be in Florida, specifically Hillsborough County…

Check out other companies like Jeunesse and Elevacity.

Xpirient Review – The Products

xpirient products

Xpirient charges $499.99 initially, and then $99.99 a month for access to a third-party discount travel booking engine, however details are not found on their website about how it works.

The Xpirient Compensation Plan

Xpirient takes a pretty traditional route when it comes to sponsoring new affiliates… sign up, pay fees, start sponsoring.

Commissions are also paid out accordingly…

Xpirient Affiliate Ranks

There are 12 affiliate ranks within the Xpirient compensation plan, as outlined below:

  • Consultant – Sign up as an Xpirient affiliate and continue to pay monthly membership fees
  • Associate – Generate and maintain $100 GV a month and sponsor and maintain at least one retail customer or Consultant
  • Marketer – Generate and maintain at least $2000 GV a month and sponsor and maintain at least two retail customers and/or Consultants

  • Diamond Executive – Generate and maintain at least $500,000 GV a month and maintain at least four retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants
  • Crown Executive – Generate and maintain at least $1,000,000 GV a month and maintain at least four retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants

GV means “Group Volume”, which is the volume of sales generated in a unilevel team with both retail member and sponsored affiliates fees.

When you actually look even closer, you’ll be note that the jump from Partner to Sapphire Executive limits the GV qualification to 50% or less from any single unilevel team.

There is also a 40% decrease from Ruby to Sapphire…

Sponsorship and Retail Commissions

Affiliates of this company are paid retail and sponsorship commissions based on total volume generated each week as listed below:

  • Generate up to $1000 in new volume in a week and receive a 10% retail and sponsorship commission rate
  • Generate $1001 to $2000 in new volume in a week and receive a 15% retail and sponsorship commission rate
  • Generate $2001 or more in new volume in a week and receive a 20% retail and sponsorship commission rate

Sponsorship Bonuses

Xpirient affiliates who sponsor and maintain 4 Consultant ranked affiliates receive a $99.99 Sponsorship Bonus each month they do so.

If they can gain $2500 in newly sponsored affiliate fees within a month, they receive an additional $300 bonus.

The income opportunity of a $300 bonus can be earned multiple times, based on the earnings of newly sponsored fees as stated above.

Residual Commissions

Xpirient also pays residual commissions through a traditional unilevel compensation structure that caps off at 6 levels.

And as usual it’s just your typical structure with an affiliate at the top that branches off to another level of affiliates and so on.

Hit up my other blogs if you want more information about this.

Residual commissions are paid out as a percentage of sales, as seen below:

  • Associates earn 5% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Marketers earn 5% on levels 1 and 2
  • Ambassadors earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on level 3
  • Partners earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on levels 3 and 4
  • Directors earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on levels 3 to 5
  • Executives and higher earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on levels 3 to 6

Generational Bonus

Sapphire Executive and higher ranked affiliates can qualify for a Generational Bonus.

Now a “generation” in this case (which sounds confusing, I know), is when a Sapphire Executive or higher ranked affiliate is found in a leg, which means that would become the first “generation”, followed by a second, third, fourth…

The leg is part of the unilevel team level…

If no other Sapphire Executive or higher ranked affiliates are found in that leg, then the second generation just extends itself.  Or if there are too many in the leg, they get cut off and grouped into the next leg.

With this, Xprient affiliates can earn an additional percentage on volume generated across seven generations in their unilevel team:

  • Sapphire Executives earn 4% on up to three generations
  • Ruby Executives earn 4% on up to four generations
  • Emerald Executives earn 4% on up to five generations
  • Diamond Executives earn 4% on up to six generations
  • Crown Executives earn 4% on up to seven generations

Xceleration Bonus

The Xceleration Bonus is a 2% volume bonus on newly created unilevel legs, paid out on the first 60 day of a newly generated leg.

It continues down 3 levels of sponsorship.

