BitCoin Frontiers is an educational crypto affiliate program that was launched by Franco Gonzalez and Clay Montgomery.

I don’t know a lot about Clay, but I do know Franco Gonzalez who was involved with Empower Network back in the day and was very successful.

Personally, I have actually learned a lot from his videos and he constantly gives out a ton of value.

This is an affiliate program with 100% commissions and pass ups.

BitCoin Frontiers doesn’t look like they have actual retail products and services, but you can promote their affiliate membership.

They have three memberships in total.

But you have to pay $100 per year to be an affiliate.

BitCoin Adventurer

This course will run you $250 one-time

You will get the following education:

• Intro To Bitcoin
• The Blockchain Explained
• What Is Cryptocurrency
• The Types Of Cryptocurrency
• How To Start Investing and Trading Bitcoin And Cryptocurrency

• Cointelegraph

Crypto Master

This course will run you $1000 one-time and goes into more advanced Crypto education.

However, you will need BitCoin Adventurer to make sense of this course or you will be lost.

Alright next, let’s take a look at the compensation plan…

The BitCoin Frontiers Compensation Plan

BitCoin Adventurer combines direct 100% commissions with pass ups.

So you can get paid $250 one-time and $1000 one-time.

If you don’t hit at least 5 sales, you will pass up your second sale.

Once you have hit the 5 sales requirement, you only pass up one sale for every 5 you make.

In other words, this isn’t really 100% commissions, it ends up being around 80% after pass-ups.

However, nothing wrong with even that to be honest, most affiliate programs pay a maximum of 50%.

Network Marketing companies pay even less at 5% to 20% commissions.

Cost To Join BitCoin Frontiers

BitCoin Frontiers affiliate membership will run you $100 per year.

On top of that, you will have to purchase $250 one-time product and $1000 one-time product.

Final Verdict

So does the BitCoin Frontiers scam exist?

To be honest, it’s more of an educational platform and you are not investing inside the company, but using legit crypto wallets etc.

Unlike all the Crypto MLM’s out there that promise you an ROI with their bullshit crypto tokens, this is purely educational and there isn’t anything to invest in the company itself.

Make it safe from the SEC and other regulators.

Only thing I am not 100% sure of is if you need to be at the $250 or $1000 levels to earn on it.

Pay to play is frowned about by the FTC and many companies are going in a different direction because of that.

Anyway, you probably don’t have to worry about this one getting shut down specially if it’s not pay to play business model.

This is one of the latest network marketing companies in the crypto space to pop up so I decided to see if it’s actually legit.

Maybe someone approached you about their ad credits opportunity or their CMN Altcoin and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so yo ucan make an informative decision.

Just make sure you PAY close attention and read this to the end…

CryptoMonsoon Review – Company

Alright so after checking out their website, I noticed there is no information on who runs the business or owns it.

The actual domain name “cryptomonsoon.io” was registered on November but failed to give any information on who owns it.

The good news is I found their Facebook page and has two admins on it, Ukari Obene and Aakash Munch.

Ukari is from Nigeria and is an Alliance In Motion Global affiliate.

Askash is from London, UK and looks like he is really behind CryptoMonsoon according to his Facebook posts.

Askash Munch ran some Forex trading thing before this company.

Anyway, that’s all I got…

CryptoMonsoon Reviews – Products

CryptoMonsoon has no retail offerings at all…

No product or service, however, you can promote their affiliate membership.

Once you do get started, you can invest in their adpacks.

Each of these adpacks are bundled with advertising credits which can be used to display ads on their website.

The CryptoMonsoon Compensation Plan

CryptoMonsoon members drop $40 in adpacks on a promise of a 130% ROI.

If you sponsor new affiliates in the company, you can earn commission percentage of your downline members.

CryptoMonsoon caps their unilevel compensation plan at three levels deep:

• Level 1 (personally sponsored members) – 7%
• Level 2 – 2%
• Level 3 – 1%

All ROI/Referral commissions are made in CMN which is an altcoin controlled by CryptoMonsoon.

It isn’t publicly traded just so you know…

Cost To Join CryptoMonsoon

Their affiliate membership is actually free, but if you want to be part of the network marketing side of things you have to drop in $40 bucks.

Now the moment you have been waiting for…

Final Verdict

So does the CryptoMonsoon scam exist?

Well, one of the biggest ad credit MLM’s called Traffic Monsoon was shut down by the SEC.

The problem is CryptoMonsoon is no different…

Instead of paying in US, they are using cryptocurrency which doesn’t make it any more legal than Traffic Monsoon.

The CMN altcoin itself has NO value outside of this company and is not publicly traded.

Meaning it’s useless outside of this company.

The funny thing is I saw a post saying:

“The price effect of demand and supply. The longer you hold CMN the better for you”.

Yeah okay their buddy, what about the Bitconnect people?

Plus the reason why the value is going up is because of people sponsoring new people.

There is no external income coming into the company backing up their altcoin.

This is nothing more than another Ponzi scheme.

Honestly ladies and gentlemen, stay away from this one unless you want to lose.

BizzTrek Review – The Company

So what is BizzTrek exactly?

BizzTrek is a customizable online platform,
which allows you to:

• Advertise your business
• Receive special deals & offers
• Sell your products or services
• Sell your personal items
• Earn Passive Income
• Get Business and Personal profile web page

They don’t charge any kind of commissions or sellers fee’s and apparently they pass the savings to you.

Now when I tried to find out who runs the show, there was no information on the actual website.

I even checked out the domain “bizztrek.com” and found out it was privately registered back in August 2nd, 2018.

BizzTrek does give you a few office locations on their website, but they are all virtual.

I went onto Facebook and found out that the Chief Marketing Officer is Ababil Sher.

He is based out of the UK and he describes himself as the “cerebral shapeshifter” on Twitter…

Only thing I am not sure of is if there are more team members working with him.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products next…

BizzTrek Reviews – The Products

BizzTrek has an online business directory and eCommerce portal.

You can also get cashback from third party services which is available to UK members and affiliates.

If you are a free member, you can get access to the online business directory.

If you are a Prime BizzTrek member that pays €25 EUR per month, you can sell products on the eCommerce platform.

Gold Prime BizzTrek affiliates pay €300 EUR annually and can sell products and services on their eCommerce platform.

As of right now, their eCommerce platform is only live in Pakistan which is odd.

It’s a UK based company…isn’t it?

BizzTrek Compensation Plan

BizzTrek affiliates basically pay the monthly any yearly fee’s to qualify for commissions that I mention up top there.

You can earn commissions when you sponsor new affiliates into the company who pay those fee’s.

BizzTrek Ranks

BizzTrek has ten affiliate ranks within their compensation plan.

Below is a breakdown on the qualifications needed to hit them:

• Affiliate – Pay and continue to pay monthly/annual affiliate fees
• Business Leader – Sponsor and maintain at least three paid BizzTrek affiliates and have a total downline of twelve affiliates
• Senior Leader – Sponsor and maintain at least five paid BizzTrek affiliates, two of which are Business Leader or higher
• Executive Leader – Sponsor and maintain at least seven paid BizzTrek affiliates, two of which are Executive Leader or higher
• Business Manager – Sponsor and maintain at least ten paid BizzTrek affiliates, two of which are Executive Leaders
• Executive Manager – Sponsor and maintain at least two Business Managers
• Business Director – qualification criteria not provided
• Executive Director – qualification criteria not provided
• Business President – qualification criteria not provided
• Executive President – qualification criteria not provided

Matrix BizzTrek Commissions

BizzTrek pays their members through 3×10 Matrix compensation plan.

