InterCoin Capital Review – The Company

InterCoin Capital falls within the cryptocurrency MLM niche.

Aside from two Gmail addresses, I couldn’t find any other corporate information on the InterCoin Capital website.

I did manage to find an official LinkedIn profile (“INTERCOINCAPITAL”), which lists California as the city where operations take place.

Something I noticed is that it seems like InterCoin Capital is mainly marketed across south-east Asia.

I couldn’t find any evidence that the company has any actual physical business operations within the US.

InterCoin Capital identifies Roman Arayan as CEO.

Outside of InterCoin Capital, I couldn’t find any other real information on Arayan.

InterCoin Capital Reviews – The Products

InterCoin Capital does not offer any retail products or services.

Affiliates can simply market the InterCoin Capital affiliate membership.

Once an affiliate signs up, they can invest in ICC points on the company’s “ICB Wallet” website.

According to the company, ICB stands for “International Coin Bank”.

The ICC Wallet website is the InterCoin Capital’s backoffice.

This site is where affiliates can trade ICC with each other, as well as invest and request bitcoin withdrawals.

The InterCoin Capital Compensation Plan

InterCoin Capital affiliates are required to invest bitcoin in exchange for ICC points, for a daily 0.4% ROI.

ROI withdrawal requests are split by the company at 70% in bitcoin and 30% in ICC points.

Affiliates are paid 100% match on ROI payments to personally sponsored affiliates.

Residual Commissions

Affiliates earn residual commissions through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team, with each personally sponsored affiliate put immediately under them on level 1.

When a level 1 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the 2^nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the 3^rd level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.

Payable unilevel team levels are capped by the company at 10.

Affiliates receive an 8% residual commission as a percentage of the money that is invested across these 10 unilevel team levels.

It isn’t clear if the company splits residual commission payments 70/30 as they do with ROI withdrawals.

Cost to Join InterCoin Capital

The cost to join InterCoin Capital as an affiliate is free.

However, if an affiliate wants to fully participate in the income opportunity, they must invest cryptocurrency.

There are no minimum investment amounts specified on the InterCoin Capital website.

Verdict on InterCoin Capital

InterCoin Capital claims that they generate external ROI through AI bot trading and arbitrage.

Of course, there is no evidence that any such trading is taking place…

So, where are they getting their income from?

Simple. New affiliate investment!

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is what we call a Ponzi scheme…(1)

Taking new investment to pay off old investors isn’t exactly legal, folks.

So, what happens when investment inevitably slows down?

ROIs will slow down and payments to affiliates will become few and far between…

And that is when the company will likely collapse.

My advice here is to be cautious if you choose to invest with this company.
