Daily Freedom Challenge Review – The Company

Daily Freedom Challenge Review

For some odd reason, Daily Freedom Challenge doesn’t give you any information on who runs or owns the company.

I checked out the domain registration on dailyfreedomchallenge.com and found out it was privately registered January 5th, 2019.

I looked at some of the affiliates promoting this company and noticed they all mentioned Clifford Gholston as the owner.

Some of the companies he has promoted in the past are CryptoBitX, Appi Travels, CryptoGenX, Karatbars International, VidCommX, Penny Matrix and AdExperts.

Daily Freedom Challenge is run out of Missouri, United States.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s take a look at the products next…

Daily Freedom Challenge Reviews – The Products

  • Matrix 30 – Get $322,122,547.20

You can also get a 100% matching bonus on the donated payments from your personally sponsored members.

Cost To Join Daily Freedom Challenge

Daily Freedom Challenge membership will run you at least 20 cents.

All payments are in bitcoin just so you know.

Final Verdict

So does the Daily Freedom Challenge Scam exist?

Well let’s look at some of the facts…

This company doesn’t have any retail products or services.

Main focus is on recruitment into the matrix and earn up to $322,122,547.20 in the 30th matrix tier.

Which is pretty insane and will never happen.

So in other words…

This company is is a pyramid and a ponzi scheme combined.

And for that reason…

I do NOT recommend this company at all in my humble opinion.

But again, end of the day it’s up to you what you want to do.

I gave you my opinion.

ArbiStar Review: Legit Trading Bit Opportunity Or Massive Scam?

Welcome to my ArbiStar Review!

There has been some buzz about this company and so I decided to take a look to see what it was all about.

Maybe someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

Make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end…

ArbiStar Review – The Company

Arbistar review

ArbiStar specializes in the cryptocurrency MLM niche and is run by CEO Santi Fuentes who is from Spain.

According to his bio, he claims to be:

one of the most experienced people in the world of Referral Marketing.

He has led teams of thousands of people with great success.

In the past, Santi was one of the top investors of a company called Global Unity back in 2014.

In 2015, he was the top investor in a company called MoneyBox TV.

Before those two companies, he was involved with Organo Gold and hit the Ruby rank in that company which is a big accomplishment.

However, even though Organo Gold is legit, Global Unity and MoneyBox TV ended up being Ponzi schemes.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products next…

ArbiStar Reviews – The Products

ArbiStar has no retail products or services for sale, but you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

ArbiStar Compensation Plan

ArbiStar members invest anywhere between €100 to €50,000 EUR in bitcoin on a promise they will get a weekly ROI.

You can also invest €5000 EUR in a “Personal Bot” product which  you can earn commissions on.

Referral Commissions

ArbiStar pays all referral commissions through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

ArbiStar caps their unilevel at 10 levels deep in total.

Additional 2% commission is paid on the returns of your team members.

Also another 2% is paid on reinvestments through a unilevel.

On top of that, you get a one-time 6% commission on your teams personal bot sales.

When you get get started and invest, you are limited to five unilevel team levels.

In order to unlock all six, you must have someone invest at least €30,000 EUR.

Sponsoring Bonus

If you can manage to personally convince someone to invest €100,000 EUR, you can earn a €10,000 EUR recruitment bonus.

This is a recurring bonus every time €100,000 in personal referral investment volume is generated in your team.

World Club Bonus

ArbiStar puts 5% of company wide investment volume into this World Club Bonus.

Whoever generates 1 million EUR in downline investment will get a cut from this bonus.

Cost To Join ArbiStar

ArbiStar affiliate membership is free.

If you want to earn in the investment opportunity where you can earn an ROI, you must put in €100 to €50,000 EUR.

All payments are in bitcoin.

Final Verdict

So does the ArbiStar scam exist?

What I don’t get is how does Santi Fuentes have a trading bot that can generate 1% daily with no previous experience in this field?

Even if it’s legit trading, he must register with a securities government entity.

No matter what country you are in where this is a must.

Plus if you figure out how to generate 1% day (30% per month), why would you need any affiliate investments?

You can get a small bank loan and get dirty rich.

The truth is because here is no proof of trading, newly invested funds are paying off existing members.

Which makes this company a ponzi scheme.

That is the reason he needs new affiliates joining the company.

Because if he really figured out 1% daily, no affiliates are needed.

Anyway, I personally don’t recommend this company in my opinion.

I hope you enjoyed my ArbiStar review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

BitFund4U Review – Legit Opportunity or Massive Scam?

Welcome to my BitFund4U Review!

This is one of the latest opportunities in the network marketing field to pop up and I decided to check it out for myself.

Chances are someone approached about this and you landed here to make sure it’s something you want to do.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision to join.

Just make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end…

BitFund4U Review – The Company

BitFund4U Review

BitFund4U doesn’t have any information on who runs or owns the company.

I did look at their domain registration information on “bitfund4u.com” and found out it was privately registered on March 20th, 2019.

That’s all the information I found on the company…

BitFund4U Reviews – The Products

BitFund4U doesn’t have any retail products or services.

So you can’t just purchase their stuff as a customer.

You can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

BitFund4U Compensation Plan

In a nutshell, BitFundU members gift bitcoin to existing members.

When this happens, they qualify to funds as well when they sponsor new people.

When you first sign up through an affiliate link, you are given a list of ten bitcoin addresses to send 0.005 BTC to.

Once payment goes through and is verified, you get your own affiliate link.

This link has a list of 10 BitFund4U affiliates with newly sponsored members bitcoin wallet addresses at the bottom.

If you sponsor your own members, you can get your own website lit.

On this list, they are placed 9th.

This way you can get 0.005 BTC payments down eight levels.

Below is the break down of this through a 2×8 matrix:

  • Level 1 – 2 payments
  • Level 2 – 4 payments
  • Level 3 – 8 payments
  • Level 4 – 16 payments
  • Level 5 – 32 payments
  • Level 6 – 64 payments
  • Level 7 – 128 payments
  • Level 8 – 256 payments

The first two positions are admin positions…

Cost To Join BitFund4U

BitFund4U membership is tied to 10 0.005 BTC payments.

Final Verdict

Does the BitFund4U scam exist?

Well let’s see what we know so far.

We don’t know who runs or owns the company.

Second, there are no products or services offered here.

Third, all you do is gift funds to each other…

Why would you put ANY money in a company that isn’t transparent about their leadership.

This company is nothing by a gifting scam.

It’s funny they put this on their website:

This is not a MLM or Money chain program.

First of all, This system is 100% legal and 1000% successful.

It is not a Scam or Fraud way of making Money.

What will happen is most of the people will lost money and once recruitment slows down, the company will just shut down.

These admins that don’t even want to put their name on the company will just run with the money.

I have seen this happen way too many times in the past.

So save your money and avoid this one in my humble opinion.

I hope you enjoyed my BitFund4U review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

Digital Income System Review – Legit Biz Op or Big Scam? Find Out…

$

Welcome to my Digital Income System Review!

Chances are you’ve heard the buzz around this company and you’ve taken it upon yourself to check it out personally.

It doesn’t matter if someone personally told you about this opportunity or you just stumbled upon a random Facebook ad one day and decided to check it out.

The fact that you’re here is great because it means you’re doing your due diligence.

In this review, I will be breaking down this company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join… and of course my own verdict.

So first, let’s talk about the company!

Digital Income System Review – The Company

Digital Income System Review

At first glance, Digital Income System seems to lack a lot of information about the company online… in fact, they seem to be missing a basic login page.

Derek Jones and Bill Foley seem to come up consistently when doing research, so I would chalk them up to be the owners of the company, but this could also purely be as assumption.

And even then, I had to do some deep-diving into social media to get some mention of a Floridian incorporation that honestly could be completely untrue for all we know.

As far as I saw, the website domain was registered as digitalincomesystem.com in April of 2018 and last updated in December.

This just comes to prove that if you can’t find any information of substance about a business, most often, it isn’t the best opportunity to pursue.

Digital Income System Reviews – The Products

Digital Income System has no retail products or services for sale, but you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

The Digital Income System Compensation Plan

Affiliates of Digital Income System are able to invest for as little as $1000 up to $25,000, with commissions being paid out as they begin to sponsor others who do the same.

There is a 50% commission paid on the sponsorship of new affiliates as shown below:

  • Sponsor an Entrepreneur ($1000) and receive $500
  • Sponsor a Director ($3000) and receive $1500
  • Sponsor a Professional ($5000) and receive $2500
  • Sponsor an Ambassador ($12,000) and receive $6000
  • Sponsor an Executive ($25,000) and receive $12,500

Affiliates would essentially make more money when they sponsor someone at a higher level than what they are currently at (i.e. a director affiliate sponsoring an Ambassador).

Of course, if a Professional is sponsored, which is known to have a commission rate of $2500, the initial affiliate can receive $1500 with the remaining going to the Professional.

And then the cycle continues via an upline search for Ambassadors or Executives.

Easy enough to understand.

Cost to Join Digital Income System

The cost to join Digital Income System is between $1000 to $25,000 with the ranking titles listed below:

  • Entrepreneur – $1000
  • Director – $3000
  • Professional – $5000
  • Ambassador – $12,000
  • Executive – $25,000

Essentially, it breaks down to the concept that the more an affiliate is willing to invest, the higher commission they earn.

Video Summary Overview

Verdict on Digital Income System

Digital Income System seems pretty formulaic when it comes to MLM businesses… it exists and functions due to its attachment to a traffic rotator that promotes the business itself as the product.

And once affiliates do pay the fee, they gain access to a so-called marketing tool that can help them further sponsor and attract others towards the business.

It’s a cycle.

And it doesn’t take much to figure out that the person banking on all of this may just be Derek or Bill or whoever is really running this business.

So, this whole thing just turns out to be your usual pyramid scheme.

All the fees become revenues which become commissions and I guarantee that once the business dies down… so will all three of these.

And from what I’ve heard online, its mostly just been losses for most affiliates sadly.

Let me give you some valid advice… maybe skip out on this one.

Thanks for reading my Digital Income System review! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to leave a comment down below…

CMDX Review – CoinMD Back With ERC Tokens or Scam?

$
0
0

Welcome to my CMDX Review!

This is one of the latest network marketing companies in the cryptocurrency niche to pop up so I decided to take a look to see what it was all about.

Maybe someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan.

Make sure you pay close attention to this article and read it to the end to get the full scoop.

CMDX Review – The Company

CMDX Review

CMDX started life as CoinMD which launched in mid 2017 which was about six months after OneCoin taking a crap and going under.

CoinMD had members invest in CoinRewards points which were useless out side of the company.

When March 2019 came around, CoinMD was about to take a crap and Tom McMurrain asked people investors to put in $100,000.

After 24 hours, the company stayed afloat.

Last month CoinMD was abandoned and was replaced by a new company called CMDX.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s take a look at the products next…

CMDX Reviews – The Products

CMDX has no retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

There is no way of non-affiliates to get their CMDX tokens either…

CMDX Compensation Plan

CMDX members invest in something called CMDX tokens.