Lifestyle Bonus

The Lifestyle Bonus is paid monthly based on monthly GV production as seen:

  • Generate $4000 GV a month and receive a $200 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $8000 GV a month and receive a $400 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $15,000 GV a month and receive a $600 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $30,000 GV a month and receive an $800 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $60,000 GV a month and receive a $1200 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $120,000 GV a month and receive a $2500 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $250,000 GV a month and receive a $5000 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $500,000 GV a month and receive a $10,000 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $1,000,000 GV a month and receive a $25,000 Lifestyle Bonus

Leadership Bonus Pool

The Leadership Bonus Pool is exclusively open to Emerald Executive and higher ranked affiliates.

Here, they offer 2% of monthly company-wide sales volume as commission in the Leadership Bonus Pool

These higher ranked affiliates receive shares in the Leadership Bonus Pool as seen:

  • Emerald – one share
  • Diamond – two shares
  • Crown – four shares

But it is important to note that an additional share per unilevel leg from the fourth leg onwards with a Ruby Executive or higher ranked affiliate is also given.

Cost to Join Xpirient

The cost to join Xpirient is the initial $499.99 and then $99.99 a month that comes with affiliate membership.

After two months, Xpirient affiliates will also begin to be charged an additional $9.99 for entry to their back office, marketing office, and other resources.

Verdict on Xpirient

Now, this MLM opportunity seems all fine and dandy at first. It’s interesting, it has multiple layers, and a lot of income opportunity as they claim.

But isn’t it supposed to be a travel-based business?

WHERE IS THE TRAVEL?

The commissions that have literally nothing to do with their niche just confuse those investing their money into it.

And even then, the compensation plan seems to lack details about ‘sponsoring’ an affiliate… to me, it just seems like a bunch of lists with rankings of how much you pay.

It seems that Xpirient only pays bonuses and commissions on products/services sold, not for sponsorship for services sold, as the company tries to maintain.

It seems contradicting, especially since they posted this on their website about commissions and sponsorships:

The enrollment of a new member is treated uniquely.

When a new member is enrolled by a consultant, their initiation fees and their first month dues which are collected up front, are collectively referred to as Personal Enrollment Volume.

Enrollment, sponsorship, whatever. It’s the same thing regardless of what you call it.

Also, it’s interesting that the retail price of $499.99 that must be paid initially costs the same as affiliate membership, despite the former being product/service-based.

The only way I would say this company could be legit is if there was more money being generated from customers rather than members and sponsorships, but who would pay $499.99 upfront without information…

I sure wouldn’t!

My bet is once sales volume slows down from lack of sponsorship, this business is bound to collapse on itself.

I don’t want to waste any more of your time folks… my best suggestion, take a look at the website yourself. As far as I saw, it’s scarce and lacks what other MLM opportunities could potentially offer.

I hope you enjoyed my Xpirient review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below…

Welcome to my Nui Review!

Whether you’re here because you just stumbled upon my humble blog or because someone recommended it to you, I’m glad that you are!

It’s the first step towards entering the world of MLM and fine-tuning the business skills I know you already have inside of you…

And on this site, you can find all my reviews and humble opinions when it comes to various companies, including the one I am breaking down for you today!

Today, I shall be diving into this company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, as well as my final verdict on it.

So, shall we?

Nui Review – The Company

Nui review

The origin of Nui seems to lay in another failed MLM company from two years ago known as Divvee.

Divvee came under a lot of scrutiny mostly because once it had failed, it tried to come back as a mobile app promotion platform with unregistered securities.

That’s a big no-no in MLM…

Last year, Divvee ended up merging with Hodo Global which then created Nui, focusing on cryptocurrency related unregistered securities.

I’m hesitant to talk up the company too soon though….

It seems that a bit of digging revealed a securities cease and desist issued from the Texas Securities Board to this company.

Nui has promised to comply, but somehow, they keep restructuring and trying to push out this notice…

That’s about all I could find about the company’s history, so let’s move on!

Nui Review – The Products

nui products

Nui doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

However, anyone wanting to sign up as an affiliate with Nui can market the company affiliate membership.

Nui affiliate membership provides access to:

  • Core and Reach (part of Symatri, which enables affiliates to acquire Kala tokens)
  • “1-year training”
  • Nui Blockchain Education and
  • access to the Mintage Mining passive ROI opportunity (costs an additional $500)

But of course, we will get into that a bit later in this blog.