These positions can be filled directly or indirectly by members.

Every matrix position filled is worth €1 EUR a month commission and Gold members positions generate €1 EUR commission per month for 12 months.

The amount of levels you get paid will depend on how many members you have sponsored:

• Sponsor and maintain one paid Prime/Gold Prime affiliate and earn on the first matrix level
• Sponsor and maintain two paid Prime/Gold Prime affiliates and earn on matrix levels one and two
• Sponsor and maintain three paid Prime/Gold Prime affiliates and earn on matrix levels one to three

You can get generation bonus through a unilevel compensation plan.

They pay €10 EUR commission  on ten qualified generation bonus members on Prime/Gold sponsored members.

To qualify on ALL ten generations, you must sponsor and maintain at least 10 Prime/Gold Prime members.

Team Bonus

As a Business Director, you can qualify for a  €300 EUR per month Car Bonus.

Executive Directors and higher get €500 EUR per month Car Bonus.

Cost To Join BizzTrek

BizzTrek membership will run you the following:

• €25 EUR a month for Prime; or
• €300 EUR a year Gold Prime.

Only difference is income potential…

Final Verdict

So does the BizzTrek scam exist?

Let’s check out the facts…

They are not very transparent about their leadership in the company.

Also BizzTrek is implying their business is the same structure as Amazon’s Prime Service, however, the network marketing side has nothing to do with it.

The MLM side has no retail incentives…

Making BizzTrek’s MLM side a straight up pyramid scheme.

People just earn money on sponsoring new affiliates and that’s about it.

Right now the eCommerce side is only available in Pakistan which makes up only 24% of the total traffic.

Amazon Prime and BizzTrek Prime memberships have no connection…

They were just going on the “PRIME” bandwagon for branding.

Personally, way too many red flag here so I wouldn’t  join it personally.

Fun fact…

Team National is also know as “National Companies”.

When investigating the company further, I found out that it’s debt free and has been going strong since it’s inception.

Team National is also part of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), a registered member of Dunn & Bradstreet (D&B), a member of the US chamber of commerce and lead but not least a member of the BBB in Florida.

Company has also hit over $1 billion dollars in product sales since 1997 which is always a good sign.

Overall, the company has a very strong foundation and has been in business for over 20 years.

Team National Reviews – The Products

Team National is about saving you money through their membership.

Overall, they have 4 different categories of their membership:

Team National Factory Direct

You can save up to 65% on items like home furnishing and jewelry because of their special connections with wholesalers.

Group Buying Power

The Group Buying Power membership will save you on the following:

1. Vehicles – new and used cars, parts and service; motorcycles, ATVs, personal watercraft, etc
2. Financial services – home mortgage, wealth planning, debt management
3. Health discount benefit plans – vision, dental, hearing, teledoc, chiropractic, etc
4. Rental Cars & Trucks
5. Communications Services – long distance, digital phone, high-speed internet, satellite tv, etc
6. Business savings – credit card processing, check processing, gift cards, etc

The fact the company has been in business for 20 years with these products says a lot.

That usually means the products/services are actually good and in demand.

Like all great network marketing companies, you must sell to retail customers and sponsor new business reps to get the most out of the compensation plan.

Both retail and sponsoring is available in Team National with performance based bonuses.

So does the Team National scam actually exist?

Let’s look at the facts…

The company is part of the DSA which isn’t very common…

Only the best of the best get that…

Second, they have products/services that actually sell and did over $1 billion in product sales.

Third, they have been in business for over 20 years…

So does that sound like a scam to you?

There are a lot of ignorant people out there calling EVERY network marketing company a pyramid scheme.

However, they don’t even know what that is…

Legally, a pyramid scheme is when MORE affiliate sales are happening than retail sales.[1]

If more RETAIL is happening than affiliate sales, then it’s NOT a pyramid scheme.

Anyway, overall you can’t go wrong with this company.

When you check out the actual domain “scifly.io” it’s just a website hosting the bit app and has no company site.

It was first registered on February 21st, 2019.

Hong Cao is listed as the owner and has an address in Anhui, China.

What is a little fishy is they claim they been operating since 2015 when the website was just registered last month of this review…

Also, Bruce Zhang is the CEO of the company.

He claims to be an “early investor of bitcoin” and founded Super CodingFly in 2015.

Another thing he is a CEO of is ZB Mega which is a shell company which ties together Super CodingFly and ZB Exchanger.

I couldn’t find Burce Zhang anywhere on the interest either…

Very strange…

Anyway, let’s look into the products next…

Super CodyingFly Reviews – The Products

Super CodyingFly has no retail products or services, but you can promote as an affiliate…

Super CodingFly Compensation Plan

Super CodingFly has affiliates invest in ethereum on a promise they will get some kind of ROI:

• Invest 0.8 ETH and receive a monthly 8% ROI
• Invest 3.9 to 23 ETH and receive a monthly 12% ROI
• Invest 23 to 230 ETH and receive a 16% ROI
• Invest 230 to 390 ETH and receive an 18% ROI

The ROI and commissions are paid in SCF tokens.

SCF tokens are not publicly traded so they have no value outside of the company.

Also, I couldn’t find out what they are worth internally in the company either…

Residual Commissions

To earn residual commissions, you must invest at least 0.8 ETH into the company.

All residuals are paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

Super CodingFly pays ten levels deep and are paid 10% across all the levels.

Below is the breakdown of the qualifications needed:

• S1 (sponsor at least ten investing affiliates and generate at least $150,000 in downline SCF token ROI volume) = 6% residual commissions on unilevel team returns from level 11 to infinite depth
• S2 (have at least three S1 affiliates in your downline, in at least two different unilevel team legs) = 9% residual commission on unilevel team returns from level 11 to infinite depth
• S3 (have at least three S2 affiliates in your downline, in at least two separate unilevel team legs) = 12% residual commission on unilevel team returns from level 11 to infinite depth
• SCF (have at least three S3 affiliates in your downline, in at least two separate unilevel team legs) – 15% residual commission on unilevel team returns from level 11 to infinite depth

Global Pool

SCF ranked member can get a share of 5% of the company wide investment volume.

Final Verdict

So does the Super CodingFly scam exist?

Well to be honest…

They didn’t even try to make it legit…

First there is no company website it’s just an app.

Second, the CEO doesn’t seem to exist outside of the company…

Third, they claim they been in business since 2015, but the website was just registered a month ago.

They try to make themselves sound legit by saying their external ROI’s come from the following sources:

• financial transactions
• private equity funds
• stocks, futures, bonds, foreign exchanges
• commodity trading advisors

However, there is no proof of any of this happening.

Plus, they apparently are generating 18% per month, why would they need any investments from people?

Just go get a small loan from the back and grow month after month and before you know it…

You are rich!

However, the truth is this…

Newly invested funds are paying off existing members and once people stop sponsoring people into the company, it’s goodbye Super CodingFly.

After checking out their website, it seems WoToken doesn’t provide any information on who runs or owns the company.

I even checked out the “wotoken.pro” domain and it has some fake information but it registered on September 16th, 2018.

When I checked out the marketing material, it could be possible that it’s run from Hong Kong, but again who knows.

WoToken has members invest funds into the company for a promise ROI:

• Invest in $1000 worth of WOR tokens and receive a 0.25% to 0.5% daily ROI
• Invest in $5000 worth of WOR tokens and receive a 0.3% to 0.65% daily ROI

Affiliates invest in WOR Tokens which are not publicly traded and are useless outside of the company.