Commissions are paid when other people sponsor new people who invest:

  • Prime – Invest $149 and receive 25,000 CMDX
  • Bronze – Invest $550 and receive 500,000 CMDX
  • Silver – Invest $1100 and receive 2,000,000 CMDX
  • Gold – Invest $3300 and receive 5,000,000 CMDX
  • Platinum – Invest $5500 and receive 10,000,000 CMDX

Before investing, you must fill out some mandatory health related questionnaire…

Commissions are paid in USD and CMDX.

CMDX members are paid 30% of the earned commissions in CMDX and the rest in USD.

CMDX member can withdraw each week which depends on how much they invested in:

  • Free – No cost but capped at earning $100 a week and withdrawing up to 10% of earned commissions
  • Prime – Capped at earning up to $250 a week and withdrawing up to 15% of earned commissions
  • Bronze – Capped at earning up to $550 a week and withdrawing up to 20% of earned commissions
  • Silver – Capped at earning up to $1100 a week and withdrawing up to 30% of earned commissions
  • Gold – Capped at earning up to $3300 a week and withdrawing up to 40% of earned commissions
  • Platinum – Capped at earning up to $25,000 a week and withdrawing up to 50% of earned commissions

Sponsoring Commissions

You can earn 30% commissions on the funds invested by the first 1500 members.

Commissions are paid in bitcoin directly to the sponsoring member.

One 1500 members are sponsored, commissions are paid based on how much the sponsoring member invested.

Remember the 30% in CMDX and 70% USD?

  • Free and Prime affiliates earn a 10% recruitment commission rate
  • Bronze affiliates earn a 15% recruitment commission rate
  • Silver affiliates earn a 20% recruitment commission rate
  • Gold affiliates earn a 25% recruitment commission rate
  • Platinum affiliates earn a 30% recruitment commission rate

Residual Commissions

In order to qualify for residual commissions, you must sponsor at least two people at PRIME or higher.

This is all paid through a binary compensation plan.

This just means you have a left and right leg under you.

These positions can be filled directly or indirectly by members in your team.

End of the week, CMDX adds up all the new investment volume on both legs and pays you 10% on the weaker leg.

Any left over volume is carried over to the following week.

Matching Bonus

Matching bonus is paid through a unilevel compensation plan which is paid on your team members earnings.

CMDX caps their unilevel at four levels deep.

This is what it looks like across all four levels:

  • Bronze and Silver affiliates earn a 10% match on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) and level 2
  • Gold affiliates earn a 10% match on levels 1 and 2 and 20% on level 3
  • Platinum affiliates earn a 10% match on levels 1 and 2, 20% on level 3 and 25% on level 4

Cost To Join CMDX

CMDX membership is free and can cost up to $5500.

  • Free – no cost to sign up
  • Prime – $149 and then $29.95 annually (payable after first year)
  • Bronze – $550 and then $29.95 annually (payable after first year)
  • Silver – $1100 and then $29.95 annually (payable after first year)
  • Gold – $3300 and then $29.95 annually (payable after three years)
  • Platinum – $5500 and then $29.95 annually (payable after five years)

Final Verdict

So does the CMDX scam exist?

The problem with this is several, but will go with some of them.

First, they don’t have actual retail products/services for sale.

Second, everything is about investments and because of that hey must be registered with the SEC of some kind.

Third, it’s “Pay to play” which is a big no no in the FTC’s eyes nowadays.

Plus just so you know that these CMDX tokens are useless out side of the company.

Basically CMDX is offering unregistered securities and is the worst you can do in this industry.

Anyway, I personally would stay away from this company in my opinion.

I hope you enjoyed my CMDX review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

Welcome to my Omega Group Review!

This is the latest network marketing company to pop up in the cryptocurrency MLM niche and I decided to take a look to see if it’s legit.

Chances are someone approached you about the investment opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Just remember to PAY close attention and read this to the end…

Omega Group Review – The Company

Omega Group Review

Omega Group is run out of Kiev, Ukraine and specializes in toe cryptocurrency MLM niche.

The man behind the company is CEO Bartosz Nafalski.

According to his bio:

25 years of experience as a managing director at Pepsi Co., Foodcare, Maspex and MK Cafe.

I couldn’t find any prior MLM history on Bartosz, but that could be due to the language barrier.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products next…

Omega Group Reviews – The Products

Omega Group doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can promote the actual affiliate membership once you join.

Omega Group Compensation Plan

Omega Group has members invest in something called BitBonds points a guaranteed advertised ROI.

As an Omega Group member, you can invest any where between €50 to €200,000 EUR and get an astonishing 130% ROI in 6 months or if you go for 12 months, it’s 170%.

All of these returns are paid pro-rata daily.

Once the 6 or 12 month term comes to an end, you have to reinvest to continue to make an ROI.

Even though they quote EUR, the investments are done with bitcoin and are converted into BitBonds through their internal exchange.

All ROI’s are paid in BitBonds point which can be converted into Bitcoin through the Omega Group backoffice.

Investment Referral Commissions

Omega Group member can earn 6% of the funds invested by personally sponsored affiliates.

You can get another 10% on the returns paid on the same members.

Residual Commissions

To qualify for commissions residually, you must sponsor and maintain at least two members because it’s a binary compensation plan.

Each of those active members must invest at least €50 EUR or more…

Binary has two legs, left and right and can be filled directly or indirectly by team members.

Omega Group adds up at the investment volume on both legs.

Once there is a 10,000:8000 BitBonds investment ratio, residual commissions are paid on the weaker leg.

You can earn 9% in total.

I couldn’t find any qualification though….

Prize Money

Omega Group actually rewards members who invest with prize stuff:

  • Personally invest €2000 in BitBonds and produce €100,000 in binary team investment volume, and get an iPhone XS (€1000 EUR value cited)
  • Personally invest €5000 in BitBonds and produce €300,000 in binary team investment volume, and get a MacBook Pro (€2000 EUR value cited)
  • Personally invest €10,000 in BitBonds and produce €800,000 in binary team investment volume, and get a “Leaders Holiday” (€5000 EUR value cited)
  • Personally invest €15,000 in BitBonds and produce €1,500,000 in binary team investment volume, and get an “Omega Watch” (€7000 EUR value cited)
  • Personally invest €25,000 in BitBonds and produce €10,000,000 in binary team investment volume, and get a BMW M4 (€85,000 EUR value cited)
  • Personally invest €50,000 and produce €30,000,000 in binary team investment volume, and get a Ferrari Portofino (€200,000 EUR value cited)
  • Personally invest €100,000 and produce €80,000,000 in binary team investment volume, and get a “luxury apartment in (an) exotic location” (€500,000 EUR value cited)

Cost To Join Omega Group

Omega Group membership is actually free.

However, if you want to make money in the investment opportunity, you must drop at least €50 EUR investment in BitBonds every six months.

Final Verdict

So does the Omega Group scam exist?

Well to be honest, anything that involves cryptocurrency mlm is usually pretty bad…

And it’s no different here.

Their BitBonds points are useless outside of the company and have no value.

So why are people exchanging bitcoin into this stuff?

They should be publicly traded and have something tangible backing up these points, however, that is never the case.

The sad truth is newly invested funds are paying off existing members so once recruitment slows down, there will be no ROI.

That will trigger the company to go under…

So personally…

I do not recommend anything like this in my opinion.

Eaconomy Review – Legit or A SilverStar Live Reboot Scam?

$
0
0

Welcome to my Eaconomy Review!

This is one of the latest network marketing companies to pop up and I decided to check it out for myself.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation so you can make the right decision.

So make sure you pay close attention and watch this to the end…

Eaconomy Review – The Company

Eaconomy review

Eaconomy came about 3-4 weeks ago as a “Global Takeover” prelaunch branding.

Other companies like iBuumerang did the same thing…

Looks like it’s a common thing these days.

Just last week, they finally revealed the final name for the company, Eaconomy.

The man behind the company is no other then President Hassan Mahmoud.

In the past, he was a co-owner of a company called SilverStar Live.

For some reason, I thought that company was going to do alright, but looks like it took a dump because of a fallout between Mahmoud and his wife, and David Myer.

SilverStar Live was renamed to AI Global, and then AI Expert Advisor.

At this time, I am not sure who is running AI Expert Advisor, but could be David Myer.

After cutting ties with David Myer, it looks like Mahmoud launched his own deal.

Now in SilverStar Live, Mahmoud’s wife, Candace, was the co-owner.

However, it looks like she deleted all her profiles on social media and no mention on the Eaconomy website what she is…

Not sure what happened there…

Sal Leto is the Vice President of Operations.

In the past, he was involved with OneCoin and iPro Network.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look into the products next…

Eaconomy Reviews – The Products

Eaconomy Traide expert advisor

Eaconomy promote two forex bots which they call expert advisors:

  • Traide Ringer – “this advanced expert advisor creates a ring around price like a wheel that rotates and captures profit as the wheel turns”
  • Traide Runner – “this top forex expert advisor can make over a hundred trades a day collecting small wins that add up like a scalper”
  • Traide Compass – “this advanced expert advisor creates a ring around price like a wheel that rotates and captures profit as the wheel turns”

According to their website:

An increasing amount of the trading being done in the Forex market is being performed by Expert Advisors, software that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI). The use of these forex expert advisors is proving, in many cases, to be more successful than just manual trading alone.

Now you can use Expert Advisors in your forex trading. They are no longer just a tool for large financial institutions. Try one of our expert advisors on your own forex account and decide for yourself.

Now they sell these bots for $247 one-time and then a $169 per month.

If you buy more than one, discounts are available, but there is no information on that…

Eaconomy Compensation Plan

Eaconomy itself didn’t have any information on the compensation plan, but when they were marketing it as “Global Takeover” during prelaunch, the marketing video had it there.

Eaconomy Ranks

Overall there are 12 ranks in total within the Eaconomy compensation plan.

Cost To Join Eaconomy

Eaconomy membership will run you $79 one-time and then $29 per month.

Final Verdict

So does the Eaconomy scam exist?

Well, let’s see if they are probably registered with the right regulators.

Now according to their compliance:

From day one we’ve had a huge emphasis on compliance and making sure that legally we’re structured in a way that will keep us safe and guarded long-term.

Also:

We are actually working directly with the CFTC and other regulatory bodies to make sure what we do this correctly.

Now only issue with that is government regulators don’t really work with companies.

You just have to follow their rules.

They apparently have spoken with their lawyer to keep up to speed with regulatory stuff.

However, I have seen that in the past and the company gets crushed by the FTC or other regulatory entities.

Also they are showing returns on investment, which gets into SEC territory.

And as of right now, they are not registered with the SEC.

Overall, the company needs to get those pieces together before I can recommend it to anyone.

For now, hold off…

Weeconomy Review – Legit Crypto Biz or Flexkom Reboot Wee Scam?

$
0
0

Welcome to my Weeconomy Review!

This is one of the latest cryptocurrency mlm’s to pop up so I decided to check it out.

