Welcome to my BCC Mining Network Review.

Whether this is your first venture into online business or you’re an old pro, you are here because you heard about this company and want to know more about it, right?

You want to make sure this company is actually legit before you join…

Well, I’m glad that you reading as much about it as you can before signing up!

My review will give you all the info you need about the company, the products, and compensation plan so you can make the best choice about whether to join or not…

So, let’s get started!

What is BCC Mining Network

BCC Mining Network is a mining and trading platform that claims has mining farms in the USA and other countries.

They have trading packs as well where they claim “generating continuous earnings automatically[SIC]”.

On top of that, they have “trading” where they claim “real and live trading forex and crypto markets”.

what is bcc mining network

BCC Mining Network Company

bcc mining network review

First thing I noticed was that there was no real information given on the BCC Mining Network website about who owns or operates the business.

I did manage to find out that the BCC Mining Network website domain was registered privately as “bccminingnetwork.com” on the 9th of June, 2018.

Another thing I discovered was the official BCC Mining Network Facebook page, which contains posts entirely in Spanish.

A little more digging uncovered some marketing material that lists Jose Mendoza as the Founder and CEO of the company.

Other than that, I wasn’t able to find much else about Mendoza.

BCC Mining Network Products

bcc mining network products

BCC Mining claims they have actual mining farms and real reading which is great and all…

However, as a customer I can’t sign up to their website and have to be an affiliate which in my opinion is a very bad thing because it classifies this as pyramid scheme.(1)

So…

Does Retail Products and Services Exist?

BCC Mining Network doesn’t have any retail products or services for affiliates or retail customers.

Affiliates who join BCC Mining Network simply market the affiliate membership.

If you to look into MLM companies with actual retail products or services, check these out:

BCC Mining Network Compensation Plan

In order to take part in the BCC Mining Network compensation plan, affiliates must invest funds for a “revenue sharing” ROI, as follows:

  • Start – Invest $250 and receive 5% of the allocated revenue sharing amount
  • Bronze – Invest $500 and receive 10% of the allocated revenue sharing amount
  • Silver – Invest $1000 and receive 20% of the allocated revenue sharing amount
  • Gold – Invest $2500 and receive 50% of the allocated revenue sharing amount
  • Platinum – Invest $5000 and receive 100% of the allocated revenue sharing amount
  • Diamond – Invest $10,000 and receive 200% of the allocated revenue sharing amount
  • Master Diamond – Invest $20,000 and receive 400% of the allocated revenue sharing amount
  • Master Mining – Invest $25,000 and receive 500% of the allocated revenue sharing amount

There is no information about how often the revenue sharing ROI payments are made.

Based on general knowledge, however, these kinds of payments are usually made daily or weekly.

Sponsoring Commissions In BCC Network

BCC Mining Network affiliates are paid to sponsor new affiliates.

These commissions are paid out as a percentage of the money that is invested by newly sponsored affiliates, and are based on the amount they themselves invested:

  • Invest at the Start tier and receive a 10% recruitment commission rate
  • Invest at the Bronze tier and receive an 11% recruitment commission rate
  • Invest at the Silver tier and receive a 12% recruitment commission rate
  • Invest at the Gold tier and receive a 13% recruitment commission rate
  • Invest at the Platinum and higher tiers and receive a 15% recruitment commission rate

Residual Commissions in BCC Network

Affiliates earn residual commissions through a binary compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that divides into a left and right side.

Level 1 of the binary team holds two positions and level 2 is created by dividing these first two positions into another two positions each, for a total of four positions.

Additional binary team levels are made as needed, with every new level holding twice as many positions as the level before it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, with no current limit to how far the binary team can grow.

Residual commissions that are paid out are calculated as a percentage of the invested money matched on both sides of the binary team:

  • Invest at the Start tier and receive a 5% residual commission rate
  • Invest at the Bronze tier and receive an 8% residual commission rate
  • Invest at the Silver and higher tiers and receive a 10% residual commission rate

Cost to Join BCC Mining Network

The cost to join BCC Mining Network as an affiliate is an investment between $250 and $25,000:

  • Start – $250
  • Bronze – $500
  • Silver – $1000
  • Gold – $2500
  • Platinum – $5000
  • Diamond – $10,000
  • Master Diamond – $20,000
  • Master Mining – $25,000

Income potential in the compensation plan increases as the initial investment increases.

It should be noted that although BCC Mining Network appears to allow investments to be made in USD, ROI payments and commissions are paid out in bitcoin and bitcoin cash only.

It should also be noted that BCC Mining Network charges a 5% fee on all withdrawal requests.

Verdict

Okay, so you’ve reached the end and now it’s time for my final verdict…

I was curious to know how BCC Mining Network generates their so-called external ROI…

They claim it’s through mining farms in the U.S. and other cities around the world, along with forex trading…

So, where’s the proof of this?

Well, there isn’t any…

Sound familiar?

Same old song and dance we’ve heard so many times before…

The thing is, in order to offer securities, a company must be registered with the SEC, and the simple truth is that neither BCC Mining Network or Jose Mendoza are currently registered…

So, what does this mean?

It means that BCC Mining Network is operating illegally within the U.S.

Companies that offer unregistered securities are usually doing so because they are simply using new investment to pay off older affiliates…

And this, my friends, is a Ponzi scam…(2)

So, my advice here is to save your investment for a better opportunity…

HelixxMine Review – Legit or Crypto Ponzi Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my HelixxMine review!

There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to take a look and see what it was all about.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s 100% legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Find out if this is legit or a huge scam!

Before we dive in, make sure you check out my training here if you want to build ANY business online even if you don’t have a product yet.

What is HelixxMine

what is helixxmine

In a nut shell, HelixxMine is cloud mining and cryptocurrency investing service that manages everything.

For mining, you buy a share of the miners processing power or hashrate that is set to a crypto coin like bitcoin for example.

They claim that buying mining equipment can cost you $2000 while their cloud mining service will cost as little as $25.

HelixxMine Company

helixxmine review

HelixxMine doesn’t provide any information on who runs the show behind the scenes…

I do know that the HelixxMine domain “helixxmine.com” was registered on March 7th of 2018.

Weird thing is Helixx Mine is listed as the owner and the address is found in London, UK.

They have an incorporation number in the UK and go by the company Helix Global CO LTD.

The problem is that ANYONE can get this incorporation and they need to start regulating it more.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company so far…

Products In HelixxMine

helixxmine products

HelixxMine does claim they have crypto currency mining through the cloud, however, you can’t buy it at the retail levels…

So HelixxMine products are not really products or services, but it’s a bundle with an affiliate membership.

Because there are no retail products or services, this company is in dangerous territory…

Have you heard of pyramid scheme? (1)

So far this is looking like it…

Let’s check out the compensation plan next…

HelixxMine Compensation Plan

Inside of HelixxMine, you can get paid by investing into the company and getting some kind of ROI and sponsoring new members who invest into the company.

Investment Opportunity With HelixxMine

Let’s look into the investment side first…

HelixxMine has members invest money into the company on a promised ROI.

According to a ROI calculator on their website, this is what it looks like:

  • Investment of $100 gets you a $24.68 monthly ROI
  • Investment of $1010 gets you a $249.32 monthly ROI
  • Investment of $10,000 gets you a $2468.49 monthly ROI

When we do the math, this is about 24% to 25% monthly ROI….

HelixxMine Residual Commissions

This company pays you residual commissions through a unilevel compensation plan.

HelixxMine caps their unilevel at five levels deep.

Below is the break down on the percentage you get on the funds invested by your downline members:

Unilevel HelixxMine Compensation Plan

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored members) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 4%
  • Level 3 – 2%
  • Level 4 and 5 – 1%

If you hit Platinum status, you can get 10.8% on level 1.

When I checked out the HelixxMine website, didn’t seen any qualification information to hit that.

Cost to Join HelixxMine

HelixxMine affiliate membership is actually free.

However, if you want to be part of the investment opportunity and MLM side of things, you need to put in $20.

Verdict

So does the HelixxMine scam exist?

Let’s take a look at the facts first…

First, we don’t know runs or owns the company…

I even checked out social profiles and there was nothing there.

Second, they are promising a ROI of over 20% monthly which is impassive because crypto stuff goes up and down like crazy.

Third, they have no proof of their cloud mining and processing power sharing at all.

Only way they can predict huge ROI’s is by paying existing members with new investments which makes this a ponzi scheme. (2)

Anyway, I would avoid this in my humble opinion…

I hope you enjoyed my HelixxMines review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

Exp Asset Review – Legit Bitcoin Investment or Ponzi Scam? Find Out…

Welcome to my Exp Asset Review!

There has been some buzz about this company, so I wanted to see what it was all about…

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision…

Find out if this is legit or a scam…

What Is Exp Asset

Ex Asset is a financial service that helps you invest and trade cryptocurrency to help you get some kind of ROI.

  • Exp Asset is a company managing an educational Internet Platform focused on:
  • Investing in capital and currency markets
  • Investing in cryptocurrency markets
  • Cryptocurrency markets arbitrage

about us exp asset

That’s all I found on the site, so let’s take a look at the company further…

Exp Asset Company Review

Exp Asset review

Exp Asset is some kind of European company with Patryk Krupinksi running the show as the CEO.

Just so you know this information couldn’t be found on their actual website “expasset.com” and their domain was privately registered on March 10th, 2018.

They also have incorporated in Nevis which is usually is a tax haven company.

Full Address Exp Asset

Silesia Capital Management Ltd, PO 590, Suite 9, Henville Building, Charlestown, Nevis, No. C 50063.

Most of their traffic is coming from China, USA and Korea.

Patryk Krupinksi Review

According to his personal LinkedIn profile, he is based out of Luxembourg and now it looks like he is in Poland.

Weird thing is his CEO position was terminated in August of 2018 on LinkedIn, but he is still pushing it.

Anyway, let’s take a look at the products next…

Exp Asset Products

exp asset products

Exp Asset has a service where they have an education platform and talk about the following:

  • Investing in capital and currency markets
  • Investing in cryptocurrency markets
  • Cryptocurrency markets arbitrage

However, you can’t purchase anything at the retail level…

Meaning, you have to be an affiliate and with that you can promote their membership.

The Exp Asset Compensation Plan Review

Exp Asset members invest into the company with a promise of a 1% ROI daily for 120 days.

That makes the grand total to be 120% ROI…

You have to put at least $100 into the company as bitcoin.

Sponsoring Commissions

When you invest $1000 or more, you can qualify to earn 8% direct referral commissions on the funds off your personally sponsored members.

Residual Commissions

Exp Asset pays all their residuals through a binary compensation plan structure.

This just means you have a left and a right leg under your position.

Binary positions can be filled directly or indirectly by your team members.

Exp Asset adds up all the investment volume of both legs each day and pays you 10% on the lesser leg.

In order to qualify for this, you must sponsor two active members under you personally.