All returns and commissions are paid out in WOR Tokens…

Referral Commissions

WoToken pays referral commissions on WOR ROI paid to downline affiliates.

This is done through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

The amount of levels a WoToken member grows in the unilevel will depend on the commissions rates:

• One level deep unilevel team = 50% referral commission on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
• Two level deep unilevel team = 80% on level 1 and 50% on level 2
• Three level deep unilevel team = 80% on level 1, 50% on level 2 and 30% on level 3

Once you hit the qualifications needed to get Appollo levels, you can get paid beyond the 15 levels:

• Level 1 – Produce $250,000 in downline WOR token ROI volume and receive 5% referral commissions from level 15 to infinity

So does the WoToken scam exist?

Well, let’s take a closer look.

Instead of leveraging Telegram bots, they are using app based bots.

WOR Tokens are generated on demand and no costs to the company because they are not publicly traded and are useless outside of the company.

They don’t even post a internal value for these tokens.

All the returns are handled through the WoToken app, but are exchanged through Neraex.

Neraex is a failed Japanese crypto exchange…

To be honest, this is nothing more than a ponzi scheme with a touch of pyramid scheme attached.

External income source doesn’t exist, it’s just newly invested funds paying off existing members.

Normally these token based crypto companies are a pump and dump.

They raise the value internally of their coin and once recruitment slows down, the value will be zero and people are stuck with these useless garbage tokens.

I have seen another post where they are claiming they are using AI trading, do you know how many scams use that?

All of them…

There is no trading happening just fooling people that there is…

Anyway, stay away from this one unless you feel like losing money.

Once upon a time there was a man named Jeremie Sowerby who always wanted his own crypto currency company.

That dream came true October 26th, 2018 when he registered the domain “dunamismining.com”.

Okay, that story was fictional, but the domain part was right.

Jeremie Sowerby is the CEO of the company, but this information can not be found on the actual website.

I found it through a marketing video.

He is based out of Ontario, Canada.

Even though Dunamis Mining is apparently an Arizona LLC.

However, the Dunamis Mining LLC isn’t active which is strange…

In the past, Jeremie Sowerby promoted My Trader Coin.

He was also an affiliate for Kyani which is actually a legit network marketing company.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s check out the products next…

Dunamis Mining Reviews – The Products

For some reason, this company doesn’t have any retail products or services for sale.

This just means you can’t be a customer and buy their stuff.

You must become an affiliate…

Once you are an affiliate, you can promote the affiliate membership.

Dunamis Mining Compensation Plan

Dunamis Mining members invest money into the company on a promise daily ROI:

• Invest $1400 and receive a daily ROI for one year
• Invest $3200 and receive a daily ROI for three years
• Invest $4200 and receive a daily ROI for five years

Electricity fees are charged after one, three and six months…

You can sponsor people who invest in the company and earn commissions in bitcoin.

This company has 12 ranks in total and below is the complete breakdown on the qualifications needed:

• Affiliate – Get Started  as a Dunamis Mining affiliate and invest
• Prospector – Produce 10,000 GV in downline investment volume
• Bronze – Produce 25,000 GV in downline investment volume
• Silver – Produce 50,000 GV in downline investment volume

Residual Commissions

All residual commissions are paid through a binary compensation plan.

This just means you have a left and right leg which can be filled up directly or indirectly by you and your team members.

Basically, Dunamis Mining ads up all the investment volume on each leg and pays you a percentage on the weaker one.

I couldn’t find any information on if this is daily, weekly or monthly.

Below is what you can make:

• Invest $1400 and get paid a 10% residual commission rate
• Invest $3200 and get paid a 12% residual commission rate
• Invest $4200 and get paid a 15% residual commission rate

Matching Bonus

Matching Bonus is available for people who personally sponsor people.

You can earn 5% on their total earnings.

Enrollment Bonus Pools

Dunamis Mining drops 6% of their company wide investment volume and puts it in three different pools:

• Gold and higher ranked affiliates receive a share in one 2% pool
• Executive and higher ranked affiliates receive a share in two 2% pools
• VP and higher ranked affiliates receive a share in all three 2% pools

Rank Achievement Bonuses

You can earn a rank achievement bonus once you are Prospector or higher:

Only difference between the packages is the income potential.

Final Verdict

So does the Dunamis Mining Scam exist?

Well let’s look at the facts…

Apparently after doing even more research because their website is very vague they are a licensed hosting company for mining equipment and offer leases within their facility for customer owned machines.

Now that’s great, however, what worries me is the passive ROI part.

You see, once you start doing that…

You are in the SEC territory and both USA and Canada requires businesses to register if they are giving out passive ROI’s.

And according to Dunamis Mining they are…

As of right now, there is no registrations.

Also, Dunamis Global Technologies domain redirects to Dunamis Mining.

So if they want to be legit…

Register with the SEC or get ride of the investment opportunity period.

Selling hosting etc is fine, but can’t have that passive ROI thing going…

Anyway, as of right now I would wait to see where they are in six months from now.

OneOkada Review – The Company

OneOkada specializes in the MLM niche and is based out of Quezon City in the Philippines.

The man behind the company is Alexander Salvador who calls himself the “emperor” of OneOkada.

He apparently has decades of experience in traditional and network marketing businesses according to his bio on the website.

I couldn’t really find any MLM history on him and that could be the fact he’s from a different country.

A traditional business he owned was a hair salon chain called Cut & Fix.

the man behind the success of the most profitable salon brand for the past 5 years, the CUT & FIX INTERNATIONAL SALON.

That’s all I got on the company, lets look at the products next…

OneOkada Reviews – The Products

OneOkada has a ton of supplement based products in their line up, however, they are best known for the Okada Japanese Black Garlic.

They claim it’s toxic to 14 kinds of cancer cells.

Now those are their claims…

Other products in their line up include:

• Gravitrol – a graviola leaf extract supplement that “prevents, manages and fights cancer”
• Pure Nature C – a camu-camu extract supplement that contains the “world’s highest vitamin c content”
• Maca Power – a maca root extract supplement that “promotes fertility” and “helps prevent osteoporosis”
• Okada Plus – an andrographis paniculata supplement that’s “highly effective against diabetes”
• Okada White – “gives your liver the best of health”
• Lex Coffee – “world’s healthiest coffee”
• Wonder Soap – soap that “whitens and moisturizes skin, removes dead skin, controls pimples, helps in healing wounds, eliminates foot odor, helps control hair fall, prevents dandruff, prevents underarm odor and serves as a feminine wash alternative”
• Ashitaba – a “super drink” with 18 added superfoods

They don’t provide proof of their claims…

Also, couldn’t find any retail pricing.

OneOkada Compensation Plan

OneOkada members join and buy one of three packages below:

• Warrior Package – 3888 PHP
• Imperial Package – 8888 PHP
• Supreme Package – 18,888 PHP

Retail Commissions

You earn the difference between retail and wholesale pricing when you sell to customers.

Again, couldn’t find any pricing to see what kind of commissions you can earn.

Matrix Commissions

When you purchase a Warrior Package, you are placed in a 4×10 matrix compensation plan.