Maybe someone approached you on social media, email or you came across a video done by an affiliate and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Just make sure you pay close attention and read it to the end…

Weeconomy Review – The Company

Weeconomy Review

Weeconomy started life as Flexkom which ended up being a pyramid scheme that told people it was some kind of eCommerce platform.

However, late 2016 the company took a dive and today the Flexkom website redirects to “MPM Group AG”.

When the company went under in 2016, Wee Business Economy was launched.

Weeconomy (Wee and Wee Business Economy) is run by the same Flexkom owner Cengiz Ehliz.

It looks like Weeconomy is a new brand but is continuing like Flexkom…

They also refer themselves as just Wee.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products next…

Weeconomy Reviews – The Products

Weeconomy seems to be a rebranded Flexkom’s merchant network.

Shoppers like yourself sign up and purchase products through these merchants who really are just Weeconomy affiliates and in return you get cashback.

Weeconomy cashaback

This Cashback can be cashed out or you can use it as a credit when you purchase products off Weeconomy merchant affiliates.

Shopper membership for Weeconomy platform is actually free, but this isn’t related to the network marketing side of things in this company.

Also they have a Wee App you can use…

Weeconomy Compensation Plan

Kind of like Eaconomy, I couldn’t find any compensation plan information on the actual website.

I did find some business presentations on the interwebs that helped me put this together.

Wee Cashback Commissions

Weeconomy member earn commissions every time a shopper joins with their cards/vouchers.

This is at a rate of 5% and is on the cashback only not the purchase amount.

Wee Sponsoring Commissions

Weeconomy members are paid to sponsor new affiliates:

  • Sponsor a Start package affiliate and receive €110 EUR
  • Sponsor a Basic package affiliate and receive €170 EUR
  • Sponsor a Premium package affiliate and receive €330 EUR
  • Sponsor a CallCenter package affiliate and receive €170 EUR

Share Returns

Behind Weeconomy’s cashback front is an investment backend of the company.

Weeconomy members invest in these virtual shares which apparently pay monthly returns.

Weeconomy Shares are actually bundled together with an affiliate signup package.

These virtual shares are connected to a “transaction pool” which apparently pays €560 EUR a month.

This happens off the initial investment of €9030 EUR in six Weeconomy affiliate positions.

Cost To Join Weeconomy

Weeconomy membership is attached to one of the packages below:

  • Start – €690 EUR
  • Basic – €1490 EUR
  • Premium – €2690 EUR
  • CallCenter €1290

Each package comes with one of their WeeCards which is passed to shoppers.

Final Verdict

So does the Weeconomy scam exist?

You basically join this company, invest in shares and collect monthly returns.

If you want higher returns, you must invest more.

Problem with this part is governments around the world think of this as securities and they must register to the proper SEC equivalent in their country.

However, they are not registered so make this illegal already.

Now the shopping platform is good in theory, however, if it’s not innovative and something that can be compared to let’s say Amazon or eBay, regular retail shoppers are not going to use it.

Most of the time with these platforms, affiliates start using them only…

Mid last year, Weeconomy introduced their own Weetoken ICO in the cryptocurrency side of things.

They have abandoned Cooinx…

This token is useless outside of the company and isn’t publicly traded.

So basically you are invested money in something that is totally useless and has no real value.

Weeconomy just makes up it’s value through it’s external exchange…

As of right now, this company is committing securities fraud, it’s a ponzi scheme and a pyramid scheme.

Wow Weeconomy, you get a second chance and you blow it with this crap.

Anyway, in my opinion, I do NOT recommend joining this company.

I hope you enjoyed my Weeconomy review and if have questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

KZ1 Review – eXfuze Rebrands For Better Products or Scam?

$
0
0

Welcome to my KZ1 Review!

This network marketing company just popped up on my desk and I decided to investigate and see what it was all about.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, the KZ1 products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Just make sure you PAY close attention and read this to the end…

KZ1 Review – The Company

KZ1 Review

KZ1 began life as eXfuze which was  a nutritional supplement based network marketing company founded back in 2008.

Back in 2008, the company was run by co-founder and CEO, Rick Cotton.

Later, his brother Don took over as the CEO and had that position until December 2016.

However, Don had to step down due to health issues.

Later, there was a join decision between Rick and the eXfuse Board of Directors and put Robert Kelly in charge as the CEO.

October 2017 rolled around and eXfuze changed it’s name to KZ1.

Also their website goes by “Team KZ1” “teamkz1.com”

Not sure why the name change.

Maybe it’s easier to read and understand?

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look into the products next…

KZ1 Reviews – The Products

KZ1 has three flagship products to choose from:  Seven+ Classic, Impaqt Reset ALX and Impaqt Edge.

Seven+ Classic was originally in eXfuze and seems it hasn’t been changed:

SEVEN+ Classic’s prebiotic whole food extracts and phytonutrients provide vital fiber and polyphenol “food” for the growth of powerful probiotic bacteria such as bifida and Akkermansia.

These microbiota greatly improve the filtering and barrier functions of the gut.

A tight, clean gut, in turn keeps toxins and pathogens from escaping into the bloodstream and helps reverse the tide of modern chronic autoimmune malfunction – with benefits on many, many levels.

This product retails for $106 for a 25 oz bottle which is 740 ML.

Impaqt Reset ALX apparently supports the immune system and helps with allergen management.

This product retails for $132 for a bottle of 60 capsules which will last 2 months.

Impaqt Edge supplement is apparently the most revolutionary “multi-benefit smart drink” health supplement to hit the market.

Impaqt Edge

Now that’s according to KZ1 of course.

Edge is comprised of key nutrients that operate on a cellular level throughout the entire body, especially in the brain.

The magic in Edge lies in a team of key ingredients: curcumin, a vegetable-based DHA (Omega 3 oil), Inositol, Zinc and Beet Extract.

Together, they make an incredible IMPAQT on a myriad of functions in the brain and body.

This product will run you $106 for a box of 30 single-serve sachets.

KZ1 Compensation Plan

KZ1 pays retail commissions every time an affiliate sells products to customers.

This is the different between retail and wholesale pricing.

Also if you have a preferred customer, you can earn a flat 20% cashback.

Preferred customer is a retail KZ1 customer who basically goes on a monthly membership for a 25% discount.

Sponsoring Commissions

KZ1 affiliates are paid when new members sign up with a Bronze, Silver or Gold Pack.

Commission rates are not disclosed here.

Residual Commissions

All residuals are paid through a binary compensation plan.

This just means there is a left and right leg under your position and you can build two teams.

This can be filled directly or indirectly by team members.

You can earn 10% residual commissions on the sales volume on the weaker binary leg.

Any left over volume on the stronger leg is carried over.

Not sure if this is daily, weekly or monthly.

There was no information on that.

Director Check Match Bonus

KZ1 pays a matching bonus on residual commissions earn by downline members.

This is tracked through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

Within the unilevel team, generations are when there is a director or higher ranked member found in a unilevel leg.

So if there are two directors in the same leg, that’s two generations.

However, KZ1 fails to disclose rates and qualifications.

Cost To Join KZ1

KZ1 affiliate  membership is $49.

However, there are optional product packs you can purchase:

  • Bronze Combo Enrollment Pack – $250
  • Silver Combo Enrollment Pack – $550
  • Gold Combo Enrollment Pack – $1050

Main different is the amount of products you can get.

Final Verdict.

So does the KZ1 scam exist?

Well…

The name itself might be strange, but according to the website:

“KZ1” is pronounced “crazy one”.

Which doesn’t sound as boring.

However, it wasn’t so obvious lol.

I was just calling it “K”, “Z”, “1”.

Originally, eXfuze sold the Seven+ Classic for $42.97 and now they are charging $106.

What’s up with the price jump?

I couldn’t find anything different about the product?

End of the day, none of these products are FDA approved.

However, I did find some crazy claims online where Seven+ Classc can be used to  treat strokes, gout, diabetes, hair loss, bacterial infections, skin disorders, gastric ulcers, bone fractures, motor sensory neuropathy, thyroid conditions.

If you have ANY of those issues, I would go to the doctor and never rely on a network marketing product.

Overall, the company isn’t a scam, but the products are VERY expensive.

And I can’t see retail customers buying these up like hotcakes…

What could happen is affiliates will be buying them up.

And that’s a  big no no…

If there isn’t any retail happening, company could be considered a pyramid scheme.

I would just approach with caution with this one…

I hope you enjoyed my KZ1 Review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

Bottle amount:  30 ML/1000mg

The ALLUR Relief Balm is a full spectrum hemp extract which will cost you $185.71 and $130.00 wholesale.

There was no information on how much you get on the website here.

Travel

This is ByDzyne’s travel rewards program.

The way it works is the more products you purchase, the more travel saving gift vouchers you earn.

So for every product purchase in a kit ByDzyne, you can get at least 2x the BV in travel saving gift vouchers.

You can earn 2.5x on BV in travel saving gift vouchers when you purchase a promo kit or founders kit.

  • Founders Kit = $6,200
  • Promo Kit = $2,000

On top of that, you can earn a customer acquisition bonus or thank you points depending on your membership type.

Brand Ambassador

  • $5,000 travel saving gift redeemed = $500 in customer acquisition bonus
  • $2,000 travel saving gift redeemed = $200 customer acquisition bonus

Preferred Customer

  • $5,000 travel saving gift redeemed = 34,000 Thank-You Points
  • $2,000 travel saving gift redeemed = 13,000 Thank-You Points

The thank you points can be used to shop at ByDzyne’s thank you store which is apparently coming soon.

Anyway, that’s pretty much the product line as of right now, let’s look at the compensation plan next.

ByDzyne Compensation Plan

ByDzyne rewards you to sell to retail customers and sponsor new affiliates.

They mainly use a binary compensation plan with performance based bonuses.

Now it was hard to find information here, but I found an affiliate who did a pretty good job on explaining everything.

Now I do not endorse this video, it’s for educational purposes only….

Overall, it’s a pretty strong compensation plan with great retail going.

Cost To Join ByDzyne

You can purchase the products individually or go with one of these packages below as of the prelaunch:

  • Founders Kit = $6,200
  • Promo Kit = $2,000

Now this probably will change after the launch.

Final Verdict

So does the ByDzyne scam exist?

Of course not!

The leadership behind the company is very strong and have a great track record in past ventures which is always a good sign.

In other words, it’s not some noob running this company.

The product line is very strong and pretty unique under one roof.

Now the product pricing is a little on the high side, so what I would do personally is try out the products yourself and see how you like them.

From there you can make a decision based on your experience to join the company or not.

Let’s face it, if you are not behind the product and looking at dollar signs only, you won’t do well.

You will have to become a product of the product you get what I am saying?

Anyway, overall great company and don’t see anything wrong with it…

I hope you enjoyed my ByDzyne review and if you have any questions feel free to ask in the comments below…

Guardian Capital AG Review – Legit Company or Big Scam?

Welcome to my Guardian Capital AG Review!

Chances are you have either been approached by someone from this company or you stumbled upon it on social media and now you want to make sure it’s legit…

Of course, your curiosity is what drives me to do what I do every day.

Let’s face it, no one likes to be scammed, so I am glad you are doing your research.