Exp Asset Prizes

Exp Asset rewards their members with prizes when you hit the following qualifications:

  • Sixth Prize (invest at least $500, generate at least $20,000 in investment volume on your weaker binary team side, sponsor at least three affiliates and have a downline of at least 200 affiliates) = “smartwatch”
  • Fifth Prize (invest at least $1000, generate at least $60,000 in investment volume on your weaker binary team side, sponsor at least six affiliates and have a total downline of at least 500 affiliates (max 200 from any one recruitment leg)) = iPhoneX
  • Fourth Prize (invest at least $2000, generate at least $120,000 in investment volume on your weaker binary team side, sponsorat least twelve affiliates and have a total downline of at least 1000 affiliates (max 400 from any one recruitment leg)) = MacBook
  • Third Prize (invest at least $5000, generate at least $500,000 in investment volume on your weaker binary team side, sponsorat least 15 affiliates (two of which have qualified for the Fourth Prize) and have a total downline of at least 2500 affiliates (max 1000 from any one recruitment leg)) = Rolex or Breitling watch
  • Second Prize (invest at least $15,000, generate at least $950,000 in investment volume on your weaker binary team side, sponsorat least 20 affiliates (two of which have qualified for the Third Prize) and have a total downline of at least 15,000 affiliates (max 6000 from any one recruitment leg) = Porsche 718
  • First Prize (invest at least $25,000, generate at least $1,650,000 in investment volume on your weaker binary team side, sponsorat least 25 affiliates (two of which have qualified for the Third Prize and one for the Second Prize) and have a total downline of at least 25,000 affiliates (max 10,000 from any one recruitment leg) = Porsche 911

There is a catch…

If you want that first prize, you have to forfeit the second prize when you hit their qualifications…

Cost To Join Exp Asset

Exp Asset membership is actually free, but if you want to be part of the investment opportunity and MLM side, you must throw in $100.

All investments expire after 120 days, so if you want to earn still, you must reinvest.

Payments inside of Exp Asset is made in bitcoin…

Verdict

Well Cryptocurrency trading itself is legit…

But does the Exp Asset scam exist?

To be honest, I haven’t seen any crypto mlm investment opportunity to be legit…

Take a look at USI Tech and BitConnect

Similar concept…

Now if they could really pull off a fixed 120% ROI in 120 days, why would you need any investments from affiliates?

Get a small bank loan and crush it…

There is no proof of trading happening or any documents…

100% of crypto MLM’s have newly invested funds paying off existing members.

Which make them a ponzi scheme. (1)

I have seen many of these MLM’s completely devastate people who invest so I don’t want YOU to be a victim here.

If they can actually provide actual proof of external income sources and registration to the SEC in the countries they operate in, then that’s a different story.

However, never seen any proof in the past…

Wait for the proof if you want to join, but as of right now, just skip this one in my humble opinion…

I hope you enjoyed my Exp Asset Review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below…

AdFeedz Review – Legit Ad Credit Opportunity or Ponzi Scam? Find Out…

$

0

Welcome to my AdFeedz Review!

This is one of the latest mlm companies to hit my desk and I decided to take a closer look.

Chances are someone approached you about their cashback opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Just make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end to get the full scoop.

What Is AdFeedz

AdFeedz is a service where it helps you get more sales, leads and sign ups with extra income streams attached.

Their ad credit packages can give you some kind of cash back earning for 50 days or until you hit 120% ROI.

Adfeedz adcredits

AdFeedz Company Review

Adfeedz review

AdFeedz for some reason has no information on their website about who the owner is…

I do know that the AdFeedz domain name “adfeedz.com” was registered on November 2nd, 2018, however, it was privately registered so I couldn’t extract any information…

On social media, I did find a Merry Makowski as the admin of the AdFeedz facebook group, but again no information on who runs it.

In the past, she has promoted Crypto Pros and CryptoTab Browser.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s take a look at the product side next in this AdFeedz review…

AdFeedz Products Review

adfeedz products

AdFeedz offers an advertising platform service where you can promote your link on their website.

However, they don’t have any retail products or services…

In other words, you can’t just go on their website and purchase advertising.

You have to become an affiliate which will run you $29 for their profit contracts.

Bundled with that you get ad credits which can be used to advertise on AdFeedz.

AdFeedz Compensation Plan

AdFeedz members purchase a profit contract aka Adpacks for $29 on a promise you will get a 120% ROI.

Your profit contract will stay active for 50 days or until it
expires by reaching the maximum 120% (34.8 USD).

You can get a 10% direct commission for your personally sponsored members who purchase adpacks.

Residual Commissions

You can get paid residuals through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

AdFeedz pays ten levels deep and you can a percentage of the invested adpack funds.

Here is where things get interesting.

Instead of paying through a traditional ten levels, they take 20% of the total invested funds through all levels and put it in Team Pool.

So instead of getting paid directly by your efforts, you get a percentage of that and share it with other active members.

Each profit contract across these ten levels is one share and is calculated daily when the Team Pool is paid to you.

Group Pool

There are affiliate groups within Adfeedz for people who pay $599 every 4 months, $999 every 8 months or $1299 every 12 months.

These members will designated group managers.

They get another 5% of the funds invested by their downline members

They also have additional pools like the Global Pool that has 20% of company wide revenue in it and is paid out to active members and Surf Pool where it’s 10% but same concept.

Cost To Join AdFeedz

AdFeedz won’t cost you anything, but if you want to earn some kind of ROI, you must purchase one adpack for $29.

Unlike all the other Adfeedz reviews out there, I am going to tell you how it is in the verdict below…

Verdict

So does the AdFeedz scam exist?

AdFeedz pays 90% of the invested funds in the company to their affiliates which is pretty cool.

However, the government doesn’t like Ad credit companies and consider them ponzi schemes. (1)

According to the SEC, this is what they think:

Because of their profit-sharing component and the manner in which they operate, AdPacks constitute securities and, consequently, individuals who purchase AdPacks are investors.

In other words, if the company isn’t registered with the SEC and provide ANY kind of fixed ROI, it’s not legal…

Plus, they don’t have any retail products or services either, which classifies this company as a pyramid scheme as well. (2)

The truth is when sponsoring new members in this company slows down, they won’t be able to meet those ROIs…

Say goodbye to AdFeedz…

Traffic Monsoon was probably the most successful one (ad credit company), however, the SEC shut it down.

I am not being negative, I am giving you the facts.

Anyway, in my humble opinion, do not get involved.

I hope you enjoyed my AdFeedz review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below.

There has been some buzz about this company so I decided to check it out for myself.

Chances are someone approached you about their Forex Trading opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Find out of this is legit or a huge scam…

What is Melius

Melius is a Forex and Cryptocurrency trading platform where they help you get some kind of ROI.

Some of the things they claim on their “about us” page…

Embracing future of technology by focusing on blockchain, artificial intelligence, education with our unique ecosystem.

They are also apparently in 160+ countries and are debt free and privately owned.

what is melius

Melius Review Company

melius review

Melius operates in the Forex and Cryptocurrency MLM industry.

I did find a corporate address in Dubai and UK…

It looks like the UK address is just a virtual office and I couldn’t verify if the Dubai address is legit…

Now, Melius does talk about their Co-founder and CEO which is no other than Jeremy Prasetyo.

The other co-founder(s) are  not disclosed anywhere.

When I looked at his social media stuff, he has spoken at and promoted different cryptocurrency events that are not in the MLM space.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company…

Melius Products

Melius products

Unlike all the other Melius reviews out there, I am going to stay as unbiased as possible.

So Melius promotes Forex and Cryptocurrency trading package memberships:

  • Melius Adventure – Forex Mastery Course, trading strategies, analysis daily live sessions and a video library, $450 for 90 days
  • Melius Escape – blockchain course, coin analysis, weekly coin magazine, daily live cryptocurrency trading sessions and a video library, $450 for 90 days
  • Melius Experience – combines Melius Adventure and Melius Escape, $600 for 90 days, $999 for 180 days or $1800 for 365 days

They don’t promise any kind of ROI with these packages.

Melius offers an app called iGoTrade which is bundled with their membership and you can use it to trade with signals provided by the company.

There is a “GoPro Forex” which is $3000 for a 90 days subscription.

Leadership Global Pool Review

Melius takes 3% and 5% of all company sales, and throws it into a President and Ambassador Pool.

Once you are those ranks, you can earn a share of that pool.

These are paid out weekly.

Cost To Join Melius

Melius membership will run you $45.

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this Melius review…

Verdict

So does the Melius Scam exist?

Well, unlike other Melius reviews out there, I am going to tell you as it is…

At first this company sounded okay, but when I saw that the GoProForex subscription which is $3189 and in return you get a $50,000 trading account?

That’s a bit of a red flag for me…

I don’t believe ANY trading company will fork up $50,000 trading account for $3189…

Now they claim it will be doubled ($100,000, $200,000) every time they increase the account by 10% and is capped at $1 million.

The real question is, WHERE is this money coming from?

If Melius had found an auto trader that works and performs that well, I don’t think they needed any type of investments.

Looks like Melius is mostly targeting African countries right now…

If they just stuck with their training courses, maybe even signal service, it could have been alright because of the retail side of things.

However, $50K account for $3189 is very suspicious…

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this company the way it is right now in my opinion.

Like I said, unlike biased Melius reviews out there where they want you to join because they are affiliates, I told you how it is from my experience.

From here, you can join or choose not to join because I can’t hold your hand.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my Melius review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below in the comments.

FXTrading Corp Review – Legit Crypto MLM Company or Huge Scam?

Welcome to my FxTrading Corp Review!

There has been a lot of buzz about this company, so I decided to take a look to see what it was all about…

Chances are someone approached you about the investment opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

FXTrading Corp Review

FXTrading Corp review

FX Trading Corp operates in the MLM cryptocurrency specific niche and represents it is based out of South Korea.

To that end a tax certificate for “FX Trading Corporation” is offered on the business’s website.

Heading up FX Trading Corp are co-founders Young Min Oh (CEO), Joon Park (CFO) and Yang Jae Seok (CMO).

No information about any of these people is provided. Perhaps due to language-barriers, I was also unable to discover anything additional myself.

What little I did find was tied to FXTrading Corp itself. This is a warning as it suggests the co-founders have no digital footprint outside of the recently launched company.

Keep reading for a full review of the FXTrading Corp MLM opportunity.

FXTrading Corp Products

FXTrading Corp has no retailable product and services, with affiliates just able to market FXTrading Corp affiliate subscription itself.

FX Trading Corp pays recurring commissions through a binary settlement structure.

The first level of the binary team houses two positions. The second level of the binary group is created by splitting these first two positions into another two positions each (4 positions).

Subsequent levels of the binary group are produced as required, with each new level housing twice as numerous positions as the previous level.

Positions in the binary team are filled via direct and indirect recruitment of affiliates. Keep in mind there is no limitation to how deep a binary group can grow.

At the end of every day FXTrading Corp tallies up new financial investment on both sides of the binary team.

Affiliates are paid a 10% recurring commission on funds created on their weaker binary team side.

Leftover volume on the more powerful side is carried over the following day.

Keep In Mind that FXTrading Corp affiliates are topped in day-to-day recurring commission incomes based on the highest tier they have actually invest at.

I.e. Bot1000 affiliates can make approximately $1000 a day in residual commissions. Bot20000 affiliates can make up to $20,000 a day and so on.

Matching Bonus

Matching Bonus FXTrading Corp pays a Matching Perk by means of a unilevel compensation structure.

If any level 1 affiliates recruit new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the initial affiliate’s unilevel team.

If any level 2 affiliates recruit brand-new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on and so forth down a theoretical infinite number of levels.