Below is the breakdown commissions paid:

• Level 1 (4 positions to fill) – 1000 PHP generated per position filled, passed up to immediate upline (the affiliate who recruited you)
• Level 2 (16 positions to fill) – commissions disappear (the compensation plan mentions “goodwill” but fails to elaborate)
• Level 3 and deeper – 1200 PHP paid per position filled

Sponsoring Commissions

OneOkada Imperial and Supreme Package member are paid directly and residually to sponsor new affiliates:

• Sponsor a new Imperial Package affiliate and receive 500 PHP
• Sponsora new Supreme Package affiliate and receive 1500 PHP or 3000 PHP worth of OneOkada products

Residuals are paid through a binary compensation plan structure…

This just means you have a left and a right leg.

Below is how OneOkada do it in their compensation plan:

• Two sponsored  Imperial Package affiliates generates a 1000 PHP commission
• Two sponsored  Supreme Package affiliates generates a 2500 PHP commission

Matching bonus is also paid:

• Supreme Package affiliates earn a 10% match when their binary team generates 100,000 PHP in residual sponsoring commissions

And for every ten pairs of sponsored members:

• Imperial Package affiliates receive a 1000 PHP product voucher
• Supreme Package affiliates receive a 2500 PHP product voucher.

Residual Commissions (Unilevel)

OneOkada pays Imperial and Supreme package members residual commissions on downline members.

This is paid through a unilevel compensation plan.

OneOkada caps theirs at ten levels deep.

Below is the complete breakdown:

• Merchants (Sponsor at least one affiliate) – 6% on up to six unilevel team levels
• Ronin (Sponsor at least three affiliates) – 7% on up to seven unilevel team levels
• Samurai (Sponsor at least six affiliates) – 8% on up to eight unilevel team levels
• Shogun (Sponsor at least nine affiliates) – 9% on up to nine unilevel team levels
• Emperor (Sponsor at least twelve affiliates) – 10% on up to ten unilevel team levels
• Gold Emperor (Sponsor at least three Emperor ranked affiliates) – 12% on up to ten unilevel team levels
• Platinum Emperor (recruit at least five Emperor ranked affiliates) – 15% on up to ten unilevel team levels
• Diamond Emperor (Sponsor at least seven Emperor ranked affiliates) – 18% on up to ten unilevel team levels

Cost To Join OneOkada

Cost to join OneOkada will depend on the package you go with:

• Warrior Package – 3888 PHP
• Imperial Package – 8888 PHP
• Supreme Package – 18,888 PHP

Final Verdict

So does the OneOkada scam exist?

Well, they need to address a few things specially if they want to be legal in North America.

First, they can’t make any health claims without any evidence backing it up.

They even talk about how their products is 10,000 times more powerful than chemotherapy for fighting cancer.

However, no studies have been done to back up those claims.

Second, they have no incentives for retail sales in the compensation plan.

Because of that, they are just encouraging affiliates to sponsor more affiliates instead of focusing on getting more customers.

FDA (or it’s equivalent in the Philippines) won’t like the claims they are making and the FTC (or it’s equivalent in the Philippines) won’t like the fact there isn’t any retail incentives going on.

So they need to revamp the compensation plan for more retail and get rid of any crazy claims that the product can do.

I have seen people die because a company made false claims about how their products can cure disease.

Anyway, right now I would stay away from this company…

Now when it comes to websites, I found out there are four them of them in total:

• globalgamearena.biz
• globalgamearena.com
• globalgamearena.info and
• globalgamearena.net

I found a Facebook post that reveals Frode Jorgensen as the co-founder of the company and Daniel Grenon as the Cheif Marketing Officer.

Frode Jorgensen has been involved with Bidify which was like Zeek Rewards.

Once Zeek got shut down, Bidify was renamed to MyCenterBid.

After that, Crypto 888 Club was born…

Daniel Grenon is best known for promoting OneCoin.

After OneCoin took a crap, he was involved with Worldwide Cryptocurrency Investment.

WCI took a crap and was launched at Fintegri in 2018.

Global Game Arena has a bunch of corporate addresses.

One is in Singapore, however, it’s virtual.

Overall, the company owners don’t have a good track record, but maybe they can turn it around here…

Global Game Arena Reviews – The Products

Global Game Arena has members invest in their GGA points which can be used to gamble.

Retail product/service is when a customer purchases GGA tokens.

I couldn’t find the retail pricing on these tokens.

However, to run a gambling site of any kind, you need to be registered or licensed in most countries, but couldn’t find this information.

That could mean it’s not operating legally in most countries…

Global Game Arena Compensation Plan

Global Game Arena has members invest in GGA tokens and commissions are paid when they sponsor new people or get customers that do the same.

There are three different investment packages you can purchase:

• Affiliate – €130 EUR and then €10 EUR a month (first month waived)
• Basic – €530 EUR and then €10 EUR a month (first three months waived)
• Premium – €1530 EUR and then €10 EUR a month (first twelve months waived)

GGA tokens are bundled with the Basic and Premium memberships:

• Basic – 1500 GGA tokens
• Premium – 5000 GGA tokens

40% of all commissions and bonuses paid out must be converted into casino vouchers or reinvested into GGA tokens.

Interesting…

Also to be active, you must do the following:

A Representative becomes/remains Active by having personally purchased minimum one (1) active lottery ticket each, (€10) every week.

Now I couldn’t find out if commissions are paid if you are not active…

There are eight ranks in total in Global Game Arena and below is the breakdown of everything to hit them:

• Qualified Affiliate – Produce one residual commission cycle
• Executive Affiliate – Produce twenty-five accumulated residual commission cycles
• Sapphire – Produce one hundred accumulated residual commission cycles
• Emerald – Produce five hundred accumulated residual commission cycles
• Ruby – Produce one thousand accumulated residual commission cycles
• Diamond – Produce five thousand accumulated residual commission cycles
• Blue Diamond – Produce ten thousand accumulated residual commission cycles
• Red Diamond – Produce twenty thousand accumulated residual commission cycles

Retail Token Commissions

You can gt paid 10% commissions on gambling losses by retail customers you bring in.

Sponsoring Commissions

You can earn 10% commissions on the funds invested by your personally sponsored members.

Residual Commissions

To qualify for residual commissions, you must sponsor two retail gambling customers.

This is all paid through the binary compensation plan.

Package purchases by sponsored members generates sales volume:

• Affiliate package = 30 GV
• Basic package = 150 GV
• Premium package = 450 GV

End of the week, both sides are added up and if there is 150 GV match or more, you earn commissions on the lesser leg.

This is called as a cycle.

Instead of being a penny auction they took the gambling route.

A lot of countries require licenses or some kind to run a gambling site and Global Game Arena doesn’t have any…

Now they do mention they don’t operate in certain countries like the USA:

Are you open for USA?

No, we do NOT allow citizens of USA to register in Global Game Arena as we do not have the required licenses to operate in the United States.

Also I found this as well:

GGA operates under strict license restrictions.

NO customers will be accepted from the following countries:

United States, United Kingdom, Norway, Spain, France, Italy, Thailand and Myanmar.

However according to Alexa, 77% of the traffic is coming from the USA.

Honestly, I would just stay a way from this…

It’s not even legal if you are in North America or the countries I mentioned earlier.

End of the day, seems to be a ponzi scheme to me…

Happy Life Affiliates doesn’t have any information on who runs or owns the company.

There is a contact info section that mentions Charis Papadopoulos who apparently is an Internet MI Marketer.

He is on a ton of videos about Happy Life Affiliates and I found out his Facebook page confirms that he is the owner.

He is from Greece and because of that I couldn’t find much on him because of the language barrier.

