Welcome to my AliveMax Review!

Chances are someone has already talked to you about this company and you are now doing your own research to find out more.

Or maybe this is the first time you’ve heard of it and just happened to come across it in your Google searches.

Either way, I’m glad you’re here! It means you are doing your due diligence before jumping in.

In my review, I will help go over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join.

So, let’s get right to it!

AliveMax Review – The Company

AliveMax Review

AliveMax is part of the MLM nutritional and personal care niches.

While I couldn’t find a corporate address on the company website, I did see the following in the AliveMax’s Policies and Procedures:

The law of the State of California, U.S.A. shall govern all other matters relating to or arising from the Agreement.

AliveMax is led by founder and CEO, Nauder Khazan, who first showed up on the scene as founder and CEO of Stiforp.

Although the Stiforp website is active today, I’m not sure that the business is still running.

Khazan is also listed as a co-owner of Globallee, which is another company that recently launched as a nutritional supplement MLM.

His role with Globallee doesn’t seem to have any impact on AliveMax operations.

AliveMax Reviews – The Products

Alivemax products

AliveMax’s main product is a personal care range as well as something called “spray nutritionals”.

The AliveMax personal care range is called “Revolution” and includes a cleanser, moisturizer, 24K Gold anti-aging serum, toning mist and instant face lift masque.

I couldn’t find a retail price list for the AliveMax personal care range anywhere on their website.

AliveMax spray nutritionals are marketed as having “the highest level of nutrition available”.

  • Anti-aging – “Designed to slow down the aging process, fight cancer-causing free radical damage, and support cardiovascular health”
  • Vitality – “Enhance energy, stamina and endurance while supporting a strong healthy sexual desire, libido, and performance”
  • Multi-vitamin – “Packed with a full spectrum of essential vitamins and 72 ionic trace minerals”
  • S.L.I.M. – “The ultimate appetite suppressant”

Each spray nutritional retails at $39.95 each.

The AliveMax Compensation Plan

AliveMax affiliates earn income when they make retail sales.

Affiliate sponsorship also earns affiliates income through the First Order Bonus.

Both retail and sponsored affiliate sales volume is paid out residually through a binary team.

In addition to this, there is also a unilevel Generation Bonus.

AliveMax Affiliate Ranks

From what I’ve read on the website, there are at least 5 ranks within AliveMax.

Unfortunately, the website does not offer any information about the specific ranks or what the qualification criteria is.

Retail Commissions

Commissions is earned when affiliates sell products to retail customers.

Retail commissions that are earned are the difference between the wholesale price and retail price of the products that are sold.

For example, a $15 commission is earned on the sale of a spray nutritional, which costs $24.95 at wholesale and is sold at $39.95.

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that divides into a left and right side.

Level 1 of the binary team holds two positions and Level 2 is made by dividing these first two positions into another two positions, for a total of four positions.

Additional binary team levels are created as needed, with every new level holding twice as many positions as the level before it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, with no current limit as to how far the team can grow.

Affiliates earn residual commissions on retail customer and sponsored affiliate product orders.

AliveMax counts up new sales volume on each side of the binary team at the end of every week.

For every 300 GV that is matched on one side with 150 GV on the other, an affiliate will earn a $25 cycle bonus.

The most an AliveMax affiliate can earn in residual commissions every week is $100,000.

Matching Bonus

AliveMax divides the Matching Bonus across the regular rank, Diamond and Presidential rank generations.

This is a volume bonus that is paid out on generations within a unilevel team.

The unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places each personally sponsored affiliate right under them on level 1.

When any level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues down as many levels as are needed.

A generation within the unilevel team is created based on rank.

  • Star Platinum affiliates cap off generations for regular ranks
  • Executive Diamonds cap off generations for Diamond ranks
  • Presidential ranked affiliates cap off generations for Presidential ranks

Once the system finds one of these affiliates, the 1st generation in that unilevel team leg is capped off and the next one begins.

If there is no other ranked affiliate found further down in the leg, the second generation continues down the entirety of that leg.

If there is a 2nd ranked affiliate further down in the leg, the 2nd generation is capped there and the 3rd begins right under them.

With this generation structure, the AliveMax Matching Bonus means affiliates can earn on up to 4 generations per unilevel team leg.

  • Associates earn 50% on up to one generation per leg
  • Platinums earn 50% on the first generation and 20% on the second generation
  • Star Platinums earn 50% on the first generation, 20% on the second and 10% on the third
  • Diamond ranked affiliates earn 3% on the first generation, 2% on the second the 1% on the third
  • Presidential ranked affiliates earn 5% on the first generation, 3% on the second, 2% on the third and 1% on the fourth

Fast Start Bonus

The Fast Start Bonus is both a sponsorship and retail bonus.

It pays 20% on the 1st order that is placed by either an enrolled retail customer or sponsored affiliate, including packs that sponsored affiliates purchase upon signing up.

Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus allows an affiliate to earn a bonus on the first 3 retail customers or sponsored affiliates positioned under them.

These can be personally sponsored/referred or spillover retail customers and/or affiliates.

  • The first placed retail customer or affiliate pays $5
  • The second placed retail customer or affiliate pays $2
  • The third placed retail customer or affiliate pays $1

Bulk Order Bonus

Another bonus offered by AliveMax is the Bulk Order Bonus, which pays another 10% whenever a personally enrolled retail customer or sponsored affiliate buys a “value pack”.

Affiliates ranked at Executive Diamond and higher ranked can earn the Bulk Order Bonus on value pack sales made by their downline, as long as they are the first Executive Diamond ranked upline affiliate.

Leadership Pools

The company takes 2% of company-wide revenue and puts it into two 1% Leadership Pools.

These Leadership Pools are based on rank, with affiliates earning one share in the corresponding pool every quarter.

  • Executive Diamonds receive a share in a 1% Executive Diamond Leadership Pool
  • Presidentials receive a share in a 1% Presidential Leadership Pool

Car Bonus

AliveMax affiliates who attain certain unilevel team volume requirements over an uninterrupted six-month period can qualify for the Car Bonus.

  • Generate 150,000 GV a month for six consecutive months and receive a Ford Focus
  • Generate 375,000 GV a month for six consecutive months and receive a BMW 3 Series

It should be noted that up to 66.6% of the qualifying volume can derive from any one unilevel team leg (upline spillover volume not included).

Cost to Join AliveMax

As of the publishing date of this blog, the AliveMax website does not disclose the cost of an affiliate membership.

Verdict on AliveMax

So does the AliveMax scam exist?

Well, I can’t say it’s a scam, but the company website definitely needs some work.

They should get some retail pricing going and more information on the compensation plan.

Also, they need more performance based bonuses for retail sales to avoid getting into any pyramid scheme territory.

The best thing to do is try out the products and see how they stack up.

If you like them, you can then make the decision to join the company.

However, I would still proceed with caution until the points I made are addressed.