FX Trading Corp caps the Matching Perk at ten payable unilevel group levels.

The Matching Benefit is paid out on recurring commissions earned by affiliates throughout these ten levels.

The number of levels an FX Trading affiliate makes the Matching Bonus on is identified by rank:

  • Qualify at Star 6, have to personally recruited Star 1 or higher ranked affiliates and receive a Rolex Submariner watch

  • Qualifyat Star 8, have two personally recruited Star 3 or higher ranked affiliates and receive a Toyota Camry
  • Qualifyat Star 9, have two personally recruited Star 4 or higher ranked affiliates and receive a Mercedes-Benz Class E
  • Qualifyat Star 10, have two personally recruited Star 5 or higher ranked affiliates and receive either a Ferrari or Lamborghini luxury car

Signing Up With FX Trading Corp

FXTrading Corp affiliate subscription is complimentary.

Full participation in the affixed income opportunity however needs a minimum $300 financial investment.

Verdict

The main problem with all of these new Forex, MLM currency trading companies is the fact that no one provides proof on how they actually make their external income.

If you know anything about trading, they have their ups and downs.

Giving a fixed ROI amount is a HUGE redflag…

The only way to predict  ROI is if it’s some kind of ponzi scheme where newly invested funds are paying off existing members. (1)

Plus, why would you need affiliate investments if those kind of ROI’s can be made right?

Personally, there are just too many red flags here, so be careful…

Daily Net Pay Review – Legit 150% ROI Trading Or Scam? Find Out…

Welcome to my Daily Net Pay Review!

There has been some buzz about this company, so I wanted to check it out for myself.

Chances are someone approached you about there crazy ROI opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s actually legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Find out of this is legit or a huge scam…

Daily Net Pay Review

Daily Net Pay Review

There isn’t any direct information on the website on who runs or owns the company, but I watched a marketing video that sites John Kielec as the admin and creatore of the company.

He mainly operates his companies out of Canada.

First time I have heard of John Kielec is when he started Daily Traffic Review.

Under the F5M Millionaires Club brand, Kielec launches various MLM opportunities, the latest of which is Daily Net Traffic.

Other opportunities mentioned on the F5M Millionaires Club website include Daily Net Pay and Revenue From Advertising.

As of today, the website is off line…

Anyway, let’s keep going in this Daily Ney pay review…

Daily Net Pay Products

Daily Net Pay has no retail products or services, but you can promote their affiliate membership.

Unlike all the other Daily Net Pay reviews, I am going to tell it how it is…

I am not an affiliate…

Check out these mlm companies for retail products.

Daily Net Pay Compensation Plan

Daily Net Pay has members invest $20 in “Private Trade Shares” on a promise you will get $30 in return.

That’s about a 150% ROI.

Crazy right?

You can also get a $5 referral commission on your personally sponsored members who invest.

You can get a $69.95 PTS Advertising pak, which comes with Private Share Trades position and 90 days done for you marketing to get paid members.

Referral commissions on the PTS Advertising Pak are paid through a unilevel compensation plan and is capped at two levels:

  • $10 on level 1 (personally sponsored members)
  • $5 on level 2

Cost To Join Daily Net Pay

The cost to join this company is free, but if you want to be part of that crazy ROI opportunity, you must put in at least $20.

Now the moment you have been waiting for…

This company legit or a scam?  Keep reading this Daily Net Review…

Verdict

When looking into how they are making this 150% ROI, Daily Net Pay claims it’s from real live forex and crypto trading.

That’s all good and all, but I couldn’t find any proof of this…

Plus, it doesn’t pass the logic test either…

If you had a way to make 3.5% ROI per week through trading, why would you need any investments from people?

I would just be doing it on my own lol.

Due to the nature of this business, Daily Net Pay should be registered with the Canadian securities regulators, but couldn’t find that either…

Because of that, I personally don’t recommend this company…

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my Daily Net Pay review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below in the comments.

MyGeces System Review – Legit Opportunity or Massive SCAM?

$

Welcome to MyGeces System Review!

This is one of the latest opportunities to pop up on my radar so I decided to check it out for myself…

Some people call this legit while others call it a scam, so what is the truth?

I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plans so you can make the right decision…

Find out of this legit or a huge scam…

MyGeces System Review

mygeces system review

MyGeces System has no information on who runs or owns the company on their website.

After further investigating, I found out that the MyGeces System website domain “mygeces.com” was privately registered on June 19th, 2018.

Looks like this company has been going for almost a year…

Anyway, that’s all I know about the company itself, let’s check out the products next inside of this MyGeces System review…

MyGeces System Products

MyGeces System has no retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

This is very similar to a company I reviewed called Melius.

MyGeces System Compensation Plan

MyGeces System members purchase $10 or $30 positions in a nine tier 2×2 matrix cycle.

Basically when all six positions are filled, you are cycled out to the next tier and you earn a commission.

Below is the break down on all of this:

  • Feeder Matrix (positions cost $10) – $5 commission and cycles into Bronze Matrix 1
  • Bronze Matrix 1 (positions cost $30) – $40 commission and cycles into Bronze Matrix 2
  • Bronze Matrix 2 – $50 commission, generates a new Bronze Matrix 2 position and cycles into Silver Matrix 1
  • Silver Matrix 1 – $100 commission and cycles into Silver Matrix 2
  • Silver Matrix 2 – $150 commission, generates a new Silver Matrix 2 position and cycles into Gold Matrix 1
  • Gold Matrix 1 – $300 commission and cycles into Gold Matrix 2
  • Gold Matrix 2- $400 commission, generates a new Gold Matrix 2 position and cycles into Diamond Matrix 1
  • Diamond Matrix 1 – $600 commission and cycles into Diamond Matrix 2
  • Diamond Matrix 2 – $800 commission and generates a new Diamond Matrix 2 position

Sponsor Bonus

Every time your personally sponsored members cycle out of a tier and earn a commission, you get the following:

  • Feeder Matrix = $5
  • Bronze Matrix 1 = $20
  • Bronze Matrix 2 = $25
  • Silver Matrix 1 = $50
  • Silver Matrix 2 = $75
  • Gold Matrix 1 = $150
  • Gold Matrix 2 = $200
  • Diamond Matrix 1 = $300
  • Diamond Matrix 2 = $400

Pass-up Commissions

Every time an affiliate cycles out of a matrix into the next, a certain amount of commission is passed to an upline.

This is calculated through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

Below is the break down of the pass-up commissions:

  • Feeder Matrix – no pass-up commission
  • Bronze Matrix 1 – $5 pass-up commission
  • Bronze Matrix 2 – $10 pass-up commission
  • Silver Matrix 1 – $25 pass-up commission
  • Silver Matrix 2 – $50 pass-up commission
  • Gold Matrix 1 – $50 pass-up commission
  • Gold Matrix 2 – $100 pass-up commission
  • Diamond Matrix 1 – $100 pass-up commission
  • Diamond Matrix 2 – $200 pass-up commission

Cost To Join MyGeces System

MyGeces System member is free.

However, if you wan to be part of the investment opportunity, you have to put in at least $10.

Verdict

Unlike some MyGeces System reviews, I wanted to be completely unbiased.

In fact, I am not an affiliate of this company.

So does the MyGeces System Scam exist?

Let’s take a look at a few things…

First we don’t know who runs or owns the company.

Second, they have no retail products or services.

So the matrix opportunity part just becomes a ponzi scheme.

Not only that, they are tied with an auto network builder, which isn’t even either.

Here at Marketing Xtreme, we reviewed some of the companies in the auto network builider line up: AWS Mining, AdFeedz and Crypto Pros and none of them are legit.

Personally, I do not recommend this company flat out…

They are not even trying to be legit lol.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed MyGeces System review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask below in the comments.

ShareNode Review: Nasgo NSG and SNP Token Legit or a Scam?

$
0
0

Welcome to my ShareNode Review!

This is one of the latest mlm companies to pop up on my radar and I decided to take a look to see what it was all about.

Chances are some leader you know invited you to the business side of things and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Just make sure you pay close attention and read this to the end to get the scoop…

ShareNode Company Review

ShareNode Review

As I was digging for information, I noticed ShareNode has no information on who runs the company at all.

ShareNode website domain “sharenode.com” was first registered back in 2006…

I was still in College then LOL.

However, it was updated in August of 2018 and Stephen Chiang is listed as the owner through a PO BOX address in California (USA).

Stephen Chiang goes by “Steve” Chiang and found out that he is the co-founder of Nasgo along side Eric Tippetts.

Even the ShareNode website says “powered by Nasgo”.

There was a press release in October 3rd that names James Hardy as the co-founder of ShareNode. (1)

In the past, Eric Tippets has done MLM training in the past through his Rocket App.

Nasgo seems to be his first MLM venture where he is an executive.

Steve on the other hand doesn’t have a lot of info on his marketing background in the past, but did find this on his LinkedIn:

The first organization I created quickly became a 1000 member force using each others skill sets to succeed and create the template for future success.

That organization became the fastest growing organization in a US company and with those 1000 employees quickly became the #1 distributorship within a three month period.

Other than that, couldn’t find anything else.

James Hardy was part of eVantage Financial which was some kind of insurance based income opportunity.

As of right now, looks like it doesn’t exist…

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s look at the products

ShareNode Product Reviews

ShareNode Products

Nasgo promotes NSG tokens and the company claims any company can launch a blockchain, digital assets and /or token instantly.

With NASGO, you can tokenize your company with no coding required.

Nasgo packages are pitched to other businesses as the following:

Nasgo Tokenize Basic ($995)

  • Blockchain registration on Nasgo platform
  • Token issue
  • E-commerce platform (Amico) and rewards platform (VAPR)

Nasgo Tokenize Plus ($1495)

Everything in Tokenize Basic plus a published marketing press-release

Nasgo Tokenize Premium ($1995)

Everything in Tokenize Basic and Plus, plus a “preferred listing on ShareNode Business Directory”.

Next let’s take a look at the compensation plan inside of this ShareNode review…

ShareNode Compensation Plan

Unlike other ShareNode reviews, I am going to go in depth here…

Every time you sell a Tokenized package, you earn some kind of commission.

All commissions are paid in SNG, NSG and bitcoin.

NSG was launched by Nasgo, where SNG is a token launched by ShareNode.

ShareNode uses bitcoin to pay commissions.

These are paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

Below is the complete break down:

Tokenize Basic

  • 1000 SNP and 100 NSG to the affiliate who makes the sale
  • the first leader in the downline receives 500 SNP and 50 NSG
  • the second leader in the downline receives 250 SNP and 25 NSG
  • five Ambassadors in the downline receive 100 SNP to 10 NSG

Tokenize Plus

  • $100, 1000 SNP and 100 NSG to the affiliate who makes the sale
  • the first leader in the downline receives $50, 500 SNP and 50 NSG
  • the second leader in the downline receives $25, 250 SN and 25 NSG
  • five Ambassadors in the downline receive $5, 100 SNP and 10 NSG

Tokenize Premium

  • $200, 1000 SNP and 100 NSG to the affiliate who makes the sale
  • the first leader in the downline receives $100, 500 SNP and 50 NSG
  • the second leader in the downline receives $50, 250 SNP and 25 NSG
  • five Ambassadors in the downline receive $10, 100 SNP and 10 NSG

Reinvestment Bonus

ShareNode members who reinvest their earned commissions into SNP will get the following bonuses:

  • if an affiliate opts to reinvest 20% of earned commissions they’ll receive a 10% bonus in SNP tokens
  • if an affiliate opts to reinvest 50% of earned commissions they’ll receive a 15% bonus in SNP tokens
  • if an affiliate opts to reinvest 20% of earned commissions they’ll receive a 20% bonus in SNP tokens

SNP Investment Returns

When you get started, you are able to directly invest in SNP tokens.