Anyway, let’s look at the products next…

Happy Life Affiliates Reviews – The Products

Happy Life Affiliates doesn’t have any retail products or services for sale, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

Once you have the membership, you get access to the following:

• the Olympic Marketing System – lead generation suite ($28 a month)
• My Online Coach – an “all-inclusive guide to reaching success” ($28 a month)
• My Automated Webinar – webinar scheduling platform ($28 a month or $336 annually)
• Olympic Idea (Our Global Idea?) – a “global loyalty program” ($28 a month)

Happy Life Affiliates Compensation Plan

Happy Life Affiliates has members pay $28 per month for a matrix position.

Commissions are paid on people who sponsor others who do the same thing.

I found out that the matrix is a 3×8 plan…

But couldn’t find much more on it.

Olympic Marketing System

To get access to the Olympic Marketing System, you must pay $28 per month.

Happy Life Affiliates are paid to sponsor people who pay for this…

On the first three members you sponsor, no commissions are paid on them but they waive your $28 per month fee.

Once you hit three, you get paid $7 per sponsored member through a 3×8 matrix compensation plan.

This means there are 9840 positions to be filled.

Mat hing bonus is also available that pays 50% of the residual commissions earn by personally sponsored members.

Leadership bonus is also there that pays $3 per member sponsored.

My Online Coach

My Online Coach membership is also $28 per month.

Happy Life Affiliates are paid $7 from the third member onwards.

Also a $1 residual commission is paid per position filled in the matrix.

There is a matching bonus that works like the Olympic Marketing System breakdown above.

There is also a Lifetime Car Bonus Program, but they don’t get into any details about it.

Cost To Join Happy Life Affiliates

Happy Life Affiliates membership is free, but you must put in at least $28 per month or $336 per year to be active if you want to be part of the network marketing compensation plan.

Final Verdict

So does the Happy Life Affiliates scam exist?

Well, let’s look at the facts first…

There are no retail products or services for sale, but you can only become an affiliate.

This puts the company in pyramid scheme territory.

Opportunities like this pop up all the time where they put out a marketing tool as a prop to suck people in thinking they are getting something, but end of the day…

If there is no retail, it’s not legal.

So it looks like the company can’t even market itself properly which is pretty concerning if you ask me.

Because of that, I personally do not recommend this company…

Crypster Review – The Company

For some reason they have two websites they are operating from.

One is called “crypster.eu” and the other is “crypster.rocks”.

The EU domain doesn’t work anymore, and the “rocks” version is not reachable from the USA.

Looks like they are blocking US IP addresses.

Website itself has no information on who runs or owns the company.

I did find a Crypster marketing video showing Volker Wainig and LinkedIn profile showing him as the founder.

Volker is actually based out of Austria.

In the past, he was the Executive Sales Chief for Trevo and CEO of FlexKom.

That’s all I got on the company, let’s look into the products next…

Crypster Reviews – The Products

For some reason Crypster has no retail products or services for sale.

That just means as a customer you can’t purchase a product, but you can become an affiliate and promote their membership.

Crypster Compensation Plan

Crypster member get started and invest anywhere between 0.01 to 1 BTC on a promise of a 4% weekly ROI.

Commissions are paid on member who sponsor others to invest.

All commissions inside of Crypster is paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

This particular unilevel is capped at 5 levels deep.

Note that level 1 is available to new members only.

Level 2 to 5 must be unlocked to the following qualifications:

• Level 2 – Produce 1 BTC of investment across level 1 of your unilevel team (personally recruited affiliates)
• Level 3 – Produce 5 BTC of investment across levels 1 and 2 of your unilevel team (no more than 2.5 BTC counted from any one unilevel leg)
• Level 4 – Produce 10 BTC across levels 1 to 3 of your unilevel team (no more than 5 BTC counted from any one unilevel leg)
• Level 5 – Produce 20 BTC across levels 1 to 4 of your unilevel team (no more than 10 BTC from any one unilevel leg)

Once qualified, you get paid on all five levels:

• Level 1 (personally sponsored members) – 8%
• Level 2 to 5 – 4%

Membership will run you anywhere between 0.01 to 1 BTC investment.

Final Verdict

So does the Crypster scam actually exist?

Apparently the passive income comes from digital currency trading:

Crypster is the platform of choice for ordinary people getting involved in digital currency trading.

However, the company doesn’t provide any trading activities…

Not only that, because they are promising a ROI it becomes a securities offering.

However, they do explain that:

We are also a platform for “Crowd-Trading” – meaning that our community can trade your assets for you, sharing the resulting profits.

You don’t have to actively engage in trading yourself, just watch how your assets grow in weekly trade sprints!

Crypster doesn’t show that they are registered with some kind of SEC equivalent.

In Austria, it’s regulated by the Financial Market Authority.

So right now there are just way too many red flags going on.

First thing is there is securities fraud happening and second thing is it’s just a pyramid scheme because they have no retail products or services.

Not to mention it has a touch of ponzi scheme as well lol.

Anyway, I personally do not recommend this company at all…

Amare Global launched back in 2016 and specializes in the nutrition supplement niche in network marketing.

Company was founded by CEO Hiep Tran.

Also on the executive team is Rich Higbee, Mike Brown, Mark Nguyen and Shawn Talbott.

According to Trans bio:

because of his journey with his own health & wellness.

Although he had achieved a high level of success in the business world, he did so at the expense of his own physical and mental health.

It was out of these hardships that the ideas for Amare began to take shape.

Hiep Tran is based out of California, however, doesn’t have any MLM history.

According to his LinkedIn profile:

In 2008, I was co-founder and principal of Meritus Payment Solutions.

Meritus was acquired by Optimal Payments in 2014.

I then became CEO of payment processing for Paysafe (Formerly Optimal Payments) until resigning in 2016.

Once he resigned in 2016, Amare Global was born…

Amare Global Reviews – The Products

All great network marketing companies have products or services that are in demand and high quality.

It looks like Amare Global has decent products in their line up which they call “gut-brain axis”.

According to Amare Global:

Amare Global has 13 affiliate ranks in total in their compensation plan.

Below I break down what you need to do to qualify for them:

• One Heart Partner – Maintain commission qualification and generate at least 300 GV a month
• Two Heart Partner – Maintain commission qualification and generate at least 750 GV a month
• Three Heart Partner – Maintain commission qualification and generate at least 1500 GV a month
• Bronze Heart Mentor – Maintain commission qualification, sponsor and maintain at least three One Heart Partners and generate at least 3000 GV a month

Now my best advice to you is to try out the Amare Global products first and see how you like them.

From there you can make the decision to join the company or not.

End of the day, this company isn’t a scam and I give people the green light.

They just state:

a legal BTC earning and wealth management company incorporated and headquartered in Asia.

Again nothing specific and vague.

In their FAQ:

Great more value information.

After digging in deeper, I found out that Michael Merino is the program developer of Free BTC CLub.

He also talks about hes been in network marketing for 22 years through Herbalife.

In the past, he also promoted BetterBid but there was no information about this company anywhere.

Michael Merino himself is from California, USA, but the servers used for Free BTC Club are in Singapore.

That’s all I got on the company.

Free BTC Club Reviews – The Products

Free BTC Club has no retail products or services, but you can promote the actual affiliate membership.

Free BTC Club Compensation Plan

Free BTC Club members invest bitcoin on a promise of a daily ROI of 1.8% for 112 days.

