BeReal Estate Review – The Company

BeRealEstate Review

The BeReal Estate website does not provide any information in regards to who owns or operates the company.

I was able to learn that the BeReal Estate website domain was registered privately as “bereal.estate” on the 16th of August, 2016.

There are 3 corporate addresses in three different countries that listed on the BeReal Estate website: one in the UK, one in the Netherlands and one in Bulgaria.

The address in the UK is attributed to London Presence, a company that offers virtual address services.

The Netherlands and Bulgarian addresses also revealed multiple companies that are using the same addresses, meaning that they are virtual addresses as well.

Based on the above information, it can be concluded that BeReal Estate only exists in the UK, the Netherlands and Bulgaria in name.

Online traffic estimates show that Germany is the biggest traffic source to the BeReal Estate website, with India and Slovakia being the second and third largest.

BeReal Estate Reviews – The Products

BeReal Estate does not have any retail products or services.

Affiliates who join BeReal Estate only market the affiliate membership.

The BeReal Estate Compensation Plan

BeReal Estate affiliates who take part in the compensation plan must invest between €500 and €28,000 EUR for an annual ROI.

Invest €500 EUR (Room) and receive a €650 EUR ROI
Invest €1500 EUR (Studio) and receive a €1950 EUR ROI
Invest €3000 EUR (One Bedroom) and receive a €3900 EUR ROI
Invest €7000 EUR (Two Bedroom) and receive a €9100 EUR ROI
Invest €14,000 EUR (Penthouse) and receive an €18,200 EUR ROI
Invest €28,000 EUR (Villa) and receive a €36,400 EUR ROI

There are also two other packages available at €56,000 EUR and €84,000 price points, but BeReal Estate does not disclose any information about these on their website.

ROIs proportionally paid out weekly and reinvestment is required after 365 days.

Recruitment Commissions

Recruitment commissions are earned by affiliates on funds that are invested by newly sponsored affiliates.

A 20% recruitment commission is paid out within an affiliate’s first 20 days of signing up
After that a standard 10% recruitment commission applies

Residual Commissions

BeReal Estate affiliates can also earn residual commissions that are paid and tracked through a binary compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that splits into a left and right side.

Level 1 of the binary team holds 2 positions and level 2 is created by adding another two positions under each of the first 2, for a total of 4 positions.

Additional binary team levels are created as they are needed and every new level holds twice as many positions as the level above it.

Binary team positions are filled by direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates.

There is currently no limit as to how deep the binary team can grow.

Every investment package purchased from BeReal Estate includes a set number of points:

Room – 500 points
Studio – 1500 points
One Bedroom – 3000 points
Two Bedroom – 7000 points
Penthouse – 14,000 points
Villa – 28,000 points
not disclosed – 56,000 points
not disclosed – 84,000 points

Points that are earned on the weaker side of the binary team are counted up at the end of every day and a 10% commission is paid out on this volume.

If there is any leftover volume on the stronger side, it is carried over.

Matching Bonus

A matching bonus is also available that is paid out on binary commissions that are earned by downline affiliates.

This bonus is paid out through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places every personally sponsored affiliate immediately under them on level 1.

When a level 1 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the second level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level 2 affiliate sponsors new affiliates, they are put on the third level, and this continues on down however many levels are needed.

Unilevel levels are capped by BeReal at 5.

The amount of levels that an affiliate can earn on depends on how much they have invested:

Room – no matching bonus
Studio – 10% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
One Bedroom – 10% on levels 1 and 2
Two Bedroom – 10% on levels 2 and 2 and 15% on level 3
Penthouse – 10% on levels 1 and 2 and 15% on levels 3 and 4
Villa – 10% on levels 1 and 2, 15% on levels 3 and 4 and 10% on level 5