ShareNode has their own internal value of SNP tokens where you as an affiliate can get some kind of ROI by cashing out through their internal exchange system.

Cost To Join ShareNode

ShareNode membership is bundled with an investment of 1000 SNP Tokens minimum.

I couldn’t find any data on how much 1000 SNP tokens are worth as of this time…

Verdict

Does the ShareNode scam exist?

So Nasgo is promoted as some kind of blockchain platform.

And they want businesses to pay them a lot of money to use their NSG and SNP tokens.

The nature of this business it’s some kind of security.

The address found on their website is in the USA.

They need to register with the SEC to operate legally in the USA or other countries that have a SEC equivalent.

As of right now, this company is NOT registered with the SEC…

Meaning, they will eventually come after them like all the other crypto wannabe companies in the MLM space.

You see, cryptocurrency itself is legit, but I haven’t seen ONE in the MLM space that is legit.

Nasgo and ShareNode is one securities fraud cease and desist from shutting down…

Not worth the risk ladies and gentlemen.

In other words, I do NOT recommend this company.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my ShareNode review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

OnPassive Review – Legit Biz Op or BIG Scam? Find Out Here…

$

0

Welcome to my OnPassive Review!

Entering the MLM world can be a bit intimidating if you have never joined one before…

Knowing where to start can be tough…but that is where I come in.

Consider me as your guide within the complicated world of MLM and a mentor that can help you make the best decisions for your investment.

In my review, I will talk about this company’s history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, and then close it out with a final verdict with my personal opinion about OnPassive.

Ready? Let’s go!

OnPassive Review

OnPassive Review

OnPassive is currently pre-launch as can be seen on the website which is hosted by a “GoFounders” prelaunch website.

Each of the OnPassive and GoFounders website domains were registered privately some time in mid 2018.

When I clicked over to the OnPassive website, all I saw was a placeholder that says “Only Qualified Founders Accepted in Prelaunch By Invitation Only”.

I did manage to find a video on the GoFounders prelaunch website that reveals Ash Mufareh as OnPassive’s founder.

Mufareh’s Facebook self-identifies him as CEO and founder of GFI Fusion, a marketing team within Global Domains International.

I also uncovered that around 2010 Mufareh launched AshMax, which was a recruitment-based matrix company.

So, what is Mufareh up to these days?

Currently, it seems that he uses a closed-group to promote various “passive income” opportunities to investors who loyally follow him from one company to the next.

Two other companies that I linked to Mufareh include TelexFree and PayDiamond.

TelexFree was launched in 2012, which experienced some legal issues in Brazil in 2013.

The SEC shut TelexFree down in 2014 and an investigation was launched by a court-appointed Trustee which revealed investor losses to be more than $3 billion.

Mufareh’s other business, PayDiamond, closed up shop in mid 2018, after which Ash Mufareh followed up by creating OnPassive.

OnPassive Products

OnPassive offers no retail products or services to buy or sell.

Affiliates who join simply market the OnPassive affiliate membership.

Once signed up for the affiliate membership, affiliates get access to adcredits and a “marketing automation” platform.

OnPassive Compensation Plan

To take part in the OnPassive compensation plan, affiliates are required to purchase positions in up to four 3×10 matrices.

Affiliates earn commissions when they directly and indirectly sponsor new affiliates who also do the same.

A 3×10 matrix places an OnPassive affiliate at the top of a matrix, with three positions directly under them.

These 3 positions create level one of the matrix and level two is made by dividing these first 3 positions into another 3 positions each, for a total of 9 positions.

Levels 3 to 10 of the matrix are created the same way, with every new level holding 3 times as many positions as the level before it.

As matrix positions are filled, commissions are paid out.

These positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of OnPassive affiliates, who must also buy positions in one or more of the 4 matrix tiers.

Commissions are paid across OnPassive’s four matrix tiers like this:

$25 Matrix (positions cost $25)

  • $2 on level 1 per position filled
  • $3 on level 2 per position filled
  • $2 on level 3 per position filled
  • $1 on levels 4 to 8 per position filled
  • $2 on level 9 per position filled and
  • $1 on level 10 per position filled

$125 Matrix (positions cost $125)

  • $10 on level 1 per position filled
  • $15 on level 2 per position filled
  • $7 on level 3 per position filled
  • $5 on levels 4 and 5 per position filled
  • $3 on level 6 per position filled
  • $2 on level 7 per position filled
  • $3 on levels 8 and 9 per position filled
  • $2 on level 10 per position filled

$250 Matrix (positions cost $250)

  • $10 on level 1 per position filled
  • $25 on level 2 per position filled
  • $10 on level 3 per position filled
  • $8 on levels 4 to 6 per position filled
  • $7 on levels 7 and 8 per position filled
  • $8 on levels 9 and 10 per position filled

$500 Matrix (positions cost $500)

  • $20 on level 1 per position filled
  • $30 on level 2 per position filled
  • $15 on levels 3 to 5 per position filled
  • $10 on levels 6 and 7 per position filled
  • $15 on levels 8 and 9 per position filled
  • $10 on level 10 per position filled

It should be noted that the costs for each matrix position recur every month, which means that the above commission amounts also recur monthly (for as long as the sponsored OnPassive affiliate continues to pay fees).

Cost to Join OnPassive

Currently, “GoFounders” positions in OnPassive cost $97.

I can only assume that this includes a position in each of OnPassive’s four matrix tiers.

Once OnPassive launches, affiliate membership will require a $25 to $500 matrix position purchase.

As currently laid out, the OnPassive compensation plan implies that matrix position fees recur monthly, which presumably includes the $97 GoFounders positions.

So, when you add it all up, full participation in OnPassive will cost $900 a month.

Verdict

Alright, time to get to the final verdict…

So, when you break it all down, what do we have here?

Nothing more than a pyramid-based biz op.

First, the GoFounders pre-launch has been heavily promoted and seriously dragged out…

Why?

Probably because the company owner knows that once this company launches it will collapse really quickly…

Why?

Because they have nothing to offer!

No products, no services…just a membership to allow you to recruit more people to pay fees…who will then recruit more people to pay more fees…and it goes on and on

The truth is…just like every other sketchy pyramid type MLM, this company won’t last as soon as recruitment numbers drop…(1)

Which they always inevitably do once the hype is over…

So, my advice here is to maybe take your investment elsewhere…

But, if you do decide to join this company, proceed with caution…

United Success Network Review – Turn $20 to $15,200 or Scam?

Welcome to my United Success Network Review!

This is one of the latest businesses in the MLM space to pop up and I decided to check it out for myself.

Maybe someone approached you about this whole turning $20 into $15,200 and now you landed here to make sure it’s not some kind of a scam.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Just pay close attention and keep reading…

United Success Network Review

united success network review

When it comes to joining any mlm company, it’s important that they are transparent about who runs or owns it.

However, that’s not the case here…

United Success Network gives you no information on their website on who owns or runs it.

I even went as far as checking the United Success Network domain registration information on “unitedsuccessnetwork.com” and found out it was privately registered in January 2016.

On top of that, the company talks about how it was established in 2008…

Which doesn’t make any sense if the domain was purchased just a few years ago.

My good friend YouTube had more information…

I found a marketing video titled “USN LAS VEGAS” and Charles Morgan is the CEO of United Success Network.

I couldn’t find any past history on him…

My tip for Charles is to make himself more transparent and have an about us section etc.

Anyway, let’s take a look at the products next…

United Success Network Products

After digging in, I found out that United Success Network doesn’t have any retail products or services and all you can do is become an affiliate and promote their affiliate membership.

Company claims they are:

United Success Network is a crowdfunding community that is committed to impacting positive changes in diverse communities by providing an innovative way to network that focuses on education, community development, cultural enrichment and economic improvement.

It looks like it’s another crowdfunding opportunity, but I couldn’t find any proof of what they are raising funds for…

Sure they can talk about it, but that’s not proof.

Another business recently took a look at that’s very similar is:  50/50 CrowdFunding Review

United Success Network Compensation Plan

Basically, United Success Network has members buy $50 positions in a five tier 2×3 matrix cycler.

Every time you fill a matrix, you cycle out and earn a commission and start all over again in the next matrix.

These positions can be filled directly or indirectly by you and your team members.

This is what the Cycle commissions look like across all five matrix tiers:

  • Matrix 1 (positions cost $50) – $400 cycle commission, generates a new Matrix 1 position and cycles into Matrix 2 (forfeit $100)
  • Matrix 2 – $800 cycle commission, generates a new Matrix 2 position and cycles into Matrix 3 (forfeit $250)
  • Matrix 3 – $2000 cycle commission, generates a new Matrix 3 position and cycles into Matrix 4 (forfeit $500)
  • Matrix 4 – $4000 cycle commission, generates a new Matrix 4 position and cycles into Matrix 5 (forfeit $1000)
  • Matrix 5 – $8000 cycle commission and generates a new Matrix 5 position

You must sponsor at least TWO people who have invested $50 to qualify for commissions.

Cost To Join United Success Network

United Success Network will run you $50 which is tied to a matrix position.

Verdict

So does the United Success Network Scam exist?

United Success Networks is a crowdfunding company and claim help communities around the world with:

  • Students/Tuition
  • Sports
  • Community
  • Family
  • Emergencies
  • Cancer
  • Veterans
  • Faith
  • Non Profit
  • Funeral
  • Charity
  • Medical

That is fantastic and all, but I don’t see any partnerships for those different groups anywhere on their website…

And they don’t show any proof of it anywhere else.

Crowdfunding normally people donating money for a cause and that’s it…

There is never a matrix compensation plan around it…

That really doesn’t make this company crowdfunding specially the fact they have no proof of ANY partnerships with the causes.

They don’t even go into detail about that either.

The truth is United Success Network operates as a $50 IN for $15,2000 OUT ponzi scheme.(1)

So don’t be fooled by the positive United Success Network reviews out there, they are probably done by affiliates.

The truth is only people that win here are the people at the top…

Personally, I would stay away from any MLM company claiming to Crowdfund…

TrezorHub Review – Legit Company or Just Another Scam? Find Out…

$

Welcome to my TrezorHub Review!

Whether this is your first venture into an MLM or you are a pro, knowing where to start with a new company can be hard…but that is what I am here for!

Investing your hard-earned money is a big decision and you want to be sure that you are investing with the right company…one that will make your money work for you!

This blog will help you with that decision by providing you with the info you need about this company’s history, their products, the compensation plan, how much it will cost to join, and my own personal final verdict about TrezorHub.

So, without further ado…

Let’s get to it!

TrezorHub Review

Trezorhub Review

The TrezorHub website didn’t offer any information about who owns or operates the company.

The one thing I did find is the TrezorHub website domain, which was registered privately as “trezorhub.me” on the 31st of October, 2018.