Below are the Free BTC Club investment tiers:

• 0.025 BTC
• 0.1 BTC
• 0.25 BTC
• 0.5 BTC
• 1 BTC and
• 3 BTC

The amount you invest will determine your residual commissions earned.

Residual Commissions

All residuals are paid through a binary compensation plan structure.  This just means you have a left and right leg below your position.

These positions can be fill directly or indirectly by team members.

At the end of each day Free BTC Club adds up all the investment volume on each leg.

You get paid a percentage on the weaker leg.

Any left over volume is carried over tot he next day.

Now the amount you can earn in residual commissons will depend on how much you invested:

• Invest 0.025 BTC and receive a 5% residual commission rate capped at 0.05 BTC a day and 1.5 BTC a month
• Invest 0.1 BTC and receive a 6% residual commission rate capped at 0.2 BTC a day and 6 BTC a month

Now the company gives a work around for US members by telling to to get a VPN to mask their location.

Another thing is Michael Merino is from the USA as well…

Free BTC Club claims their external ROI revenue is produced through forex trading.

However, couldn’t find any proof of this…

Plus if anyone can generate 1.8% daily ROI, why would you need investments from affiliates anyway?

Plus only income I could see coming into the company is new investments by affiliates making this nothing more than a ponzi scheme…

Personally, I do not recommend joining this company it’s most likely a scam.

The website itself is nothing but a compensation plan pitch and a get started form.

The marketing video itself is narrated by someone named “Dave”, but couldn’t pin point them to the company.

The website “4wealthresources.com” was privately registered on July 17th, 2018.

That’s all I got on the company, let’s check out the products next…

4Wealth Resources has no retail products or services being offered to customers, however, you can become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

4Wealth Resources Compensation Plan

This is where this company has a load of information…

Nothing on the company or products, but compensation plan they got all the details lol.

Anyway, 4 Wealth resources members pay $199 to get started and earn commissions on people who do the same.

Sponsoring Commissions

4Wealth Resources pays affiliates $25 commission for sponsoring a member personally.

Residual Commissions

4Wealth Resources pays members residual commissions through a binary compensation plan.

Binary compensation plan has a left and a right leg under your position.

It can be filled directly or indirectly by team members.

At end of each day, 4Wealth Resources adds up all the newly sponsored members on both sides that paid $199 and pays you on the lesser leg.

Each time there is a member on both legs, you are paid when the cycle happens.

The amount of cycles you get will depend on how many affiliates you sponsored.

• Sponsor  two affiliates (one on both sides of the binary team = $50 cycle commission capped at $2500 a day
• Sponsor  four affiliates (two on both sides of the binary team) = $50 cycle commission capped at $5000 a day
• Sponsor  eight affiliates (four on both sides of the binary team) = $50 cycle commission capped at $7500 a day
• Sponsor  twelve affiliates (six on both sides of the binary team) = $50 cycle commission capped at $10,000 a day

Only the first residual is paid in cash.

The rest is in Silver Eagle Coins, bitcoin and/or gas cards.

So does the 4Wealth Resources scam exist?

Well, let’s look at some of the information we know.

They don’t have any retail offerings and it’s a straight up affiliate membership.

Plus, we don’t know who runs or owns the company.

On top of that, the website is nothing but a compensation plan pitch with a get started form.

Because of that, it’s nothing but a pyramid scheme.

Remember, any network marketing company that doesn’t offer any retail is a pyramid period.

Also, any network marketing company that has more affiliates than retail customers is a pyramid.

So take that information next time you join a company see how it stacks up.

Overall, I do NOT recommend this company.

Maybe someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

Cloud Horizon Review – The Company

Cloud Horizon is a network marketing company that specializes in the cryptocurrency niche and is incorporated in Cayman Islands.

CEO of the company is no other than Frank Ricketts.

In the past, he was involved with Unaico and SiteTalk.

Once those two companies went under, he robooted the business as The opportunity Network.

In 2016, he sold off the list of investors to OneCoin.

OneCoin took a crap in 2017 and Frank came back at the CEO of AuLives.

Fortunately, AuLives reign was short lived and by November 30th, 2018, Frank registered the Cloud Horizon website domain.

Even though this company is relatively new, apparently it was incorporated in June 2013 in the Cayman Islands.

Right now, Rank Ricketts is working with Nattchaphan Sornsirenan and Staffan Liback.

Both were involved with OneCoin.

Anyway, so far the history of these people are not the best.

They have been involved with ponzi scheme after ponzi scheme.

Cloud Horizon Reviews – The Products

Cloud Horizon doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate for Cloud Horizon and promote the membership.

Cloud Horizon Compensation Plan

Cloud Horizon members invest in tokens and are converted into Orientum+ (ORTP) tokens.

Investors can exchange ORTP tokens into invested funds through their internal exchange.

Below is the five investment tiers:

• Starter Package – Invest €165 EUR and receive 8500 tokens
• Bronze Package – Invest €500 EUR and receive 26,250 tokens
• Silver Package – Invest €1000 EUR and receive 55,000 tokens
• Gold Package – Invest €2500 EUR and receive 143,750 tokens
• Platinum Package – Invest €5000 EUR and receive 332,500 tokens

Commissions are paid on existing members who sponsor new investors.

Cloud Horizon Ranks

This company has 8 ranks in total.

Below is the complete break down on the qualifications needed to hit them:

• Affiliate – Get started and invest in a Cloud Horizon package
• 1 Star – Sponsor at least two investing Cloud Horizon affiliates and produce at least €10,000 EUR in accumulated downline investment\ volume
• 2 Star – Sponsor and maintain at least two 1 Star affiliates and produceat least €50,000 EUR in accumulated downline investment volume
• 3 Star – Sponsor and maintain at least three 2 Star affiliates and produceat least €250,000 EUR in accumulated downline investment volume
• 4 Star – Sponsor and maintain at least three 3 Star affiliates and produceat least €1,000,000 EUR in accumulated downline investment volume
• 5 Star – Sponsor and maintain at least three 4 Star affiliates and produceat least €2,000,000 EUR in accumulated downline investment volume
• 6 Star – Sponsor and maintain at least three 5 Star affiliates and produceat least €10,000,000 EUR in accumulated downline investment volume
• 7 Star – Sponsor and maintain at least three 6 Star affiliates and produceat least €50,000,000 in downline investment volume

50% of the require investment volume can come from one leg.

Residual Commissions

Cloud Horizon pays residuals through a unilevel compensation plan which is capped at three levels deep.

Residual qualifications need to be met every 28 days just so you know.

• Produce €0 to €2499 EUR in PGV and get paid residual commissions on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
• Produce €2500 to €4999 EUR in PGV and get paid residual commissions on levels 1 and 2
• Produce €5000 EUR or more in PGV and get paid residual commissions across all three available levels

Below is the unilevel compensation plan pay out:

• Level 1 – 12% of generated investment volume in cash and 12% in ORTP tokens
• Level2 and 3 – 8% of generated investment volume in cash and 8% in ORTP

30% ORT Coin must be reinvested.

Matching Bonus

Cloud Horizon pays affiliates a matching bonus through the same unilevel compensation plan above.

However, it’s ten levels deep instead.

