CryptoTrain Trading Review – Legit Company or Another Scam?

CryptoTrain Trading Review – The Company

I couldn’t find any real, solid information on the CryptoTrain Trading website about who owns or operates the company.

I was able to ascertain that the CryptoTrain Trading website domain was registered as “cryptotrain.trade” on the 16^th of May, 2019.

However, the domain was registered without completed details.

The CryptoTrain Trading website does provide a UK incorporation certificate, but that does little to prove its legitimacy due to the fact that UK incorporation is very cheap and mostly unregulated.

Along with the incorporation certificate is a claim that someone who goes by “CEO Dr Jacob Hann” was the one who founded CryptoTrain Trading.

Other than that, I couldn’t find any other information about Hann.

Currently, Alexa identifies South Africa as the largest traffic source to the CryptoTrain Trading website at 43%.

What this likely means is that whoever is running the company probably lives and operates from South Africa.

CryptoTrain Trading does not have any retail products or services for sale.

Affiliates who join the company can market the CryptoTrain affiliate membership.

Residual Commissions (unilevel)

Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.

This structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places each affiliate right under them on level 1.

When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2^nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3^rd level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.

Payable unilevel team levels are capped at five.

Residual unilevel commissions are paid out like so:

Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 11%
Level 2 – 5%
Level 3 – 4%
Level 4 – 3%
Level 5 – 2%

Affiliates can earn an extra 1% if any of the affiliates put in the first 5 levels of the unilevel team are from upline sponsorship efforts.

Residual Commissions (binary)

Residual commissions are also tracked and paid through a binary compensation structure.

This structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that divides into a left and right side.

Level one of the binary team holds 2 positions and level two is made by dividing the first 2 positions into another 2 positions, for a total of 4 positions.

Additional binary team levels are made as needed, with every new level holding twice as many positions as the level before it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, with no limit as to how far the team can grow.

CryptoTrain Trading counts up new investment volume on each side of the binary team at the end of every day.

Affiliates earn residual binary commissions as 10% of investment volume accumulated on the weaker side of the binary team.

Once an affiliate is paid, that investment volume is matched to the stronger side and then flushed.

Any volume that is left on the stronger side of the binary team is carried over.

Career Bonus

Affiliates can earn rewards when they meet rank qualification criteria:

Bronze (generate $5000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $500
Silver (generate $15,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $1500
Gold (generate $40,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $4000 or a MacBook
Sapphire (generate $100,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $10,000 or a “trip”
Ruby (generate $250,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $25,000 “towards a car”
Diamond (generate $500,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $50,000 “towards a car”
ShareHolder (generate $1,000,000 in weaker binary team volume) – $150,000 “towards a car”

Cost to Join CryptoTrain Trading

The cost to join CryptoTrain Trading as an affiliate is free.

If you want to fully participate in the entire opportunity, it will require a minimum investment of $30.

Verdict on CryptoTrain Trading

Alright, so we got to the end and now it’s time for a final verdict…

This company says they generate external revenue through automated cryptocurrency trades…

The problem is that there is no evidence that any trading is taking place.

The fact is, the only source of income that can actually be verified is investment coming from new affiliates…

But when new investment is used to pay out ROIs owed to existing affiliates, that is what is known as a Ponzi scheme.

Not exactly legal.

So, what is likely to happen here is when recruitment dies down, money will not longer be coming into the company.

When that happens, ROIs will stop being paid and affiliates will start to jump ship, leading to the collapse of the company.

So, my advice here is to hold on to your investment and keep looking.