In this blog post, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision whether to join or not…

So, without further ado, let’s jump right in!

Guardian Capital AG Review – The Company

Guardian Capital AG review

At first glance, Guardian Capital AG (aka GCG Asia) seems to lack vital information on their website about the people behind the scenes…

Can’t say I’m super surprised.

In fact, it gets as sketchy as to say the company itself is the current registered owner with a link to an address in Switzerland.

But the co-founder is someone by the name of Darren Yaw, who is connected to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

BUT BEWARE! Switzerland’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority has issued a warning that this not an official registered corporation.

The Guardian Capital AG website domain was registered as guardiancapitalag.asia on the 22nd of December.

Yaw himself has a deep history involved with cryptocurrency, having also been credited with co-founding the World Crypto Asset Blockchain Alliance (WCBA).

This is where it dives even deeper into the suspicious…

He is apparently an educator at various crypto seminars, but honestly the business as a whole seems like a flop.

AND both of Yaw’s businesses seem to have no connection (???) except for a small message that perhaps suggests that WCBA is a client of Guardian Capital AG.

If this doesn’t make you confused and slightly concerned, I don’t know what would.

Guardian Capital AG Reviews – The Products

Guardian Capital AG products

At the moment, Guardian Capital AG has no products or services available for retail sales, instead choosing to sponsor affiliates with the promise of returns.

Considering this is a crypto company, one can assume that the returns may be something along the lines of forex, cryptocurrency, precious metal, and energy commodity trading.

The Guardian Capital AG Compensation Plan

Guardian Capital AG’s compensation plan requires affiliates to continuously invest and sponsor others to do the same.

Guardian Capital AG Affiliate Ranks

There are 5 ranks within Guardian Capital AG’s compensation plan as outlined below:

  • Investor – Sign up as a Guardian Capital AG affiliate and invest
  • IB – Personally invest $1500, sponsor at least five investors and generate at least $10,000 in personally sponsored affiliate investment volume
  • MIB – Personally invest at least $4500, maintain five personally sponsored active investors and generate at least $50,000 in personally sponsored affiliate investment volume
  • PIB – Personally invest at least $12,000, sponsor and maintain at least three MIB ranked affiliates and generate at least $350,000 in total downline investment volume
  • DIB – Personally invest at least $30,000, sponsor and maintain at least three PIB ranked affiliates, generate at least $100,000 in personally sponsored affiliate investment volume and generate at least $2,500,000 in total downline investment volume

Investment Commissions

Investment into Guardian Capital AG and commissions paid out as a result are tracked in lots as outlined below:

  • IB – $5 per investment lot
  • MIB – $10 per investment lot
  • PIB – $15 per investment lot
  • DIB – $20 per investment lot

Residual Commissions

Guardian Capital AG pays affiliates using a residual commission coded system.

What that essentially means is that GCG Asia’s commissions pays $20 on each lot, no matter what ranking the affiliate who solicited the investment holds.

Once a new lot is made, GCG is then paid on rank… if they are a DIB, then they can receive the full commission of $20.

And as described above, any lower ranking will receive partial corresponding commissions (MIB – $10, PIB – $15 etc.).

After that, the balance is paid upline depending on rankings (i.e. If an IB affiliate generates an investment lot, they receive their $5 commission.)

Because there is still $15 to pay out, the system will look for a MIB or higher ranked affiliate to pay the balance out.

If they are found, they will be paid $5 ($10 MIB rate minus the $5 IB rate already paid out), with $10 remaining, which is paid upline to either a PIB and/or DIB affiliate.

Once again if the PIB affiliate is found, they will be paid $10 ($15 PIB rate minus the $5 IB rate already paid out), with $5 left over and this is paid out to the first upline DIB affiliate found after that.

At the end of the day, it is important to note that if a DIB is found before the others, they will be paid first.

Trading Commissions

Guardian Capital AG pays trading commissions through a unilevel compensation structure which allows for affiliates at the top to continuously sponsor others who do the same onwards.

Guardian Capital AG caps these payable unilevel teams at 10 levels.

Trade commissions are paid out as a percentage of the volume of trade based on rankings as outlined below:

  • Investors and IBs receive 5% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates), 4% on level 2 and 3% on level 3
  • MIBs receive 5% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3 and 1% on levels 4 and 5
  • PIBs receive 5% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 1% on levels 4 to 6 and 0.5% on levels 7 and 8
  • DIBs receive 5% on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 1% on levels 4 to 6 and 0.5% on levels 7 to 10

Leadership Bonus

GCG Asia also pays a 10% commission to match unilevel team affiliates of the same rank.

Cost to Join Guardian Capital AG

The cost to join Guardian Capital AG requires a minimum $1500 investment for affiliate membership.

However, for maximum income opportunity, affiliates must invest a minimum $30,000 investment.

Verdict on Guardian Capital AG

Whew. Let’s break this one down slowly.

The first blatant red flag would have to be the co-founder himself who is mentioned as ‘Dato Sri Darren Yaw’.

A Malaysian Dato who runs a legitimate MLM company?

I’ve literally never seen that before.

Honestly it seems pretty obvious that GCG Asia is just a passive investment opportunity for its affiliates.

On top of that, most of the website’s traffic seems to be coming from China, Japan, and Malaysia.

And they have no legit licensing to support this or even their legitimacy…

In China, GCG Asia should be considered illegal because it doesn’t even have an MLM license!

And in Japan and Malaysia?

It would have to be registered with the Central Bank of Malaysia and Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission respectively… which it isn’t.

Surprise!

And to be honest, I can’t really verify where the streams of revenue for this company are coming from.

And I don’t even know if Darren Yaw has real experience in trading.

So, this can all be chalked up to being a basic Ponzi scheme.

And so all of that will prompt the collapse of GCG Asia once affiliate sponsorship dries up.

Sorry Guardian Capital AG, you just don’t seem to make the cut for me personally and I advise you guys to make sure you personally look into this company before investing any money into it.

Pyur Life Review – Legit Biz Op or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Pyur Life Review!

Perhaps someone has already approached you about this opportunity or maybe you were spammed on Facebook about it…

Whatever the case may be, now you are here to find out if this company is actual legit, right?

Well hey! I’m glad that you are doing your research before blindly jumping into something…

My job here today is to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not…

Without further ado, let’s dive right in!

Pyur Life Review – The Company

Pyur Life Review

Pyur Life started as Pyur Global which was launched in late 2016 and advertised as nutritional supplements and an iHeart device.

Pyur Global was a failing company until Bob Bremmer, founder, merged it with Noble 8 Revolution cycler mid-March, renaming it as Pyur Life.

The company had initially promised a year’s worth of commissions but only paid out one month in February with primary earnings going to the owners Mark Campese and Blaine Williams.

And because they are excellent at getting people to sign up, the owners were given the prestigious titles of “Executive Founder”.

Pyur Life Reviews – The Products

Pyur life products

Pyur Life does not market the same products as its parent company did, instead choosing to sell only one supplement known as Pyur Vitality, described below:

  • Supporting healthy mitochondrial activity,
  • Promoting healthy stem cell production, and
  • Helping to stimulate the body’s natural production of human growth hormone

I couldn’t really find any source to verify any of these facts.

Furthermore, pricing for any of these products cannot be confirmed but I believe one case costs around $149.95 a month (being a standard affiliate).

The Pyur Life Compensation Plan

The compensation plan of Pyur Life combines both sales and team commissions.

A Matching Bonus is paid down 10 unilevel team levels, and the company also offers bonuses based on performance.

Pyur Life Affiliate Ranks

There are 14 affiliate ranks as described below:

  • Executive – Generate and maintain 100 PV over a rolling thirty-day period and sponsor and maintain at least two affiliates who do the same (alternatively sponsor four affiliates who have generated 50 PV over the same rolling period)
  • Bronze Executive – Maintain Executive rank and sponsor and maintain at least one Executive or higher on both sides of your binary team (1:1)
  • Silver Executive – Maintain Executive rank and sponsor and maintain at least four Executives or higher
  • Gold Executive – Maintain Executive rank and sponsor and maintain at least eight Executives or higher, or sign up with a Gold Builder Pack for $449.95 (six-month qualification)
  • Platinum Executive – Maintain Executive rank and sponsor and maintain at least twelve Executives or higher, or purchase a Platinum Builder Pack for $949 (six-month qualification)
  • Pearl Director – Maintain Platinum Executive rank and have earned at least thirty residual cycle commissions in the previous month, or purchase a Pearl Builder Pack for $1849 (six-month qualification)
  • Sapphire Director – Maintain Platinum Executive rank, sponsor and maintain at least one Platinum Executive or higher and have earned at least sixty residual cycle commissions in the previous month
  • Ruby Director – Maintain Platinum Executive rank, sponsor and maintain at least two Platinum Executives or higher and have earned at least one hundred and twenty residual cycle commissions in the previous month
  • Emerald Director – Maintain Platinum Executive rank, sponsor and maintain at least six Platinum Executives or higher and have earned at least two hundred and fifty residual cycle commissions in the previous month
  • Diamond Ambassador – Maintain Platinum Executive rank, sponsor and maintain at least six Platinum Executives or higher and have earned at least five hundred residual cycle commissions in the previous month
  • Blue Diamond Ambassador – Maintain Diamond Ambassador rank and sponsor and maintain at least two Diamond Ambassadors or higher
  • Black Diamond Ambassador – Maintain Diamond Ambassador rank, sponsor and maintain at least four Diamond Ambassadors or higher and generate 2,000,000 GV a month for two consecutive months
  • Double Black Diamond Ambassador – Maintain Diamond Ambassador rank, sponsor and maintain at least six Diamond Ambassadors or higher and generate 3,000,000 GV a month for three consecutive months
  • Crown Diamond Ambassador – Maintain Diamond Ambassador rank, sponsor and maintain at least eight Diamond Ambassadors or higher and generate 4,000,000 GV a month for six consecutive months

Please note that the PV means Personal Volume and refers to any sales that come from an affiliate’s own orders while GV is “Group Volume” and refers to any PV generated by the affiliate’s downline.

***Note that for Black Diamond Ambassador to Crown Diamond Ambassador, up to 500,000 GV can be sourced from any one unilevel level.

MLM Commission Qualification

In order to actually earn commissions, the affiliate must upkeep 100 PV over a rolling 30-day period.

Retail Commissions

Affiliates will be paid once customers order the Pyur Vitality product.

I can only assume that the retail commissions are the differences between the wholesale and retail price paid.

On top of that, there is an extra 25% weekly retail commission paid on total retail customer sales volume.

Recruitment Commissions

Pyur Life affiliates can earn a single-time 25% commission on whatever products are ordered by affiliates.