This will depend on your rank:

• 1 Star affiliates receive a 10% match on levels 1 and 2
• 2 Star affiliates receive a 10% match on levels 1 to 4
• 3 Star affiliates receive a 10% match on levels 1 to 4 and 6% on levels 5 and 6
• 4 Star affiliates receive a 10% match on levels 1 to 4 and 6% on levels 5 to 7
• 5 Star affiliates receive a 10% match on levels 1 to 4, 6% on levels 5 to 7 and 4% on level 8
• 6 Star affiliates receive a 10% match on levels 1 to 4, 6% on levels 5 to 7 and 4% on levels 8 and 9
• 7 Star affiliates receive a 10% match on levels 1 to 4, 6% on levels 5 to 7 and 4% on levels 8 to 10

50% of the Matching Bonus is paid out in cash and the rest is in useless ORTP tokens.

Rank Achievement Bonus

You can get can a rank achievement bonus once you are at 2 Star or higher.

Below is the complete breakdown:

• Qualify as a 2 Star and receive 500 ORTP tokens
• Qualify as a 3 Star and receive a “special all-inclusive team building trip” (4 days, 3 nights and valued at €1500 EUR)
• Qualify as a 4 Star and receive an “Apple Workset” valued at €5000 EUR
• Qualify as a 5 Star and receive a “luxury watch” valued at €20,000 EUR
• Qualify as a 6 Star and receive a “luxury watch or a car” valued at €100,000 EUR
• Qualify as a 7 Star and receive a “luxury 3 bedroom marina villa on the tropical island of Koh Chang, Thailand” valued at €900,000 EUR

Cost To Join Cloud Horizon

Cloud Horizon membership is bundled with a €165 to €5000 EUR investment.

• Starter Package – €165 EUR
• Bronze Package – €500 EUR
• Silver Package – €1000 EUR
• Gold Package – €2500 EUR
• Platinum Package – €5000 EUR

Main difference is you can get more ORTP Tokens.

Final Verdict

So does the Cloud Horizon scam exist?

Well after looking at everything, this is no different than all the other ponzi schemes I have reviewed in the past.

Investors put money into useless tokens that are not publicly traded.

Then they must reinvest because that’s how the company actually makes money.

There is nothing backing up these tokens.

In other words, this is no different than BitConnect, USI-Tech and OneCoin.

Please don’t fall for this…

There has been some buzz about this company so I wanted to see what it was all about.

Chances are you were approached you about their TV streaming service and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Envy TV Review – The Company

Envy TV specializes in the streaming niche in the network marketing space.

They do provide an address, however it’s virtual and it’s in Nevada, USA.

The founders of the company are Clay Sampson and Eddie Freeman.

However, there isn’t any information beyond that…

I decided to go on social media to dig up some more history and found that Clay actually has a linkedIn profile, but doesn’t mention Envy TV on it.

He instead is pitching something called “TheClayCode” marketing company which:

partner(s) with industry-leading direct selling organizations to empower sales professionals with smart, automated technology marketing solutions that drive recruiting, product sales, and client engagement.

From 2002 to 2007, Clay was promoting World Leadership Group which was a mortgage based network marketing company.

In 2008, Word Leadership Group went under…

In 2018, Clay was promoting Nui.

However, he quit that after Texas for securities sued NUI for fraud in July.

In 2018, Eddie Freeman was promoting KZ1 which is a supplement based MLM company.

Before that October 2017, KZ1 was known as eXfuse.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products next…

Envy TV Reviews – The Products

Envy TV promotes something called a IPTV service for $49.95 per month.

You apparently get access to over 1000 channels, however, Envy TV doesn’t talk about who their provides is.

And more importantly, we don’t know if they have broadcast permission for the copyright content.

Envy TV Compensation Plan

To get commissions, Envy TV member must do one of the following:

1. Sponsor and maintain six active affiliates; or
2. Get started with an affiliate package.

Envy TV offers three different affiliate packages to choose from:

• Basic Startup – $257
• Field Affiliate Package – $497

There is a $997 Senior Affiliate Package available as well once they have six sponsored active affiliates under them.

To be active, you must pay the $49.95 per month fee.

Sponsoring Commissions

Envy TV pays affiliates to sponsor new members into the company.

The amount of commission you get will depend on how much your member spends during the sign up process:

• Sponsor  a regular affiliate and receive a $10 commission
• Sponsor  a Basic Startup affiliate and receive a $75 commission
• Sponsor  a Field Affiliate and receive a $150 commission

If any personally sponsored member upgrades to the Senior affiliate tier, you can get $300 commission payout.

Residual Commissions

You can earn residual commissions through a unilevel compensation plan.

To qualify for these commissions, you must do sone of the following:

1. Maintain at least 200 directly and indirectly sponsored downline active affiliates; or
2. Purchase a Basic Startup or higher affiliate package.

Once that is in place, you can earn $2 residual commission on every downline member in the unilevel.

Certificate Bonus

Envy TV member packages are bundled with sponorment certificates.

When these are activated by sponsored member, you earn a 2% commisson payout.

Affiliate Bonus Program

Envy TV provides a volume bonus up to 50% on the $49.95 paid by downline members.

To qualify for this, you must personally sponsor and maintain at least six active affiliates.

Once you have done that, the Affiliate Bonus Program bonus rate will depend on how many members you have:

• Have a downline of at least 200 active affiliates and receive a 10% bonus rate
• Have a downline of at least 300 active affiliates and receive a 15% bonus rate
• Have a downline of at least 600 active affiliates and receive a 20% bonus rate
• Have a downline of at least 1000 active affiliates and receive a 25% bonus rate
• Have a downline of at least 3000 active affiliates and receive a 30% bonus rate
• Have a downline of at least 6000 active affiliates and receive a 35% bonus rate
• Have a downline of at least 10,000 active affiliates and receive a 40% bonus rate
• Have a downline of at least 15,000 active affiliates and receive a 45% bonus rate
• Have a downline of at least 25,000 active affiliates and receive a 50% bonus rate

Cost To Join Envy TV

Envy TV membership is $49.95 per month.

You can get other packages below:

• Basic Startup – $257
• Field Affiliate Package – $497

There is a $997 Senior Affiliate Package available as well once they have six sponsored active affiliates under them.

Final Verdict

The biggest thing I would want to see is if they have streaming rights to broadcast these TV shows/movies.

If you take a look at their FAQ…

Is Envy TV legal?

This answer should be yes and that they have all licenses to broadcast the content they provide.

Or something along those lines.

But this is how they answer the question:

Currently under the US law it is not illegal to repackage or resell IPTV.

The FCC has held that the IPTV resales do not violate any franchise or exclusivity agreements with cable providers under federal law.

Also, if you are reselling broadcasts that are available online streaming on foreign servers as part of your IPTV packaging, courts have held this would not be a violation of the copyrights laws in the US.

That’s just saying “We are indeed broadcasting pirated content and hope now one comes to get us”.

In 2018, Dish Network sued TVizion for broadcasting unauthorized access to a UFC fight.

They clearly didn’t care if it was over a IPTV or where the servers were.

Final judgement of $5.9 million was grated.

To be honest, I would stay away from ANY streaming network marketing company, they are just as bad as the cryptocurrency ones.

When I looked at the website, I noticed I couldn’t find anything on the ownership of the company.

The actual 30 Day Success Formula website  “30daysuccessformula.com” was privately registered May 20th, 2017.

I know the domain has been around for a few years, but 30 Day Success Formula recently relaunched.

I believe the only difference was the entry costs.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products.

30 Day Success Formula Reviews – The Products

30 Day Success Formula doesn’t have any retail products or services with the actual network marketing side of things.

Basically, 30 Day Success Formula members send money to each other through mail.

When the payments are made, members get access to marketing courses.

Now outside of the network marketing side of things, the 30 Day Success Formula admin(s) sell the course for $697.

