Welcome to my HitStake Review!
With the growing buzz I have been hearing about this company, I decided it was time for another review!
I always say that anyone thinking of joining a new online company should always do their due diligence before diving in.
This review on HitStake will help you make that choice by providing you with all the information you are looking for about the company, the products and the compensation plan.
Let’s take a look!
HitStake Review – The Company
First things first, the HitStake website does not provide any information about the owners or operators of the business.
I did find out that the HitStake website domain was registered privately as “hitstake.com” on the 13th of February, 2018.
HitStake Reviews – The Products
HitStake does not offer any retail products or services for its affiliates or potential retail customers.
Affiliates who sign up with HitStake can only market the affiliate membership.
HitStake Compensation Plan
HitStake affiliates who want to participate in the compensation must purchase pre-generated HITS points at a rate of 60 cents to $1.20 each.
Once the points are purchased, they are “lent” back to the company for a monthly ROI of up to 45%.
- Bronze – Invest 100 to 400 HITS points and earn a daily variable ROI plus bonus 0.05% daily bonus rate for 199 days
- Silver – Invest 401 to 2000 HITS points and earn a daily variable ROI plus bonus 0.15% daily bonus rate for 125 days
- Gold – Invest 2001 to 5000 HITS points and earn a daily variable ROI plus bonus 0.2% daily bonus rate for 99 days
- Platinum – Invest 5001 HITS points or more and earn a daily variable ROI plus bonus 0.25% daily bonus rate for 70 days
Referral commissions are paid out on invested funds down 2 levels of sponsorship through a unilevel compensation structure:
- Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 8%
- Level 2 – 3%
Cost To Join HitStake
The cost to join HitStake as an affiliate is free, but affiliates who choose the free membership can only earn referral commissions.
To fully participate in the company income opportunity, affiliates must invest in a minimum of 100 HITS points at the current rate.
Verdict on HitStake
So, we’ve come to the end of my review, and I can say that I don’t think this company is 100% legit…
This company says they bring in external revenue through “HitBot”, an “automated trading program”.
The problem here is that there is no actual proof that this “bot” exists or that any trading is taking place.
So, what does this mean?
It means that the only source of income coming into the company is from new affiliate investments…
And when these new investments are used to pay off existing affiliate ROI…well that’s the definition of a Ponzi scheme.
So, what happens in a company like this?
The owners and operators of the company typically sell worthless pre-generated points to investors for real money.
Then they use this money to pay out promised ROIs to affiliates who joined first…
But as soon as sponsorship slows down, so will the income coming in…
When this happens, the admins will see that the company is no longer profitable and will take off with whatever money they have left, leaving affiliates high and dry…
Although early investors may make some money, most affiliates will end up losing their money…
My advice here is to be careful if you are considering joining this company.