Builder Pack Recruitment Commissions

Pyur Life affiliates can qualify for Builder Pack commissions if they sign up with a Builder Pack as outlined below:

  • Sign up with a Gold Builder Pack ($449.95 and receive $75 on the sponsorship of a Pearl, Platinum or Gold Builder Pack affiliate
  • Sign up with a Platinum Builder Pack ($949) and receive $150 on the sponsorship of a Pearl or Platinum Builder Pack affiliate and $75 on a Gold Builder Pack affiliate
  • Sign up with a Pearl Builder Pack ($1849) and receive $300 on the sponsorship of a Pearl Builder Pack affiliate, $150 on a Platinum Builder Pack affiliate and $75 on a Gold Builder Pack affiliate

Residual Commissions

Pyur Life pays residual commissions through a binary compensation structure with positions being filled with both direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates.

Sales volume is generated across the binary team through both retail sales and purchases made by affiliates.

So, for example, when 600 GV on a single side of the binary team is matched with 300 GV on the opposite side, a “cycle” commission of $30 is paid.

It seems that Pyur Life affiliates can earn up to 1000 cycle payments on a weekly basis (up to $30,000).

Matching Bonus

As mentioned before, affiliates can earn a Matching Bonus on residual commissions earned by downline affiliates.

The Matching Bonus is tracked through a unilevel compensation structure capped at ten levels as described below:

  • Executives earn a 5% match on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Bronze Executives earn a 5% match on levels 1 and 2
  • Silver Executives earn a 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 and 3
  • Gold Executives earn a 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 4
  • Platinum Executives earn a 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 5
  • Pearl Directors earn a 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 6
  • Sapphire Directors earn a 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 7
  • Ruby Directors earn a 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 8
  • Emerald Directors earn a 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 9
  • Diamond Ambassadors earn a 10% match on level 1 and 5% on levels 2 to 10

I also read about something known as a “customer acquisition matching bonus” but honestly, I couldn’t find any further information about it.

Rank Achievement Bonus

Affiliates of Pyur Life who qualify at the Gold Executive and higher ranks can earn lump-sum rewards as described below:

  • Qualify as a Gold Executive and receive $50
  • Qualify as a Platinum Executive and receive $100
  • Qualify as a Pearl Director and receive $250
  • Qualify as a Sapphire Director and receive $500
  • Qualify as a Ruby Director and receive $1000
  • Qualify as an Emerald Director and receive $2500
  • Qualify as a Diamond Ambassador and receive $10,000
  • Qualify as a Blue Diamond Ambassador and receive $25,000
  • Qualify as a Black Diamond Ambassador and receive $100,000 over 12 months
  • Qualify as a Double Black Diamond Ambassador and receive $500,000 over 18 months
  • Qualify as a Crown Diamond Ambassador and receive $1,000,000 over 24 months

Leadership Bonus Pool

On top of all that, Pyur Life also seems to take a certain unknown amount of the company’s sales volume and places it into the Leadership Bonus Pool and allow affiliates who qualify to earn a share on a quarterly basis.

At this time, I cannot confirm the qualifications for this bonus.

Lifestyle Rewards

There are also lifestyle rewards vaguely mentioned include trips, incentives, benefits, and awards, however there are no further details.

Cost to Join Pyur Life

The cost to join Basic Pyur Life is based on membership, although the fees are not explicitly mentioned on their website.

Alternatively, a new Pyur Life affiliate can sign up with a Builder Pack as outlined below:

  • Gold Builder Pack ($449.95) – Three cases of Pyur Vitality
  • Platinum Pack ($949) – Six and a half cases of Pyur Vitality
  • Pearl Builder Pack ($1849) – Thirteen cases of Pyur Vitality

Apparently, these Builder Packs provide maximum income opportunity for affiliates who buy into it.

Verdict on Pyur Life

Right from the get-go, it seems really obvious that Pyur Life is only being carried on by those who were previously with Noble 8 Revolution.

No surprise there.

So therefore, doing a standalone review of Pyur Life is kind of hard but I’ll try my best.

Now, it’s important to note that Pyur Vitality is heavily marketed with doctor’s approval but does not mention any medical benefits.

They go as far as to say that it is “the missing link to youthful vitality”.

But I can’t find any approval by the FDA or any other medical association for this product.

ALSO, apparently Pyur Life is not even shipping until next month! So, we can’t even verify the validity of this product.

Furthermore, the fact that the retail cost is not disclosed is also super sketchy. It seems that the buying a case might even be a requirement for affiliates.

So, if we do the math here, $149.95 wholesale puts us at an estimated monthly retail cost of $179.95 (approximately).

I honestly don’t see much of a retail market for it.

Another kind of weaker aspect of the business comes from how most Pyur Life affiliates are expected to attract retail customers to cover their auto-ship losses.

For example, if we look at the $1849 Pearl Builder Pack, it seems that this bundled product is primarily a sponsorship tool but why go through such a complex structure to supply customers with enough product to cover their orders instead just selling to them off the bat.

Many would say this literally makes no sense—and those people would correct.

It uses a business model known as “pay to play” to influence regular affiliates to buy more than what they would to earn benefits including Builder Pack recruitment commissions and automatic rank qualification.

Generally, this is a red flag in the MLM world.

And we’re not just talking one case for an affiliate… we’re talking about thirteen cases of a supplement shot.

No one needs that much product… it’s the company’s form of inventory loading onto the affiliates and making them spend more than their income potential.

The spirals into affiliate auto-ship investment.

This was the biggest concern for Pyur Global, which had previously maxed out at $499.

Even Pyur Global had a bit of retail sensibility, but I can’t really see this within Pyur Life.

And honestly, that just makes it seem more like a pyramid scheme than anything else.

Only time will tell us how this company moves forward I guess.

And to be frank, I don’t see this sinking ship sailing for much longer.

R Network Review – Legit Business or Huge Scam? Find Out The Truth…

Welcome to my R Network Review!

Breaking into the world of MLM can be daunting if you don’t know the behind-the-scene details…

But trust me, it can also be the very thing that forces you to face challenges that you never thought you would…

That is where I come in.

I like to consider myself the guide to your MLM experience so that you can make informed decisions on what to do with your money.

In my review, we will be going over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and then follow it up with a final verdict with my opinion on the company itself.

Unlike previous MLM companies, R Network has an interesting structure… despite being a functioning business, they don’t actually have a product to be launched until December 2019.

But we’ll get into that!

So, let’s get started!

R Network Review – The Company

R Network Review

A quick search into the history of R Network shows that a man named Richard Smith runs the show as the president of the company.

The company seems to be closely associated with the likes of Digital Vault and RevvCard, which I have previously written about.

I guess the executive team of R Network decided to drop the marketing associated with Digital Vault branding.

Smith states his hope is to launch his product – the RevvCard – by Christmas 2019 AT THE EARLIEST.

Which means it may not even be released until 2020!

The other side of this company seems to be put together by someone named Trent Walker who cites himself as the CEO of NetChain Squared.

Quite believable until he mentions that he had experience handling Google’s finances back when they only made about $700 million on a monthly basis.

Smith consistently updates potential affiliates with reassurances that this is a legitimate business and that exciting components such as cryptocurrency are to be added to this product soon.

But I’m not sure how believable word of mouth truly is.

The cryptocurrency will have a fee of $1 upon crypto coin to coin transfers, along with a $5.95 fee for crypto coin to fiat money transfers.

ALSO, I found it extremely interesting that most of R Network’s first affiliates are current or former Nui-associated.

Nui was previously attempting to garner interest in ‘kala’ and even promoted deals on an e-commerce platform.

But if nothing has happened yet, we really can’t say much for the company at the moment.

Disappointing, isn’t it?

R Network Reviews – The Products

From what is available online, the company’s product RevvCard seems to presumably be priced at $150 for retail customers and $100 for affiliates.

But if I’m going to be honest, the app that the company is promoting as an extension to the RevvCard seems to be looking pretty sketchy at the moment.

The R Network Compensation Plan

The compensation plan of R Network shows that affiliates are being charged $65 initially and then $35 a month subsequently.

They need to pay this to keep earning commissions, which are also paid on sponsored affiliates who also pay this fee.

I am unsure of how much Nui affiliates pay or receive and just for simplicity, let’s just keep it separate from R Network for now.

R Network pays recruitment commissions through a 3×10 matrix.

So basically, an R Network affiliate is expected to sponsor up to three further affiliates who sponsor three and so on so forth.

Positions in the matrix are filled through both direct and indirect sponsorship of R Network affiliates.

These positions are what generate both upfront and residual commissions as outlined below:

  • $11.50 on the direct sponsorship of up to three affiliates and then $2.50 a month
  • $2 per sponsored matrix team affiliate who pays their $35 monthly fee.

Along with the monthly fee, R Network affiliates also have to personally sponsor to receive commissions based on team levels as outlined below:

  • Sponsor 1 affiliate to unlock the first matrix level
  • Sponsor 2 affiliates to unlock the second matrix level
  • Sponsor 3 affiliates to unlock the third matrix level
  • Sponsor 4 affiliates to unlock the fourth matrix level
  • Sponsor 5 affiliates to unlock the fifth matrix level
  • Sponsor 6 affiliates to unlock the sixth matrix level
  • Sponsor 7 affiliates to unlock the seventh matrix level
  • Sponsor 8 affiliates to unlock the eighth matrix level
  • Sponsor 9 affiliates to unlock the tenth matrix level

On top of affiliate fees, R Network is also expected to pay 1% of money spent through RevvCard debit accounts and 1% of mortgage payments from within the network.

It also seems that sales may generate a lump-sum $10 to pay across the matrix so that it is $1 per each level.

Cost to Join R Network

The cost to join R Network includes a fee of $65 initially and then $35 a month subsequently.

Verdict on R Network

I’m going to be frank with you – with all of the commissions tied to sponsorships, it seems that R Network is an obvious pyramid scheme.

And honestly with Smith’s connections to previous MLM failure WakeUpNow (which failed in 2015), this is not that surprising.

Pay to play is being used too often in this business’s structure, forcefully enforcing a fee with minimal returns.

And guess what? You don’t pay the fees, you don’t get any benefits. Not even a penny.

And even during their marketing campaign, they were excitedly pushing the fear factor amongst potential affiliates of losing out on income opportunities by not paying their fees.

But if you do the math, on average, the payments will be $5 per person across the matrix levels.

And the fact the RevvCard has yet to be launched does not strengthen their case at all.

The no retail aspect has pushed this business into dangerous pyramid scheme zone.

And once affiliate interest dies, so does this sinking ship leading to everyone losing money in the end.

Don’t waste your time folks.

World Way Capital Review – Legit Business Or Ponzi Scam? Find Out…

Welcome to my World Way Capital Review!

This company is relatively new and I decided to take a look to see if it’s legit.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan.

So make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end…

World Way Capital Review – The Company

World Way Capital Review

Not much information here to be honest…

The website doesn’t talk about who runs or owns the company…

I did see a presentation that dated back in 2011, but I think it’s bullshit considering World Way Capital didn’t exist until October 2018.

World Way Capital is incorporated in Ontario, Canada.

The address is shared by a bunch of other businesses.

In other words, there is no physical location there.

After digging deeper, I found out that World Way Capital LP was setup through Sergiu Valuta of Delacroix Enterprises.

Even though John Walters seems to be the CEO according to a video, but doesn’t look like that’s the case.

In my opinion, I believe it’s run my Sergiu Valuta who has promoted companies like Buy Time and Richmond Berks.