You can also get a done for you business packages that start at $4997 and go all the way up to $24,997.

30 Day Success Formula Compensation Plan

Basically in a nut shell, new members give funds to existing members.

These payments in turn qualify for the affiliate to receive funds from their downline members.

Overall, there are six tiers in a unilevel compensation plan structure.

Below is the complete break down:

• Level 1 – Send $89 and receive $30 on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) and $20 on level 2
• Level 2 – Send $250 and receive $100 on level 1 and $50 on level 2
• Level 3 – Send $1000 and receive $400 on level 1 and $200 on level 2
• Level 4 – Send $2500 and receive $1000 on level 1 and $400 on level 2
• Level 5 – Send $5000 and receive $2000 on level 1 and $500 on level 2
• Level 6 – Send $12,500 and receive $6000 on level 1 and $1500 on level 2

You can only get what you have personally came in at.

For example, if a level 4 affiliate sponsors someone who sends money in at level 5, they will get their $1000 Level 4 payments ($2500).

The $2500 extra is paid to an upline to the first qualified level 5 affiliate.

If you send $12,500, you are able to get money in all the lower tiers.

Cost To Join 30 Day Success Formula

Cost to join 30 Day Success Formula will run you anywhere between $89 to $12,500 payment.

The moment you have been waiting for inside of 30 Day Success Formula review…

Final Verdict

In a world without the government, sending each other cash would be fine, however, the regulators don’t like this kind of stuff.

In fact, they classify this as “cash gifting”.

According to 30 Day Success Formula:

This program is NOT MLM, network marketing or cash gifting.

They could fix all of this by just having retail sales and not having payments get sent to each other.

Company needs to collect and distribute the funds.

Another issue is the done for you package which comes into the SEC radar by saying come in at “Silver” and get at least $1000 profit each month.

You can’t make those income claims and guarantee any kind of returns because you have to be registered with the SEC.

Overall, there are just too many reg flags with this company…

For that reason, do not think this company will last for the long haul.

Pure Review – The Company

Pure started life as another company called Genesis Pure which launched back in 2009.

Back then, Genesis Pure was run by CEO and Chairman Lindsey Duncan until the FTC went after he for fraud in 2014.

Genesis Pure got rid of her name from the website and the FTC settled with Duncan for $9 million in January 2015.

I am not 100% positive when the name switch began, but I noticed the “Pure” brand started popping on YouTube around June 2017.

Today, the company is run by Daren Hogge who in the past was the founder, President and CEO of Q Sciences.

Right now, not sure if he is still involved with Q Sciences, but it wouldn’t make sense to to be honest.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s check out the products next…

Pure Reviews – The Products

Lindsey Duncan was also the head formulator for the Genesis Pure product line.

This was one of the reasons why the FTC went after Duncan in the first place.

As of today, some of the products still have the Genesis Pure brand on them.

However, there is a TON of new products that have been added as well.

Pure Compensation plan actually pays affiliates for making retail sales.

The main difference between these packages are the amount of products you get.

Final Verdict

So does the Pure Scam exist?

Well, even though the FTC went after the former CEO, it looks like they have cleaned up their compensation plan.

Plus they have added way more products to their line up which always helps.

Only thing I have a little concern about is these huge enrollment packs.

Not many retail customers are going to spend up to $1899 for products for personal use.

Most people just buy a few products here and there that’s about it.

However, the rest of the company seems to be doing pretty good and shouldn’t have any issues.

As long as they can keep retail sales more than affiliates sponsoring each other, it could be pretty decent.

Cents For Freedom doesn’t have any retail products or services for sale, however, you can become an affiliate and promote the affiliate membership.

Cents For Freedom Compensation Plan

Cents For Freedom members invest $5 in AdPacks on a promise of getting $6.50 back.

In other words, they are promising some kind of ROI.

AdPacks come with ad credits which can be used to advertise on their website.

On top of that, you can earn 10 cents per day clicking on their supplied ads.

Plus if you filled up the matrix in a linear fashion, it will take $2.8 billion ten cent investments to complete.

Which is obviously not going to happen.

There has been some buzz about htis company, so I decided to take a closer look.

Chances are someone approached you about this company and you want to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Making the wrong decision here can cost you, time and money so pay close attention and read this to the end…

ABC Systems Review – The Company

ABC Systems doesn’t have any information on who runs or owns the company.

The actual domain “theabcsystems.com” was privately registered on February 15th, 2019.

After taking a deeper look, I did find an affiliate Daniel Tiggs mentions the company is headquartered in Hong Kong and run by CEO Joseph Che-Woo.

The United States has an ABC Systems Fort Lauderdale Training Center in Florida.

Couldn’t find any information on this Joseph fella.

When it comes to Daniel Tiggs, he has promoted OnPassive, Coinsinos, Crypto World Evolution, USI-Tech, World Global Network and Skinny Body Care.

The website does mention information about Todd Disner and Felix “Phil” Piccolo.

In the past, Todd ran Ad Surf Daily which the government shut down for being a ponzi scheme.

Todd also promoted Zeek Rewards which was shut down by the government as well.

Phil was involved with Zeek Rewards and both of them has to give their money back.

Anyway, so far this company is not on a good foot…

ABC Systems doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote the affiliate membership.

• 1 Star Advertising Package – Invest $500 and get a $1000 ROI
• 2 Star Advertising Package – Invest $1000 and get a $2000 ROI
• 3 Star Advertising Package – Invest $2500 and get a $5000 ROI
• 4 Star Advertising Package – Invest $5000 and get a $10,000 ROI
• 5 Star Advertising Package – Invest $10,000 and get a 20,000 ROI
• 6 Star Advertising Package – Invest $25,000 and get a $50,000 ROI
• 7 Star Advertising Package – Invest $50,000 and get a $100,000 ROI

You must invest in each package….

ABC Systems pays members who sponsor others who invest as well…

Sponsoring Commissions

ABC Systems pays 10% commissions on the invested funds by your personally sponsored members.

Residual Commissions

All residual commissions are paid through a binary compensation plan.

These positions can be filled directly or indirectly by team members.

All of the investment volume on each leg is tracked through a point system.

For example, a 4 Star Advertising Package investment creates 4000 points in the binary team.

The amount of points you can generate will depend on what you invested in.

Affiliates are paid 10% on the lesser leg.

Now the amount of commissions you can earn will depend on what you invested in in the first place:

• 1 Star Advertising Package affiliates can earn up to $500 a day
• 2 Star Advertising Package affiliates can earn up to $1500 a day
• 3 Star Advertising Package affiliates can earn up to $4000 a day
• 4 Star Advertising Package affiliates can earn up to $9000 a day
• 5 Star Advertising Package affiliates can earn up to $19,000 a day
• 6 Star Advertising Package affiliates can earn up to $44,000 a day
• 7 Star Advertising Package affiliates can earn up to $94,000 a day

Any left over volume on the stronger leg is carried over.

These residuals accounts towards the 200% ROI.

Cost To Join ABC Systems

ABC Systems will run you at least $500 investment.

To be fully upgraded in this company to earn the highest you can, you must put in $94,000.

Final Verdict

Does the ABC System Scam exist?

End of the day to offer ANY kind of return on investment, you must be registered with the SEC.

At the time of this blog post, there is no registrations.

This is VERY close to their past schemes like AdSurfDaily and Zeek Rewards.

So if you don’t want to waste your time here because we know where this coming is going to go…

I personally do not recommend joining it in my opinion.