TrezorHub Products

Trezorhub products

TrezorHub does not offer any retail products or services for affiliates to buy or sell.

Affiliates who sign up can only market the TrezorHub affiliate membership.

If you want to join mlm companies with real products, check some of these out:

TrezorHub Compensation Plan

To start earning with TrezorHub, affiliates must invest between $20 and $5000 for a 100% ROI every 30 days.

Rules are applied to ROI withdrawals, which require an affiliate to:

  • Sponsor new investors who together have active investments equal to the amount the withdrawing affiliate has invested themselves
  • Reinvest at least 20% of funds initially invested

A 10% investment bonus is earned if a new TrezorHub affiliate invests within 30 days of signing up.

Referral Commissions

Affiliates can earn a 5% referral commission on the income that is invested by personally sponsored affiliates.

Managers (no idea what this is and the TrezorHub website does not provide any insight as to what qualifications must be met to be considered a Manager) earn referral commissions through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, which then places every personally sponsored affiliate right under them on level 1.

When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.

Here is the commission percentage breakdown for each level:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 5%
  • Level 2 – 4%
  • Level 3 – 2%
  • Level 4 – 1%
  • Levels 5 and deeper – 0.5%

Cost to Join TrezorHub

The cost to join TrezorHub as an affiliate is free, but in order to fully participate in the entire MLM opportunity, an affiliate must invest a minimum of $20.

All payments within TrezorHub are made in bitcoin.

Verdict

Okay, so we’ve looked at all the nitty gritty…. now it’s time for the verdict…

What are they promising here?

100% ROI…

Sound too good to be true?

Because it is!

It is pretty much mathematically impossible to keep up a 100% ROI

So, what is actually going on is the people running this company have pre-loaded the top positions so they are the ones who make most of the money here…

And how are they making money?

Convincing new people to join and invest…and those new investments are used to meet their 100% ROI promises to the older affiliates…

And this, my friends, is the definition of a Ponzi scheme…(1)

And as always, once the recruitment numbers dwindle…and they will…the company will collapse…

So, my advice here is to maybe hold onto your money and pass on this one…

But, if you do decide to sign up, just keep all this in mind…

3pexcel Review – Legit Discount Card Opportunity or Scam? Find Out…

$

Welcome to my 3pexcel Review!

This is one of the latest businesses to pop up and I wanted to take a look to see if it’s actually any good.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make an informative decision.

Just remember to pay close attention and read this to the end…

3pexcel Review

3Pexcel review

3Pexcel has no information on who runs or owns the business…

I went further and investigated the 3pexcel website domain “3pexcel.com” and found out it was privately registered on July 24, 2017.

I did find in the footer of the website that it’s “a member of Xeap Group inc.”

Xeap Group Inch is incorporated in California, USA.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, not really transparent…

3Pexcel Products

After checking out their website, it looks like 3Pexcel has no retail products or services, but you can promote their affiliate membership.

Once you become an affiliate, you get access to online discounts (e-commerce, flights, hotels, cell phone plans) and an offline discount card.

Example of e-commerce products for sale:

3pexcel products

Example of Travel Discounts:

3pexcel travel

Discount card is a customer or membership card that is used for identification purposes in partner stores.

That’s it for that…

Let’s take a look at the compensation plan…

3Pexcel Compensation Plan

3pexcel affiliates pay $82.50 USD to get started with the company.

Commissions are paid when others sponsor new members who do the same.

For each affiliate sponsored, you can earn $55 USD.

Residual Commissions

All residuals are paid through a six tier 2×2 matrix cycler compensation plan.

These positions can be filled directly or indirectly by your team members.

Once cycle out of one matrix, you earn a commission and cycle in to the next tier.

Total break down of that is below:

  • Stage 1 (positions cost N30,000) – N80,000 cycle commission ($220 USD) and cycles into Stage 2
  • Stage 2 – N120,000 cycle commission ($330 USD) and cycles into Stage 3
  • Stage 3 – N400,000 cycle commission ($1100 USD) and cycles into Stage 4
  • Stage 4 – N2,000,000 cycle commission ($5502 USD) and cycles into Stage 5
  • Stage 5 – N8,000,000 cycle commission (~$22,000 USD) and cycles into Stage 6
  • Stage 6 – N20,000,000 cycle commission (~$55,000 USD)

Additional Cycle Bonuses

3pexcel also rewards people additional cycle bonuses from Stage 3:

  • Cycle out of Stage 3 and receive “electronics”
  • Cycle out of Stage 4 and receive an “international trip”
  • Cycle out of Stage 5 and receive a “sports utility vehicle”
  • Cycle out of Stage 6 and receive a “semi detached duplex”

Cost To Join 3Pexcel

3pexcel affiliate membership is N30,000 (~$82.50 USD).

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this 3Pexcel review…

Verdict

This is a great example of a company that had a decent idea, but screwed it up by their compensation plan.

All of the discounts inside of this company are third party companies.

Online shopping portal basically runs on PrestaShop, a freemium e-commerce platform.

It looks like it’s just a drop shipped items.

All of the flights are handled through VacationCMS, a European travel discount portal provider.

Heck, according to 3pexcel themselves:

If you do not refer people, you do not earn.

Not only that statement alone makes this company a pyramid scheme, the matrix compensation plan makes it a ponzi as well. (1)(2)

I just feel bad for people in Nigeria because that’s their demographic.

Plus, we don’t even know who RUNS the company, why would you join something like that anyway?

Wayyy too shady.

Anyway, I do not recommend this company…

I hope you enjoyed my 3pexcel review and if you have any questions or comments, leave them in the comment section below…

Crowdfunding Guaranteed Review – 300% ROI or Huge Scam?

$

Welcome to my CrowdFunding Guaranteed Review!

Another MLM in the crowdfunding niche has popped up and I decided to check this one for myself.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and now you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through everything so you can make the right decision.

Just pay close attention and read this to the end…

CrowdFunding Guaranteed Review

CrowdFunding Guaranteed Review

CrowdFunding Guaranteed has no information on who runs the show or owns the company.

I found out that the CrowdFunding Guaranteed website domain was privately registered on September 29th, 2015.

However, it doesn’t look like the company kicked into gear around December 2018.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, I couldn’t find anything on social media either…

CrowdFunding Guaranteed Products

CrowdFunding Guaranteed has no retail products or services to purchase, however, you can promote the affiliate membership.

Now they do go on about CrowdFunding projects, but couldn’t verify any of them…

Other companies I reviewed in this niche are 50/50 CrowdFunding and United Success Network.

CrowdFunding Guaranteed Compensation Plan

CrowdFunding Guaranteed has members buy $25 to $400 matrix positions in a five tier 2×2 matrix cycler.

Commission payments correspond to filing these matrix positions.

They can be filled directly or indirectly by your team members.

These are the payments across all matrix tiers:

  • Silver (positions cost $25) – $75
  • Gold (positions cost $50) – $150
  • Emerald (positions cost $100) – $300
  • Diamond (positions cost $200) – $600
  • Crown (positions cost $400) – $1200

To qualify for Gold or higher, you must sponsor at least two people.

Sponsoring Commissions

For an extra $29 per month and have at least purchased the Gold position, you can earn sponsoring commissions.

These commissions are paid on the $29 per month fee.

Cost To Join CrowdFunding Guaranteed

CrowdFunding Guaranteed affiliate membership is $29 every 90 days.

Company provides one Silver matrix position with the first $29 payment.

Verdict

So does the CrowdFunding Guaranteed scam exist?

They apparently operate in the CrowdFunding niche, however, after investigating this company further, it’s just a 300% ROI Ponzi scheme. (1)

A legit CrowdFunding program have people donate to some kind of cause or for something they need to raise funds for.

Right now I couldn’t verify any of their causes and what companies they are working with.

Because of this matrix compensation plan, it makes this company a recruiting fest as well…

People are just paying the fee so they can earn commissions on it.

Once there are people that can’t recruit in the mix, they will stop paying their fee.

Once that happens, the company will go under and the owner(s) of this company will just launch another one and run with your money.

That’s why they kept themselves a secret.

All legit network marketing companies are transparent about their management and owner(s).

Anyway, I do not recommend this company at all…

I hope you enjoyed my CrowdFunding Guaranteed review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

Ranking the Top 30 MLM companies of 2019 That Are Trending…

$
0
0

It can be tough to see what Top MLM companies are actually doing well these days…

After almost a year launching the Marketing Xtreme blog, I decided to do the top 30 companies based on trends and your ability to make money in 2019.

Please note this list can change anytime, so come back often to see 🙂

Top 30 MLM Companies Of 2019

Below you will find my top 30 mlm companies of 2019 that were trending high this year and have great products and compensation plan so you can actually making a great income if you decide to take action of course.

You can’t make money anywhere if you don’t put in the time and effort.

What I need you to do next is pay close attention and read this list to the end to see where your network marketing company falls or if you are looking for one which one you should choose.

Now before we get started…

This is my #1 Recommendation click here.

30# Nspire Network

Nspire Network is pretty new, but has exploded this year due to the fact they have a very unique product that cater towards women, pads…

But not any pads, they got some crazy healthy stuff going.  They also have erotic products and testosterone boosters for men as well.

29# MOBE (My Online Business Education)

This is a top tier program with a multi-level marketing payout that has been growing strong since 2011.  It isn’t as popular as it was, but MOBE is going strong after 6 years and still dominates the top tier space with a large margin.  I do believe that Digital Altitude edges over it slightly due to the fact it’s fresh and new.

As of June 6th, 2018 MOBE is being investigated by the FTC.

28# MLSP (My Lead System Pro)

This is not a true network marketing company, but more of an affiliate program.  However, a lot of top leaders in the digital space have sprung from MLSP and have dominated other mlm companies because of the powerful tools, and leadership training you get inside of MLSP.

27# StemTech

StemTech is the only mlm in the stem cell niche.  In the last 6 months alone, this company has gained 122% in popularity and have been expanding very rapidly all around the world.  It just shows you that being unique pays off big time instead of trying to compete with thousands of network marketing companies in the same niche.

26# Valentus

Valentus is another coffee based mlm company like Organo Gold, but much newer.  They actually have been doing really well and had gained 80% in the last 6 months due to their great products and compensation plan.

25# Empower Network

This was basically the first digital network marketing company that took the world by storm.  Launched back in 2011 by co-founders David Wood and David Sharpe, this company lost it’s momentum once Sharpe left the company.

Sadly, most of the top leaders except for a few have stuck around, but don’t underestimate David Wood because he is still bringing the value to this date.

#24 World Ventures

This is a travel based network marketing company that targets millennials with sleek campaign that shows people posting travel pictures with “You Should Be Here” signs.

No other MLM comes close to nailing the young crowd accept Wake Up Now and Vemma, but they took a crap in 2015.

Because of that World Ventures reigns supreme in this space.

#23 Wealthy Affiliate

If you ever tell a Wealthy Affiliate member that they joined an MLM, they would get pissed off at you and call you a scam…

Even though Wealthy Affiliate isn’t really an MLM, but apparently a solution to “MLM”.

They claim they have a higher success rate, but the real studies show no matter if it’s network marketing or affiliate marketing, the failure rate is the exact same.

They compare their companies to companies like Digital Altitude, Tecademics, MOBE, MLSP and Empower Network.

