There has been some buzz lately about Share Now Biz, so it’s time for another review!
I always say the first thing you should do when considering a new company is to do the proper research first.
It’s always good to know exactly what you are getting into before investing your hard earned money!
In this review, I will cover the company, the products and the compensation plan.

Share Now Biz Review – The Company
I couldn’t find any information on the company website about who owns or operations Share Now Biz.
I did find our that the Share Now Biz website domain was registered on December 5, 2015 under “sharenowbiz.net”.
There was also a recent update on the 17th of October that indicates that the current owner took over the domain on this date.
With an address in California, the owner of the domain is listed as Kao Ke Saetern.
I first noticed Saetern a few months back as the Team Build Income owner.
Operating in a five-tier cash gifting format, Team Build Income closed up rather quickly after launch.
Before the doors had even fully closed on Team Build Income, Kao Ke Saetern was launching another business called We Care We Build.
Similar to Team Build Income, the We Care We Build business is another cash gifting format opportunity.
Alright, now we know a little bit about the company, let’s get to the products!
Share Now Biz Reviews – The Products
Share Now Biz does not offer any retail products or services.
Affiliates who join up are only able to market the Share Now Biz affiliate membership.
Once an affiliate signs up, they must buy a position in a matrix cycler.
Ad credits are offered with every cycler position and can be used to display advertising on the company website.
The Share Now Biz Compensation Plan
The Share Now Biz compensation plan offers $25 positions in a three-tier 2×2 matrix cycler for its affiliates to buy.
What is a 2×2 matrix?
It’s a compensation structure that puts an affiliate at the top of a matrix that has 2 positions right under them.
The first level of the matrix is made up of these 2 positions and the second level is then made by adding another 2 positions under each of the level one positions, for a total of 4 positions.
For a completed 2×2 matrix, there will be a total of six positions.
As each level is filled in the matrix, a “cycle” happens, which then pays out a commission and unlocks either the second level of the matrix or whatever level number is next up.
- Matrix 1, Level 1 (positions cost $25, 2 positions to fill) – $10 commission and cycles into Matrix 1, Level 2
- Matrix 1, Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – $80 commission and cycles into Matrix 2, Level 1
- Matrix 2, Level 1 (2 positions to fill) – $60 commission and cycles into Matrix 2, Level 2
- Matrix 2, Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – $200 commission and cycles into Matrix 5
- Matrix 3, Level 1 (2 positions to fill) – $150 commission and cycles into Matrix 6
- Matrix 3, Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – $1000 commission
Cost To Join Share Now Biz
In order to join the Share Now Biz opportunity as a member, an affiliate must purchase a $25 matrix cycler position.
Share Now Biz Review – The Verdict
Looks like this follows the same themes of the previous companies Kao Ke Saetern…
I don’t want to bash the guy, but wouldn’t you want to build a company long term?
There is no value in the products itself, just recruit people and get paid once people cycle out of the matrices…
The major problem with this business model is once recruitment slows down, there goes the company…
And the bigger problem is without any real products or services, this is a flat out ponzi scheme…
I just wanted to keep it real with you guys.
Again, I don’t want to bash the actual owner, but come on lol.