He seems to be based out of Europe and as of right now, 27% of the traffic is coming from Iran, 15% from the USA.

Just shady as of right now plain and simple…

Not very transparent…

  • Invest $500,000 and convince others to invest $10,000,000 – 9% on level 1, 3% on levels 2 to 4, 2% on levels 5 and 6 and 1% on levels 7 to 9
  • Invest $1,000,000 and convince others to invest $30,000,000 – 10% on level 1, 4% on levels 2 and 3, 3% on levels 4 and 5, 2% on levels 5 and 6 and 1% on levels 7 and 8

Cost To Join World Way Capital

World Way Capital membership is actually free.

If you want to be part of the full business opportunity, you gotta put in $1,000,000 in USD or Bitcoin.

Final Verdict

So does the World Way Capital scam exist?

Well let’s look at what we know…

Company wasn’t transparent about who they are at all.

They are promising a ROI which means they need to register with the SEC, however, they are not registered (Even in Canada).

Let’s face it…

If they can generate 3% daily ROI, why would they need investments from people anyway?

It’s a load of crap to me…

The truth is newly invested funds are paying off existing members hence why they need investments from affiliates.

In other words…

This is a classic ponzi scheme at it’s finest.

I do not recommend this company in my opinion…

Crude Oil Profit Review – Legit Business or Big Scam?

$

0

Welcome to my Crude Oil Profit Review!

Chances are you’ve heard the buzz around this company and you’ve taken it upon yourself to scout it out personally.

It doesn’t matter if someone personally told you about this opportunity or you just stumbled upon a random Facebook ad one day and decided to check it out.

In this review, I will be breaking down this company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join… and of course my own verdict.

So first, let’s talk about the company!

Crude Oil Profit Review – The Company

Crude oil profit review

Upon first glance at the Crude Oil profit website, it seems very obvious what we’re dealing with.

And it honestly ain’t much.

It seems that the company provides very limited information about who runs their corporation and even less information about what the company has to offer.

At the very most, I was only able to find a sparse YouTube video featuring the director, Aaron Morris.

But even then, it’s lacks professionalism, with someone speaking in broken English in an empty-looking office space.

And my best guess is that it was just an actor hired for the shot.

I heard some news about them trying to incorporate themselves back in February as Crude Oil Profit Limited in the UK, but because of its highly unregulated background, it probably wasn’t picked up much after that.

I always try to advise people to only pursue MLMs after putting some serious and thorough research into its legitimacy.

Crude Oil Profit Reviews – The Products

Crude Oil Profit has no products or services to sell, however affiliates can market the membership itself.

The Crude Oil Profit Compensation Plan

The affiliates of Crude Oil Profit must invest between $100 to $100,000 for an advertised daily ROI as outlined below:

  • Invest $100 to $10,000 and receive a 2% daily ROI for 150 days
  • Invest $20,000 to $40,000 and receive a 2.5% daily ROI for 120 days
  • Invest $50,000 to $100,000 and receive a 3% daily ROI for 100 days

It is important to note that there is also a 10% admin fee along with all withdrawal requests.

Referral Commissions

Along with regular commissions, Crude Oil Profit pays a 5% referral commission with funds invested by first and second sponsored affiliates.

Once there is a third affiliate sponsored, there is then a 10% referral commission paid on top.

Residual Commissions

In order to earn maximum income opportunity with residual commissions, an affiliate must sponsor at least two affiliates.

Crude Oil Profit pays residual commissions through a binary compensation structure with no limit on depth.

Sponsorships will help grow this compensation structure either directly or indirectly.

Of course, at the end of the day, the corporation will add up new volume of investments on both sides and affiliates with matched funds will earn a 10% commission.

Once the matched funds have been paid, Crude Oil Profit flushes that much from both sides of the binary structure and anything leftover is just carried over to the next cycle.

It is important to note that Crude Oil Profit also caps daily residual commission at 50% of any affiliate’s funds.

Cost to Join Crude Oil Profit

The cost to join Crude Oil Profit as an affiliate is free however for maximum income opportunity, an affiliate must invest a minimum of $100.

Verdict on Crude Oil Profit

Honestly, a dime a dozen.

And that goes for the overly enthusiastic Aaron Morris as well.

From what I have seen, most of the traffic on the company’s website is sourced from the U.S (81% of it) and passes for a very basic investment opportunity.

And other than really bad GIFs (that are animated haha) and stock images, I have to ask…

Who came up with all this??

No matter how big or small, every investment opportunity has to be registered with the SEC in the U.S and as of publication, neither Aaron Morris nor Crude Oil Profit have any association with it.

It also isn’t registered in Canada, where the second most web traffic is coming from.

So that makes it illegal, despite their claims.

And I’ve seen this wayyyyy too often to legitimately refer you to this business.

Once affiliate sponsorship dies down, so will this business and therefore it’ll be just another Ponzi scheme.

Sorry, Crude Oil Profit. I guess you just don’t make the cut.

Thanks for reading my Crude Oil Profit review! Feel free to leave a comment or question down below…

Minerva Trading Bot Review – Legit 240% Annual ROI MLM or Ponzi?

$

Welcome to my Minerva Review!

This is one of the latest network marketing companies to pop up and I decided to check it out for myself.

Maybe someone approached you about the passive investment opportunity on social media and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

In this review, I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Pay CLOSE attention and read this to the end…

Minerva Review – The Company

Minerva Trading Bot Review

Minera Trading Bot has no information on their website on who runs or owns the company.

I decided to check out the Minerva Trading Bot website domain “minervatradingbot.com” and found out it was privately registered on December 10th, 2018.

After doing more research, I found a video on YouTube talking about the CEO.

However, the person in the video isn’t credited…

I did find out incorporation papers for CMC invest on the website.

Later, I found that Gregor Maihart is the owner of CMC invest.

His Facebook picture is from 2010 so he looks a lot different now.

After looking at the YouTube video, looks like it was him…

Looks like it is Gregor Maihart running Minerva Trading Bot.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products next…

Minerva Trading Bot Reviews – The Products

Minerva Trading Bot Products

Minerva Trading Bot doesn’t have an retail products or services, but you can promote the actual affiliate membership.

Minerva Trading Bot Compensation Plan

Minerva Trading Bot member invest euros on a promise they will get 240% ROI after a year.

Minerva Trading Bot returns are paid every week in bitcoin.

Also, Minerva Trading Bot pays referral commissions on the initial investment by sponsored members which pays three levels deep in a unilevel compensation plan.

  • Invest at least €500 EUR and receive 7% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Invest at least €1000 EUR and receive 7% on level 1 and 3% on level 2
  • Invest at least €1500 EUR and receive 7% on level 1, 3% on level 2 and 2% on level 3

Re-investments are paid through the same unilevel:

  • Level 1 (reinvestment by personally sponsored affiliates) – 3%
  • Level 2 – 2%
  • Level 3 – 1%

Cost To Join Minerva Trading Bot

Minerva Trading Bot membership is free.

If you want to be part of the investment opportunity, you must put in at least a €500 EUR investment.

Final Verdict

Looks like Minerva Trading Bot is just another Telegram Ponzi bot scheme.

Basically, you get started and invest through the companies Telegram channel bot.

Apparently, the company generates it’s ROI through cryptocurrency trading.

However, I couldn’t find out any proof of this…

Also, Minerva Trading Bot or Gregor Maihart are not registered with Austria’s Financial Markets Authority.

In other words, they are committing securities fraud.

Because of that, I do NOT recommend this company…

I hope you enjoyed my Minerva Trading Bot Review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

Onyx Lifestyle Review – Legit Investment Opportunity or Scam?

$

Welcome to my Onyx Lifestyle Review!

This is one of the latest network marketing companies to pop up and I decided to take a look.

Maybe someone approached you about the investment opportunity on social media and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Onyx Lifestyle Review – The Company

Onyx Lifestyle Review

Onyx Lifestyle for some reason doesn’t provide you with any information on the website on who runs or owns the company.

I took a look at the Onyx Lifestyle website “onyxlifestyle.com” and found out it was initially registered 2016.

However, it was available for sale until late 2018.

The domain registration was updated on March 27th, 2019 and it looks like one of the current owner(s) purchased it.

However, it was privately registered…

Now when I checked out the Onyx Lifestyle’s marketing overview document, on page two it names and quotes Clif Braun as a co-founder.

Just to confirm for sure, his LinkedIn profile confirms his status as an Onyx Lifestyle co-founder from February 2019.

In the past, he has promoted Vemma and Wealth Generators which later became Kuvera Global.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company…

Onyx Lifestyle Reviews – The Products

Onyx Lifestyle Products

Onyx Lifestyle ha no retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

Once you get started, you get access to banking services and “luxury lifestyle services”.

They don’t get into this…

Onyx Lifestyle Compensation Plan

Onyx Lifestyle member invest in bitcoin on a promise of a 120% ROI after 12 months.

This is tracked through LQD8 Block positions.

The amount of LQD8 block positions you can have will depend on how much you invested:

  • Feature ($299) – Able to invest in up to 100 active LQD8 Block positions, max annual ROI capped at $10,000 and 2% withdrawal fee
  • Preferred ($799) – able to invest in up to 250 active LQD8 Block positions, max annual ROI capped at $50,000 and 1.5% withdrawal fee
  • Elite ($1499) – Able to invest in up to 500 active LQD8 Block positions, max annual ROI capped at $100,000 and 1% withdrawal fee
  • Black ($10,000) – Able to invest in up to 2500 active LQD8 Block positions, max annual ROI capped at $2,000,000 and 0.5% withdrawal fee
  • Reserve ($50,000) – Able to invest in up to 10,000 active LQD8 Block positions, no ROI cap or withdrawal fees

Each LQD8 Block position costs $70 in bitcoin and $20 of that goes to the admins.

10% monthly return is paid only on the $50 investment.

Sponsoring Commissions

Onyx Lifestyle members are paid 15% of the membership fee on personally sponsored members.

Residual Commissions

Onyx Lifestyle pays residual commissions through a binary compensation plan structure.

This just means you have a left and right leg which can be filled directly or indirectly by team members.

Onyx Lifestyle sums up all the investment volume on both legs every day and pay you 10% on the lesser leg.

Any left over volume is rolled over to the next day.

Affiliate membership volume is 50% of the sales volume membership fee’s.

Also remember, investment volume is calculated $20 for every $70 invested in LQD8 Block positions.

Matching Bonus

Onyx Lifestyle pays a matching bonus on downline residual commissions which is tracked through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

There are up to seven generations you can get paid per unilevel leg.

One generation is any time there is an Executive or higher ranked person found on that leg.

If there are two, that’s two generations…

If there are three, that’s three generations…

You get the point.

Now for some reason Onyx Lifestyle doesn’t provide any rank qualifications…

Global Bonus Pool

Onyx Lifestyle takes 10% of all the volume generated in the company and puts it in ten different Global Bonus Pools.

Depending on your rank, you will get certain amount of shares.

However, there is no information on this part…

Cost To Join Onyx Lifestyle

Cost to join Onyx Lifestyle will run you $99 or $199 per year depending on where you live.