#22 Nerium

Nerium could have been huge, but due to a nasty lawsuit that divides this company, they took the 22nd spot overall in the network marketing arena.

They do still have one of the best skin care products in this industry and have badges to prove their worth:  Inc. 500, DSA membership and some good sponsorships.

#21 Usana

Usana did $918 million in revenue in 2015 which lands them in the 21st spot.

They might not be as popular as they were before, but they are still going strong and very consistent.

On top of their crazy revenue, they have been voted the “50 Best Places To Work” and partnered up with Dr. Oz.

#20 Mary Kay Cosmetics

After being in the beauty network marketing business for 50 years, May Kay is still going strong as of today.

They have done over $4 billion in sales in 2014 and crossed the 3.5 million mark for distributors.

After 50 years, they are still one of the biggest direct sales companies in the skin care and cosmetics niche.

#19 Nu Skin

Nu Skin is another billion dollar club company along side Amway and Mary Kay.  With over $2 billion in yearly sales, you can see why they made this list.

Their popularity has gone down and not sure if they will make this list 5 years from now.

They do a lot of great things like donating to charity, but they are not all roses and peaches either.

Nu Skin has their fair share of scandals and affairs in the past as well.

#18 Avon

Avon did over $6 billion in revenue in 2015 and probably is the only company that truly rivals Amway in fame, fortune and size.

The bad news is their sales are dropping every year specially in North America.  Revenue dropped by 19% in 2013 and 7% in Mexico.  Now when you skip forward to July of 2015, Avon sales are still spiraling downwards with a 17% drop (1).

Problem with Avon is they haven’t really changed must since they first launched and that’s a big no no…

#17 Arbonne

Arbonne has been selling Skin Care products for over 30 years and will soon match Mary Kay in the near future.

To this day, they are still hitting $500+ million yearly, but according to Google Trends they are really past their glory days.

That doesn’t they are going anywhere because they are constantly creating new products with science to back it up.

#16 Herbalife

Herbalife has got a lot of negative press in the past, but I do admire how they bounce right out of it.

In spite of the negativity, Herbalife is massive and is probably in the top 3 in sheer size in the network marketing industry.

The good news is the FTC decided to settle with Herbalife in the recent lawsuits so they can continue doing business.

#15 Beachbody

Beachbody has launched great products like P90X and Insanity workout DVD’s.

They are one of the few companies actually provide great products and continue to make a killing every year.

Now we are half where there in the top mlm companies so keep reading…

#14 Scentsy

Scentsy has been dominating the scented candles niche for a long time.  That’s because their products are innovative and have cool flameless candles.

In other words, their customers just love Scentsy products.

They have been doing $537 million in sales annually and competes directly with doTERRA for the most word of mouth marketing award.

I can see this company go another 15 years without breaking a sweat as long as they keep innovating.

#13 Pampered Chef

Pampered Chef has been selling high end kitchen gadgets for a long time and still continue to put huge numbers on the board in revenue.

They are not as popular as they once were, but people are still doing those home parties where you invite people over and show them the cool products.

Only downside is I see a lot of their products selling for huge discounts on eBay and Amazon which undercut the actual distributors.

#12 Forever Living

Forever Living has been going strong since 1978 and have made the Forves 400, the Inc 500 and blew past the $2.6 billion in revenue.

They have been specializing in one thing…Aloe Vera and to this day a very hot topic.

Not to mention all the great health benefits you get from Aloe Vera and you see why Forever Living is crushing it over 30 years later.

#11 Isagenix

Looks like Advocare and Isagenix is neck and neck in Google trends and causing a lot of buzz lately.

To this day, they are still one of the hottest network marketing companies, but not sure what really makes them different compared to the thousands of nutri-MLM’s in this field.

The good news is they have a TON of positive product reviews on Amazon, great compensation plan and strong revenue to make this list.

#10 Amway

There isn’t much to say about Amway other than they are probably the biggest network marketing company out there (Or could be second to Avon).

They have crossed $9.5 billion (2) and 3 million distributors worldwide.  Not to mention they have naming rights to an NBA arena.

That’s pretty cool if you ask me.

#9 Wor(l)d Global Network

WGN has been dominating the wearable trends and cashing in hard!

I am not sure if they will be here in another 5 years, but they are crushing it right now.

Their latest product release has been very successful called HELO which is a health-tracking and disease-monitoring wristband.  Not to mention they did $157 million in revenue and they are just getting started.

#8 Ambit Energy

Ambit Energy is pretty much like ACN, but even better.

They have hit Inc 5000 for 3 years in a row (3), and they keep trending even to this day.

Unlike many other companies, they promise lower, fixed prices for natural gas and electric services which really appeal to the masses.

Not everyone takes health supplements, but everyone in North America has to pay their energy bills.

#7 Young Living

Young Living is the first Essential Oils company to pop up (yes before doTERRA) and is still red hot to this day.

Essential oils are used for wellness, beauty and clearning, and not to mention it’s all natural with a few side effects if any.

Gary Young the founder really set the quality standard for the entire essential oils industry and will be hard to beat.

#6 Advocare

Advocare would have ranked higher in this network marketing ranking, but they have had some bad PR lately.

There was a ESPN report (4) that covered mostly the negative side to network marketing which led the readers really to draw their own negative conclusions.

Personally I think they went a little overboard because let’s face it… news is all about negativity and there is negative things about everything.

#5 Tecademics

Tecademics falls into the educational digital network marketing arena and is new to this marketplace.

The owner Chris Record has launched very successful companies and products before and makes this no different.

To be honest, I haven’t seen one crap product come out of him so that’s always a good thing.

#4 Legendary Marketer

Legendary Marketer was founded by Dave Sharpe who has done really well online in his past ventures.

So he decided to go route and opened up an education platform for people who want to be coached to either build a business from scratch or help them with an existing business which could be online or offline.

This isn’t really a MLM, and just a educational platform but I just had to mention it because this is going to be the future…

#3 Younique

Big moves happened for Younique in 2017 where 60% of the company was sold to Coty for a massive $600 million (5).

This makes Younique a billion dollar company.

The good news is Younique is going stronger than ever all thanks to Derek Maxfield and the leadership.

Younique is a Utah based company that really took off int he last few years that market cosmetic home parties for women who want empowerment.

#2 Jeunesse

Jeunesse probably has the most popular video where they showed lived how their Instantly Ageless cream gets rid of wrinkles in minutes:

I personally haven’t seen anything like it and this is why Instantly Ageless cream continues to make HUGE waves.

Back in 2015, they were the fastest growing Direct Selling Association company on Inc 500 and took Alex Morton’s Vemma spot months before it went under.

It’s actually rare when the company is trending and the product works great in network marketing.

#1 doTERRA

This has been a tough one because Young Living is the original Essential oils network marketing company out there, but due to doTERRA’s huge growth and great products it has take the number 1 spot hands down.

Launching in 2008, they have already a $60 million dollar headquarters in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

The crazy part is they started way after Young Living (2008), however they managed to grow and trend at a massive rate.

Because they have been trending up this entire time, doTERRA takes the top spot as of right now making it the #1 MLM pick of 2017.

Honorable Mention, but not really a MLM…

The Super Affiliate Network

The Super Affiliate Network is a top tier program which costs a lot less and pays up to 70% commissions which is the highest I ever seen.

Because it pays TWO tiers, it’s not really a network marketing company, but more of an affiliate business model.

This is going to be a VERY strong contender in 2019 and years to come…

Summary On My Top MLM Companies

Network marketing companies have done a great job of giving people alternatives to jobs and regular traditional businesses that cost a ton of money to get going.

The only down side to all the companies I mentioned above?  MLM has worked for money, but hasn’t for most.

Network marketing companies mostly have good intentions, but like any industry really it’s flawed.

Let me explain

CONS

1) Low cost to entry in mlm companies

The Multi-level marketing model is chosen because MLM companies are cheaper to start and run.

They do this by transferring that job to a distributor and save on average of $1,200 annually per person.

Heck, that’s just for the training.

The problem is people get started thinking it’s cheap and they will get rich fast and realize like any other traditional business work is involved.

In addition, the low entry costs bring out the least qualified people to start a business of their own…

2) Rigged Supply and demand with top mlm companies

Not all network marketing companies operate this way, but many have and the FTC is starting to crack down on them.

Instead of focusing on product sales, these companies focus on recruiting new reps which is a big no no in the FTC’s eyes.

Just take a look at what happened to Vemma and Herbalife…

You wonder why so many MLM companies re-launch or re-brand over the years?  It’s because they want to get new sign-ups.

Pros

1) Products and Marketing In MLM Companies

You think I was going to just bash these network marketing companies?  Think again!

I am 100% PRO network marketing and this is why…

You can start a home business where you don’t have to create your own products or marketing yourself.

In other words, you can piggy back off the network marketing company and focus on just generating sales.

Think of this for a moment…

How much will it cost for you to create your own product, create the marketing behind it, create a store location for it?

TONS of money…

2) You can make a lot of money with top mlm companies

I know there is a high failure rate, but that’s not just for network marketing companies alone…

If you look at internet marketing, affiliate marketing, small businesses, the failure rate is the exact same and you know why?

People don’t want to work on themselves to become a better business person…

I know there are some leaders in the industry that make it sound like network marketing is very easy and anyone can do it…

The truth is, anyone CAN do it, however, people don’t want to learn the necessary skills to become successful…

The REAL Number 1 when it comes to getting started and how fast you can be profiting:

Closing Thoughts On My Top 30 MLM Companies

Over the years network marketing companies have been bringing out better and better products and I believe is a great way to get into the entrepreneur realm without forking out a ton of cash.

What I do recommend you doing is honing your skills so you can become a better business person and will actually succeed in one of these mlm companies about.

Trust me, there is no competitive because 97% of the people fail due to the fact they don’t want it bad enough.

THAT my friends is the truth!

SpillOverBot Review – Legit MLM Opportunity or Scam? Find Out Here…

$

0

Welcome to my SpillOverBot Review!

There has been some buzz about this mlm company and I decided to investigate what it was all about.

Some people say it’s legit while others call it a scam, but I am going to get to the bottom of it.

Make sure you pay close attention because I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

SpillOverBot Review – Company

Spilloverbot review

David Fries is the Director of the company according to SpillOverBot, however, there is no information about him.

In fact, they are using some stock picture to represent him.

It could be a possibility that David Fries doesn’t exist…

I noticed that the SpillOverBot domain was privately registered on October 1st, 2018.

Shinjiru Technology Sdn Bhd was used as the registrar.

It looks like it’s a Malaysian company…

So it could be that SpillOverBot is operating from Malaysia.

Let’s look into the products next inside of this SpillOverBot review…

SpillOverBot Reviews – Products

Spilloverbot products

SpillOverBot has no retail products or services, but you can promote their affiliate membership to earn commissions.

When you do land on their website, they discribe themselves as the following:

Open a long-term source of income. SpilloverBot is the fastest and easiest way to earn money on the Internet. Check out our amazing marketing that will give you access to the territory of success. The unique algorithm of the automated SpilloverBot system will help you get income, constantly and steadily. SpilloverBot is not just a platform, it is a financial generator that provides everything you need for a rich life and business in the world of “online earnings”. Today, SpilloverBot promises to be the number one platform. This is where your time is valued and turned into money!

