There has been some buzz about this MLM company lately, so I decided it was time for me to do a review!

It’s always a good idea to do some research into any company before investing your hard-earned dollars.

In this review I will go over Unicorn Adz, the products it offers and its compensation plan.

Unicorn Adz Review – The Company

The first thing I learned is that Unicorn Adz seems to be run by the same admin as Unison Wealth:

A matrix cycler that was launched in late 2014, Unison Wealth collapsed by May 2015.

It is said that Unison Wealth was launched by Sidhanath Singh, who hails from India.

On October 14, 2016, a new Facebook profile was created in the name of “Sidhanath Singh” with the intent to promote Unicorn Adz.

Other companies that Singh has promoted in the past, under the account name “sidhu2”, include Leafit, Team Work Matrix, Banners Broker, Wealth Podium and AdHitProfits.

So now that we are armed with a bit of information about the company, let’s get into the products.

Unicorn Adz Reviews – The Products

After searching through the website, I found that Unicorn Adz does not offer any retailable products or services. Affiliates who join this MLM can only market the Unicorn Adz affiliate membership.

The Unicorn Adz Compensation Plan

Affiliates must buy positions in a series of matrix cyclers to take part in the Unicorn Adz compensation plan.

What is a matrix cycler?

It’s a matrix that has a set number of positions and once all positions are filled, a cycle is triggered and commission is paid.

There are three cycler tiers for affiliates of Unicorn Adz to participate in:

Unicorn 25 ($25 entry fee, which generates a new $2 position every week for 10 weeks)

Level 1 (2 positions to fill) – Get $1 and cycle into level 2
Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – Get $3 and cycle into level 3
Level 3 (8 positions to fill) – Get $10 and cycle into level 3
Level 4 (16 positions to fill) – Get $320 and cycle into level 4
Level 5 (32 positions to fill) – Get $10,624

Unicorn 60 ($60 entry fee, which generates a new $5 position every week for 10 weeks)

Level 1 (2 positions to fill) – Get $2 and cycle into level 2
Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – Get $6 and cycle into level 3
Level 3 (8 positions to fill) – Get $40 and cycle into level 4
Level 4 (16 positions to fill) – Get $640 and cycle into level 5
Level 5 (16 positions to fill) – Get $32,000

Unicorn 120 ($120 entry fee, which generates a new $10 position every week for 10 weeks)

Level 1 (2 positions to fill) – Get $4 and cycle into level 2
Level 2 (4 positions to fill) – Get $12 and cycle into level 3
Level 3 (8 positions to fill) – Get $80 and cycle into level 4
Level 4 (16 positions to fill) – Get $1280 and cycle into level 5
Level 5 (32 positions to fill) – Get $64,000

Matching Bonuses

When an affiliate gets a cycle commission, Unicorn Adz has a matching bonus that is paid to the affiliate who recruited them.

Unicorn 25 level 2 – $1 matching bonus
Unicorn 25 level 3 – $4 matching bonus
Unicorn 25 level 4 – $48 matching bonus
Unicorn 25 level 5 – $3200 matching bonus
Unicorn 60 level 2 – $2 matching bonus
Unicorn 60 level 3 – $16 matching bonus
Unicorn 60 level 4 – $160 matching bonus
Unicorn 60 level 5 – $12,000 matching bonus
Unicorn 120 level 2 – $4 matching bonus
Unicorn 120 level 3 – $32 matching bonus
Unicorn 120 level 4 – $320 matching bonus
Unicorn 120 level 5 – $24,000 matching bonus

Referral Commission Payout

Referral commissions in Unicorn Adz are paid out through a uni-level compensation structure.

A uni-level compensation structure puts a Unicorn Adz affiliate at the top of a uni-level team, with every personally sponsored affiliate directly under them (level 1).

If any level 1 affiliates bring in new affiliates, they are placed on level 2 of the original affiliate’s uni-level team.

If any level 2 affiliates bring in new affiliates, they are placed on level 3 and so on through an infinite number of levels.

Uni-level levels in Unicorn Adz are capped at four, and pays commissions each time a uni-level team affiliate buys a new matrix subscription:

Unicorn 25 -$2 on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) and $1 on levels 2 to 4
Unicorn 60 – $5 on level 1, $2 on levels 2 and 3 and $1 on level 4
Unicorn 120 – $10 on level 1, $5 on level 2, $3 on level 3 and $2 on level 4

Cost To Join Unicorn Adz

Although a Unicorn Adz affiliate membership is free, affiliates have to purchase a matrix subscription in order to fully participate in the associated MLM income opportunity.

Unicorn 25 – $25 for ten weeks
Unicorn 60 – $60 for ten weeks
Unicorn 120 – $120 for ten weeks

The main difference between the Unicorn Adz subscriptions is the income potential through the compensation plan.

Unicorn Adz Review – The Verdict

This company is exactly like the one launched in 2014 called Unison Wealth…

People are sold on the matrix so they can fill them up, but there are no products or real services offered here…

This makes Unicorn Adz a pure ponzi scheme…

The problem with this is once recruitment slows down, so does the ROI.

Eventually it will go under and people will lose out on money.

There are so many legit businesses out there, don’t fall for this one…