If you want to be part of the income opportunity, you must drop anywhere between $299 to $50,000 with a $38 per month fee.

LQD8 Block positions can be purchased for $50 on top of everything else.

Final Verdict

So does the Onyx Lifestyle scam exist?

Well…

Let’s look at some of the facts…

Leadership isn’t transparent about themselves and I had to do some digging to figure it out…

They are promising ROI’s which is a big no no unless you are registered with the SEC.

At the time of this review, both Onyx Lifestyle and Clif Braun isn’t registered with the SEC.

Now, Onyx Lifestyle does say it generates it’s ROI through micro lending platform.

However, there isn’t and proof of this at all…

Because of that what most likely newly invested funds are paying off existing members.

So this is nothing more than a ponzi and pyramid scheme all bunched together.

Because of that, I do not recommend this company in my opinion.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my Onyx Lifestyle review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments blow…

Lira Coin Club Review – Legit Biz Op or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

$

Welcome to my Lira Coin Club Review!

You may have already heard of this company or maybe this is the first time you’ve seen the name…

But whether someone has already tried to recruit you or you just randomly stumbled across this page, I’m glad you’re here!

In my review, I will be going over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, in addition to my own verdict.

So, let’s dive in!

Lira Coin Club Review – The Company

Lira Coin Club Review

Lira Coin Club’s website doesn’t offer much information about who owns or operates the company.

As of matter of fact, at the time of writing this blog, the current Lira Coin Club website is just a simple affiliate login form.

The Lira Coin Club website domain was registered as “liracoin.club” sometime in August of 2017.

However, the registration details of the domain registration updated with some private information on the 12th of August, 2018.

Lira Coin Club Reviews – The Products

Lira Coin Club Products

Lira Coin Club has no retail products or services to offer, however members can market the affiliate membership itself.

The Lira Coin Club Compensation Plan

Affiliates who join Lira Coin Club must invest in LIC tokens.

Once affiliates obtain the LIC tokens, they must “lend” the points back to the company in order to receive a monthly ROI, which looks like the so:

  • First year 0 to 180 days – 3% monthly ROI
  • First year 181 to 360 days – 2.5% monthly ROI
  • Second year 0 to 180 days – 1.5% monthly ROI
  • Second year 181 to 360 days – 1% monthly ROI
  • Third year 0 to 180 days – 0.75% monthly ROI
  • Third year 181 to 360 days – 0.5% monthly ROI
  • Fourth year 0 to 180 days – 0.4% monthly ROI
  • Fourth year 181 to 360 days – 0.3% monthly ROI
  • Fifth year onward – 0.25% monthly ROI

Why are there only 360 days in a Lira Coin Club year? Who know…but those are the figures that are presented on the website under Lira Coin Club’s compensation plan.

ROI is only paid if LIC tokens are permanently invested with Lira Coin Club.

If and when an affiliate chooses to withdraw, they must either sell their LIC tokens back to the company or through the Lira Coin Club internal exchange.

LIC tokens were first introduced at a $1 internal price in 2018, however the current value of LIC tokens is not known.

Mining Returns

In addition to the lending investment side of the business, Lira Coin Club also operates a mining investment venture.

Affiliates are required to invest between $100 and $10,800 for annual returns as listed below:

  • Miner – Invest $100 and receive a $216 return over 360 days
  • B-Miner – Invest $300 and receive a $702 return over 360 days
  • S-Miner – Invest $1200 and receive a $3024 return over 360 days
  • M-Miner – Invest $3600 and receive a $9461 return over 360 days
  • G-Miner – Invest $7200 and receive a $19,440 return over 360 days
  • T-Miner – Invest $10,800 and receive a $31,104 return over 360 days

Affiliates earn a 5% direct referral commission on mining returns investments made by personally sponsored affiliates.

Residual Commissions

Affiliates in the Lira Coin Club who invest in mining returns can earn residual commissions.

Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, and then places every personally sponsored affiliate immediately underneath them on level 1.

When a level 1 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the second level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the third level, and this continues down as many levels as are needed.

Residual commissions are earned on the mining returns funds that are invested across the entire unilevel team.

The amount of unilevel team levels an affiliate earns residual commissions on depends on how much they have invested and the amount of investors they have personally sponsored.

  • Invest at the Miner tier and sponsor at least two mining returns investors = 15% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Invest at the Miner tier and sponsor at least three mining returns investors = 15% on level 1 and 10% on level 2
  • Invest at the Mining tier and sponsor at least four mining returns investors = 15% on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on level 3
  • Invest at the B-Miner tier and sponsor at least five mining returns investors = 15% on level 1, 10% on level 2 and 5% on levels 3 to 5
  • Invest at the S-Miner tier and sponsor and maintain at least five mining returns investors = 15% on level 1, 10% on level 2, 5% on levels 3 to 7 and 2% on level 8
  • Invest at the G-Miner tier and sponsor and maintain at least five mining returns investors = 15% on level 1, 10% on level 2, 5% on levels 3 to 7, 2% on level 8 and 1% on levels 9 and 10
  • Invest at the M-Miner tier and sponsor and maintain at least five mining returns investors = 15% on level 1, 10% on level 2, 5% on levels 3 to 7, 2% on level 8 and 1% on levels 9 to 11
  • Invest at the T-Miner tier and sponsor and maintain at least five mining returns investors = 15% on level 1, 10% on level 2, 5% on levels 3 to 7, 2% on level 8 and 1% on levels 9 to 12

Cost to Join Lira Coin Club

The cost to join Lira Coin Club as an affiliate is free.

However, full participation in the MLM part of the company requires a minimum investment of $100 to $10,800.

Additional investment costs in LIC tokens is not offered anywhere on the website.

LiraCoin Club Video Summary

Verdict on Lira Coin Club

So, now we’ve gotten through all of that, let’s take a look at what we have…

A company that has no products to sell and requires investors to give all their money away for a promise of annual returns.

The company also claims they are involved in crypto mining, but of course provide no proof to back that claim up.

To make matters worse, Lira Coin Club is obviously offering multiple passive investment opportunities, which means they are legally required to register with securities regulators in each jurisdiction they advertise their investment opportunity in.

And nowhere on their website or in their marketing material is there any clue that they have done so.

So, what we have here is what we have seen so many times before…

Once recruitment dries up…and it will…the company will collapse.

My advice here is to really think twice before investing your hard-earned money with this company.

Torq Vita Review – Legit Company or Just Another Scam? Find Out…

$

Welcome to my Torq Vita Review!

Whether you’ve been in the MLM game for a while or this is your first venture, choosing which company to join is a big decision.

And it’s a decision that shouldn’t be made without doing your due diligence first!

In this review, I will help you make the right choice by providing you with information about the company, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, in addition to my own verdict.

So, let’s get to it!

Torq Vita Review – The Company

Torq Vita Review

First things first, the Torq Vita website does not provide any information in regards to who owns or operates the company.

I did manage to find out that the website domain for Torq Vita was registered on the 12th of November, 2018, but the registration fails to mention an owner.

I read that Torq Vita has its headquarters in Great Britain on their website, where I also came across incorporation details for “Torq Vita LTD”.

UK incorporation is a bit sketchy, so not sure how much stock to put in that.

It also seems that Torq Vita is associated with Torqx Coin, which is claimed to be “registered in Dubai as a cryptocurrency provider”.

What I did manage to learn from the Torqx Coin website is that the Founder and CEO of this company is listed as Matthew Jones.

Torq Vita Reviews – The Products

Torq Vita products

Torq Vita doesn’t have any retail products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

Affiliates can only market and sell the affiliate membership.

The affiliate membership does include access to an ecommerce platform, where products and services can be bought through third-party merchants

The Torq Vita Compensation Plan

Torq Vita affiliates are required to invest funds for a 5% monthly ROI for 12 months.

  • Business Builder Pack $1000 – Receive $50 a month for twelve months plus the initial $1000 back
  • Business Builder Pack $2000 – Receive $100 a month for twelve months plus the initial $2000 back
  • Business Builder Pack $5000 – Receive $250 a month for twelve months plus the initial $5000 back

I also saw a $49 Shopper Pack and $99 Associate Pack, but these packs don’t have investment returns connected to them.

Torq Vita Affiliate Ranks

Torq Vita’s compensation plan features 8 affiliate ranks, as follows:

  • Affiliate – Sign up and pay Torq Vita affiliate membership fees
  • Star – Generate $25,000 in downline membership fee volume
  • Ruby – Generate $50,000 in downline membership fee volume
  • Diamond – Generate $100,000 in downline membership fee volume
  • Blue Diamond – Generate $200,000 in downline membership fee volume
  • Black Diamond – Generate $400,000 in downline membership fee volume
  • Crown Diamond – Generate $800,000 in downline membership fee volume
  • Double Crown Diamond – Generate $1,600,000 in downline membership fee volume

Ecommerce Commissions

Commissions can be earned on ecommerce platform shopping.

Affiliates can get a 10% cashback commission purchases they make themselves.

There are also residual ecommerce commissions which are paid through a 2×10 matrix.

A 2×10 matrix puts a Torq Vita affiliate at the top of a matrix, which then has 2 positions right under them.

These first 2 positions make up the level one of the matrix, and level two is made by dividing these first two positions into another two positions, for a total of 4 positions.

Levels 3 to 10 of the matrix are made the same way, with every new level holding 3 times as many positions as the level above it.

  • Shopper Pack affiliates earn a 1% ecommerce commission on two matrix levels
  • Associate Pack affiliates earn a 1% ecommerce commission on four matrix levels
  • Business Builder $1000 affiliates earn a 1% ecommerce commission on six matrix levels
  • Business Builder $2000 affiliates earn a 1% commission on eight matrix levels
  • Business Builder $5000 affiliates earn a 1% commission on ten matrix levels

Recruitment Commissions

Torq Vita affiliates can also earn when they sponsor new affiliates.

These commissions depend on what the Torq Vita affiliate spends on their membership.

  • Associates receive a 6% recruitment commission rate
  • Business Builder $1000 affiliates receive an 8% recruitment commission rate
  • Business Builder $2000 affiliates receive a 9% recruitment commission rate
  • Business Builder $5000 affiliates receive a 10% recruitment commission rate

Residual recruitment commissions are tracked and earned through the same 2×10 matrix as residual ecommerce commissions.

  • Associates earn 1% on two matrix levels
  • Business Builder $1000 affiliates earn 2% on the first matrix level and 1% on the second and third
  • Business Builder $2000 affiliates earn 3% on the first matrix level, 2% on the second and 1% on the third to fifth
  • Business Builder $5000 affiliates earn 4% on the first matrix level, 3% on the second, 2% on the third and 1% on the fourth to seventh matrix level

Leadership Bonus

The Leadership Bonus is another way to earn, however it isn’t clear what an affiliate needs to do in order to qualify.