Everything on the website is vague and doesn’t go into any real details about the products, services or company really…

SpillOverBot Compensation Plan

SpillOverBot has their affiliates purchase positions in the seven tier 2×2 matrix cycler.

In total, a 2×2 matrix has six positions in total.

Once these six positions are filled up, you cycle a commission and land into the next tier.

Below is the breakdown across all seven tiers:

  • Matrix 1 (positions cost $25) – $25 cycle commission and cycles into Matrix 2
  • Matrix 2 – $25 cycle commission and cycles into Matrix 3
  • Matrix 3 – $75 cycle commission and cycles into Matrix 4
  • Matrix 4 – $225 cycle commission and cycles into Matrix 5
  • Matrix 5 – $675 cycle commission and cycles into Matrix 6
  • Matrix 6 – $2100 cycle commission and cycles into Matrix 7
  • Matrix 7 – $24,000 cycle commission

Commissions For Upline

SpillOverBot pays upline commissions on downline cycles up to four levels.

This is what all of that looks like:

  • Sponsored affiliate cycles out of Matrix 2 = $10 to the sponsoring affiliate and $5 to the second, third and fourth uplines
  • Sponsored affiliate cycles out of Matrix 3 = $30 to the sponsoring affiliate and $15 to the second, third and fourth uplines
  • Sponsored affiliate cycles out of Matrix 4 = $90 to the sponsoring affiliate and $45 to the second, third and fourth uplines
  • Sponsored affiliate cycles out of Matrix 5 = $270 to the sponsoring affiliate and $135 to the second, third and fourth uplines
  • Sponsored affiliate cycles out of Matrix 6 = $840 to the sponsoring affiliate and $420 to the second, third and fourth uplines
  • Sponsored affiliate cycles out of Matrix 7 = $9600 to the sponsoring affiliate and $4800 to the second, third and fourth uplines

Cost To Join SpillOverBot

SpillOverBot membership will run you $25 which is the cost of one matrix position.

Final Verdict

So does the SpillOverBot scam exist?

Well let’s recap shall we?

First, we don’t know who the owner(s) are because the website just posted a random person on there with a stock picture you can find on the internet.

Second, company is very vague about what their products and services are…

Three, because of the matrix compensation plan, this is nothing but a ponzi scheme. (1)

In a nut shell, affiliates invest funds on a promise of a potential $27,125 ROI.

The biggest pitfall of this business model (other than just being illegal) is the fact once recruitment slows down, the company will go under.

There is no real product or service keeping customer retention, in fact, they have no customers.

All they have are affiliates sponsoring new affiliates…

Because of that, I personally do not recommend this company…

Kingdom Wealth Alliance Review – Legit Company or Big Scam?

$

Welcome to my Kingdom Wealth Alliance Review!

Maybe you’ve already been approached about this company or maybe this is the first time you’ve heard of it, but either way, you are here because you want to know more about it, right?

You’ve been wondering if you should sign up, but you want to make sure it’s actually legit…

Well, I’m glad you are here doing your due diligence before jumping in!

This review will go over everything you need to know about the company, the products, and compensation plan so you decide if this is the right opportunity for you or not…

So, let’s dive in!

Kingdom Wealth Alliance Review

Kingdom Wealth Alliance Review

First things first, Kingdom Wealth Alliance doesn’t offer any real info on its website about who owns or operates the business.

I did discover that the Kingdom Wealth Alliance website domain was registered privately as “kwamembership.com” on the 16th of September, 2018.

I also found two other domains that are used by Kingdom Wealth Alliance, “kingdomwealthalliance.org” and “kwaaffiliate.com”, that were also registered privately last year.

When I checked out comments in the footer of the “kwamembership” website, I saw that someone by the name of Stan Harris is associated with the company.

When I clicked on “privacy policy”, “terms and conditions” and “earnings disclaimer” links at the bottom of the “kwamembership” page, I was sent to a Power Lead System splash page.

Power Lead System was a business owned by Michael Price back in 2013.

Kingdom Wealth Alliance Products

kingdom wealth alliance products

Taking a look at the unfinished “kingdomwealthalliance.org” website, I found “customers” and “kingdom business owners” memberships listed for $29.97 and $14.97 a month.

I also managed to find an official Kingdom Wealth Alliance compensation plan video that is narrated by Chris Leeper, in which he talks about access to marketing tools which is priced at $97 and then $29.97 a month.

A Kingdom Wealth Alliance membership gives access to various online marketing tools and “private members only training”.

You should know that the Kingdom Wealth Alliance affiliate membership is actually an additional cost over the basic customer membership.

Kingdom Wealth Alliance Compensation Plan

Kingdom Wealth Alliance affiliates earn commissions when they sell the $97 customer memberships.

These memberships can be bought by retail customers, the affiliate themselves (this only counts as one membership sale) and/or sponsored affiliates.

Kingdom Wealth Alliance membership commissions are first paid through a 2×2 matrix, but as affiliates progress through the ranks, this expands the matrix to a 3×10.

A 2×2 matrix puts an affiliate at the top of a matrix that has 2 positions right under them.

These first 2 positions make up the first level of the matrix and level two is made by dividing these first 2 positions into another 2 positions each, for a total of 4 positions.

To complete a 2×2 matrix, there are 6 positions to fill.

A 3×10 matrix puts an affiliate at the top of a matrix that has 3 positions right under them.

A 3×10 matrix is made the same way a 2×2 matrix is made, except every new level is multiplied by three and the matrix goes down 10 levels instead of two.

Affiliates earn commissions from Kingdom Wealth Alliance on initial and monthly recurring membership fees, which are paid by retail customers and direct and indirect sponsored affiliates who enter the matrix.

Monthly residual commissions are only paid as long as retail customers or sponsored affiliates in the matrix continue to pay their monthly membership fees.

Advocate

For affiliates to qualify as an Advocate, they must personally sell and maintain a minimum of one customer membership (this can be an affiliate’s own membership purchase).

Advocates are paid through a 2×4 matrix like this:

  • A $7 initial fee commission per matrix position filled down four levels and
  • A $1 monthly residual commission per matrix position filled down four levels

Ambassador

For affiliates to qualify as an Ambassador, they must personally sell and maintain at least 3 fee-paying memberships (this can be sponsored affiliates who are paying for customer memberships).

Ambassadors are paid through a 3×6 matrix like this:

  • A $7 initial fee commission per matrix position filled on levels 1 to 4, $9 on level 5 and $10 on level 6
  • A $1 monthly residual commission per matrix position filled on levels 1 to 4 and $1.50 on levels 5 and 6

Shepard

For affiliates to qualify as a Shepard, they must personally sell and maintain at least 9 fee-paying memberships (this can be sponsored affiliates who are paying for customer memberships).

Shepard affiliates are paid through a 3×8 matrix like this:

  • A $7 initial fee commission per matrix position filled on levels 1 to 4, $9 on level 5, $10 on level 6, $11 on level 7 and $12 on level 8
  • A $1 monthly residual commission per matrix position filled on levels 1 to 4, $1.50 on levels 5 and 6 and $2.50 on levels 7 and 8

Evangelist

For affiliates to qualify as an Evangelist, they must sell and maintain at least 15 fee-paying memberships (this can be sponsored affiliates who are paying for customer memberships).

Evangelist affiliates are paid through a 3×10 matrix like this:

  • A $7 initial fee commission per matrix position filled on level 1 to 4, $9 on level 5, $10 on level 6, $11 on level 7, $12 on level 8, $13 on level 9 and $14 on level 10
  • A $1 monthly residual commission per matrix position filled on levels 1 to 4, $1.50 on levels 5 and 6, $2.50 on levels 7 and 8, $3 on level 9 and $4 on level 10

Cost to Join Kingdom Wealth Alliance

The cost to join Kingdom Wealth Alliance as an affiliate is $49 for a membership and then $14.97 a month.

If an affiliate self-qualifies for commissions, they will have to pay an additional $97 and then $29.97 a month.

Commission self-qualification makes the total cost of a Kingdom Wealth Alliance affiliate membership to $146 and then $44.94 a month.

Verdict

Okay, so you’ve come to the end of the review and now it’s time for my final verdict…

So, this looks like another iteration of Power Lead System brought to you by Michael Price…

The marketing tools in Kingdom Wealth Alliance look pretty similar to Power Lead System…

So, where does the religious undertone come from?

Seems like Chris Leeper and Stan Harris are responsible for that one.

Harris is known for using his religious affinity to sell things…

When we really break it down, it seems like this company is simply a recruitment-based pyramid scheme with the Power Lead marketing tools attached to it.

Sure, there is a retail customer membership offered, but it seems like it was just done to maintain compliance…

The thing is, if you look back at Power Lead’s history, every reincarnation of it has collapsed.

And I don’t see it going any other way with this new version of it either…

So, my advice here is to maybe hold onto your investment and save it for a different opportunity…

iThrive Network Review – Legit Opportunity or Pyramid Scam?

$

Welcome to my iThrive Network Review!

There has been some talk about this company because it’s still very new to the marketplace and I decided to find out what it was all about…

Chances are someone approached you about the iThrive Network opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s not some kind of scam…

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision…

Just PAY close attention and read this to the end…

iThrive Network Review – The Company

iThrive Network review

When you visit the actual website, iThrive Network doesn’t tell you who runs or owns it.

In fact, the domain “ithrivenetwork.net” was privately registered on June 4th, 2018.

Keyword there is private…

I know some companies do that, but they at least have an about us page with the management team.

iThrive Network is to recoup the losses or collapse they had with a company called iPro Network.

iPro Network was an cryptocurrency MLM with it’s own coin which went bust.

Even though the website is still up, it’s pretty much done for at this point.

For that review, check out my iPro Network Review here.

How did I connect these companies together?

Good point!

I saw a video called “iThrive Launch Update 7-28-2018” and was uploaded on the official iPro Network vimeo channel July 30th, 2018.

Daniel Pacheco is apparently the president of the company.

On his Facebook profile, he put “President (organization) at iProNetwork”.

So that’s where the connection is made…

In the past, he has promoted something called Lucrazon Global, which is long gone now.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s check out the products next…

iThrive Network Reviews – The Products

ithrive network products

When you actually land on their website, you will notice they don’t have any retail products or service for sale, but you can become an affiliate and promote their membership.

Now tied to that affiliate membership is access to the following course packages:

  • Facebook mastery training
  • Amazon dropshipping course
  • cryptocurrency trading platform
  • e-commerce mastery

Now they could have had that at the retail level, not sure why you can’t be a customer…

Anyway, let’s take a look compensation plan next…

iThrive Network Compensation Plan

Inside of iThrive Network, you join for $50 and then spend $100 to $6000 on packages:

  • Basic – $100
  • Intermediate – $500
  • Accelerated – $2000
  • Advanced – $3000
  • eTrader – $5000
  • Professional – $6000

iThrive Network pays you commissions when you sponsor a new member who purchases these packages.

Now inside of me trying to explain this opportunity, I found a great video on YouTube that explains everything.

Just remember to click play and actually watch it to the end to know more.

Note:  The video is done by iThrive Network so it will be biased, I put it up for educational purposes only.

Now you know more about the iThrive Network compensation plan and opportunity…

Let’s keep going!

