Welcome to my Xtreme Green Review!

Now before we begin, I understand this company has been in a lot of hot water in the past because of…let’s just say a few of its benefits for its affiliates.

It wasn’t pretty.

But we are here to re-examine this company with a new pair of glasses and see what it stands for now versus 4 years ago when it initially came out.

So, it’s time for a second take…

Whether you heard about it through an affiliate approaching you or from your own searches on the internet, I’m glad you trust me enough to share the details of this company with you.

So, without further ado, shall we begin?

I think so!

Xtreme Green Review – The Company

So, by now, we have established that this is an older MLM company, having been initially started up in 2014 by CEO Stuart Graves.

In 2018, it is being headed up by Lawrence Kahn, another noted co-founder of the company.

Looking into his corporate bio, it becomes quite apparent that he worked in marketing and automotive care prior to his MLM venture.

But that is it.

Hmmm… not much to work with, is it? Might as well move on then!

Xtreme Green Reviews – The Products

xtreme green products

This company’s products seem to focus around environmentally friendly automotive care.

They haven’t changed much of their products from 2014, other than the addition of a transmission treatment.

Here is an example of the aforementioned lineup:

  • Fuel Max Plus – A “super concentrated fuel catalyst” that “helps break down large hard-to-burn fuel particles, capturing more energy from the fuel, resulting in maximum fuel economy with reduced emissions”, sells at $30 for a box of six treatments
  • Engine Life Treatment – “Effectively turns an ordinary lubricant into a super-lubricant”, sells at $40 a bottle
  • Super Duty Oil Stabilizer – A “proprietary formulation … scientifically designed to provide extra protection and enhance the performance of motor oils for vehicles with diesel engines and older gasoline engines which are burning or leaking oil, smoking, have worn seals or are running rough”, sells at $30 a bottle
  • Waterless Wash & Shine – “An environmentally friendly, citrus-based formula which saves, time, money, and the planet’s most precious resource, water!”, sells at $15 for a 6 oz. bottle and $20 for a 16 oz.
  • XPL101 – A “penetrating spray lubricant”, sells at $10 a can
  • Transmission Life Treatment – “Formulated with proprietary XPL+ technology to work with your transmission fluid to reduce heat, friction and wear in your vehicle”, sells at $40 a bottle

The website of Xtreme Green claims their products are “eco-engineered for today’s vehicles with tomorrows environment in mind”.

Xtreme Green Compensation Plan

Xtreme Green seems to focus on retail commissions and residual commissions broken down into three levels.

Affiliates who join are paid a 40% commission on single sales, but this can go up to 45% for retail “4-Pack” orders and 50% for cases.

When an affiliate of Xtreme Green purchases one of these packs, the sponsor (the affiliate who sponsored them) is paid recruitment commissions as seen below:

  • Affiliate Pack ($149.95) = $30 recruitment commission
  • Variety Pack ($300) = $60 recruitment commission
  • Affiliate Business Pack ($449.95) = $100 recruitment commission

The company also provides residual commissions on sales as shown below:

  • Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 10%
  • Level 2 – 10%
  • Level 3 – 5%

Cost to Join Xtreme Green

The cost to join basic Xtreme Green Basic is $29.95.

HOWEVER, there are additional packs available to affiliates:

  • Starter Pack – $99.95
  • Affiliate Pack – $149.95
  • Affiliate Business Pack – $449
  • Each Affiliate Pack comes with an assortment of Xtreme Green products.

Verdict on Xtreme Green

Xtreme Green had a huge mess with their compensation plan in 2014, which I can now say has drastically improved.

Goodbye autoship-centric mess!

That being said, I think it is totally possible to earn on recruitment and retail with this business as long as you purchase more of the basic affiliates packs.

The Business Pack just seems to get messy with the cost exceeding the actual possibility of consumption.

The “Monthly Convenience Plan” can be used quite efficiently to generate commissions without need for any retail sales, although retail is always still encouraged.

And of course, there are the products!

Is four years not enough time for the products to become more established amongst affiliates?

If gas prices are constantly rising, why wouldn’t we grab any opportunity like this one to relieve our financial strains?

Even right now, the e-commerce website seems to only rank in 10.8 mill, barely scraping by.

And the company’s social media? Hasn’t been touched for months.

As much as I wanted to give this company a fair fighting chance to prove themselves, it seems there really isn’t much left to prove.

This may just be another pyramid scheme for the books, folks.
