Nexus Global Review

The company is run by the founder and current CEO, Christian Michel Scheibener, and the company operates in the MLM niche of cryptocurrency.

There is a Hong Kong address given as the corporate address on the company website, which was discovered to be a virtual address after some digging.

Scheibener says on his Facebook profile that he lives in Spain, in the city of Malaga.

From this information, it’s likely that the company is being run out of Spain, and not from Hong Kong.

Scheibener’s MLM history shows that he is the owner of a website domain for Omnia Tech, which started up in mid 2017.

Before starting up Omnia Tech, Scheibener promoted another company called Wor(l)d International.

Scheibener, started promotions for Nexus Global in March of 2018.

Nexus Global Reviews – The Products

Nexus Global Products

Nexus Global doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to purchase or sell.

Those who want to join as an affiliate with Nexus Global will market the company affiliate membership.

The company affiliate membership and investment will give affiliates a access to a variety of “educational packages,” which include cryptocurrency, binary options, and forex trading.

The Nexus Global Compensation Plan

Affiliates looking to participate in the company compensation must sign up and invest into the company.

Company affiliates are to invest bitcoin with the agreement of a promoted ROI rate with a 24-month return period:

Micro Starter – $25
Mini Starter – $50
Starter – $100
Kickstarter – $500
Miner – $1000
Pro Miner – $3000
Mid Miner – $5000
Senior Miner – $7500
Chief Miner – $10,000
Senior Chief Miner – $15,000
Master Chief Miner – $25,000
Ultimate Miner – $50,000

Nexus Global Affiliate Ranks

The company compensation plan has 10 affiliate ranks.

Here are the 10 ranks and their criteria:

Bronze – Personally sponsor 1 investing affiliate and generate $500 of investment on both sides of the binary team in a month
Silver – Have at least 1 Bronze ranked affiliate on both sides of the binary team and generate at least $5000 in binary team investment volume (min $2500 on weaker side)
Sapphire – Have at least 1 Silver ranked affiliate on both sides of the binary team and generate at least $15,000 in binary team investment volume (min $7500 on weaker side)
Ruby – Have at least 1 Sapphire ranked affiliate on both sides of the binary team and generate at least $30,000 in binary team investment volume (min $15,000 on weaker side)
Emerald – Have at least 3 Ruby ranked affiliates in your stronger binary team side and 1 on the weaker, and generate at least $60,000 in binary team investment volume (min $30,000 on weaker side)
Diamond – Have at least 3 Emerald ranked affiliates in your stronger binary team side and 1 on the weaker, and generate at least $120,000 in binary team investment volume (min $80,000 on weaker side)
Double Diamond – Have at least 2 Diamond ranked affiliates in both sides of the binary team and generate at least $400,000 in binary team investment volume (min $200,000 on weaker side)
Triple Diamond – Have at least 5 Double Diamond ranked affiliates in your binary team (min 2 on the weaker side) and generate at least $2,000,000 in binary team investment volume (min $800,000 on weaker side)
Black Diamond – Have at least 6 Triple Diamond ranked affiliates in your binary team (min 2 on the weaker side) and generate at least $6,000,000 in binary team investment volume (min $4,000,000 on weaker side)
Crown Diamond – Have at least 7 Black Diamond ranked affiliates in your binary team (min 3 on the weaker side) and generate at least $12,000,000 in binary team investment volume (min $8,000,000 on weaker side)

Recruitment Commissions

Affiliates can earn 10% recruitment commissions from their personally sponsored affiliates funds invested with the company.

Residual Commissions

The company uses a binary compensation model to pay affiliates their earned residual commissions.

The binary compensation model puts an affiliate onto the top of a binary team, where the next level is divided into a left and right side.

The 1^st level of a binary team will hold two positions and the 2^nd level of the binary team is made by dividing the first two positions into a further two positions each, creating 4 positions in total on level 2.

Any future levels of the binary team are made as needed, and each new level will hold 2X as many positions as the level before it.

The binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of new affiliates.

NOTE: The company does not limit the growth of how deep a binary team may grow to.

The ending of every week will initiate a tally of new investments made on both the left and right sides of the team (binary).

Those affiliates that have made investments at the Kickstarter rank ($500) or higher, will earn a 10% residual commission on matched investment volume ($500 minimum to be met per side of the team).

NOTE: There is a Mini Starter of $50 in some countries for the minimum residual commission investment.