Cost To Join iThrive Network

iThrive Network membership will run you $50 per year and you have to purchase one of the packages below…

  • Basic – $100
  • Intermediate – $500
  • Accelerated – $2000
  • Advanced – $3000
  • eTrader – $5000
  • Professional – $6000

Only difference between the packages is the income potential in the compensation plan…

The moment you have been waiting for inside of this iThrive Network review…

Final Verdict

Does the iThrive Network scam exist?

Let’s take a look at the facts first…

Company wasn’t really transparent on who runs it, I had to do actual digging to find out instead of just being on the website.

iPro Network was nothing but a ponzi scam which was their last company…

iThrive Network because there are no retail sales going and no incentives for it, this easily falls into the pyramid scheme territory…

What I don’t like is this is their second attempt at it and it’s already not a legit business model.

If they had actual retail going with retail incentives, that would have been different.

Anyway because of that, I do not recommend iThrive Network in my humble opinion…

I hope you enjoyed my iThrive Network review and if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments below…

Omega Pro Review – Legit Company or Big Scam? Find Out Here…

Welcome to my Omega Pro Review!

Diving into the MLM world can be intimidating, but if and when you do choose to join a company, how do you choose which one?

Perhaps you’ve found one you think is right for you, but you want to make sure it’s actually legit…

Well, let me tell you…the best thing you can do is exactly what you are doing right now!

Research!

Read, read, and read some more!

My review will help you with your research by providing you with all the info you need about the company, the products, and compensation plan…

So, let’s get to it!

Omega Pro Review

Omega Pro Review

The Omega Pro website does not offer any information in regards to who owns or operates the company.

I found out that the Omega Pro website domain was registered privately as “omegapro.world” on the 9th of November, 2018.

I found A UK corporate address on the Omega Pro website that belongs to Prime Secretarial, which is a virtual office merchant.

Omega Pro Products

omega pro products

Omega Pro does not have any retail products or services available for affiliates to buy or sell. Affiliates can only promote the affiliate membership itself.

Omega Pro Compensation Plan

Omega Pro affiliates must invest funds for an advertised 200% ROI after 16 months.

  • Start Up – $100
  • Basic Trader – $500
  • Light Trader – $1000
  • Pro Trader – $3000
  • Advance Trader – $5000
  • Tycoon Trader – $8000
  • Premium Trader – $10,000
  • Master Trader – $15,000

Something to take note of is that Omega Pro affiliates only get paid 60% of ROI payments and commissions.

Affiliates are required to reinvest 30% of ROI payments and earned commissions for a 120% ROI over twelve months.

The rest (10%) has to be used to purchase virtual lottery tickets.

Recruitment Commissions

Omega Pro affiliates earn 5% on funds that are invested by personally sponsored affiliates.

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are paid and tracked through a binary compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that is divided into and left and right side.

Level one of the binary team holds 2 positions and level two is made by dividing these first 2 positions into another 2 positions each, for a total of 4 positions.

Additional levels in the binary team are made as needed, with every new level holding twice as many positions as the level before it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates.

There is currently no limit as to how far down a binary team can grow.

Omega Pro counts up new investment volume on both sides of the binary team at the end of every week.

Affiliates earn 8% of the funds that are invested on the weaker side of their binary team.

Caps on residual commission earnings depend on how much an Omega Pro affiliate has invested:

  • Free package affiliates can earn up to $150 a week
  • Start Up affiliates can earn up to $500 a week
  • Basic Trader affiliates can earn up to $2500 a week
  • Light Trader affiliates can earn up to $5000 a week
  • Pro Trader affiliates can earn up to $5000 a week
  • Advance Trader affiliates can earn up to $15,000 a week
  • Tycoon Trader affiliates can earn up to $18,000 a week
  • Premium Trader affiliates can earn up to $20,000 a week
  • Master Trader affiliates can earn up to $25,000 a week
  • Elite Trader affiliates can earn up to $35,000 a week
  • VIP Trader affiliates can earn up to $50,000 a week

Any funds that are leftover on the stronger binary team side are carried over to the next week.

Leadership Pool

3% of company-wide invested funds are placed into three 1% Leadership Pools.

Affiliates must meet the following criteria in order to qualify for a share in one of the pools:

Cost to Join Omega Pro

You can join Omega Pro for free with their free affiliate membership option, however it is capped at just $150 in residual commission earnings.

In order to fully participate in the Omega Pro opportunity, it will cost $29 plus an initial investment of anywhere between $100 to $15,000.

Of course, the more the affiliate invests, the more income potential they will have through the Omega Pro compensation plan.

Verdict

Okay, you’ve made it to the end of my review and now it’s time for my final verdict…

So, this seems like another cryptocurrency based MLM…

And the problem with this is that we wonder just how they generate external ROI…

Well, Omega Pro claims they do it through trading of commodities, stocks, indices, and cryptocurrency…

Alright, that’s all well and good…but where’s the proof?

There isn’t any.

Also, nowhere on their website does it say they are even allowed to operate a passive investment business…

So, how is Omega Pro meeting their ROI promises?

Simple.

They use newly invested funds from new affiliates to pay older affiliates their promised ROI earnings…

And that, my friends, is the definition of a Ponzi scheme.

So, my advice for you is maybe save your investment for another opportunity…

They call themselves the better body system.

Which is nothing brand-new when it concerns health and wellness business.

Yoli is a fantastic example of a normal health and wellness MLM company. In reality, they pretty much excel at MLM mediocrity.

But a few distinct features to the company have actually given them good success in the last few years.

Yoli review

FAQ

1. What does Yoli sell? Wellness products that are designed to help you reach optimal health: weight loss, pH balance, immune support, nutrition, sports performance, and energy.

2. What are Yoli’s most popular products? Yoli’s transformation kits are popular because they make it easy to get started and achieve results. They give you the products you need and a meal plan you can customize to meet your goals—whether that’s to lose weight, boost your metabolism, maintain a healthy pH, or enhance your digestive health—in just 28 days.

3. How much does it cost to join Yoli? To become a distributor, you need to buy Yoli’s distributor success kit. For that, you have 3 choices: Basic Pack ($59.98), Builder Pack ($119.96), and Pro Pack ($239.92).

4. Is Yoli a scam? No, Yoli is a legit business. The real question is whether you can make any money with them.

5. What is Yoli’s BBB rating? A+

6. How long has Yoli been in business? Since 2009

7. What is Yoli’s revenue? $68 million

8. How many Yoli distributors are there? No numbers are available online.

9. What lawsuits have been filed? We didn’t find any lawsuits listed online.

10. Comparable companies: Zinzino, Trevo

Does this indicate you should get involved with Yoli?

Ehh, possibly if you are way into the products. I’m not saying you will not make any loan with Yoli, it’s simply that there are many better alternatives out there if you are seeking sustainable passive income …

Product-wise this company might be legitimate, however if you’re just interested in the business opportunity, there are much better options out there …

Either way, here’s 11 facts you should know before joining Yoli this year…

#11. Generic mission statement

Yoli means “to live” in Aztec. Their mission? To change the way we live physically (through their dietary supplement), financially (through their supplier opportunity), and mentally (through an extensive support system).

Sounds like practically every health and wellness MLM (tip: Sisel, Phytoscience, or TruVision).

#10. Overcame the Toughest part

Yoli was launched back in 2009 by a group of close friends. This means they’re approaching the 10-year hump, but they haven’t got the reputation of a well-established business like Advocare.

#9. Typical health mlm products

Their primary line of products is called the “Better Body System,” and the bundle of different items is created to assist customers preserve a healthy pH balance, manage their weight, improve their metabolic process, increase nutrition, and generally preserve a healthy structural balance in their bodies.

They likewise have single product supplements, such as …

  • The Yoli Essential Shake (YES) in chocolate or vanilla
  • Pure, a probiotics and fiber blend
  • Alkalete, an electrolyte and mineral hydroxide blend
  • Passion, a low-calorie energy drink

One huge problem with efficient weight reduction programs and products is that when customers attain their objective, they no longer acquire more product.

Yoli had the genius idea of also developing what they call a “Life time Set”– items designed to offer day-to-day upkeep advantages and help you sustain your new healthy way of life.

#8. Sub-par commission payout

They provide the typical potpourri of compensation, rewards, bonuses, and complimentary item.

You get a totally free auto-ship set whenever you refer 3 people, cars and truck and travel benefits for the top-level performers, and the following perks are available:

  • Rebate Bonus
  • Fast Start Bonus
  • Break Even Bonus
  • Unilevel Executive Matching Bonus
  • Global Leadership Bonus
  • Binary Team Commission
  • Multiple Business Centers

You get commission on your downline too, although there is a Binary Service Center cap, private rank cap, and a general payout cap of 50% of the CV on the collective payment through the entire commission strategy. (1)

More compensation plan videos can be found on this channel. (2)

Also, typical commission is around 10%. Super low, even for internet marketing.

This may be among those MLMs where the biggest benefit is complimentary product. Do not rely on a good income.

#7. Free of toxic additives

It’s not certified organic or completely all-natural, but it is free of preservatives, sweeteners, and artificial colors which is always a good thing.  I guess that’s  ahead of most companies in the food industry. (3)

#6. Team of MLM superstars

Yoli is run by four founders, each with extensive experience in business, entrepreneurship, economics, and strategy.

Once in a while, they also get a endorsement from MLM superstars, such as Toni Morgan, who joined them in 2012. (4)

#5. Expensive product

Like a lot of supplement-based MLMs, their products are on the expensive side.

It costs about $20-40 for one bottle, and their package START at $150. It’s pretty simple to find shakes and supplements at your regional organic food shop for a lot less.

Their granddaddy set, the Improvement Set, offers “a total physical transformation” for an astounding $340 PER MONTH. For the expense that amounts to after a year, you might get cosmetic surgery and save yourself time and money. Plus, the Yoli system isn’t even proven efficient.

#4. AND it’s not even that effective for everyone

Although for many it works, numerous clients use it for an initial weight loss increase and after that continue their own weight-loss journey with the lessons found out sans the high expense of regular monthly auto-ship products. (5)

A huge part of the system’s success isn’t the real product however the diet strategy they consist of and individuals following that, which they can quickly do on their own without dropping Benjamins left and right.

#3. No ingredients listed on the products

There are no ingredients noted for any of their supplements or shakes, which is a big warning.

Warning second, there’s no reference of scientific research studies to back the science behind their item.

So, essentially you’re depending on the testimonials of people who are paid to sell the product. Sounds about as good an idea as asking Edward Snowden to keep some top-secret government information on the down low.

#2. Qualification to be active

You need to purchase 50 PV each month and recruit enough clients to remain at your personal level in order to be thought about an active distributor.

However, numerous commissions require you to also be “qualified,” in which case you have to sponsor a minimum of two active members.

#1. Fast payments weekly

You might not make a lot of money (specially if you are new), but at least you get it fast.

Yoli pays out their distributors on a weekly basis through a direct deposit or a “Yoli Pay Card.” (6)

They do charge a $2.00 processing fee on all commission payments, which based on their commission rate, might eat up half your profits.

Conclusion

Is it possible to make money with Yoli?

There’s a chance… But if it’s really the money making opportunity that interests you, your time could definitely be better spent elsewhere.

Only reason is the commission pay out isn’t as high as affiliate marketing.

Look, I’ve been involved with network marketing for over five years so I know what to look for when you consider a new opportunity.
