I Like Bits Review – The Company
I Like Bits does not provide any information on the company website about who owns or operates the business.
The I Like Bits website domain was registered privately as “ilikebits.com” on the 28th of July, 2017.
I found a marketing video on the company website that is hosted by a YouTube account under the name “opitimusX”:
OpitimusX is a well-known alias of Sherm Mason.
Sherm Mason came on the MLM scene as the admin of Magnetic Builder, which was launched in 2011.
2015 saw Mason launch at least 5 new businesses:
- Paradise Payments (February 2015)
- Magnetic Gratitude (April 2015)
- Summer Fun Matrix (July 2015)
- 3×9 Millionaire Machine (September 2015)
- Instant Pay Christmas (November 2015)
In 2016, Mason went on to launch Elite Pay Alliance, 5 Dolla Money Lines, Adstraordinary and Cash Rally GPS.
In 2017, Mason has launched Easy Odds, Just Got Bitcoin, 1 Big Bitcoin Team and Stack My Bits and BitQwik; all of which have collapsed.
I Like Bits Reviews – The Products
I Like Bits does not offer any retail products or services to its affiliates or potential retail customers.
Affiliates who join I Like Bits are only able to market the affiliate membership.
The I Like Bits Compensation Plan
Affiliates who join I Like Bits must pay a 0.009 BTC fee, after which they are paid to sponsor others who do the same.
I Like Bits affiliates earn recruitment commissions which are tracked and paid through a 3×10 matrix.
A 3×10 matrix puts an affiliate at the top of a matrix that has 3 positions immediately under them.
These first 3 positions make up the 1st level of the matrix and the 2nd level is created by adding another three positions under each of the first three, for a total of 9 positions.
Levels 3 to 10 of the matrix are created the same way, each holding 3 times as many positions as the level above it.
Affiliates earn commissions as matrix positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of I Like Bits affiliates.
The commission earned for every position filled in a I Like Bits affiliate’s matrix is around $1 in bitcoin.
There is also a 100% matching bonus that is earned on recruitment commissions earned by affiliates on the 3rd, 6th and 9th levels of an affiliate’s matrix.

The cost to join I Like Bits as an affiliate is 0.009 BTC.
Verdict on I Like Bits
Like so many of these types of MLM companies before, this one isn’t any different…
There are red flags you should always look for when thinking about joining a company…
The first is the fact that this company has no real products or services…
Nothing of real value to offer…
The second red flag is the fact that this company relies heavily on recruiting….
But what happens when recruitment slows down?
New affiliate investment dries up and ROI promises won’t be met…
This will lead to a mass exodus and the eventual collapse of the company…
So, if you are considering this company, join at your own risk!