Also NOTE: There is a $35,000 weekly cap for all affiliates regarding residual binary commissions.

Matching Bonus

The company uses a unilevel compensation model to pay out the Matching Bonus to its affiliates.

The unilevel compensation model puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places any personally sponsored affiliate on level 1 right underneath the original affiliate.

When a level 1 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are then put onto level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are then placed onto level 3, and levels continue to be created like this down a hypothetical never ending amount of levels.

The company defines a “generation” as finding an affiliate ranked at a Silver ranking or higher within a unilevel leg.

Once the rank is found within a leg, the first generation will be capped off and a second generation will begin.

If there are no more affiliates ranked at Silver or higher in the second generation, that second generation will be applied to the rest of the unilevel leg (in its full length of affiliates).

The Matching Bonus will be applied up to 6 generations per unilevel leg, using the generational model.

Silver affiliates earn a 5% match on the first generation
Sapphire affiliates earn a 5% match on the first generation and 3% on the second
Ruby affiliates earn a 5% match on the first generation, 3% on the second and 2% on the third
Emerald and Diamond affiliates earn a 5% match on the first generation, 3% on the second, 2% on the third and 1% on the fourth
Double Diamond and Triple Diamond affiliates earn a 5% match on the first generation, 3% on the second , 2% on the third , 1% on the fourth and 0.75% on the fifth
Black Diamond and Crown Diamond affiliates earn a 5% match on the first generation, 3% on the second, 2% on the third, 1% on the fourth, 0.75% on the fifth and 0.5% on the sixth

NOTE: The calculations are completed per generation in a unilevel leg, and in the unilevel team each generation is independent of every other leg.

Unilevel Bonus

Affiliates can earn commissions through the Unilevel Bonus when participating in the company’s many different options: Sports and live betting services, the crypto casino, an online lotto, forex trading, crypto trading, and ICO/IPO.

These options seem to be a third-party provision, where company affiliates will split a percentage of commissions earned by the company.

The payout for the Unilevel Bonus uses a unilevel team model (See, Matching Bonus model above):

2% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
1% on level 2
0.75% on level 3
0.5% on level 4
0.4% on level 5
0.3% on level 6
0.2% on level 7
0.1% on level 8

Rank Achievement Bonus

Affiliates that are qualified at the rank of Ruby or higher are rewarded by the company with Rank Achievement Bonuses, as follows:

Qualify as a Ruby and receive a Playstation 4 or $400
Qualify as an Emerald and receive an Apple Macbook or $1000
Qualify as a Diamond and receive a “dream trip” or $2000
Qualify as a Triple Diamond and receive a Sea Ray Sundancer 265 boat or $100,000
Qualify as a Black Diamond and receive a Lamborghini URUS or $200,000
Qualify as a Crown Diamond and receive $500,000 and a “Crown Diamond gold ring”

Cost To Join Nexus Global

The cost to join Nexus Global as an affiliate is free, although those affiliates with the free membership cannot earn commissions on the MLM opportunity.

If affiliates would like to fully participate in the company and income opportunity, they must invest (depending on where an affiliate would like to be centered in the business) a minimum of $50 – $500.

NOTE: The company does not disclose the info on which affiliate positions need a $50 or $500 investment.

Verdict of Nexus Global

Outstanding, you’ve made it to the end of my review, and now I will say that I do not think this company is 100% legit…

This company seems like a reboot of another company called Omnia Tech, seeing that the owner left that company at an unknown date and this company shows a close parallel.

The company uses a similar mining contract and pretty much the same compensation model (the binary and unilevel compensation models used).

One possible reason Scheibener left the old company could be because he saw how much money a pyramid scam could bring in and he wanted to start his own business where he solely gained from the profits.

Based on what the company presents to new affiliates, this company seems to be a mix of a pyramid scam and securities fraud.

The pyramid scam can be seen when the company says they have no retail products, and therefore no retail consumers.

Affiliates who sign up and invest are paid a commission when he or she sponsors new affiliates whom also invest.

The securities fraud plays a part when the company’s mining contracts offered are passive in their nature.

A company needs to be registered and have a financial regulator for the jurisdiction of its operations in order to do this.

Also, there is no proof of external revenue generation for ROI, so securities fraud is a big possibility here within the company…

The owner could easily be using the newly invested funds from new affiliates to give the impression of returns on cryptocurrency mining and presenting the mining as the ROI revenue stream when really it isn’t.

My advice? Be careful with this company as you are likely to lose your investment…