  • Star ranked affiliates can earn up to 3%
  • Ruby ranked affiliates can earn up to 6%
  • Diamond ranked affiliates can earn up to 9%
  • Blue Diamond ranked affiliates can earn up to 12%
  • Black Diamond ranked affiliates can earn up to 15%
  • Crown Diamond ranked affiliates can earn up to 18%
  • Double Crown Diamond affiliates can earn up to 21%

Taking a guess based on other MLMs, I would say the Leadership Bonus is either paid on total downline sponsorship volume, or maybe it is a bonus percentage that is paid on personal sponsorship efforts.

This bonus has affiliates being paid at their rank, with the difference (up to 21%) paid upline to affiliates in higher rankings.

If a Double Crown Diamond affiliate is found, they get either 21% upfront or whatever is left of the Leadership Bonus to pay out.

Diamond Club Bonus

The Diamond Club Bonus seems to be similar to the Leadership Bonus, and again, it’s not clear what affiliates have to do to qualify.

  • Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 3% Diamond Club Bonus
  • Blue Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 6% Diamond Club Bonus
  • Black Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 9% Diamond Club Bonus
  • Crown Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 12% Diamond Club Bonus
  • Double Crown Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 15% Diamond Club Bonus

Cost to Join Torq Vita

The cost to join Torq Vita as an affiliate is between $49 and $5000.

  • Shopper Pack – $49
  • Associate Pack – $99
  • Business Builder – $1000, $2000 or $5000

As with many companies, the more an affiliate spends on initial membership, the more they can earn through the compensation plan.

Torq Vita Video Summary

Verdict on Torq Vita

You’ve made it to the end! And now it’s time for my final verdict…

With no source of external income that can be verified, it’s clear what’s happening here…

The only source of income is coming from affiliate investment…

Which means they are likely using new affiliate investment to pay existing affiliates…

And we’ve seen what happens when this is the setup…

Once affiliate recruitment slows down, so will the income flow…

Leaving affiliates high and dry, while the higher ups take off with the money…

So, my advice here is to take a few moments to really think if this is the best investment for your money…

iGalen Review – Legit Product MLM Company or Just Another Scam?

Welcome to my iGalen Review!

Chances are you have already been approached by someone about this company and now you are here to learn more, right?

Or perhaps this is the first time you’ve come across this company and curiosity has led you to investigate further…

Either way, I’m glad you’re here!

In my review, I go over the company, products, compensation plan, and cost to join.

So, without further ado, let’s go!

iGalen Review – The Company

iGalen Review

iGalen operates within the MLM nutritional supplement realm.

Having been launched in early 2017, co-founders Chan Heng Fai and Rajen Manicka are at the head of this company.

Fai and Manicka both currently hold executive positions in Holista Colltech Limited.

Fai is listed as Holista Colltech’s Director, while Manicka is credited as Executive Chairman.

I discovered an ASX announcement from February 2015 that revealed that iGalen is a Malaysian MLM company that was launched in January of 2015.

Holista and iGalen drew up a supply contract together a month later in February.

At some point between February 2015 and late 2017, Holista (based in Malaysia) merged with CollTech Australia Ltd.

This is when Holista Colltech was born, which the website claims is ‘headquartered in Perth with extensive operations in Malaysia’.

Holista CollTech obtained a 47% stake in iGalen for $1 in September of 2017.

The iGalen website lists a suite address in Florida, but from what I can tell, it’s mostly run out of Malaysia.

iGalen Reviews – The Products

iGalen Products

iGalen currently markets and sells 2 nutritional supplements, known as Uncarb and Gennisi.

Uncarb is advertised as “the world’s first carbohydrate optimizer”.

Its all-natural, patented blend of four ingredients work in tandem to significantly reduce the negative effects of carbohydrates, giving sustained energy throughout the day.

You can currently purchase Uncarb in an 80-capsule bottle.

iGalen was also marketing Emulin up until recently, which was also marketed as an “an all-natural carbohydrates manager”.

A quick peak at the FAQ page on the Uncarb product page of their website asks “How is this different from Emulin?”

EMULIN is a blend of flavonoids that helps the body manage carbohydrates.

Uncarb contains a flavonoid (an extract of onion) in addition to other powerful metabolic-supporting compounds found in other classes of botanicals.

There is no information on which is better: Emulin’s flavonoid blend or Uncarb’s onion extract formula.

iGalen’s other product Gennisi is marketed as an anti-aging and skin-repairing algae-based supplement.

(Gennisi is) a revolutionary and powerful nutritional supplement that has been shown to boost stem cell production in the body.

Gennisi can be bought in a 28-sachet box.

Both the Uncarb and Gennisi products currently retail for $79.95

The iGalen Compensation Plan

Once an iGalen affiliate joins, they must sign up for autoship and then purchase commission rank every 4 weeks.

While retail sales may be possible, it’s probably unlikely.

Looking at the iGalen compensation plan, it seems that most of the commissions that are paid out are linked to ongoing purchases by directly and indirectly sponsored affiliates.

Commission Qualification and Affiliate Ranks

iGalen affiliates are required to buy one or more products every 8 weeks in order to qualify for commissions.

Qualification costs depend on what rank an iGalen affiliate decides to purchase every 8 weeks:

  • Distributor rank (one product) costs $79.95
  • Bronze rank (three products) costs $215.87
  • Silver rank (six products) costs $383.76
  • Gold rank (ten products) costs $559.65
  • Platinum rank (twenty products) costs $1039.35

Retail Commissions

iGalen affiliates can earn commissions when they market and sell products to retail customers.

These paid commissions are the difference between the wholesale and retail cost of products ordered (cited as up to 35%).

Seeing that the Distributor ranked affiliates seem to pay the same amount as iGalen retail customers, it’s not clear how retail commissions are paid at this rank.

Recruitment Commissions

iGalen affiliates can also earn commissions when they sponsor new affiliates who purchase rank.

  • Sponsor a Distributor and receive a 5% commission
  • Sponsor a Bronze affiliate and receive a 7.5% commission
  • Sponsor a Silver affiliate and receive a 10% commission
  • Sponsor a Gold affiliate and receive a 25% commission
  • Sponsor a Platinum affiliate and receive a 30% commission

Recruitment commissions recur for every 8-week qualification period.

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a binary compensation structure.

The binary compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team, which then divides into a left and right side.

Level 1 of the binary team holds two positions and level 2 is made by dividing these first two positions into another two positions each, for a total of four positions.

Additional binary team levels are added as needed, with every new level holding two times as many positions as the level above it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates.

There is no current limit as to how big the binary team can grow.

iGalen counts up sales volume on each side of the binary team at the end of every week.

What counts as sales volume?

It is affiliate purchases plus any customer retail sales through iGalen.

A cycle happens when 500 BV from one side of the binary team is matched with 1000 BV on the other side.

Commission for the cycle is paid out as a percentage of the 500 BV that is made on the weaker side of the binary team.

The cycle commission percentage amount depends on which rank the iGalen affiliate has purchased.

  • Bronze – $25 commission per cycle, capped at $1250 (50 cycles) a week
  • Silver – $37.50 commission per cycle, capped at $3750 (100 cycles) a week
  • Gold – $50 commission per cycle, capped at $10,000 (200 cycles) a week
  • Platinum – $62.50 commission per cycle, capped at $25,000 (400 cycles) a week

Once the BV cycle is matched and paid, it is subtracted from both sides of the binary team.

Matching Bonus

A Matching Bonus is paid on residual commissions that are earned by downline affiliates.

It is tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.

A unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with each personally sponsored affiliate put directly below them on level one.

When a level 1 affiliate sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues down as many levels as are needed.

This unilevel structure is used to pay the Matching Bonus on up to 5 unilevel team levels.

The amount of levels that the Matching Bonus is paid out on depends on how much an iGalen affiliate spends on rank:

  • Bronze affiliates earn a 5% match on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Silver affiliates earn a 5% match on level 1 and 4% on level 2
  • Gold affiliates earn a 5% match on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3 and 2% on level 4
  • Platinum affiliates earn a 5% match on level 1, 4% on level 2, 3% on level 3, 2% on level 4 and 1% on level 5

Leadership Bonus

The Leadership Bonus seems to be volume bonus in the unilevel team, which is paid down 10 unilevel team levels.

  • Ruby ranked affiliates earn a 3% Leadership Bonus on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Emerald ranked affiliates earn a 3% Leadership Bonus on levels 1 and 2
  • Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 3% Leadership Bonus on levels 1 to 3
  • Double Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 3% Leadership Bonus on levels 1 to 4
  • Triple Diamond ranked affiliates earn a 3% Leadership Bonus on levels 1 to 5
  • Crown ranked affiliates earn a 3% Leadership Bonus on levels 1 to 6
  • Double Crown ranked affiliates earn a 3% Leadership Bonus on levels 1 to 8
  • Royale Crown ranked affiliates earn a 3% Leadership Bonus on levels 1 to 9

I couldn’t find any rank qualification criteria for Ruby or higher ranks.

Lifestyle Bonus

A monthly Lifestyle Bonus is available to Ruby and higher ranked iGalen affiliates:

  • Rubies receive $250 a month
  • Emeralds receive $350 a month
  • Diamonds receive $500 a month
  • Double Diamonds receive $750 a month
  • Triple Diamonds receive $1000 a month
  • Crowns receive $1500 a month
  • Double Crowns receive $2500 a month
  • Royale Crowns receive $5000 a month

And again, I couldn’t find any rank qualification criteria for Ruby or higher ranks.

Cost to Join iGalen

The cost to join iGalen as an affiliate is $29.95 a year.

Newly joined affiliates are told that they are required to buy a minimum of “one bottle of iGalen product” every 4 weeks in order to qualify for commissions.

This means that there is an added cost of $79.95 to $1039.35 every four weeks.

  • Distributor – $79.95 every four weeks
  • Bronze – $215.87 every four weeks
  • Silver – $383.76 every four weeks
  • Gold – $559.65 every four weeks
  • Platinum – $1039.35 every four weeks

As with many companies, the more an affiliate spends on their affiliate membership the more income they can potentially make through iGalen’s compensation plan.

Verdict on iGalen

Whew! That was a lot of information…

So, now it’s time to break it all down…

First things first…this company has actual product…so that’s a good start

While I can’t say for sure if their products are effective or not (seeing as there isn’t really any literature or reviews out there about it) I also can’t say for sure that it doesn’t work either…

But one thing stuck out to me…they describe it as “onion extract”.

I certainly hope it’s a lot more than that, because if it isn’t then it is seriously overpriced!

The company claims that their onion extract helps with carbohydrate management, but I couldn’t find any real link between these two things except on the iGalen website itself…

Their other product, Gennisi, is an algae-based product, and while there have been a few of these types of MLM products in the past, this product is claimed to be harvested from Klamath Lake in Oregon.

I found bottles of this type of algae on Amazon for 16.99 for 60 capsules, while iGalen sells a 28 pack for 79.95.

So, there pricing doesn’t really make sense nor is it really competitive if you know where to look.

So, what am I saying here?

Well, if you are thinking about joining this company, my suggestion would be to purchase the products before signing up.

Try them out yourself and decide if you like them and if you really believe in the product.

Because it’s much easier to be successful in a business if you truly back the product you are selling.