The Nui Compensation Plan

As most MLM companies do, Nui seems to follow a certain formula of sponsorship…

It all starts when affiliates sign up, pay a base fee, and then begin to sponsor other affiliates to do the same…

Simple enough, right?

BUT, this company’s compensation plan includes elements such as the Kala investment through Core and Reach, and direct investments into Mintage Mining (which I will break down below).

Commission Qualification

In order to take advantage of the income opportunity, an affiliate has to be active within the company’s operations…

And for that to happen, you have to meet these qualifications from the snippet I got online:

“To be active, you must have an active subscription order and have either a $100 Mintage Mining agreement, purchase of a Kala Rig, or 1,000 points in CORE per month.

A Mintage Mining agreement and Kala Rig purchase makes you active for 52 weeks.”

Recruitment Commissions

When sponsored affiliates pay their $150 yearly fee, the sponsors receive a residual recruitment commission of $30.

This commission is paid through a 3×10 matrix, where one affiliate at the top (first level) can sponsor up to three people (who make the second level).

And so on and so forth, as each new affiliate has another three positions to place newly sponsored affiliates…

The positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of new Nui affiliates.

The company takes $30 from the annual fees and splits the commissions 10% over 10 levels, which just means that there is commission of $3 per level.

As long as affiliates stay active, money keeps rolling in for this company.

Investment Commissions

Investment into Kala equipment and Mintage Mining pays direct and residual commissions to affiliates of the company as well.

But note this:

  • The Kala direct commission rate is not disclosed
  • Kala residual commissions (exact amounts are not disclosed) are paid out 10% on each level of the 3×10 matrix.
  • Mintage Mining investment attracts a 10% direct commission
  • 20% of Mintage Mining investment is paid out residually through the 3×10 matrix (2% per level)

Core Commissions

The Core platform provides Nui affiliates with offers and activities to complete.

In return, they get the opportunity to earn Kala tokens.

I’m gonna be honest, I wasn’t able to find a lot about these “tokens”.

But, commissions that are generated through core activity are split between the affiliate and nine levels (referred to as “upline levels” that means they are basically reverse unilevel).

Cost to Join Nui

Nui affiliate membership is available at five price-points:

  • Free – no cost
  • Member – $15 a month
  • Pro – $1150 (includes $1000 Mintage Mining investment position)
  • Elite – $2650 (includes $2500 Mintage Mining investment position)
  • Executive – $6700 (includes $2500 Mintage Mining investment position and purchase of Kala mining rig)
  • Premiere – invitation only, costs not disclosed

General affiliate membership costs a base fee of $150 a year.

Verdict on Nui

Nui seems to have a bad habit they cannot rid themselves of – and that has to do with “pseudo-compliance” …

In even simpler terms, it just means that they follow regulation whenever it is convenient and forget it the other half of the time.

And that includes seeming to manipulate their affiliates to pay a $500 fee if they wish to invest in Mintage Mining.

Oops! Did I forget to mention what Mintage Mining exactly is? You’ll have to forgive me, I probably forgot in this whirlwind of information…

Essentially, those who invest in this company are provided an Ant Router mining rig, which is capable of mining a small amount of LiteCoin (another type of crypto) each day…

So, the base of this company is made up of unregistered securities while everything above that is commissionable fees…. It’s easy to see why they are in such a rut now.

And while we’re on the topic, let’s just see what’s up with the cease and desist claim.

It doesn’t matter what the company is offering to affiliates… it seems that all these investments are only being fueled by the expectation of passive ROI.

Earlier on, there was an official Nui webinar held by hosts Jim Paré and Casey Combden who tried to break down the $500 Mintage Mining Fee by saying this:

A lot of people say, “Well why do we have to pay $500 to (access Mintage Mining)?

You’re not paying anything. You’re putting your money into a mining unit and you’re getting paid on it. It’s not money coming out of your pocket, it’s… we’re not allowed to say investment but that’s the closest thing I can say.

That really means that Nui is tied down to the ROI expectation, leaving them simply two options:

They can either abandon the current ROI model and start again…

OR

They can register with SEC and provide full disclosure.

But they don’t seem to want to do that…so what is left is a pretty risky investment opportunity…

I hope you enjoyed my Nui review and if you have any questions feel free to ask below….
