Welcome to my Malta Private Review!
Well I’ve been hearing a lot the buzz about this company, and whenever I hear that buzzing I like to check out what everyone’s talking about…
So I decided to share a review with you here today!
The company has become well-known in very little time.
Considering that there are a lot of MLM companies out there, it’s very important that you research the ones that make you think of your financial readiness.
Before signing up, do some research and get informed about the company you are thinking of investing with!
You could save yourself a lot of money and grief if it turns out that the company isn’t what you were expecting…
In my review, I am going to share the company’s history, the products offered, and their compensation plan, so you can make the best decision on whether to join or not…
Alright, let’s get started with the review!
Malta Private Reviews – The Company
When you take a look at the company website, there is no available information posted online about the operators or owners of the company.
I dug around and I was able to find that the Malta Private website domain was registered privately as “maltaprivate.com” on the 15th of May in 2017.
On the company website, the incorporation number corresponds to the Malta Private Invest Company, where on the 17th of October in 2017, they were incorporated in the UK.
Some find incorporations from the UK an easy and inexpensive way to get their company incorporated.
When I checked out the website, I found two available languages, which are Russian and English.
This likely means that this company is operating out of Europe.
The data from Alexa estimates the biggest sources of visitor traffic to the website are Russia at 15% and the Ukraine at 4%.
Malta Private Reviews – The Products
Malta Private doesn’t have any products or services for affiliates to sell or purchase.
But anyone wanting to sign up as an affiliate with Malta Private can market the company affiliate membership.
Malta Private Compensation Plan
Affiliates looking to take part in the company compensation plan are required to sign up and invest into the company.
Company affiliates are to invest capital (funds) from $50 to $100,000 with the agreement of a promoted 144% ROI over 12 days:
The company pays referral commissions on funds invested down to level 3 of sponsorship:
- Invest $499 or less and receive a 5% referral commission on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
- Invest $500 to $999 and receive 5% on level 1 and 2% on level 2
- Invest $1000 or more and receive 7% on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3
Cost To Join Malta Private
The cost to join Malta Private as an affiliate is free, although those affiliates with the free membership can only earn commissions on single-level referrals.
If affiliates would like to fully participate in the company and income opportunity, they must invest a minimum of $500.
Verdict of Malta Private
Now that we’re here at the end of my review, I would have to say I don’t think this company is 100% legit…
The company says that it is able to offer and pay a 144% per 12-day period, due to its, “gains [of] 50% – 70% of income for one transaction.”
There is no more information that comes with that comment, so it is hard to believe that it’s true and also a bit hard to follow.
And this company does not give any proof that they are involved in earning external revenue for ROI use.
When it comes right down to it, this company doesn’t really seem logical…
If this company was making high profits through their “transactions”, then why are they sharing this opportunity with people over the internet and not keeping this money-making opportunity to themselves?
The real business here is a Ponzi scam.
This company really only has one confirmable source of revenue and that is new affiliate investment funds.
The company is taking the newly invested money and using it to payout prior members their ROI owed, and when this takes place the company is now classified as a Ponzi scam.
And when you have a Ponzi scam going, if new affiliate sponsorship slows down, the amount of money available to payout ROI owed will be dramatically lessened as well.
This will make the company unable to payout ROIs and unable to keep up with the agreements made with affiliates at the time of signing up.
In the end, this will prompt a clear ending of the business.
My advice? Be careful with this company as you are likely to lose your investment…
